The application discloses a kind of mechanism knowledge and multi-source data fusion driven rice above-ground biomass estimation method.It includes: using rice growth model, according to the multi-source environmental data of the region to be estimated to generate potential biomass time series information of each growth stage;Multi-source environmental data and rice potential biomass simulation data are input into the trained rice above-ground biomass estimation model to obtain the rice above-ground biomass estimation of each growth stage;The rice above-ground biomass estimation model includes potential biomass module and actual environmental restriction module, potential biomass module and actual environmental restriction module learn potential biomass characteristics and environmental restriction characteristics respectively, and carry out growth stage alignment feature interaction, output the rice above-ground biomass estimation of each growth stage.The application realizes high-precision biomass estimation without a large number of measured data, and performs excellently in interannual generalization, small sample learning and the like, and can be used for rice growth monitoring, yield prediction and agricultural management.
