Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention is titled "A Magical Seat Frame for Automobiles," belonging to the field of automotive seat technology. It aims to utilize the relatively comfortable and spacious cabin space of automobiles, while retaining the functions of the driver and passenger seats in current ordinary passenger cars, by designing and manufacturing a flexible and quickly assembled / disassembled driver and passenger seat frame. This allows the car to not only be used as a means of transportation but also as a small dwelling for people to eat, live, study, relax, and entertain. Background Technology

[0002] Over the past two or three decades, with the booming development of the automotive industry, the technology of automotive seat technology has also made significant improvements in the comfort, safety, and functionality of seats. Not only are the seat frames and foam designs more conforming to the curves of the human body, but many practical functions have also been added, such as multi-directional seat adjustment, side airbags, seat ventilation, seat heating, and seat position memory. These advancements have made driving more comfortable, convenient, and safer. However, these progresses in automotive seat technology have always revolved around the car as a means of transportation, focusing on the driving and riding experience of the driver and passengers. For the average consumer, this technology has already met their expectations, and there is little desire for further significant improvements. Currently, in ordinary SUVs, off-road vehicles, and sedans, the driver's and passenger's seats are facing forward and firmly fixed in the middle of the car cabin. In particular, the backrests of the driver's and passenger's seats hinder people's normal dining, studying, entertainment, and leisure activities within the car cabin. When people rest in a car, they must first adjust the seat back angle to curl up, unable to fully stretch and relax their limbs. If the rear seat backs are folded forward, aligning the seat back surface with the car's trunk floor to create a sleeping berth, the limited height of the car cabin makes getting in and out extremely inconvenient. Furthermore, head and upper body movement is severely restricted when seated. More than a decade ago, car brands such as Honda and Mazda used driver's and passenger's seats that could fold the backrests forward and flatten them onto the seat (see attached). Figure 14 Since it cannot be unfolded into a bed, and the head and upper body cannot move freely when sitting on the flat backrest, the flat seat back can only be used as a small table for the rear seats of a car. In recent years, RV conversion seats have also appeared on the market, designed for conversion into motorhomes, with both the backrest and seat folding forward and flat. However, these are bulky in design and, because they are not designed for the driver's seat or passenger seat of a car, they lack the basic functions required for a driver's seat and cannot be used as a driver's or passenger seat. Summary of the Invention

