Description

Technical Field

[0001] This application relates to the field of solid waste treatment technology, and in particular to an intelligent automatic impurity removal three-layer mesh belt microwave gradient hot air coupled closed high-humidity solid waste deep drying system and its drying process. Background Technology

[0002] Against the backdrop of "zero-waste city" construction, resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, and harmless disposal of sludge, a large amount of municipal wet sludge, large-scale livestock manure, and various brewing and kitchen waste residues are generated annually. These solid wastes have high organic matter content and high water content, making them highly susceptible to anaerobic decomposition and the release of malodorous pollutants. Indiscriminate dumping leads to leachate pollution of soil and groundwater, while landfilling occupies significant storage capacity and incurs rising costs year after year. Therefore, deep drying to achieve substantial volume and waste reduction has become an essential treatment method.

[0003] Currently, the mainstream solid waste drying equipment on the market is the mesh belt hot air dryer. Conventional mesh belt drying involves spreading the material flat on the mesh belt surface, relying on hot air blowing from top to bottom for heat exchange. Furthermore, some drying equipment pre-treats the solid waste before the dryer by cutting it into strips using a slitting machine to increase the surface area and optimize drying efficiency. However, due to the lack of automatic impurity removal mechanisms, stones, wires, hard plastics, and other debris easily jam the slitting machine and clog the drying mesh belt. Although slitting machines with anti-jamming functions exist, these functions only allow debris to pass through the slitting section of the machine into the next drying stage; they cannot separate the debris from the required solid waste, further impacting the drying mesh belt. This debris necessitates frequent shutdowns for manual unclogging, which not only reduces production continuity and increases labor costs but also causes the release of foul odors from the solid waste during repairs, severely polluting the factory environment. Summary of the Invention

[0004] To address the issue of impurities affecting the continuity and environmental friendliness of solid waste production, this application provides an intelligent automatic impurity removal three-layer mesh belt microwave gradient hot air coupled closed high-humidity solid waste deep drying system and its drying process.

[0005] Firstly, the intelligent automatic impurity removal three-layer mesh belt microwave gradient hot air coupled closed high-humidity solid waste deep drying system provided in this application adopts the following technical solution: A smart, automatic, three-layer mesh belt microwave gradient hot air coupled sealed high-humidity solid waste deep drying system includes: a crushing and feeding device; a strip-cutting and impurity-removing device, including a strip-cutting mechanism and an impurity-removing mechanism, wherein the input end of the strip-cutting mechanism is connected to the output end of the crushing and feeding device, the strip-cutting mechanism has a first output port and a second output port, and the impurity-removing mechanism is connected to the strip-cutting mechanism for selectively outputting the strip-cut solid waste through the first output port or the second output port; a drying device, the input end of which is connected to the first output port of the strip-cutting mechanism; a negative pressure exhaust device, the input end of which is connected to the drying device; a waste gas treatment device, connected to the output end of the negative pressure exhaust device; and a control device, wherein the crushing and feeding device, the strip-cutting and impurity-removing device, the drying device, the negative pressure exhaust device, and the waste gas treatment device are all electrically connected to the control device.

[0006] By adopting the above technical solution, the crushing and feeding device can crush high-moisture solid waste and transport the crushed material to the strip cutting and impurity removal device, avoiding large pieces of material from affecting subsequent processing. The strip cutting and impurity removal device can cut the crushed solid waste into strips for easy subsequent drying. The impurity removal mechanism can selectively output the cut solid waste from the first or second output port according to the cutting situation. When foreign objects appear during the cutting process, they can be discharged through the second output port, ensuring that qualified cut material enters the drying device through the first output port, improving drying efficiency and quality, reducing maintenance frequency, and improving production continuity. The drying device can also process the cut strips. The solid waste is then dried to reduce its moisture content. A negative pressure exhaust system creates negative pressure inside the drying unit, preventing the escape of odors, moisture, and dust generated during the drying process, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment. Simultaneously, the exhaust gas generated during drying is transported to a waste gas treatment device. This device deodorizes the exhaust gas and reuses its heat, reducing environmental pollution and improving energy efficiency. The control system provides unified control over the crushing and feeding device, the cutting and cleaning device, the drying unit, the negative pressure exhaust system, and the waste gas treatment device, achieving automated operation of the entire drying system and improving production efficiency and stability.

[0007] Optionally, the crushing and feeding device includes a crushing mechanism and a feeding mechanism. The crushing mechanism includes a sealed hopper and a sealed crusher. The feeding mechanism is a sealed screw conveyor. The output end of the sealed hopper is connected to the input end of the sealed crusher. The input end of the sealed screw conveyor is connected to the output end of the sealed crusher. The output end of the sealed screw conveyor is connected to the cutting and impurity removal device.

[0008] By adopting the above technical solutions, the sealed silo can prevent the leakage of odor and dust during material unloading, ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly production environment; the sealed crusher can crush lumpy high-moisture solid waste into loose fragments of suitable particle size, facilitating subsequent processing; the sealed screw conveyor can realize the sealed conveying of materials, avoiding leakage during the conveying process. At the same time, its conveying shaft is equipped with a variable frequency speed control drive motor, which can adjust the screw speed according to the feed load of the downstream cutting machine, realizing intelligent matching between the feed amount and the downstream processing load, thereby making the operation of the entire system more efficient and stable.

