An industrial robot programming teaching auxiliary system and method

Abstract

This invention proposes an industrial robot programming teaching aid system, comprising: a teach pendant, communicatively connected to the industrial robot control system for controlling the movements of the industrial robot; an end effector sensing module, installed on the end effector of the industrial robot for real-time acquisition of environmental data from the end effector; a data processing module for receiving the environmental data from the end effector and processing it into virtual scene electrical signals in real time; and several VR immersive devices, communicatively connected to the data processing module for converting the virtual scene electrical signals into three-dimensional visual, auditory, and tactile signals. By wearing the VR immersive devices, several beginners can perceive the real-time movements and operating environment of the industrial robot end effector controlled by the teach pendant from a first-person perspective, effectively improving the learning participation of beginners and significantly enhancing their learning interest.