[0003] (a) Inventive Idea During our research, we discovered that when the driver's or passenger's seat in current mainstream car models is adjusted to its lowest height, the distance between the head and the roof of a person of average upper torso is only about a fist's width, roughly 10 centimeters. This is because current mainstream car seats, in addition to having a more ergonomically designed frame and foam that conforms to the human body's curves, also include multi-directional seat adjustment, side airbags, seat ventilation, seat heating, and seat position memory functions. These features, along with the frame design and other functional components, increase the actual thickness of the seatback and seat in current mainstream models. Therefore, while retaining these functions of the driver and passenger seats, the challenge we need to address is how to make them function as a true bed, and how to provide comfortable and convenient rest, dining, studying, leisure, and entertainment within the car cabin. Therefore, we used the seat frames of mainstream car models with these functions as a blueprint and studied various implementation schemes. Finally, we selected a solution that involves re-dividing the main structure of the car seat frame, implementing a modular, flexible, and quick-assembly / disassembly approach. The interior space of ordinary SUVs, off-road vehicles, MPVs, and sedans is limited, unlike motorhomes where the cabin space can be freely planned for various usage scenarios. The only way to achieve different usage scenarios for a car cabin space is by changing the position and shape of the driver and passenger seats. To free up movement within the car cabin by eliminating restrictions on the backrests of the driver's and passenger's seats: the driver's seat is assembled into a rear-facing bench and then moved forward. The passenger seat is assembled into a rear-facing seat and then moved forward. This increases the usable space within the car cabin. Combined with quick-release and quick-assembly folding tables, the car cabin can function well for dining, studying, relaxing, and entertainment. To make car seats function as beds: the driver's seat and the front passenger seat, which fold forward and flat, are combined with the rear seats to form two single beds. This allows people to comfortably lie down and rest inside the car cabin. (II) Seat Frame Structure To achieve this goal, we redesigned the main structure of the driver's seat frame and the passenger's seat frame: 1. The driver's seat frame and the passenger's seat frame of a car are both composed of the following six parts: headrest frame (1), upper seat back frame (2), front lower seat back frame (3), rear lower seat back frame (4), upper seat flip frame (5), and seat frame (6). See Figure 1 and Appendix 2. Figure 2 Attached Figure 3 Attached Figure 4 Attached Figure 5 Attached Figure 6 Attached Figure 7 and appendix Figure 8 . 2. To clearly describe the various components of the seat frame, their functions and characteristics, and how they are assembled: the rear-facing passenger seat, the rear-facing driver's seat, the driver's single bed, and the passenger single bed, we name the components of each part of the seat frame, including: The headrest frame (1) includes: a headrest contour support (1-1) and two headrest fixing rods (1-2) on the left and right sides. See attached figure. Figure 3 Attached Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 The upper backrest frame (2) includes: an upper backrest contour bracket (2-1), an upper backrest support plane (2-2), two left and right headrest fixing guides (2-3), and two left and right upper backrest fixing rods (2-4). See attached document. Figure 4 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 and appendix Figure 11 The front lower seatback frame (3) includes: a front lower seatback contour bracket (including the seat side airbag installation area) (3-1), a front lower seatback support plane (3-2), two left and right front lower seatback upper fixing rods (3-3), and two left and right front lower seatback lower fixing rods (3-4). See attached document. Figure 5 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 9 and appendix Figure 11 The rear lower backrest frame (4) includes: a rear lower backrest contour bracket (4-1), a rear lower backrest support plane (4-2), two upper backrest fixing guides on the left and right (4-3), two lower backrest fixing guides on the left and right (4-4), two upper front lower backrest fixing guides on the left and right (4-5), two lower front lower backrest fixing guides on the left and right (4-6), a backrest forward and backward tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7), and a backrest functional component installation area (4-8). See appendix. Figure 6 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 9 Attached Figure 10 and appendix Figure 11 The upper seat flip frame (5) includes: an upper seat frame outline support (5-1), an upper seat frame upper support surface (5-2), an upper seat frame lower support plane (5-3), two upper seat frame front lower backrest fixing guides (5-4), two upper seat frame front lower backrest fixing guides (5-5), an upper seat flip adjustment mechanism (5-6), and two upper seat frame fixing buckles (5-7). See attached document. Figure 7 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 9 Attached Figure 10 and appendix Figure 11 The chair frame (6) includes: the seat basin area (6-1), the installation area for seat-related functional components (6-2), the seat slide (6-3), the seat base (6-4), and two upper-level flip-up frame fixing buckles (6-5) on the left and right sides. See attached document. Figure 8 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 9 Attached Figure 10 and appendix Figure 11 3. As can be seen from the above seat frame structure diagram: To ensure the seat back frame provides safety, stability, and comfort while driving, we have retained the driver's seat back frame and passenger seat back frame from current mainstream models: the left and right side wing design that conforms to the curves of the human body and provides lateral support—that is, the front lower seat back contour support (including the seat side airbag installation area) (3-1). See attached document. Figure 5 Attached Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 To ensure the seat frame provides safety, stability, and comfort while driving, we have retained the current mainstream vehicle seat frame for both the driver and passenger seats. The seat frame features a basin design that conforms to the curves of the human body—that is, the upper flip-up frame (5) and the seat frame (6) together form the upper surface of the seat frame. The characteristics of this basin design are: high on both sides, providing support for the thighs and lower body at the front, and a basin-shaped design with moderate elastic support for the buttocks at the middle and rear sides. (See attached image) Figure 7 Attached Figure 8 and appendix Figure 2 To assemble the rearward-facing driver's seat frame and driver's single bed frame, the length of the flat seat back needs to be shortened and the height of the flat seat back surface needs to be lowered. We divide the current mainstream model driver's seat back frame into: upper seat back frame (2), front lower seat back frame (3), and rear lower seat back frame (4). In the driving state, the front lower seat back frames (3) of the driver's seat and passenger seat are installed and fixed on the upper front of their respective rear lower seat back frames (4), supported by the rear lower seat back frames (4), and can be adjusted forward and backward together with their respective rear lower seat back frames (4). See appendix. Figure 13 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 4 Attached Figure 5 Attached Figure 6 Attached Figure 9 Attached Figure 10 and appendix Figure 11 To assemble a rearward-facing passenger seat frame and a single passenger bed frame, the length of the folded-down seat back and the height of the folded-down seat back plane need to be shortened. We divide the passenger seat back frame of current mainstream models into: an upper seat back frame (2), a front lower seat back frame (3), and a rear lower seat back frame (4). In driving mode, the front lower seat back frame (3) is fixed to the upper front of the rear lower seat back frame (4), supported by the rear lower seat back frame (4), and adjusts its forward and backward angles together with the rear lower seat back frame (4). See attached document. Figure 13 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 4 Attached Figure 5 Attached Figure 6 Attached Figure 9 Attached Figure 10 and appendix Figure 11 To assemble the rearward-facing driver's seat frame, the rearward-facing passenger seat frame, the driver's single bed frame, and the passenger's single bed frame, space needs to be made for the rear lower seat back frame (4) to be folded flat. We have disassembled the driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame of current mainstream models into: the upper seat flip-up frame (5) and the seat frame (6). See attached document. Figure 13 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 7 Attached Figure 8 Attached Figure 9 Attached Figure 10 and appendix Figure 11 Based on the needs of driving function and ease of assembly, the fore-and-aft tilt and folding adjustment mechanisms (4-7) for the driver's seat and the passenger's seat are installed and fixed in the seat back functional component installation area (4-8) at the bottom of their respective lower rear seat back frame (4). They are also simultaneously installed and fixed in the area between the rear of their respective seat basin area (6-1) and the rear of their respective seat-related functional component installation area (6-2). While realizing the functions of the driver's seat fore-and-aft tilt and folding adjustment mechanism (4-7) and the passenger's seat fore-and-aft tilt and folding adjustment mechanism (4-7) in adjusting the tilt angle, the lower rear seat back frame (4) of the driver's seat and the seat frame (6) of the driver's seat are connected and fixed together, and the lower rear seat back frame (4) of the passenger's seat and the seat frame (6) of the passenger's seat are connected and fixed together. Specific installation locations are described later in this document. See appendix. Figure 6 Attached Figure 8 Attached Figure 2 and appendix Figure 13 Based on the needs of driving function and ease of assembly, the upper seat tilt adjustment mechanism (5-6) of the driver's seat and the upper seat tilt adjustment mechanism (5-6) of the passenger seat are respectively installed and fixed at the front of their respective upper seat tilt frame (5) in the driving state, and also respectively installed and fixed at the front of their respective seat basin area (6-1) and the front of the seat-related functional component installation area (6-2). While realizing the tilt angle adjustment functions of the upper seat tilt adjustment mechanism (5-6) of the driver's seat and the upper seat tilt adjustment mechanism (5-6) of the passenger seat, the upper seat tilt frame (5) of the driver's seat and the seat frame (6) of the passenger seat are connected and fixed together, respectively. Specific installation locations are described later in this document. See appendix. Figure 7 Attached Figure 8 Attached Figure 2 and appendix Figure 13 (III) Installation distribution of current mainstream car seat functional components and parts on the various skeletal components of the Magic Seat described in this article Our research objective is to enable the rapid assembly and disassembly of the driver's seat and passenger seat in current mainstream car models, while retaining their original functions: a rear-facing passenger seat, a rear-facing driver's seat, a driver's single bed, and a passenger single bed. Therefore, we used the frame of seats in current mainstream car models as a blueprint to redesign a magic seat frame suitable for that model. So, what seat function components and parts can be mounted and fixed on the various parts of the magic seat frame described in this article? 