Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the field of wind power generation technology, and in particular to a vertical axis wind turbine, especially a wind turbine with variable angle vertical blades for wind collection. Background Technology

[0002] Traditional vertical axis wind turbines (such as the Darrieux and Savonius types) have advantages such as simple structure and no need for wind-facing devices, but they also suffer from problems such as low starting torque, low wind energy utilization, and difficulty in starting at low wind speeds. In particular, during blade rotation, some blades provide driving force with the wind while others generate drag with the wind, reducing overall power generation efficiency. Furthermore, the fixed-angle blades cannot adjust their wind-facing area in real time according to wind direction and speed, resulting in significant energy loss. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a wind turbine that can reduce headwind drag and improve wind energy utilization.

[0003] Chinese invention patent CN 121539430 A discloses a vertical axis wind turbine generator, which includes: a lower support column for connection to an installation position; a first connecting device for connection to the lower support column, the first connecting device being movable relative to the lower support column; a fan blade connected to the first connecting device; an upper support column connected to the first connecting device, the first connecting device being located between the lower and upper support columns; a generator connected to the upper support column; and a second connecting device connected to the rotating end of the generator and connected to the fan blade. When the wind drives the fan blade to rotate, the fan blade drives the rotating end of the generator to rotate via the second connecting device. This generator is difficult to start, has low overall efficiency, and is difficult to control overspeed. Summary of the Invention

[0004] The present invention aims to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and provide a wind turbine with variable angle vertical blades that can reduce rotational resistance, improve wind energy utilization, and adapt to varying wind directions, thereby meeting the requirements of high wind energy utilization and large power generation.

[0005] The technical solution adopted by this invention to solve its technical problem is as follows: This wind turbine with variable angle vertical blades includes a column cylinder, a rotating cylinder is sleeved on the outer contour of the column cylinder, a wind collection shell is provided at the outer end of the rotating cylinder, the wind collection shell includes a volute, and a wind collection port communicating with the volute channel is provided on the volute. The wind collection port is shaped like a trumpet with a larger outer diameter and a smaller inner diameter. A set of vertical blades are provided inside the volute, which are evenly distributed along the center of the column cylinder and drive the rotating cylinder to rotate. Each vertical blade changes its resistance angle in a counterclockwise direction through a variable angle device. A power generation component that generates electricity through the rotating cylinder is installed at the column cylinder, and the wind collection port changes the air inlet direction through a drive device. The purpose of the horn-shaped air inlet is to concentrate and increase wind speed, improving start-up performance and power generation efficiency at low wind speeds. The angle-changing device automatically reduces the wind-receiving area or closes the vertical blades in the upwind area, significantly reducing reverse resistance and increasing rotational torque. The drive device rotates the air inlet shell, ensuring that the air inlet always faces the prevailing wind direction, achieving automatic wind alignment and improving wind energy utilization. It can also rotate the entire power generation unit to achieve automatic wind alignment.

[0006] Further improvements include angled blade outlet and blade inlet ports on the volute. The purpose of these ports is to significantly reduce the weight and manufacturing difficulty of the air collector casing, thus simplifying its hoisting and installation. Furthermore, the blade outlet and inlet ports allow the vertical blades to carry air out of the volute cavity as they rotate, preventing negative pressure from creating resistance to the blades' rotation.

[0007] Further improvements include a variable angle device comprising a first vertical rod, and vertical blades comprising a first left vertical blade hinged to the vertical rod and a second right vertical blade hinged to the first vertical rod. Both the first left and first right vertical blades are rotatably connected to lead screw nuts, and both lead screw nuts are threaded with lead screws of opposite thread directions. The opposite ends of the two lead screws are fixed together. A first circular platform is fixed on the rotating drum, and a first servo motor is fixed on the first circular platform. The first servo motor drives the lead screw on one side to rotate. The functions of the first vertical rod, lead screw nut, lead screw, first annular platform, and first servo motor are as follows: The first servo motor drives the lead screw with opposite thread direction to rotate, thereby adjusting the included angle between the first left and first right vertical blades. This reduces the included angle between the first left and first right vertical blades outside the volute, effectively reducing wind resistance and increasing wind energy utilization efficiency. Several stacked sleeves are fitted onto the first vertical rod, and the first left and first right vertical blades are fixed at different sleeves, allowing them to rotate at the first vertical rod. A connecting rod and universal joint connect the first servo motor and the lead screw. This facilitates installation, eliminates the need for a corresponding lead screw shaft, and allows the universal joint to adjust the position between the connecting rod and the first servo motor when the first left and first right vertical blades open and close at their respective angles. This ensures that the power transmitted from the first servo motor is precisely transmitted to the lead screw, preventing jamming and inability to rotate.