[0009] Optionally, the slicing mechanism includes a slicing machine body, a slicing assembly, an adjusting component, and a guide channel. The slicing assembly includes a first slicing component and a second slicing component. The first slicing component is disposed on the slicing machine body and cooperates with the second slicing component to slice the crushed solid waste into strips. The adjusting component is disposed on the slicing machine body, and the second slicing component is disposed on the adjusting component. The adjusting component is used to adjust the distance between the second slicing component and the first slicing component. The guide channel is connected to the first output port. The first end of the guide channel is connected to the first side of the slicing machine body, and the second end of the guide channel is connected to the input end of the drying device.

[0010] By adopting the above technical solution, the slitting machine body provides support and a foundation for the entire slitting mechanism, ensuring the stability of the slitting process. The first and second slitting components work together to slit the crushed solid waste into suitable strips for subsequent drying. The adjustment component can adjust the distance between the second and first slitting components, allowing for flexible adjustment of the slitting width according to the characteristics and processing requirements of different solid wastes. This improves the applicability and accuracy of slitting and facilitates the removal of debris by increasing the distance to the second output port. The guide trough guides the material; it connects to the first output port and transports the qualified solid waste from the slitting machine body to the input of the drying device, ensuring smooth entry of the material into the next process.

[0011] Optionally, a vibration sensor and a current detection module are installed on the cutting strip assembly, and both the vibration sensor and the current detection module are electrically connected to the control device.

[0012] By adopting the above technical solution, installing vibration sensors and current detection modules on the cutting assembly and electrically connecting them to the control device, the working status of the cutting assembly can be monitored in real time. The vibration sensor detects the vibration amplitude of the cutting assembly. When a foreign object is stuck in the cutting assembly, the vibration amplitude will change abnormally, and the vibration sensor will transmit this abnormal signal to the control device. The current detection module is used to detect the drive load current of the cutting assembly. Foreign object obstruction will cause an increase in the drive load of the cutting assembly. The current detection module can capture the abnormal change in current and transmit the signal to the control device. After receiving the abnormal signals from the vibration sensor and the current detection module, the control device reacts quickly, controlling the impurity removal mechanism to start impurity removal, promptly removing foreign objects, ensuring the normal operation of the cutting work, avoiding equipment damage or downtime caused by foreign object obstruction, and improving the continuous production capacity and reliability of the equipment.

[0013] Optionally, the impurity removal mechanism is located below the cutting assembly. The impurity removal mechanism includes an impurity removal support, an impurity removal baffle, an impurity removal pusher, an impurity removal elastic member, and a sealed impurity collection box. The upper end of the impurity removal baffle is rotatably connected to the second side of the cutting machine body. The sealed impurity collection box is connected to the second output port. The impurity removal support is located on one side of the cutting machine body. The fixed end of the impurity removal pusher is connected to the impurity removal support. The telescopic end of the impurity removal pusher abuts against the outer side of the impurity removal baffle. The impurity removal baffle is used to selectively transport the solid waste after cutting to the guide trough or the sealed impurity collection box. The two ends of the impurity removal elastic member are respectively connected to the outer side of the impurity removal baffle and the impurity removal support.

[0014] By adopting the above technical solution, the impurity removal mechanism is located below the cutting assembly, facilitating timely handling of impurities generated during the cutting process. The impurity removal support provides stable support for the impurity removal pusher, ensuring its normal operation. The upper end of the impurity removal baffle is rotatably connected to the second side of the cutting machine body, allowing for flexible rotation. In conjunction with the impurity removal pusher and the impurity removal elastic element, it selectively transports the solid waste after cutting to either the guide trough or the sealed impurity collection box. When the cutting assembly is operating normally, the telescopic end of the impurity removal pusher abuts against the outside of the impurity removal baffle, closing the second output port. The solid waste after cutting is then transported to the drying device via the guide trough. When the cutting assembly is jammed by foreign objects, triggering a corresponding signal, the impurity removal pusher retracts, and the impurity removal baffle rotates open under the action of the impurity removal elastic element, discharging the impurities into the sealed impurity collection box. After the impurities are removed, the impurity removal pusher extends again, pushing the impurity removal baffle back to its original position. The sealed impurity collection box is connected to the second output port, effectively collecting impurities, preventing overflow and environmental pollution, and ensuring a clean environment around the equipment. In this way, automatic impurity removal can be achieved, preventing impurities from entering the drying device and affecting the drying effect, improving the continuous production capacity of the equipment, reducing the workload and cost of manual cleaning of impurities, and preventing large-scale leakage of odors when the lid is opened for cleaning.

[0015] Optionally, the adjustment component is connected to the impurity removal pusher via a transmission connection.

[0016] By adopting the above technical solution, the adjusting component can adjust the distance between the second cutting component and the first cutting component, thereby changing the width of the cutting strips to discharge impurities. After the adjusting component is connected to the impurity removal pusher, when the impurity removal pusher is driven to move, the adjusting component will adjust the cutting strip spacing, so that the working state of the impurity removal baffle matches the cutting strip situation, allowing the impurities to reliably fall into the second output port.

[0017] Optionally, the drying device includes a drying chamber, a mesh belt conveyor group, a microwave emitting group, a hot air duct, a turning plow group, and a main hot air duct. The mesh belt conveyor group is located inside the drying chamber and includes multi-stage staggered mesh belt assemblies, each of which has mesh holes. The microwave emitting group is located at the top of the drying chamber. Above each set of mesh belt assemblies, there is a set of hot air ducts and a set of turning plows. The first end of the main hot air duct is connected to multiple sets of hot air ducts.

