A sealed joint for hydrogen delivery line connections

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of sealing joints, in particular to a sealing joint for hydrogen conveying pipeline connection, which comprises a first joint, a second joint, a lock control box and a stator ring, the surfaces of the first joint and the second joint are provided with mutually interlaced engaging convexes, the inside of the first joint is provided with a valve disc, a rotating seat and an inner spacer sleeve, the outer periphery of the rotating seat is provided with a permanent magnet, the stator ring is arranged on the outer periphery of the inner spacer sleeve, the rotating seat is matched with a screw rod on the surface of the valve disc through a screw hole, the lock control box is internally provided with a lock hook and an electromagnet, the electromagnet drives the lock hook to realize joint locking and unlocking, the stator ring drives the rotating seat to rotate and drives the valve disc to axially move through a magnetic field, and the valve port is automatically opened and closed. The application adopts a magnetic coupling driving structure, the driving mechanism is isolated from the hydrogen medium, the hydrogen leakage risk is reduced through a control mode of closing the valve first and then unlocking, and the sealing joint has the advantages of good sealing performance, high safety, high automation degree and being suitable for a high-pressure hydrogen conveying system.