[0008] Further improvements include the addition of a set of vertically spaced triangular reinforcing ribs fixed to the leeward side of each of the first left and first right vertical blades; a second annular platform is fixed to the rotating cylinder, with the bottom end of each first vertical rod supported on the top surface of the second annular platform; and a longitudinally supporting first connecting member is fixed between each first vertical rod and the outer contour of the rotating cylinder. The function of these first triangular reinforcing ribs is to significantly increase the wind-bending resistance of the first left and first right vertical blades, thus reducing their thickness to withstand wind bending. This not only greatly reduces the weight of the first left and first right vertical blades but also allows for higher rotational speeds and greater efficiency in utilizing wind energy. The second annular platform supports the first vertical rods, preventing them from sagging due to excessive weight and ensuring stable support. The first connecting member serves to provide stable longitudinal support for the first vertical rod at the rotating drum, thereby ensuring that the power generated by the vertical blades is transmitted stably and efficiently to the rotating drum, which then powers the generator. The first connecting member is a crossbar type, which provides higher connection strength and more stable support for the first vertical rod. When the crossbar connecting member is fixed to the first vertical rod, a rotation groove is opened on the sleeve to prevent the sleeve from colliding with the crossbar connecting member during the rotation of the first left and right vertical blades.

[0009] Further improvements include a second vertical rod, and vertical blades consisting of a second left vertical blade and a second right vertical blade fixed to the second vertical rod at an opening angle. A large gear is fixed to the top of the second vertical rod, and a second servo motor is installed on the side of the second vertical rod. A small gear meshing with the large gear is fixed to the shaft of the second servo motor. The function of the second vertical rod, the second left vertical blade, the second right vertical blade, the large gear, the second servo motor, and the small gear is to rotate the second left and second right vertical blades at the opening angle as a whole, thereby changing the angle to reduce wind resistance outside the volute and improve wind energy utilization efficiency. The advantage of fixing the second left and second right vertical blades to the second vertical rod at an opening angle (compared to driving the blades to open and close via a screw) is that the opening angle can be larger, reaching up to 150°, allowing for a larger wind area and higher wind energy utilization efficiency.

[0010] Further improvements include the following: a set of vertically spaced second triangular reinforcing ribs are fixed on the windward surface between each second left vertical blade and each second right vertical blade, with each second triangular reinforcing rib being a single piece; a set of second connecting members, evenly distributed along the center of the rotating cylinder and used for longitudinal support, are fixed on the outer contour of the rotating cylinder; the top and bottom ends of each second vertical rod are respectively hinged to each second connecting member; each second servo motor is respectively fixed to the side end of each second connecting member; and a cylinder body is provided on the inner side of the vertical blades for wind gathering and guidance and fixed at the second connecting member. The second triangular reinforcing rib here serves to improve the wind resistance bending strength between the second left and second right vertical blades, allowing them to be made thinner and lighter, thus increasing the efficiency of wind power conversion into electricity. The second connector here provides stable longitudinal support for the second vertical rod at the rotating drum, ensuring that the power generated by the vertical blades is transmitted stably and efficiently to the rotating drum for power generation. The second connector uses upper and lower support rods, which not only provide strong longitudinal support and are lightweight, but also leave space between the upper and lower support rods, facilitating the installation of the power generation components and vertical blades, and greatly simplifying equipment maintenance. The cylinder here further concentrates the wind blowing in from the air inlet, resulting in greater thrust on the vertical blades and higher wind energy utilization.

[0011] Further improvements include a generator fixed in the middle of the column cylinder cavity, with a connecting shaft fixed between the generator's shaft and the top of the cylinder to drive the generator's rotation. Here, the generator is positioned in the middle of the column cylinder cavity, with its center of gravity centered. This results in less swaying force on the column cylinder when the vertical blades drive the cylinder to rotate, and the cylinder then drives the generator to rotate via the connecting shaft. This makes the generator's operation more stable, and the connecting shaft does not need to be excessively long, is easy to machine, and ensures coaxiality.

