The application discloses a golf putting practice mat, which comprises a seat body, a mounting surface of the seat body, at least one ball groove formed in the mounting surface, the seat body comprising a slope part and a connecting part, the connecting part being connected with the slope part, and the ball grooves being all arranged on the connecting part; a putting pad, which is detachably connected with the mounting surface of the seat body, at least one ball hole being formed in the putting pad, the number of the ball holes being the same as that of the ball holes, and one ball hole corresponding to and communicating with one ball groove to form a ball hole; and a blocking piece, at least one of which is arranged, the number of the blocking pieces being greater than or equal to that of the ball holes, and one blocking piece being selectively connected with one ball hole to open or close the ball hole.
