Abstract

The application discloses a large-passage cage-sleeve type throttle valve and relates to the technical field of throttle valves.The valve body is internally provided with a pressure cavity, a water inlet is formed in the top of the valve body, and a water outlet is formed in one side of the valve body; the cage sleeve is fixedly connected to the position of the pressure cavity close to the water outlet and is used for optimizing a flow field. The adjusting assembly arranged in the application can make liquid pass through the plunger valve core to fill the whole pressure cavity when it is necessary to reduce the flow cross section of the cage sleeve, so that the water pressure on both sides of the plunger valve core tends to be balanced, the adjusting difficulty of the cage-sleeve type throttle valve is reduced, the piston diameter of the plunger valve core is made to be larger than the diameter of the plunger, a pushing force towards the cage sleeve is generated due to the area difference when the plunger valve core is balanced on both sides, the adjusting difficulty of the cage-sleeve type throttle valve is further reduced, and the problem that the cage-sleeve type throttle valve with large passage and large flow has great adjusting difficulty is fundamentally solved.