[0012] Further improvements include a coil fixed at the center of the outer contour of the column, and a permanent magnet paired with the coil fixed on the rotating drum. The purpose of the coil and permanent magnet is to generate electricity by moving the permanent magnet relative to the coil with the rotating drum. With a generator of the same volume, the power generation efficiency and output are higher; and it can adapt to different wind field environments.

[0013] Further improvements include a drive device that includes an air collector housing rotatably connected to the column cylinder, a worm wheel installed at the bottom of the volute housing, a high-torque motor fixed to the side of the worm wheel, a worm meshing on the worm wheel, and the worm being driven by the high-torque motor; and a support wheel fixed to the bottom side of the air collector housing. The high-torque motor, worm gear, and worm shaft here function to rotate the worm wheel via the worm shaft, thereby rotating the air collector housing and adjusting the air intake to align with the direction of the wind. The support wheel serves to support the air intake, preventing excessive torque from affecting the column cylinder and avoiding breakage at the rotating interface of the air collector housing, given its large size, weight, and the protruding air intake. A connecting rod and universal joint are installed between the high-torque motor and the worm shaft, allowing the motor to drive the worm gear to rotate once fixed to the ground. The worm gear and worm shaft have one-way self-locking properties, preventing the air collector housing from rotating solely due to external wind; rotation is achieved only through the worm shaft driving the worm wheel, which in turn rotates the air collector housing, thus adjusting the optimal air intake angle.

[0014] Further improvements include the addition of a support block fixed inside the column cylinder, a live base fixed on the support block, and a power transmission brush head that mates with the live base fixed on the rotating drum. The function of the live base and power transmission brush head is to supply power to the rotating first and second servo motors, thereby enabling efficient and convenient adjustment of the vertical blade angle.

[0015] The beneficial effects of this invention are: 1) By setting up a funnel-shaped air inlet, it is possible to concentrate and increase the speed of wind, thereby improving the start-up performance and power generation efficiency under low wind speeds; 2) By using a variable angle device, the vertical blades automatically reduce the wind-receiving area outside the volute, significantly reducing reverse resistance, increasing rotational torque, and increasing power generation efficiency; 3) The wind collector shell is rotated by the drive device, so that the wind collector opening is always facing the main wind direction, realizing automatic wind alignment and improving wind energy utilization. 4) Offers two variable angle structures: lead screw and nut type, and gear type, to adapt to different power levels and cost requirements; 5) Two types of power generation components are provided (mechanical drive type and direct drive permanent magnet type), which can be flexibly adapted to different installation scenarios and different power generation components can be installed according to different wind power conditions to achieve optimal power generation efficiency. [0020] The volute 3-1 is provided with a blade outlet port 3-1a and a blade inlet port 3-1b set at an angle.

[0021] The angle-changing device 5 includes a first vertical rod 5-1, and the vertical blade 4 includes a first left vertical blade 4-1 hinged to the vertical rod 5-1 and a second right vertical blade 4-2 hinged to the first vertical rod 5-1. Both the first left vertical blade 4-1 and the first right vertical blade 4-2 are rotatably connected to a lead screw nut 5-2. Both lead screw nuts 5-2 are threadedly connected to lead screws 5-3 with opposite thread directions. The opposite ends of the two lead screws 5-3 are fixed together. A first circular platform 2-1 is fixed on the rotating drum 2. A first servo motor 5-4 is fixed on the first circular platform 2-1. The first servo motor 5-4 drives the lead screw 5-3 on one side to rotate.

[0022] Each of the first left vertical blades 4-1 and each of the first right vertical blades 4-2 has a set of vertically spaced first triangular reinforcing ribs 5-5 fixed on its leeward side; a second annular platform 2-2 is fixed on the rotating cylinder 2, and the bottom end of each of the first vertical rods 5-1 is supported on the top surface of the second annular platform 2-2. Each of the first vertical rods 5-1 and the outer contour of the rotating cylinder 2 has a first connecting piece 5-12 for longitudinal support and force.

[0023] The power generation component 6 includes a generator 6-1 fixed in the middle of the cavity of the column cylinder 1. A connecting shaft 6-2 that drives the generator 6-1 to rotate is fixed between the rotating shaft of the generator 6-1 and the top of the rotating cylinder 2.