1. To achieve the following functions in driving mode: the driver's seat back and passenger seat back have forward and backward adjustment functions and seat back ventilation functions. The seat back functional component mounting areas (4-8) of the driver's and passenger seats can be used to install seat back ventilation fan components and the drive devices for the seat back forward / backward tilting and flattening adjustment mechanisms (4-7). If the seat back functional component mounting area (4-8) is inconvenient to install, the drive device for the seat back forward / backward tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) can be installed and fixed in the upper rear part of the seat frame (6) – that is, the area between the rear of the seat basin area (6-1) and the rear of the seat-related functional component mounting area (6-2). Related functional components and parts are connected to the relevant functional components and parts mounted on the front lower seat back contour bracket (including the seat side airbag mounting area) (3-1) via the added quick-release interfaces for the ventilation vents, heating wires, and side airbag wires. See attached document. Figure 6 Attached Figure 5 Attached Figure 8 Attached Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 2. To enable the driver's seat and passenger seat backrests to have the following functions during driving: seat back ventilation, seat back heating, and side airbag mounting, the front lower seat back contour brackets (including the side airbag mounting area) of the driver's and passenger seats (3-1) can respectively mount the components and parts for seat back ventilation, seat back heating, and side airbag mounting. These functional components and parts are connected to the relevant functional connection lines or parts installed in the seat back functional component mounting area (4-8) or the rear of the seat basin area (6-1) and the rear of the seat related functional component mounting area (6-2) of the driver's and passenger seats, respectively, via added quick-release interfaces for ventilation vents, heating wires, and side airbag wires. See appendix. Figure 5 Attached Figure 6 Attached Figure 8 Attached Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 3. To ensure that the driver's seat and passenger seat have the following functions during driving: seat ventilation, seat heating, and seat occupant sensing. In addition to installing seat ventilation fan components, the drive mechanism for the upper seat tilting and adjustment mechanism (5-6) can also be installed within the outline of the upper seat frame profile bracket (5-1) of the driver's seat and passenger seat. If the space within the upper seat frame profile bracket (5-1) is insufficient, the drive mechanisms for the upper seat tilting and adjustment mechanism (5-6) of the driver's seat and passenger seat can be installed and fixed in the upper front part of their respective seat frames (6)—that is, the area between the front of the seat basin area (6-1) and the front of the seat-related functional component installation area (6-2). See appendix. Figure 7 Attached Figure 8 Attached Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 4. To achieve the following functions for the driver's seat and passenger seat during driving: seat ventilation, seat heating, and occupant sensing. The components for the ventilation, heating, and occupant sensing functions of the driver's and passenger seats are respectively mounted on the upper support surface (5-2) of the upper frame of the driver's and passenger seats. These functional components are connected, through their respective upper support surfaces (5-2), to the functional components and parts located within the outline of the upper frame bracket (5-1) or at the front of the seat basin area (6-1) and the front of the seat-related functional component mounting area (6-2). The connecting wires for the functional components and parts of the driver's seat and passenger seat enter their respective seat frames (6) through the gap between the front of the upper flip frame (5) and the front of the seat frame (6), and connect to the relevant connecting wires, components, and parts within the driver's seat frame (6) and passenger seat frame (6), respectively. See appendix. Figure 7 Attached Figure 8 Attached Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 5. To achieve the following functions for the driver's and passenger's seats during driving: seat position memory, fore-and-aft adjustment, height adjustment, front height adjustment, and rear height adjustment, the automotive magic seat frame described in this article still uses the installation method of relevant functional components and parts for the driver's and passenger's seats in current mainstream models. The relevant functional components and parts are respectively installed and fixed in the seat-related functional component installation area (6-2) or on the seat slide rail (6-3) of the driver's and passenger's seats. (iv) Functional characteristics of main skeleton components 1. Backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) To ensure that the seatback tilting and folding adjustment mechanism (4-7) can easily adjust the entire seatback angle forward and backward while driving, the driver's and passenger's seatback tilting and folding adjustment mechanisms (4-7) are designed so that their respective front lower seatback frames (3) are fixedly installed on their respective rear lower seatback frames (4), their respective upper seatback frames (2) are fixedly installed on their respective rear lower seatback frames (4), and their respective headrest frames (1) are fixedly installed on their respective upper seatback frames (2). Even after these mechanisms are in place, each seatback tilting and folding adjustment mechanism (4-7) can still independently move its entire seatback and headrest, easily achieving the function of tilting and folding forward and backward. See attached document. Figure 6 Attached Figure 5 Attached Figure 4 Attached Figure 3 Attached Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 To enable the rear lower backrest frame (4) of the driver's seat and the rear lower backrest frame (4) of the passenger seat to be assembled into: a rearward-facing driver's seat, a rearward-facing passenger seat, a driver's single bed, and a passenger single bed respectively. The fore-and-aft tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) of the driver's seat and the fore-and-aft tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) of the passenger seat can respectively drive the rear lower backrest frame (4) carrying functional components and covered with seat surface fabric to tilt forward and flatten, and make the plane of the rear lower backrest support plane (4-2) covered with seat surface fabric horizontal. The rear lower backrest frame (4) of the driver's seat becomes a component of the rearward-facing driver's seat frame and the driver's single bed frame respectively. The rear lower backrest frame (4) of the passenger seat becomes a component of the rearward-facing passenger seat frame and the passenger single bed frame respectively. See appendix below. Figure 6 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 10 Attached Figure 9 and appendix Figure 11 2. Upper seat tilting and adjustment mechanism (5-6) To assemble the driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame in driving mode, their upper seat tilting adjustment mechanisms (5-6) can respectively drive the upper seat tilting frame (5), which carries functional components and is covered with seat surface fabric, to tilt backward and fix it within the seat basin area (6-1) of their respective seat frames (6). This ensures that the upper seat tilting frame (5) of the driver's seat becomes part of the driver's seat frame in driving mode. Similarly, it ensures that the upper seat tilting frame (5) of the passenger seat becomes part of the passenger seat frame in driving mode. See attached document. Figure 7 Attached Figure 8 Attached Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 To assemble the rearward-facing passenger seat frame, the upper seat tilt adjustment mechanism (5-6) of the passenger seat can rotate the upper seat tilt frame (5), which carries the functional components and the seat surface fabric, from its fixed position on the seat frame (6) to a suitable tilt angle for the rearward-facing passenger seat back. After the seat moves forward, the upper seat tilt frame (5) becomes part of the rearward-facing passenger seat back frame. See appendix. Figure 7 Appendix Figure 5 Attached Figure 8 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 and appendix Figure 9 Because the fixed steering wheel in front of the driver's seat occupies space, the driver's seat cannot be assembled like the passenger seat, with a backrest facing backwards. To allow seating on the support plane (4-2) behind the driver's seat after it is folded flat and covered with fabric, it must be assembled as a driver's seat without a backrest facing backwards. When assembling the rearward-facing driver's seat, to prevent the forward-folding upper seat frame (5) from occupying usable space, the driver's seat upper seat folding adjustment mechanism (5-6) can rotate the upper seat folding frame (5), which carries functional components and covers the seat surface fabric, from its fixed position on the seat frame (6) until the angle at which the folded end of the upper seat folding frame (5) contacts the car's cabin floor. This position of the driver's front legs when the driver's seat upper seat folding frame (5) is in the driving position is shown in the appendix. Figure 7 Appendix Figure 8 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 and appendix Figure 10 To assemble the driver's seat single bed frame and the passenger seat single bed frame: the upper seat tilting and adjusting mechanisms (5-6) of the driver's seat and the passenger seat can respectively drive the upper seat tilting frame (5) carrying the functional components and the seat surface fabric covering them to tilt forward and flatten. This brings the plane of the lower support plane (5-3) of the upper seat frame covering the seat surface fabric of both the driver's seat and the passenger seat to a horizontal position. The upper seat tilting frame (5) of the driver's seat becomes part of the driver's seat single bed frame. The upper seat tilting frame (5) of the passenger seat becomes part of the passenger seat single bed frame. See appendix. Figure 7 Appendix Figure 8 Attached Figure 5 Appendix Figure 1 Attached Figure 2and appendix Figure 11 3. Support plane behind the upper chair (2-2) The upper back support planes (2-2) of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either solid planes or flat contours supported by solid structures (such as wire mesh planes). After assembling the seat frames into their respective driving configurations, the plane of the upper back support plane (2-2) of the driver's seat covered with the seat fabric and the plane of the lower back support plane (4-2) covered with the seat fabric together form two components of a single plane. Similarly, the plane of the upper back support plane (2-2) of the passenger seat covered with the seat fabric and the plane of the lower back support plane (4-2) covered with the seat fabric together form two components of a single plane. See appendix. Figure 4 Attached Figure 6 Appendix Figure 1 , and appendix Figure 2 The upper back support planes (2-2) of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either solid planes or flat contours supported by solid structures (such as wire mesh planes). After assembling their respective single bed frames: the planes of the upper back support plane (2-2) of the driver's seat covered with fabric, the planes of the lower front back support plane (3-2) of the driver's seat covered with fabric, and the planes of the lower rear back support plane (4-2) of the driver's seat covered with fabric together form most of the horizontal plane of the entire driver's single bed. The planes of the upper back support plane (2-2) of the passenger seat covered with fabric, the planes of the lower front back support plane (3-2) of the passenger seat covered with fabric, and the planes of the lower rear back support plane (4-2) of the passenger seat covered with fabric together form most of the horizontal plane of the entire passenger single bed. See appendix. Figure 4 Appendix Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 and appendix Figure 11 4. Front lower seat back support plane (3-2) The front lower seatback support plane (3-2) of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either a solid plane or a plane contour supported by a solid structure (such as a wire mesh plane). When assembling the seat frames for their respective driving positions, when assembling the rearward-facing passenger seatback frame, and when assembling the rearward-facing driver's seat frame, the plane of the front lower seatback support plane (3-2) covered by the seat surface fabric will not affect their respective assembly. See appendix. Figure 5 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 9 and appendix Figure 10 The front lower seat back support planes (3-2) of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either solid planes or flat contours supported by solid structures (such as wire mesh). When assembling the driver's and passenger's single bed frames separately, place the front lower seat back support planes (3-2) with the seat fabric covering them facing upwards on top of the upper seat frame's lower support plane (5-3), which is also covered by the seat fabric. The front lower seat back support plane (3-2) of the driver's seat frame can become part of the upper plane of the driver's single bed frame. The front lower seat back support plane (3-2) of the passenger seat frame can also become part of the upper plane of the passenger's single bed frame. See appendix. Figure 5 Attached Figure 7 Appendix Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 and appendix Figure 11 5. Rear lower chair back support plane (4-2) The rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either a solid plane or a plane contour supported by a solid structure (such as a wire mesh plane). After assembling the seat frames into their respective driving configurations, the plane of the rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) covering the driver's seat with the seat fabric and the plane of the upper seat back support plane (2-2) covering the driver's seat with the seat fabric together form two components of a single plane. Similarly, the plane of the rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) covering the passenger seat with the seat fabric and the plane of the upper seat back support plane (2-2) covering the passenger seat with the seat fabric together form two components of a single plane. See appendix. Figure 6 Appendix Figure 4 Appendix Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 The rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either a solid plane or a planar outline supported by a solid structure (such as a wire mesh plane). After being assembled into a rearward-facing driver's seat and a rearward-facing passenger seat, the rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) of the driver's seat frame becomes the upper plane of the rearward-facing driver's seat frame. The rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) of the passenger seat frame becomes the upper plane of the rearward-facing passenger seat frame. See appendix. Figure 6 Appendix Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 9 and appendix Figure 10 The rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either a solid plane or a plane contour supported by a solid structure (such as a wire mesh plane). After being assembled into the driver's single bed frame and the passenger's single bed frame respectively, the rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) of the driver's seat frame becomes part of the upper plane of the driver's single bed frame. The rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) of the passenger seat frame becomes part of the upper plane of the passenger's single bed frame. See appendix. Figure 6 Appendix Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 and appendix Figure 11 (v) When fabricating the car magic seat frame described in this article, how are the dimensions of each part of the frame and the installation positions of important components determined? 1. Key points in creating the car magic seat frame described in this article The overall structure of the seat frame has been determined, and the mounting and installation positions of the relevant seat function components and parts on the various components of the seat frame have also been determined. (See attached...) Figure 2 Attached Figure 13 Attached Figure 9 Attached Figure 10 and appendix Figure 11 As you can see, to assemble the following into a suitably sized structure: a rear-facing passenger seat, a rear-facing driver's seat, a single driver's bed, and a single passenger bed, determining the installation and fixing positions of the center points of the rotation axes of the driver's and passenger seat backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanisms (4-7) and the upper seat tilting and adjusting mechanism (5-6) is crucial in constructing the seat frame. How to determine their installation and fixing positions? See the appendix below. Figure 6 Attached Figure 7 Appendix Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 13 Attached Figure 9 Attached Figure 10 and appendix Figure 11 We found that after the rear lower seatback frame (4) is folded forward and laid flat, the height of the rear lower seatback support plane (4-2) covered with the seat surface fabric should be such that when a person of normal upper body length sits on it, like sitting in a car rear seat, they do not feel restricted in head and upper body movement. That is, the height of the rear lower seatback support plane (4-2) covered with the seat surface fabric, after being folded forward and laid flat, should be consistent with the height of the rear car seat (because the seat has an overall height adjustment function). This height is referred to below as: the height at which the rear lower seatback support plane (4-2) covered with the seat surface fabric is at its appropriate height when folded forward and laid flat. See appendix. Figure 6 Attached Figure 1 Attached Figure 2 Attached Figure 13 Attached Figure 9 Attached Figure 10 and appendix Figure 11 2. Reference model for making the frame of this car magic seat Different car models have different cabin space configurations. We will use the standard driver's and passenger's seat frames of current mainstream models as a reference. These frames and foam designs are more ergonomic, and they feature multi-directional seat adjustment, side airbags, ventilation, heating, and seat position memory functions. (Imagine modifying such a traditional car seat frame into the "magic seat frame" described in this article.) The traditional car seat frame used in this reference will be referred to as the "traditional car seat frame," and the car using this frame will be referred to as the "car modified with magic seats." See appendix. Figure 13 The overall shape of a traditional car seat frame ( Figure 13 (Left image) and, the overall shape of the car's magic seat frame adapted to the driving conditions described in this article ( Figure 13 Compared to the right image, the overall frame height, width, backrest frame thickness, seat frame length, and seat frame height of the modified Magic Seats are the same. The differences are: 1. The Magic Seats used in this article are designed with a flat backrest frame for the driving position due to assembly requirements, unlike traditional car seat frames. 2. The center point of the rotating shaft of the backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) differs. The Magic Seats used in this article, due to assembly requirements, have the center point of the rotating shaft of the backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) fixed at the appropriate height of the supporting plane (4-2) behind the lower backrest covered by the seat fabric when tilted forward and flattened, unlike traditional car seat frames. (See attached image) Figure 13 3. To determine the suitable driving conditions for converting to Magic Seats, the following dimensions of the car Magic Seat frame described in this article should be considered: overall height of the seat frame, overall width of the seat frame, thickness of the backrest frame, length of the seat frame, and height of the seat frame. Since traditional car seat frames are designed for vehicles modified with Magic Seats, they fully meet the driving needs of such vehicles when placed in the cabin. Therefore, for vehicles modified with Magic Seats to accommodate the driving configuration described in this article, the overall height, width, backrest thickness, seat length, and seat height of the Magic Seat frame should all conform to the dimensions of traditional car seat frames. In other words, for vehicles modified with Magic Seats to accommodate the driving configuration described in this article, the overall height, width, backrest thickness, seat length, and seat height of the Magic Seat frame should correspond to those of traditional car seat frames. (See appendix) Figure 13 4. For vehicles that have been converted to use magic seats and can install the driver's side magic seat frame described in this article, and for vehicles that have been converted to use magic seats and can install the passenger side magic seat frame described in this article, the dimensions of each frame and the installation positions of important components are determined using the following methods: (1) Determine the height and width of the chair back functional component installation area (4-8) and the installation position of the center point of the rotating shaft of the chair back flipping and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) in the chair back functional component installation area (4-8). As mentioned above, the seat back functional component installation areas (4-8) of the driver's seat and passenger seat can be used to install seat back ventilation fan components, as well as drive devices for the seat back forward and backward tilting and flattening adjustment mechanisms (4-7). If the seat back functional component installation areas (4-8) are inconvenient for installation, the drive devices for the seat back forward and backward tilting and flattening adjustment mechanisms (4-7) can be installed and fixed in the upper rear part of the seat frame (6) – that is, the area between the rear of the seat basin area (6-1) and the rear of the seat-related functional component installation area (6-2). Since the shapes of the selected backrest ventilation fan component and the backrest tilt-and-flatten adjustment mechanism (4-7) drive unit are fixed, the following settings need to be confirmed: the height and width of the backrest functional component mounting areas (4-8) of the driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame, and the installation position of the center point of the rotation axis of the backrest tilt-and-flatten adjustment mechanism (4-7) in their respective backrest functional component mounting areas (4-8). That is, the required settings for the height and width of the backrest functional component mounting areas (4-8) and the installation position of the center point of the rotation axis of the backrest tilt-and-flatten adjustment mechanism (4-7) on the backrest functional component mounting areas (4-8) are determined based on whether the backrest ventilation fan component can be placed in the backrest functional component mounting area (4-8). See attached document. Figure 12 Attached Figure 13 and appendix Figure 6 Actual measurements reveal the height and width of the seatback functional component mounting areas (4-8) for the driver's and passenger's magic seat frames described in this article, which can be installed in vehicles modified with magic seats. See attached document. Figure 12 Attached Figure 13 and appendix Figure 6 Through actual measurement, it can be obtained that the following distances can be obtained for the driver's side magic seat frame and passenger side magic seat frame that can be installed in the modified magic seat car: the distance from the center point of the rotation axis of the backrest forward and backward tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) to the upper plane of the seat back functional component mounting area (4-8). Figure 12 (ob), the distance from the center point of the rotating shaft of the backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) to the rear plane of the backrest functional component mounting area (4-8) Figure 12 The distance from the center point of the rotating shaft of the chair back tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) to the horizontal line at the bottom of the chair back functional component mounting area (4-8) is as follows: Figure 12 (oc). That is, the installation position of the center point of the rotation axis of the backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) in the backrest functional component mounting area (4-8) is obtained. See appendix. Figure 12 Attached Figure 6 and appendix Figure 13 (2) Determine the installation coordinates of the center point of the rotation axis of the backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) on the seat frame (6). The seatback tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) is fixed to the lower part of the rear lower seatback profile support (4-1). When the rear lower seatback frames (4) of the driver's seat and passenger seat are tilted forward and flattened, the center point of the rotation axis of their seatback tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) is ( Figure 13 point o and Figure 12The o-points of the backrests must all be lower than their respective rear support planes (4-2), so the center point of the rotation axis of their backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanisms (4-7) is ( Figure 13 point o and Figure 12 The lateral mounting coordinates of point o on their seat frame (6) are: the plane of the back support plane (4-2) of the backrest covered with the seat surface fabric when the seat is folded forward and flattened is the appropriate height, minus the center point of the rotation axis of the backrest folding and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7). Therefore, the center point of the rotation axis of their backrest forward / backward tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7) is ( Figure 2 The distance from point o to the vertical line at the rear top of their traditional car seat frame—the seat frame—is the center point of the rotation axis of their backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7). Figure 2 (4) Determine the height of the upper part of the backrest frame (when laid flat, it is called the length). After the upper flip frame (5) of the seat is flipped forward and laid flat, actual measurements show that the seat basin area (6-1) needs to accommodate the length (height) of