Abstract

The application discloses a method for predicting water vapor transmembrane flux in a membrane deamination process, which comprises the following steps: obtaining relevant parameters, including water molar mass, ideal gas constant and membrane phase temperature; determining the diffusion mode of water vapor in the membrane hole, determining the diffusion coefficient of water vapor in the membrane hole; obtaining the mass transfer coefficient of water; calculating the permeation coefficient of water; obtaining the pure water saturated vapor pressure on the feed liquid side and the absorption liquid side, obtaining the activity of water on the feed liquid side and the absorption liquid side, and calculating the water vapor pressure difference on both sides of the membrane; and obtaining the water vapor transmembrane flux. The application first proposes a method for predicting water vapor transmembrane flux, and breaks through the technical bottleneck that the existing technology does not deeply understand the water vapor transmembrane mass transfer behavior and the flux cannot be accurately solved. The method couples the influence of temperature on the vapor pressure and diffusion characteristics of the solution, and the regulatory effect of activity on the vapor pressure difference on both sides of the membrane, and completely integrates the membrane structure parameters, thermodynamic parameters and mass transfer kinetics relationship, so that the theoretical basis for flux prediction is sufficient and the logic is rigorous.