[0024] The drive device 7 includes an air collecting shell 3 rotatably connected to the column cylinder 1, a worm wheel 7-1 installed at the bottom of the volute 3-1, a high-torque motor 7-2 fixed at the side end of the worm wheel 7-1, a worm 7-3 meshing on the worm wheel 7-1, and the worm 7-3 being driven by the high-torque motor 7-2; and a support wheel 11 fixed at the bottom side of the air collecting port 3-2 of the air collecting shell 3.

[0025] A support 8 is fixed inside the cavity of the column cylinder 1, and a live base 9 is fixed on the support 8. A power transmission brush head 10 that mates with the live base 9 is fixed on the rotating cylinder 2.

[0026] The working principle of this invention is as follows: When natural wind blows towards the air inlet 3-2, the trumpet-shaped air inlet 3-2 accelerates the airflow. The high-speed airflow enters the interior of the volute 3-1, driving the vertical blades 4 to rotate. When the vertical blades 4 enter the volute 3-1 at the blade inlet port 3-1b, the first servo motor 5-4 drives the two lead screws 5-3 to rotate. Since the threads of the lead screws on both sides are opposite, the first left vertical blade 4-1 and the first right vertical blade 4-2 open outward at their maximum angle around the first vertical rod 5-1, forming a larger wind-receiving area and fully absorbing wind energy. When the vertical blades 4 rotate out of the volute 3-1 at the blade outlet port 3-1a, each vertical blade 4 will be located outside the cavity of the volute 3-1. At this time, the first servo motor 5-4 drives in the opposite direction, causing the first left vertical blade 4-1 and the first right vertical blade 4-2 to move inward around the first vertical rod 5-1, reducing the wind-receiving area and thus significantly reducing wind resistance (e.g., ...). Figure 8 (As shown); the rotating drum 2 rotates continuously under the push of the vertical blades 4, driving the generator 6-1 to generate electricity through the connecting shaft 6-2; at the same time, the wind direction sensor (not shown in the figure) controls the high-torque motor 7-2, which drives the rotating worm wheel 7-1 through the worm gear 7-3, thereby driving the entire air collecting shell 3 to rotate, so that the air collecting port 3-2 is always aligned with the main wind direction. Here, the power transmission brush head 10 and the output of the charging base 9 can continuously supply power to the rotating first servo motor 5-4 (e.g. Figure 7 , Figure 12 (As shown); Here, the angle-changing device 5 not only reduces the wind resistance of the vertical blades 4 outside the volute 3-1, but also actively reduces the angle between the first left vertical blade 4-1 and the first right vertical blade 4-2 when the wind force is too strong, thereby reducing the rotation speed of the drum 2 and preventing damage to the power generation equipment due to excessive rotation speed; the power generation equipment of this scheme can be made into different sizes according to the working environment and wind force to adapt to the working environment and wind energy utilization efficiency; the size can usually reach a diameter of 20 meters wide and 16 meters high.

[0027] Example 2: See attached document Figure 9 , 10 12: This type of wind turbine with variable-angle vertical blades includes a column cylinder 1, characterized in that: a rotating cylinder 2 is sleeved on the outer contour of the column cylinder 1, and a wind collection shell 3 is provided at the outer end of the rotating cylinder 2. The wind collection shell 3 includes a volute 3-1, and a wind collection port 3-2 communicating with the channel of the volute 3-1 is provided on the volute 3-1. The wind collection port 3-2 is shaped like a trumpet with a larger outer diameter and a smaller inner diameter. A set of vertical blades 4 are evenly distributed along the center of the column cylinder 1 and drive the rotating cylinder 2 to rotate. Each vertical blade 4 changes its resistance angle in a counterclockwise direction through a variable angle device 5. A power generation component 6 driven by the rotating cylinder 2 is installed at the column cylinder 1. The wind collection port 3-2 changes its air inlet direction through a drive device 7.

[0028] The volute 3-1 is provided with a blade outlet port 3-1a and a blade inlet port 3-1b set at an angle.

