A kit for flow cytometric detection of platelets

Abstract

The application discloses a kit for detecting platelets by flow cytometry, which comprises platelet identification antibodies (anti-CD41, anti-CD61, anti-CD42a and anti-CD42b antibodies), non-platelet exclusion antibodies (anti-CD14 antibodies and anti-CD45 antibodies) and platelet activation state detection antibodies (anti-CD62p antibodies and PAC-1 antibodies), and further comprises antibody diluents, staining incubation liquids and platelet buffers. The application realizes the integration of accurate identification, interference exclusion and multi-channel activation detection of platelets by precise identity verification of multiple platelet markers, active interference exclusion of CD14 and CD45, and single-tube integrated detection of seven-color fluorescence. The application realizes the simultaneous realization of accurate identification and multi-parameter activation state evaluation of platelets in one tube of blood sample and one-time machine detection, and is suitable for the diagnosis and monitoring of various platelet-related diseases.