the upper part of the lower backrest frame (4) laid flat. This length is suitable for cars modified to use magic seats. Figure 2 jm and Figure 13 (jm). See attached. Figure 2 and appendix Figure 13 (9) Determine the thickness of the front lower backrest frame (3) which carries the relevant functional components and parts and wraps the seat surface fabric. When determining the thickness of the front lower backrest frame (3) after mounting relevant functional components and parts and covering the seat surface fabric, it is necessary to consider the following: the thickness required for the front lower backrest contour bracket (including the seat side airbag installation area) (3-1) to conform to the human body curve shape, the thickness required for the front lower backrest frame (3) to mount relevant functional components and parts, and the thickness required for covering the seat surface fabric of the front lower backrest frame (3). The total of these three thicknesses is used to determine the thickness. (10) Determine the thickness of the upper part of the lower backrest frame (4). Foreword: Since traditional car seat frames are designed for cars modified with Magic Seats, they fully meet the driving needs of such cars when placed in the cabin. Therefore, for cars modified with Magic Seats to accommodate the driving configuration described in this article, the overall height, width, backrest thickness, seat length, and seat height of the Magic Seat frame should all adopt the dimensions of traditional car seat frames. In other words, for cars modified with Magic Seats to accommodate the driving configuration described in this article, the overall height, width, backrest thickness, seat length, and seat height of the Magic Seat frame should correspond to those of traditional car seat frames. See appendix. Figure 13 By subtracting the actual measured thickness of the front lower seatback profile support (including the side airbag installation area) (3-1) and the actual measured thickness of the front lower seatback support plane (3-2) from the thickness of the traditional car seat back frame, we can obtain the thickness of the upper part of the rear lower seatback frame (4) of the car magic seat frame described in this article. See appendix. Figure 13 and appendix Figure 2 (11) Determine the lateral installation coordinates of the center point of the rotation axis of the upper seat flip adjustment mechanism (5-6) on the seat frame (6). Based on: the thickness of the front lower backrest frame (3) which carries relevant functional components and parts and covers the seat surface fabric, the actual measured thickness of the upper flip frame (5) of the forward-folding flat seat, and the thickness that needs to be adjusted (the thickness of the front lower backrest frame (3) which carries relevant functional components and parts and covers the seat surface fabric will decrease when the person is lying down), determine: the center point of the rotation axis of the upper seat flip adjustment mechanism (5-6), and the horizontal installation coordinate of the fixed installation on the seat frame (6) ---- that is, whether the installation position of the center point of the rotation axis of the upper seat flip adjustment mechanism (5-6) on the seat frame (6) is higher or lower. Assembly method of driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame in driving mode: (1) To assemble the driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame in driving mode, space needs to be made for the placement and fixing of the upper flip frame (5) of the seat. Figure 2 e) [Snap the two upper flip-up frame fixing clips on the left and right sides together—clip (5-7) and clip the two upper flip-up frame fixing clips on the left and right sides—clip (6-5).] At this point, the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame in the driving position are assembled. See attached document. Figure 7 Attached Figure 8 and appendix Figure 2 (3) For assembling the driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame in the driving position. The two upper fixing rods (3-3) and the two lower fixing rods (3-4) of the left and right front lower seat backs of the driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame are respectively inserted and fixed into the two upper fixing guide tubes (4-5) and the two lower fixing guide tubes (4-6) of the left and right front lower seat backs of the driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame. Figure 3 and appendix Figure 4 Attached Figure 1 and appendix Figure 2 , 2. Assembly method for the rear-facing passenger seat frame: (1) In order to assemble the rearward-facing passenger seat frame, the upper seat frame (5) of the passenger seat needs to be flipped upward and forward smoothly from its position fixed in the seat basin area (6-1). The lower rear seat back frame (4) of the passenger seat, driven by its backrest forward and backward flipping and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7), flips backward to a position that allows the upper seat frame (5) of the passenger seat to flip upward and forward smoothly from its seat basin area (6-1). (2) In order to assemble the rearward-facing passenger seat frame, space needs to be made for the rear lower seat back frame (4) of the passenger seat to be folded forward and flattened. After opening the upper seat flip frame (5) of the passenger seat, and fastening the two upper seat flip frame fixing buckles (6-5) in the seat basin area (6-1), the upper seat flip adjustment mechanism (5-6) of the passenger seat will move its upper seat flip frame (5) upward and forward, flipping it to the position of the rearward-facing passenger seat back at a suitable angle. Figure 9 (e). See attached. Figure 8 Attached Figure 7 and appendix Figure 9 (3) In order to assemble a rearward-facing passenger seat frame, the upper seatback frame was removed (2). Figure 9 (b) and the front lower backrest frame (3) Figure 9 c) The lower backrest frame (4) of the passenger seat flips forward and downward and flattens under the action of its backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7). Figure 9(d) so that the rear lower seat back support plane (4-2) of the rear lower seat back frame (4) is in a horizontal position. At this time, the rear lower seat back frame (4) of the passenger seat becomes part of the rearward passenger seat frame. See appendix. Figure 6 and appendix Figure 9 (4) In order to assemble the rearward-facing passenger seat frame, the two upper fixing rods (3-3) and the two lower fixing rods (3-4) of the front lower seat back frame (3) of the passenger seat are respectively fixed in the upper fixing guide tubes (5-4) and the lower fixing guide tubes (5-5) of the upper front lower seat back frame (3) of the left and right seats. Figure 9 f). At this point, together with the upper flip-up frame of the forward-folding seat (5), they form the backrest frame of the rear-facing passenger seat. See attached. Figure 5 Attached Figure 7 and appendix Figure 9 (5) Move the rearward-facing passenger seat frame forward to a position where it can no longer be moved. At this point, the passenger seat frame is assembled from the upper flip-up seat frame (5), the front lower seat back frame (3), the rear lower seat back frame (4), and the seat frame (6), forming a rearward-facing passenger seat frame. See attached document. Figure 9 3. Assembly method for the rear-facing driver's seat frame: (1) In order to assemble the rear-facing driver's seat frame, the upper seat frame (5) of the driver's seat needs to be flipped upward and forward smoothly from its seat basin area (6-1) to the position of the flipped end of the upper seat frame (5) close to the ground of the car cabin. Figure 10 e). The lower backrest frame (4) of the driver's seat, driven by its backrest forward and backward flipping and flattening adjustment mechanism (4-7), flips backward to a position that allows the upper seat flipping frame (5) of the driver's seat to flip smoothly upward, forward and downward. (2) In order to assemble the rearward-facing driver's seat frame, space needs to be made for the rear lower seat back frame (4) of the driver's seat to be folded down. After opening the upper seat flip frame (5) of the driver's seat, the two upper seat flip frame fixing buckles (6-5) in the seat basin area (6-1) of the driver's seat will be fastened. The upper seat flip adjustment mechanism (5-6) of the driver's seat will then move upward, forward and downward to flip the upper seat flip frame (5) until the flipped end of the upper seat flip frame (5) is close to the ground of the car cabin. Figure 10 (e). After the seat moves forward, the upper seat frame (5) is positioned in the driver's front leg position when in driving mode. See attached. Assembly method of driver's single bed frame and passenger's single bed frame (1) In order to assemble the driver's seat single bed frame and the passenger seat single bed frame, the upper seat flip frame (5) of the driver's seat and the passenger seat needs to be flipped up and forward smoothly from their respective seat basin areas (6-1) to lie flat. The lower back seat frame (4) of the driver's seat and the passenger seat, driven by their respective back seat forward and backward flipping and flattening adjustment mechanisms (4-7), flips backward to a position that allows the upper seat flip frame (5) of the driver's seat and the passenger seat to be flipped up and forward smoothly to lie flat. (2) In order to assemble the driver's seat single bed frame and the passenger seat single bed frame, space needs to be made for the rear lower backrest frame (4) of each of them to be folded forward and flattened. After opening the upper seat flip frame (5) of the driver's seat and the passenger seat respectively and fixing the two upper seat flip frame fixing buckles (6-5) in the seat basin area (6-1) of each seat, the upper seat flip adjustment mechanism (5-6) of the driver's seat and the passenger seat respectively drives their upper seat flip frame (5) upward and forward to flip to the horizontal position of the lower support plane (5-3) of the upper seat frame. When manufacturing the backrest frame of the car magic seat described in this article, all structural forms, including tubular frame structure and sheet metal stamping structure, can be adopted. 6. When manufacturing the seat frame of the car magic seat described in this article, all structural forms can be adopted, including: tube frame + metal parts + spring structure, sheet metal half-basin structure and full sheet metal full-basin structure. 7. The driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame of a car have very high quality requirements due to their connection to driving safety, especially the aforementioned: the backrest tilt and folding adjustment mechanism (4-7) and the upper seat tilt adjustment mechanism (5-6). These components bear strong torque loads during use. Fortunately, they are generally developed and manufactured by professional seat adjuster manufacturers. Before the development of a new car seat project, the core components of the seat adjuster have already been developed and designed, forming a series of product specifications, and are already in mass production. Their product quality meets the requirements. 8. The driver's seat frame and passenger seat frame of a car are subject to very high quality requirements due to their connection to driving safety. In the fixing method between the various components of the car seat frame described in this article: the fixing of the upper flip frame (5) of the seat is achieved by using a fixing buckle that can withstand sufficient torque load - that is, using two upper flip frame fixing buckles on the left and right sides - buckles (5-7) and two upper flip frame fixing buckles on the left and right sides - buckles (6-5) to fix the upper flip frame (5) of the seat to the seat frame (6). The fixing method between the other components of the car seat frame follows the current car headrest fixing method used in car seats - that is, the fixing rod and fixing guide tube fixing method. If the requirements cannot be met in the actual quality inspection process, this task will be handed over to experts who have approved the patent of this invention for them to conduct systematic research. 9. 14. Claim 14: A car magic seat frame, and a car including the same, characterized in that, in order for the backrest forward and backward tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism to easily achieve the forward and backward angle adjustment function of the entire backrest in the driving state. After the respective front lower backrest frame is fixedly installed on its respective rear lower backrest frame, the respective upper backrest frame is fixedly installed on its respective rear lower backrest frame, and the respective headrest frame is fixedly installed on its respective upper backrest frame, the backrest forward and backward tilting and flattening adjustment mechanisms (4-7) of the driver's seat and passenger seat can still each drive their entire backrest and headrest to easily achieve the forward and backward tilting angle adjustment function.