[0018] By adopting the above technical solutions, the drying chamber provides a relatively enclosed space for the drying process, reducing heat loss and improving drying efficiency. The multi-stage staggered mesh belt components in the mesh belt conveyor group have mesh openings, allowing materials to be conveyed on the mesh belts. The staggered arrangement of the mesh belts causes materials to fall between different mesh belts, naturally breaking up clumps. The mesh openings also prevent leakage of small materials while allowing hot air penetration, facilitating full contact between hot air and materials. A microwave emission unit is located at the top of the drying chamber, heating the material from within. Free water is released from the material through the polar resonance of water molecules within the material, accelerating dehydration. Hot air ducts above each mesh belt component deliver hot air to the material surface. The convection and heat exchange of the hot air remove moisture from the material surface. Different mesh belt levels can be set with different hot air temperatures to achieve gradient drying. For example, the upper layer uses high-temperature hot air to quickly remove free water, the middle layer uses medium-high temperature air to remove capillary water, and the lower layer uses low temperature air to remove residual bound water, preventing high-temperature coking of organic matter. The turning plow continuously turns the material, lifting the hardened surface crust, breaking up the sealed channels of moisture, and ensuring unobstructed microwave radiation and hot air penetration through the gaps in the material. This multi-dimensional drying method allows the material to be heated simultaneously from top to bottom, improving drying uniformity and completely eliminating the problem of dry exterior but damp interior. The main hot air duct connects multiple sets of hot air ducts, uniformly delivering hot air and ensuring a stable hot air supply.

[0019] Optionally, the hot air main duct is equipped with an electromagnetic induction heating coil and a temperature sensor that are electrically connected to the control device.

[0020] By adopting the above technical solution, the temperature sensor can collect the hot air temperature data in the main hot air duct in real time and feed the data back to the control device. Based on the received temperature data, the control device determines whether the temperature drop during hot air delivery exceeds a set threshold. If it does, the control device automatically activates the electromagnetic induction heating coil to supplement the heat in the main hot air duct. After the electromagnetic induction heating coil is energized, it generates heat, accurately compensating for the heat loss of the hot air during duct delivery. This ensures that the temperature deviation between the hot air entering each layer of the drying device's conveyor belt and the set value is within the allowable range, allowing the drying process to proceed stably according to the preset temperature conditions, thus improving the drying effect and quality.

[0021] Optionally, the waste gas treatment device includes an incineration reactor, a heat exchanger, a condensate recovery tank, and a hot air reuse pipeline. The input end of the incineration reactor is connected to the output end of the negative pressure exhaust device, the output end of the incineration reactor is connected to the heat exchanger, the condensate output end of the heat exchanger is connected to the condensate recovery tank, the hot air output end of the heat exchanger is connected to the first end of the hot air reuse pipeline, and the second end of the hot air reuse pipeline is connected to the drying device.

[0022] By adopting the above technical solution, the incineration reactor can perform high-temperature incineration treatment on the waste gas output from the negative pressure exhaust device, completely oxidizing and decomposing the malodorous combustible components such as VOCs, hydrogen sulfide, and methanethiol in the waste gas, thereby effectively removing the malodorous components from the waste gas and achieving waste gas deodorization. The heat exchanger enables the high-temperature purified flue gas discharged from the incineration reactor to exchange heat efficiently with the ambient temperature make-up air in a counter-current flow. This allows most of the vaporized water vapor in the flue gas to condense and liquefy upon encountering the low-temperature pipe wall, and then flow into the condensation recovery tank by gravity. At the same time, the ambient temperature make-up air is heated to become high-temperature dry hot air. The condensation recovery tank can collect the water condensed in the heat exchanger. The tank is equipped with a level transmitter and an electric automatic drain valve. The condensate in the tank accumulates to a set level and is automatically discharged. After pretreatment, the condensate can be reused for cleaning workshop equipment, conditioning solid waste, etc. The hot air recycling pipeline can introduce high-temperature dry hot air, which has been heated by heat exchanger, into the drying device as a heat source required for drying, realizing the reuse of waste gas heat, reducing the input of external fuel, and improving the thermal energy utilization rate of the system.

[0023] Secondly, the intelligent automatic impurity removal three-layer mesh belt microwave gradient hot air coupled closed high-humidity solid waste deep drying process provided in this application adopts the following technical solution: A smart, automatic impurity removal, three-layer mesh belt microwave gradient hot air coupled closed-loop deep drying process for high-humidity solid waste is applied to the aforementioned smart, automatic impurity removal, three-layer mesh belt microwave gradient hot air coupled closed-loop deep drying system for high-humidity solid waste. The process includes: closed-loop feeding and crushing; impurity removal and strip cutting; wherein the strip cutting mechanism continuously cuts the material into strips; when foreign objects become stuck in the cutting blades, a current detection module and vibration sensor on the cutting blades are triggered, and the impurity removal mechanism starts removing impurities; after the impurities are removed, the impurity removal mechanism automatically resets, and the qualified strips of material are evenly distributed on the mesh belt assembly at the top of the drying device. The process involves three stages: First, the top layer of the mesh belt moves forward at a constant speed. Under the influence of the top microwave emission group and hot air at 200℃~1000℃, the material undergoes initial and significant dehydration before falling from the top layer to the middle layer. Second, the material on the middle layer is subjected to continuous hot air at 200℃~1000℃, resulting in deep removal of capillary water. The material then falls to the bottom layer of the mesh belt. Third, the material on the bottom layer is dried at a low temperature under the influence of hot air at 200℃~600℃, removing residual bound water. The material is then output after its moisture content drops to 0~15%, meeting the standard.