[0029] The angle-changing device 5 includes a second vertical rod 5-6, and the vertical blades 4 include a second left vertical blade 4-3 and a second right vertical blade 4-4 fixed on the second vertical rod 5-6 and at an opening angle between them. A large gear 5-8 is fixed at the top of the second vertical rod 5-6, and a second servo motor 5-9 is installed on the side of the second vertical rod 5-6. A small gear 5-10 that meshes with the large gear 5-8 is fixed on the shaft of the second servo motor 5-9.

[0030] Each of the second left vertical blades 4-3 and the second right vertical blades 4-4 has a set of vertically spaced second triangular reinforcing ribs 5-11 fixed on its windward surface. Each second triangular reinforcing rib 5-11 is a single piece. A set of second connecting pieces 5-13, which are evenly distributed along the center of the rotating cylinder 2 and are used for longitudinal support, is fixed on the outer contour of the rotating cylinder 2. The top and bottom ends of each second vertical rod 5-6 are respectively hinged to each second connecting piece 5-13. Each second servo motor 5-9 is respectively fixed to the side end of each second connecting piece 5-13. The inner side of the vertical blade 4 is provided with a cylinder body 5-7 that gathers wind and guides it and is fixed at the second connecting piece 5-13.

[0031] The power generation component 6 includes a generator 6-1 fixed in the middle of the cavity of the column cylinder 1. A connecting shaft 6-2 that drives the generator 6-1 to rotate is fixed between the rotating shaft of the generator 6-1 and the top of the rotating cylinder 2.

[0032] The drive device 7 includes an air collecting shell 3 rotatably connected to the column cylinder 1, a worm wheel 7-1 installed at the bottom of the volute 3-1, a high-torque motor 7-2 fixed at the side end of the worm wheel 7-1, a worm 7-3 meshing on the worm wheel 7-1, and the worm 7-3 being driven by the high-torque motor 7-2; and a support wheel 11 fixed at the bottom side of the air collecting port 3-2 of the air collecting shell 3.

[0033] A support 8 is fixed inside the cavity of the column cylinder 1, a live base 9 is fixed on the support 8, and a power transmission brush head 10 that cooperates with the live base 9 is fixed on the rotating cylinder 2.

[0034] The working principle of Example 2: Similar to Example 1, the wind force accelerates through the wind collector 3 and drives the vertical blade 4 to rotate. The angle-changing device 5 controls the rotation of the vertical blade 4 inside and outside the volute 3-1 cavity, reducing resistance. The difference is that when the vertical blade 4 enters the blade inlet port 3-1b of the volute 3-1, the second servo motor 5-9 drives the large gear 5-8 to rotate through the small gear 5-10, causing the second vertical rod 5-6 to drive the second left vertical blade 4-3 and the second right vertical blade 4-4 to rotate as a whole to the position of maximum wind-receiving surface. When the vertical blade 4 rotates out of the blade outlet port 3-1a of the volute 3-2, the second servo motor 5-9 rotates in the opposite direction, and the second left vertical blade 4-3 and the second right vertical blade 4-4 rotate as a whole to the position of minimum wind-receiving surface, reducing wind resistance and increasing wind energy utilization efficiency (e.g., Figure 9 , Figure 10 As shown, the rotating drum 2 rotates continuously under the push of the vertical blades 4, driving the generator 6-1 to generate electricity through the connecting shaft 6-2; the gear transmission method has fast response and precise control, and is suitable for working conditions that require frequent adjustment of the blade angle; the rest of the working principle is the same as in Embodiment 1; here, the small gear 5-10 drives the large gear 5-8 to increase torque, reduce the volume of the second servo motor 5-9, reduce the mass of the rotating vertical blades 4, provide wind power torque, and increase power generation; here, the angle changing device 5 can not only reduce the wind resistance of the vertical blades 4 outside the volute 3-1, but also actively rotate the angle of the second left vertical blade 4-3 and the second right vertical blade 4-4 as a whole when the wind force is too strong, thereby reducing the rotation speed of the rotating drum 2 and avoiding damage to the power generation equipment due to excessive rotation speed; the power generation equipment of this scheme can be made into different sizes according to the working environment and wind force to adapt to the working environment and wind energy utilization efficiency; the size can usually reach a diameter of 20 meters wide and 16 meters high.