15. Claim 15: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that the rear lower backrest frame of the driver's seat and the rear lower backrest frame of the passenger seat can be respectively assembled into: a rearward-facing driver's seat bench, a rearward-facing passenger seat, a driver's single bed, and a passenger single bed. The fore-and-aft tilting and flattening adjustment mechanisms of the driver's seat and the passenger seat can respectively drive the respective rear lower backrest frames, which carry functional components and are covered with seat surface fabric, to tilt forward and flatten, and bring the planes of the rear lower backrest supports covered with seat surface fabric to a horizontal position. This achieves that the rear lower backrest frame of the driver's seat becomes a component of both the rearward-facing driver's seat bench frame and the driver's single bed frame. Similarly, the rear lower backrest frame of the passenger seat becomes a component of both the rearward-facing passenger seat frame and the passenger single bed frame.

16. Claim 16: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that, in order to assemble a driver's seat frame and a passenger seat frame in the driving state, their upper seat flip-up adjustment mechanisms can respectively drive the upper seat flip-up frame, which carries functional components and is covered with seat surface fabric, to flip backward and fix it within the seat basin area of their respective seat frames. This ensures that the upper seat flip-up frame of the driver's seat becomes part of the driver's seat frame in the driving state. Similarly, this ensures that the upper seat flip-up frame of the passenger seat becomes part of the passenger seat frame in the driving state.