[0024] By adopting the above technical solutions, the closed-loop feeding and crushing process feeds high-moisture solid waste with an initial moisture content of 40%-90% into a closed silo. The waste is then crushed into appropriately sized pieces by a closed crusher, and further fed by a fully sealed screw conveyor, preventing dust and odor leakage and ensuring environmental friendliness and airtightness in the feeding process. In the impurity removal and strip-cutting process, the cutting mechanism continuously cuts the material into strips for subsequent drying. When foreign objects become stuck in the cutting blade assembly, the current detection module and vibration sensor are triggered, activating the impurity removal mechanism for automatic removal. After the impurities are removed, the mechanism automatically resets, effectively preventing equipment malfunctions caused by foreign objects, improving the continuous operation capability and production efficiency of the equipment. The even distribution of qualified strip-shaped material on the top mesh belt assembly of the drying device provides a good foundation for subsequent drying. In the first drying process, the top mesh belt assembly moves forward at a constant speed. Under the action of hot air at 200℃-1000℃, a large amount of free water in the material is released, achieving initial and significant dehydration. The material then falls from the top mesh belt assembly to the middle mesh belt assembly. During this process, the material is naturally dispersed due to the drop, which is beneficial for further drying. In the second drying process, the material on the middle mesh belt assembly, under the continuous action of hot air at 200℃-1000℃, can deeply remove capillary water from the material, further reducing the moisture content. The material then falls to the bottom mesh belt assembly. In the third drying process, the material on the bottom mesh belt assembly undergoes low-temperature drying under the action of hot air at 200℃-600℃. This removes residual bound water and avoids high-temperature coking of organic matter, ultimately reducing the moisture content of the material to 0-15% before output, ensuring the drying quality and the quality of the dried material.

[0025] In summary, this application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects: 1. The strip cutting and impurity removal device uses vibration sensors and current detection modules. When impurities are stuck in the strip cutting group and cause parameters to exceed the standard, the impurity removal mechanism automatically opens the impurity removal baffle to remove impurities, avoiding machine downtime for manual clearing, improving the continuous production capacity of the equipment, reducing foreign object wear failures and impurity removal labor costs, and preventing odor leakage. 2. The drying device is equipped with a multi-stage staggered mesh belt assembly, combined with a microwave emitting group and hot air pipes with different temperature gradients, and a turning plow group to continuously turn the material, so as to realize the coupling drying of the first layer of microwave internal heating and the three layers of gradient hot air, break the surface dry shell, and allow the hot air to penetrate the material to achieve deep dehydration to 0-15%, shorten the drying time and reduce energy consumption. 3. The negative pressure exhaust device maintains a slight negative pressure in the drying chamber, suppressing the escape of odorous gases and dust. The waste gas treatment device deodorizes the waste gas by high-temperature incineration and recovers and utilizes the waste heat, ensuring that there are no unorganized odor emissions in the factory area, fully meeting environmental protection emission standards, improving the overall thermal energy utilization rate, and reducing external fuel consumption. [0036] like Figure 1As shown in the figure, this application discloses an intelligent automatic impurity removal three-layer mesh belt microwave gradient hot air coupled closed high-humidity solid waste deep drying system (hereinafter referred to as the "system"). The system includes a crushing and feeding device 1, a strip cutting and impurity removal device 2, a drying device 3, a negative pressure exhaust device 4, a waste gas treatment device 5, and a control device. It adopts intelligent multi-unit collaboration to achieve deep drying of high-humidity solid waste, thereby improving drying efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and being environmentally friendly.

[0037] like Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the output end of the crushing and feeding device 1 is connected to the input end of the cutting and impurity removal device 2, the first output port 211 of the cutting and impurity removal device 2 is connected to the input end of the drying device 3, the input end of the negative pressure exhaust device 4 is connected to the drying device 3, and the waste gas treatment device 5 is connected to the output end of the negative pressure exhaust device 4. The crushing and feeding device 1, the cutting and impurity removal device 2, the drying device 3, the negative pressure exhaust device 4, and the waste gas treatment device 5 are all electrically connected to the control device, realizing the coordinated work of each part of the system. Through intelligent control, it can efficiently complete the drying, impurity removal, and waste gas treatment of high-moisture solid waste, improving the drying efficiency and quality, and reducing labor costs and energy consumption.

