Medical shoe washing apparatus

Abstract

This invention discloses a medical shoe washing device, including a shoe frame, a loading and cleaning station, a high-temperature disinfection station, a cleaning and disinfection mechanism, a high-temperature disinfection mechanism, and a transfer mechanism. The shoe frame includes a guide tube, and an inner spray pipe and an outer spray pipe connected to the guide tube. The medical shoe can be fitted onto the outside of the inner spray pipe and adjacent to the outer spray pipe. The cleaning and disinfection mechanism is used to deliver cleaning and disinfection liquid to the guide tube, the high-temperature disinfection mechanism is used to deliver high-temperature gas to the guide tube, and the transfer mechanism is used to push the shoe frame from one station to another. The medical shoe's inner and outer sides can be treated by fluids delivered by the inner and outer spray pipes respectively, ensuring the uniformity of the cleaning process. Furthermore, the sequential processing of the medical shoe by different fluids at the loading and cleaning station and the high-temperature disinfection station improves the treatment effect.
