Abstract

This invention discloses a dust removal device for pneumatic conveying equipment, belonging to the technical field of dust removal equipment. It includes a dust collection box, with an integrally formed conical box at the bottom and a trapezoidal box fixedly mounted on the left side. Multiple dust removal filter elements are installed inside the box. The left end of each filter element has a connecting pipe that slidably inserts into a first square through-hole, and the right end has a connecting shaft that slidably inserts into a second square through-hole. Four linkage shafts are rotatably mounted on the right side wall of the dust collection box. A Reilly triangle is eccentrically arranged in the center of each linkage shaft, and the Reilly triangle is movably engaged with the four adjacent connecting shafts via a limiting mechanism. This invention relies on the synergistic effect of an integrated structure, composite filtration motion, sealed enclosure, and automatic backwashing structure to improve the problems of uneven filtration, easy leakage and blockage, and inconvenient maintenance in traditional dust removal equipment.