[0038] Specifically, the crushing and feeding device 1 includes a crushing mechanism 11 and a feeding mechanism 12. The crushing mechanism 11 includes a sealed hopper 111 and a sealed crusher 112. The sealed hopper 111 can be made of thick steel plate welded together. Its feed inlet is equipped with a negative pressure sealed dustproof hopper, which can be made of stainless steel and has an internal suction pipe. During the unloading stage, the negative pressure generated by the fan is used to collect the odor and dust in time to prevent overflow. The sealed crusher 112 is equipped with wear-resistant alloy crushing teeth, such as a hammer crusher. Its discharge port is sealed to the feed inlet of the sealed screw conveyor through a flange. A high-temperature and corrosion-resistant rubber sealing gasket is installed at the flange connection. The feeding mechanism 12 is a sealed screw conveyor. Its entire casing is made of steel plate with full sealing welding to prevent water leakage and odor diffusion. Its conveying shaft is equipped with a variable frequency speed control drive motor, which can be an AC asynchronous motor. The control device adjusts the screw speed in conjunction with the feed load of the rear cutting mechanism 21. The crushing mechanism 11 can crush lumpy, high-moisture solid waste into fragments of 1mm-60mm. The crushed high-moisture solid waste is then conveyed to the cutting and impurity removal device 2 via a sealed screw conveyor. This crushing and feeding device 1 can crush lumpy, high-moisture solid waste into appropriately sized fragments and stably convey them to subsequent equipment. A material level monitoring sensor can be installed at the discharge end of the sealed screw conveyor. When the material level exceeds the limit, the crushing mechanism 11 will be triggered to reduce its frequency and stop, achieving intelligent matching between the feed rate and the downstream processing load.

[0039] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the cutting mechanism 21 of the strip cutting and impurity removal device 2 includes a cutting machine body 213, a cutting group, an adjustment component 215, and a guide channel 216. Parameters such as the gap between the two sides of the cutting group and the cutting machine body 213 can be set as needed. The cutting group includes a first cutting component 2141 and a second cutting component 2142. The first cutting component 2141 is mounted on the cutting machine body 213. The first cutting component 2141 and the second cutting component 2142 cooperate to cut the crushed solid waste into strips.

[0040] The first slicing assembly 2141 includes a first slicing motor and a first slicing roller. The first slicing motor is mounted on the slicing machine body 213. Both ends of the first slicing roller are rotatably connected to the slicing machine body 213. The output end of the first slicing motor is driven to one end of the first slicing roller.

[0041] The adjustment assembly 215 includes an adjustment telescopic member, a carrier member, two sets of sliding grooves, and two sets of sliders. In one embodiment, the adjustment telescopic member can be an electric push rod with its fixed end installed on the strip cutting machine body 213. The two sets of sliding grooves are arranged on opposite sides inside the strip cutting machine body 213. The sliders are slidably connected to the sliding grooves. The two ends of the carrier member are respectively connected to the two sets of sliders. The telescopic end of the adjustment telescopic member is connected to the carrier member.

[0042] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the second slicing assembly 2142 includes a second slicing motor and a second slicing roller. The second slicing motor is mounted on a support member, and both ends of the second slicing roller are rotatably connected to the support member. The output end of the second slicing motor is drively connected to one end of the second slicing roller. The axes of the first slicing roller and the second slicing roller are parallel. The adjusting assembly 215 is used to drive the second slicing assembly 2142 to move closer to or further away from the first slicing roller in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the second slicing roller, thereby adjusting the slicing gap. This allows the width of the cut material to be adjusted within the range of 3mm to 30mm. The slicing roller can be made of Cr12MoV alloy steel, and the width of the groove on the slicing roller is 0.8mm to 22mm.

[0043] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the guide channel 216 is connected to the first output port 211. The first end of the guide channel 216 is connected to the first side of the cutting machine body 213. The second end of the guide channel 216 is inclined downward and connected to the input end of the drying device 3, which plays the role of guiding the material after cutting.

[0044] The slitting assembly is equipped with a vibration sensor and a current detection module. The vibration sensor detects the vibration amplitude of the slitting assembly, and the current detection module detects the drive load current of the slitting assembly. Both are electrically connected to a control device, and when an abnormality is detected, feedback is promptly sent to the control device, such as a PLC. Specifically, the vibration sensor can be mounted on the drive shaft of the slitting roller, and the current detection module can be used to collect the load current of the slitting motor; the current detection module can utilize existing technology, including but not limited to intelligent motor protectors.

[0045] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the impurity removal mechanism 22 is located below the slicing assembly and includes an impurity removal support 221, an impurity removal baffle 222, an impurity removal pusher 223, an impurity removal elastic member 224, and a sealed impurity collection box 225. The upper end of the impurity removal baffle 222 is rotatably connected to the second side of the slicing machine body 213 via a hinge. The sealed impurity collection box 225 is connected to the second output port 212 for collecting impurities. It is sealed and may be equipped with a cover. The sealed impurity collection box 225 is also equipped with a full-load audible and visual alarm device. The impurity removal support 221 is installed on one side of the slicing machine body 213. The impurity removal pusher 223 can be a pneumatic cylinder, with its fixed end connected to the impurity removal support 221 and its telescopic end abutting against the outside of the impurity removal baffle 222. The impurity removal baffle 222 is used to selectively transport the solid waste after slicing to the guide trough 216 or the sealed impurity collection box 225. The impurity removal elastic element 224 can be a tension spring, with its two ends connected to the outer side of the impurity removal baffle 222 and the impurity removal support 221, respectively, to drive the second end of the impurity removal baffle 222 to reset to cooperate with the second side of the strip cutting machine body 213.

[0046] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, when the cutting strip group is stuck by foreign objects, the current detection module detects an abnormal drive load current, and the vibration sensor detects that the vibration amplitude exceeds the standard, the control device controls the impurity removal pusher 223 to retract, and the impurity removal baffle 222 opens downward under its own weight and the pulling force of the impurity removal elastic element 224. The impurities fall into the sealed impurity collection box 225. The response time of the unloading baffle opening is ≤1s. After the impurities are removed, the control device controls the impurity removal pusher 223 to extend, and the impurity removal baffle 222 resets.