17. Claim 17: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that, in order to assemble a rearward-facing passenger seat frame, the upper seat flip-up adjustment mechanism of the passenger seat can drive the upper seat flip-up frame, which carries the functional components and covers the seat surface fabric, to flip forward from its fixed position on the seat frame to a suitable tilt angle for the rearward-facing passenger seat backrest. After the seat moves forward, the upper seat flip-up frame becomes part of the rearward-facing passenger seat backrest frame.

18. Claim 18: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that, because the car steering wheel fixed in front of the driver's seat occupies space, the driver's seat cannot be assembled into a rearward-facing seat with a backrest like the passenger seat. To allow a person to sit on the support plane behind the driver's seat, which is covered with seat fabric when folded flat, it can only be assembled into a rearward-facing driver's seat without a backrest. When assembling the rearward-facing driver's seat, to prevent the forward-folding upper seat frame from occupying usable space, the upper seat frame adjustment mechanism of the driver's seat can rotate the upper seat frame, which carries functional components and is covered with seat fabric, from its fixed position on the seat frame, forward until the angle at which the rotating end of the upper seat frame contacts the car's cabin floor. After the seat moves forward, the driver's seat upper seat frame is positioned in the driving state, aligning with the driver's front leg position.

19. Claim 19: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that, in order to assemble a driver's seat single bed frame and a passenger seat single bed frame: the upper seat flip-up adjustment mechanism of the driver's seat and the passenger seat can respectively drive the upper seat flip-up frame, which carries the functional components and is covered with the seat surface fabric, to flip forward and flatten. This brings the plane of the lower support plane of the upper seat frame covering the seat surface fabric of both the driver's seat and the passenger seat to a horizontal position. This achieves the driver's seat upper seat flip-up frame becoming part of the driver's seat single bed frame. It also achieves the passenger seat upper seat flip-up frame becoming part of the passenger seat single bed frame.

20. Claim 20: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that the upper back support planes of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger's seat frame can be either solid planes or planar contours supported by solid structures and possessing supporting force. After being assembled into their respective driving positions, the plane of the upper back support plane of the driver's seat covered with the seat surface fabric and the plane of the lower back support plane of the driver's seat covered with the seat surface fabric together form two components of a single plane. Similarly, the plane of the upper back support plane of the passenger's seat covered with the seat surface fabric and the plane of the lower back support plane of the passenger's seat covered with the seat surface fabric together form two components of a single plane.

21. Claim 21: A car magic seat frame, and a car including the same, characterized in that the upper back support planes of the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either solid planes or planar contours supported by solid structures and possessing supporting force (such as wire mesh planes). After assembling their respective single bed frames: the planes of the upper back support plane of the driver's seat covered with seat surface fabric, the planes of the front lower back support plane of the driver's seat covered with seat surface fabric, and the planes of the rear lower back support plane of the driver's seat covered with seat surface fabric together can form most of the horizontal plane of the entire driver's single bed. The planes of the upper back support plane of the passenger seat covered with seat surface fabric, the planes of the front lower back support plane of the passenger seat covered with seat surface fabric, and the planes of the rear lower back support plane of the passenger seat covered with seat surface fabric together can form most of the horizontal plane of the entire passenger single bed.

Claim 22: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that the front lower seat back support plane of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either a solid plane or a planar contour supported by a solid structure (such as a wire mesh plane). When assembling the seat frames for their respective driving positions, when assembling the rearward-facing passenger seat back frame, and when assembling the rearward-facing driver's seat frame, the plane of the front lower seat back support plane covered with the seat surface fabric will not affect the respective assembly.