[0035] Example 3: See attached document Figure 9 , 11 12: This type of wind turbine with variable-angle vertical blades includes a column cylinder 1, a rotating cylinder 2 fitted around the outer contour of the column cylinder 1, a wind collection shell 3 at the outer end of the rotating cylinder 2, the wind collection shell 3 including a volute 3-1, a wind collection port 3-2 connected to the channel of the volute 3-1, the wind collection port 3-2 is shaped like a trumpet with a larger outer diameter and a smaller inner diameter, a set of vertical blades 4 evenly distributed along the center of the column cylinder 1 and driving the rotating cylinder 2 to rotate inside the volute 3-1, each vertical blade 4 changing its resistance angle in a counterclockwise direction through a variable angle device 5, a power generation component 6 driven by the rotating cylinder 2 to generate electricity is installed at the column cylinder 1, and the wind collection port 3-2 changes its air inlet direction through a drive device 7.

[0036] The volute 3-1 is provided with a blade outlet port 3-1a and a blade inlet port 3-1b set at an angle.

[0037] The angle-changing device 5 includes a second vertical rod 5-6, and the vertical blades 4 include a second left vertical blade 4-3 and a second right vertical blade 4-4 fixed on the second vertical rod 5-6 and at an opening angle between them.

[0038] Each of the second left vertical blades 4-3 and the second right vertical blades 4-4 has a set of vertically spaced second triangular reinforcing ribs 5-11 fixed on its windward surface. Each second triangular reinforcing rib 5-11 is a single piece. A set of second connecting pieces 5-13, which are evenly distributed along the center of the rotating cylinder 2 and are used for longitudinal support, is fixed on the outer contour of the rotating cylinder 2. Each second servo motor 5-9 is respectively fixed to the side end of each second connecting piece 5-13. The inner side of the vertical blade 4 is provided with a cylinder body 5-7 that gathers wind and guides it and is fixed at the second connecting piece 5-13.

[0039] The power generation component 6 includes a coil 6-3 fixed at the middle position of the outer contour of the column cylinder 1, and a permanent magnet 6-4 paired with the coil 6-3 fixed on the rotating cylinder 2.

[0040] The drive device 7 includes an air collecting shell 3 rotatably connected to the column cylinder 1, a worm wheel 7-1 installed at the bottom of the volute 3-1, a high-torque motor 7-2 fixed at the side end of the worm wheel 7-1, a worm 7-3 meshing on the worm wheel 7-1, and the worm 7-3 being driven by the high-torque motor 7-2; and a support wheel 11 fixed at the bottom side of the air collecting port 3-2 of the air collecting shell 3.

[0041] A support 8 is fixed inside the cavity of the column cylinder 1, a live base 9 is fixed on the support 8, and a power transmission brush head 10 that cooperates with the live base 9 is fixed on the rotating cylinder 2.

[0042] The working principle of Example 3 is basically the same as that of Example 2, except that: combining the gear-type angle-changing device 5 with the permanent magnet direct-drive power generation method, the wind drives the rotating drum 2 to rotate, while the angle-changing device 5 actively controls the windward angle of the vertical blades 4 to reduce the wind resistance outside the volute 3-1 cavity. The rotating drum 2 drives the permanent magnet 6-4 to move relative to the coil 6-3 to generate electricity. Under the condition of generator of the same volume, the power generation efficiency and power output are higher; this example has the advantages of fast control response, compact structure, and low maintenance cost (e.g., Figure 9 , Figure 11(As shown in the diagram). The rotating drum 2 drives the permanent magnet 6-4 to rotate, which interacts with the fixed coil 6-3 to directly generate electricity. This eliminates the need for an intermediate drive shaft and generator, resulting in a more compact structure and allowing for greater power generation. It is also suitable for wind conditions. With the same volume of power generation equipment, the combination of permanent magnet 6-4 and coil 6-3 can generate more electricity. The angle-changing device 5 not only reduces wind resistance of the vertical blades 4 outside the volute 3-1, but also actively rotates the angles of the second left vertical blade 4-3 and the second right vertical blade 4-4 as a whole when the wind is too strong, thereby reducing the rotation speed of the rotating drum 2 and preventing damage to the power generation equipment due to excessive rotation speed. The power generation equipment of this scheme can be made in different sizes according to the working environment and wind strength to adapt to the working environment and wind energy utilization efficiency. The size can typically reach a diameter of 20 meters wide and 16 meters high.