[0047] like Figure 1 , Figure 6 and Figure 7 As shown, in another embodiment, the adjusting component 215 is connected to the impurity removal pusher 223 and is located in the same vertical plane.

[0048] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 7As shown, in another embodiment, the adjusting telescopic component of the adjusting assembly 215 includes a sliding rod 2155 and a sliding sleeve 2156. The sliding sleeve 2156 is mounted on the outside of the slicing machine body 213. The sliding rod 2155 is slidably connected to the sliding sleeve 2156 and passes through and is slidably connected to the side wall of the slicing machine body 213. The first end of the sliding rod 2155 is connected to the second slicing assembly 2142 and is used to drive the second slicing assembly 2142 to move, thereby adjusting the slicing gap. The adjusting assembly 215 also includes a transmission group, which includes a first rack 2151, a first gear 2152, a second gear 2153, a second rack 2154, a first spring 2157, and a second spring 2158. The first rack 2151 is slidably connected to the fixed end of the impurity removal pusher 223. The two ends of the first spring 2157 are respectively connected to the end of the first rack 2151 away from the impurity removal baffle 222 and the impurity removal support 221. The first gear 2152 and the second gear 2153 are rotatably connected to the slicing machine body 213. The first gear 2152 meshes with the first rack 2151, and the second gear 2153 meshes with the first gear 2152. The second gear 2153 and the first rack 2151 are respectively located on both sides of the first gear 2152. The second rack 2154 meshes with the second gear 2153, and the second rack 2154 and the first gear 2152 are respectively located on both sides of the second gear 2153, so that the first rack 2151 and the second rack 2154 move in the same direction. The second rack 2154 is connected to the sliding rod 2155. One end of the second spring 2158 is connected to the second end of the sliding rod 2155, and the other end is connected to the support structure of the sliding sleeve 2156.

[0049] The telescopic end of the impurity removal pusher 223 is equipped with a push block. One side of the push block is inclined to push and support the impurity removal baffle 222, increasing the force-bearing area. The other side of the push block is connected to the telescopic end of the impurity removal pusher 223 and protrudes from it. This allows the push block to push the first rack 2151 horizontally away from the slicing machine body 213 after the impurity removal pusher 223 retracts and the impurity removal baffle 222 opens the second output port 212. This movement drives the sliding rod 2155 to increase the slicing gap. The adjustment component 215 enables the movement of the second slicing assembly 2142 caused by the action of the impurity removal pusher 223. This mechanical structure allows for sequential control of the second output port 212 opening first, followed by the increase in the slicing gap, improving the reliability of impurity removal. Specifically, the parameters of the first gear 2152 and the second gear 2153 can be set as needed.

[0050] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 5As shown, the drying device 3 includes a drying chamber 31, a mesh belt conveyor group 32, a microwave emission group 33, a hot air duct 34, a turning plow group 35, and a main hot air duct 36. The drying chamber 31 adopts a structure with a heat-insulating interlayer, and the interlayer is filled with 80mm-250mm high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate insulation cotton, which can effectively reduce heat loss. The mesh belt conveyor group 32 is located inside the drying chamber 31 and includes multi-stage staggered mesh belt assemblies, such as a three-stage mesh belt assembly, consisting of a top layer, a middle layer, and a bottom layer mesh belt assembly from top to bottom. Each layer of mesh belt assembly uses a mesh belt conveyor. The mesh belt is a 316L stainless steel woven mesh belt with a mesh size of 0.5mm-5mm and a wire diameter of 0.5mm-1.5mm. Each layer of mesh belt is equipped with an independent frequency conversion drive mechanism, which can achieve speed adjustment from 0.1m / min to 3m / min. The end of the upper mesh belt is located directly above the starting end of the lower mesh belt, and the material can fall by its own weight. The drop difference between layers is 0.3m-1m.

[0051] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the microwave emitting unit 33 is located at the top of the drying chamber 31. Specifically, it can be an industrial microwave generator with a frequency of 2450MHz and a single unit power of 0.5kW - 5kW. The first layer can be configured with 60 - 240 microwave sources. Above each mesh belt assembly, there is a set of hot air ducts 34 and a set of material turning plows 35. The microwave emitting unit 33 can dry the material, such as sludge, from the inside when breaking down the wall in the uppermost layer, thereby making it easier for the hot air to penetrate and reducing energy consumption. The first end of the main hot air duct 36 is connected to multiple sets of hot air ducts 34 to provide hot air to each layer of the mesh belt. The lower wall of the hot air duct 34 has small downward spray air holes with a diameter of φ2mm-15mm. Each set of hot air ducts 34 can be equipped with an electromagnetic induction heating coil and a temperature sensor for the equalization connection control device, so that the hot air duct 34 above the first layer of mesh belt can provide adjustable downward spray hot air of 200℃-1000℃, the hot air duct 34 above the second layer of mesh belt can provide adjustable downward spray hot air of 200℃-1000℃, and the hot air duct 34 above the third layer of mesh belt can provide adjustable downward spray hot air within a limited range of 200℃-600℃.