23. Claim 23: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that the front lower seat back support planes of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either solid planes or planar contours supported by solid structures (such as wire mesh planes). When assembling the driver's single bed frame and the passenger single bed frame respectively, the front lower seat back support planes, each covered with the seat surface fabric, are placed face up on the surface of the upper support plane of the seat frame covered with the seat surface fabric. The front lower seat back support plane of the driver's seat frame can become part of the upper plane of the driver's single bed frame. The front lower seat back support plane of the passenger seat frame can become part of the upper plane of the passenger single bed frame.

24. Claim 24: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that the rear lower seat back support planes of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame can be either solid planes or planar contours supported by solid structures and possessing supporting force (such as wire mesh planes). After the seat frames are assembled into their respective driving states, the plane of the rear lower seat back support plane of the driver's seat covered with seat surface fabric and the plane of the upper seat back support plane of the driver's seat covered with seat surface fabric together form two components of a single plane. Similarly, the plane of the rear lower seat back support plane of the passenger seat covered with seat surface fabric and the plane of the upper seat back support plane of the passenger seat covered with seat surface fabric together form two components of a single plane.

25. Claim 25: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that the rear lower seat back support planes of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger's seat frame can be either solid planes or planar contours supported by solid structures and possessing supporting force (such as wire mesh planes). After being assembled into a rearward-facing driver's seat and a rearward-facing passenger seat, the rear lower seat back support plane of the driver's seat frame becomes the upper plane of the rearward-facing driver's seat frame. The rear lower seat back support plane of the passenger seat frame becomes the upper plane of the rearward-facing passenger seat frame.

26. Claim 26: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that the rear lower seat back support planes of both the driver's seat frame and the passenger's seat frame can be either solid planes or planar contours supported by solid structures and possessing supporting force (such as wire mesh planes). After being assembled into the driver's single bed frame and the passenger's single bed frame respectively, the rear lower seat back support plane of the driver's seat frame becomes part of the upper plane of the driver's single bed frame. The rear lower seat back support plane of the passenger's seat frame becomes part of the upper plane of the passenger's single bed frame.

27. Claim 27: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that, in order to assemble into a suitably sized configuration: a rearward-facing passenger seat, a rearward-facing driver's seat, a single driver's bed, and a single passenger bed. Determining the installation and fixing positions of the center points of the rotation axes of the backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanisms for the driver's and passenger seats, and the center points of the rotation axes of the upper seat tilting and adjusting mechanisms, is crucial in the fabrication of this frame.

28. Claim 28: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising it, characterized in that, in order to assemble into a suitable height: a rearward-facing passenger seat, a rearward-facing driver's seat, a complete driver's single bed, and a complete passenger single bed. After the rear lower seatback frames of the driver's seat and passenger seat are folded forward and flattened, the height of the plane of the rear lower seatback support surface covered with the seat surface fabric must be: when a person of normal upper body length sits on it, like sitting in a rear seat of a car, the height does not feel restricted in head and upper body movement. That is, the height of the plane of the rear lower seatback support surface covered with the seat surface fabric after being folded forward and flattened is consistent with the height of the rear car seat (because the seat has the function of adjusting the overall seat height). Hereinafter, this height is simply referred to as: the height at which the plane of the rear lower seatback support surface covered with the seat surface fabric is at a suitable height after being folded forward and flattened.

29. Claim 29: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that, in manufacturing the car magic driver's seat frame and the car magic passenger seat frame described herein, according to: (1) The dimensions of the traditional car seat frame suitable for conversion to Magic Seat: the overall height of the seat frame, the overall width of the seat frame, the thickness of the backrest frame, the length of the seat frame, and the height of the seat frame. (2) The actual measured dimensions of the installation area of the backrest functional components of the magic chair frame described in this article: height, width, and installation position of the center point of the rotating shaft of the backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism in the installation area of the backrest functional components. (3) The height dimension of the magic chair frame described in this article is that the plane of the back support plane of the chair, which is folded forward and covered with the fabric of the seat surface, is the appropriate height. (4) The actual measured distance between the center point of the rotating shaft of the upper flip adjustment mechanism of the magic chair frame described in this article and the vertical line of the top point of the front part of the chair frame. (5) The actual measured dimensions of the upper flip frame of the chair seat described in this article, after being flipped forward and flattened, are such that the seat basin area must accommodate the length (height) of the upper part of the lower backrest frame when it is flattened. (6) The actual measured length of the vertical distance from the center point of the rotation axis of the backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism of the traditional car seat frame suitable for conversion to magic seat cars to the top horizontal line of the backrest frame when it is upright. (7) The actual measured height of the center point of the rotating shaft of the backrest flipping and flattening adjustment mechanism of the traditional car seat frame suitable for conversion to magic seat cars. (8) The actual measured slope of the entire backrest frame of a traditional car seat frame suitable for conversion to Magic Seats in a driving state. (9) The actual measured thickness of the front lower backrest frame that carries the relevant functional components and parts and wraps the seat surface fabric. Step by step, the following calculations were performed for the driver's side magic seat frame and the passenger side magic seat frame: the dimensions of each part of the frame, the installation and fixing position of the center point of the rotating shaft of the backrest tilting and flattening adjustment mechanism, and the installation and fixing position of the center point of the rotating shaft of the upper seat tilting and adjusting mechanism.

30. Claim 30: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that, for assembling the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame in the driving state: (1) Space needs to be made for the placement and fixation of the upper flip frame of the seat. The driver's seat and the passenger seat do not have the front lower back frame and the upper back frame installed. The rear lower back frame is flipped up and down by their respective backrest flipping and flattening adjustment mechanisms, so that the upper flip frame of each seat can be flipped up and fixed in a suitable position in the seat basin area of each seat. (2) The upper seat flip adjustment mechanism of the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame respectively drives their respective upper seat flip frames to flip backward and downward and place them in the seat basin area of their respective seat frames (the two upper seat flip frames on the left and right are fixed together by the fixing buckles). (3) The two upper fixing rods on the left and right front lower backrests and the two lower fixing rods on the left and right front lower backrests of the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame are respectively inserted and fixed into the two upper fixing tubes on the left and right front lower backrests and the two lower fixing tubes on the left and right front lower backrests of the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame. (4) The left and right upper backrest fixing rods of the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame are respectively inserted and fixed in the left and right upper backrest fixing guide tubes of the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame. (5) The left and right headrest fixing rods of the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame are respectively inserted and fixed into the left and right headrest fixing guide tubes of the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame. At this point, the driver's seat frame and the passenger seat frame have been assembled separately for the driving configuration.

31. Claim 31: A car magic seat frame, and a car comprising the same, characterized in that, in order to assemble into a rear-facing passenger seat frame: (1) The upper seat frame of the passenger seat needs to be flipped up and forward smoothly from its seat basin area. The lower back seat frame of the passenger seat, driven by its backrest flipping and flattening adjustment mechanism, flips backward to a position that allows the upper seat frame of the passenger seat to flip up and forward smoothly from its seat basin area.