[0052] The material turning plow assembly 35 includes a material turning motor, a material turning screw, a material turning guide, a material turning connector, and a material turning plow body. The material turning motor is mounted on the drying chamber 31, and the material turning screw is rotatably connected inside the drying chamber 31. The output end of the material turning motor is driven and connected to one end of the material turning screw through a coupling. The material turning connector is slidably fitted onto the material turning screw, such as a reciprocating screw. The material turning connector is provided with a reversing component, such as a crescent pin, which is embedded in and slidably engaged with the spiral guide groove of the material turning screw. The upper end of the material turning plow body is connected to the material turning connector, and the lower end is used for material turning. The turning guide and the turning screw are axially parallel, and both axes extend along the width of the mesh belt assembly. The turning connector is slidably connected to the turning guide. The bottom of the turning plow body is 1mm-15mm from the upper surface of the mesh belt. Driven by the turning motor, the turning plow body moves back and forth along the width of the mesh belt, turning the material and breaking off the hardened surface crust, allowing hot air to better penetrate the material for drying. The turning screw can also achieve the reciprocating movement of the turning connector screwed to it by the forward and reverse rotation of the turning motor; the turning plow assembly 35 can be selected from existing structures to achieve corresponding functions as needed.

[0053] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the main hot air duct 36 is equipped with an electromagnetic induction heating coil and a temperature sensor connected to the power equalization control device. The electromagnetic induction heating coil is equipped with a 20kHz high-frequency electromagnetic controller, and the electromagnetic heating power of a single section of the duct is infinitely adjustable from 5kW to 40kW. The temperature sensor monitors the hot air temperature in the main hot air duct 36 in real time. When the temperature drop exceeds the set threshold, the control device automatically activates the corresponding section's electromagnetic induction heating coil to supplement heat, accurately compensating for heat loss in the duct and ensuring that the temperature deviation between the hot air delivered to each layer of the conveyor belt and the set value is ≤±5℃. Furthermore, through heating with the electromagnetic induction heating coil, the sealed temperature range inside the drying chamber can be maintained between 200℃ and 1000℃, and energy consumption can be reduced by utilizing heat recovery.

[0054] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the negative pressure exhaust device 4 includes a negative pressure exhaust duct 41 and a negative pressure exhaust fan 42. One end of the negative pressure exhaust duct 41 is connected to the drying device 3, and the other end is connected to the input end of the negative pressure exhaust fan 42. The negative pressure exhaust fan 42 continuously draws air from inside the drying device 3, maintaining the drying chamber in a slightly negative pressure sealed condition of -1Pa to -30Pa. This negative pressure suppresses the leakage of odors, moisture, and dust from the equipment joints of the drying device 3. It should be noted that the negative pressure, oxygen-deficient environment created inside the drying chamber can also be used for the carbonization and drying of high-moisture solid waste, reducing the material's moisture content to 0-15%.

[0055] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the waste gas treatment device 5 includes an incineration reactor 51, a heat exchanger 52, a condensate recovery tank 53, and a hot air reuse pipeline 54. The incineration reactor 51 is a thermal plasma high-temperature incineration reactor, whose input end is connected to the output end of the negative pressure exhaust device 4. The incineration reactor 51 is equipped with an arc thermal plasma discharge electrode. When the waste gas enters the reactor, the electrode generates a high-temperature electric arc, which burns and decomposes the odorous combustible components such as VOCs, hydrogen sulfide, and methanethiol in the waste gas at a temperature of 800℃-1300℃ (preferably 950℃-1150℃ for steady-state operation), so that the organic odorous pollutants are completely oxidized and decomposed into CO2 and water vapor.

[0056] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the output end of the incineration reactor 51 is connected to the heat exchanger 52, i.e., a shell-and-tube counter-current waste heat exchanger with a heat exchange efficiency of ≥85%. High-temperature purified flue gas enters the shell side of the heat exchanger 52, while ambient temperature makeup air flows through the tube side. The hot and cold media exchange heat efficiently in a counter-current manner. Most of the vaporized water vapor in the flue gas condenses and liquefies upon encountering the low-temperature tube wall, and flows into the condensate recovery tank 53 below the heat exchanger 52 by gravity. The condensate recovery tank 53 is equipped with a level transmitter and an electric automatic drain valve. When the condensate in the tank accumulates to the set level, it is automatically discharged. After pretreatment, the condensate can be reused for cleaning workshop equipment, conditioning solid waste, etc. The hot gas output end of the heat exchanger 52 is connected to the first end of the hot air return pipe 54, and the second end of the hot air return pipe 54 is connected to the second end of the hot air main pipe 36 of the drying device 3. The high-temperature dry hot air, heated by heat exchange in the tube side, serves as the main heat source for the three-layer drying. The excess low-temperature tail gas, which has no waste heat recovery value after heat exchange and cooling, is discharged at high altitude through a dedicated pipeline to meet emission standards. The system can also be equipped with other heat sources to be connected in parallel with the hot air reuse pipe 54 to the main hot air pipe 36.

[0057] Understandably, the system also includes necessary structures for connection, support, drive, positioning, limiting, sealing, detection sensors, and control functions, such as necessary support frames, to enable the system to operate normally; the shape, size, material, and quantity of each part of the system can be determined as needed, as long as the corresponding functions can be achieved.

[0058] This application also discloses an intelligent automatic impurity removal three-layer mesh belt microwave gradient hot air coupled closed high-humidity solid waste deep drying process (hereinafter referred to as the "process"). The process includes the following steps: S1. Closed-loop feeding and crushing: High-moisture solid waste with an initial moisture content of 40%-90% is fed into a closed silo 111 via tank trucks or other means. The negative-pressure sealed dustproof hopper at the inlet of the closed silo 111 collects odor and dust during unloading. The solid waste flows by gravity into the closed crusher 112, where wear-resistant alloy crushing teeth break it into 1mm-60mm pieces. The crushed material is then conveyed via a fully sealed screw conveyor to the cutting and impurity removal device 2. During this process, the control device adjusts the feed rate according to the feed load of the rear cutting mechanism 21 by regulating the frequency converter speed control drive motor of the sealed screw conveyor.

[0059] S2. Impurity Removal and Slicing: The slicing mechanism 21 continuously cuts materials into strips of 8mm-20mm. When foreign objects become stuck in the slicing assembly, the current detection module on the slicing assembly detects an abnormal increase in the drive load current, and the vibration sensor detects excessive vibration amplitude. These two signals are simultaneously transmitted to the control device, which immediately controls the impurity removal mechanism 22 to start impurity removal. The impurity removal pusher 223 retracts, and the impurity removal baffle 222 opens downwards under its own weight and the pulling force of the impurity removal elastic element 224. The adjusting component 215 moves to increase the distance between the two slicing assemblies, allowing the impurities to fall off the slicing assembly. The stuck impurities fall into the sealed impurity collection box 225. After the impurities are cleaned, the control device controls the impurity removal pusher 223 to extend, and the impurity removal baffle 222 resets. Qualified strips of material are evenly distributed onto the mesh belt assembly on the top layer of the drying device 3 through the guide channel 216.

[0060] S3. Single Drying: The top layer mesh belt assembly moves forward at a set speed of 0.1m / min - 3m / min. Microwave emission unit 33 emits 2450MHz industrial microwaves, with a single unit power of 0.5kW - 5kW. The microwaves heat the material from within, causing the water molecules inside to resonate polarly and release free water from the inside out. Simultaneously, hot air from the hot air duct 34 above the top layer mesh belt assembly sprays downwards at 200℃ - 1000℃, carrying away the surface saturated moisture. Driven by a turning motor, the turning plow assembly 35 moves back and forth along the width of the mesh belt, with its bottom end 1mm - 15mm from the upper surface of the mesh belt, continuously turning the material to break down the hardened surface crust, allowing the material to be heated simultaneously from top to bottom. After initial and significant dehydration under the combined action of microwaves and hot air, the material falls from the top layer mesh belt assembly onto the middle layer mesh belt assembly.

[0061] S4. Secondary Drying: Under the continuous action of hot air at 200℃-1000℃, the material on the middle layer of the mesh belt assembly is broken up by the matching turning plow assembly 35, further removing capillary water from the material. Hot air penetrates downwards through the hot air pipe 34, and the turning plow continuously turns the material, increasing the contact area between the material and the hot air and improving drying efficiency. After this stage of drying, the material falls onto the bottom layer of the mesh belt assembly.

[0062] S5. Three-stage drying: The material on the bottom mesh belt assembly undergoes final drying under low-temperature hot air at 200℃-600℃. During this stage, the hot air temperature is strictly controlled to prevent high-temperature coking of organic matter. Simultaneously, the turning plow group 35 turns and disperses the material, further removing residual bound water, ultimately reducing the material moisture content to 0-15% before output. The material is then conveyed to subsequent processing stages via a closed discharge screw conveyor and other equipment.

[0063] S6. Negative Pressure Gas Collection and High-Temperature Deodorization: The drying device 3 maintains a slight negative pressure throughout the process. The negative pressure exhaust fan 42 draws air from inside the drying device 3 through the negative pressure exhaust pipe 41, collecting all the water-containing odorous waste gas under negative pressure and sending it into the thermal plasma incineration reactor 51. Inside the reactor, the electric arc thermal plasma discharge electrode ignites the odorous combustible components in the waste gas at a temperature of 800℃ - 1300℃, completely decomposing them into harmless CO2 and water vapor, thus achieving the harmless treatment of the odorous components.

[0064] S7. Waste Heat Recovery and Hot Air Closed-Loop Reuse: The purified high-temperature flue gas enters the shell-and-tube counter-current waste heat exchanger 52. Inside the heat exchanger 52, the high-temperature flue gas flows through the shell side, while the ambient temperature makeup air flows through the tube side, achieving efficient heat exchange through counter-current flow of hot and cold media. Most of the water vapor in the flue gas condenses and liquefies upon encountering the low-temperature tube wall, flowing into the condensate recovery tank 53. The condensate in the condensate recovery tank 53 is controlled by a level transmitter and an electric automatic drain valve. When the water level reaches the set level, it is automatically discharged and can be reused in production after pretreatment. The high-temperature dry hot air, heated by heat exchange in the tube side, is drawn out from the hot air output end of the heat exchanger 52 and flows into the hot air main pipe with electromagnetic heating. Under the control of the control device, the electromagnetic induction heating coil on the hot air main pipe provides real-time heating according to the hot air temperature. After precise temperature control, the air is stratified and reused in the hot air pipes 34 of each layer of the drying device 3, achieving closed-loop hot air reuse. Excess low-temperature exhaust gas is discharged at high altitude through a dedicated pipeline to meet emission standards.

[0065] The implementation principle of this embodiment is as follows: The system integrates multiple functional units, achieving intelligent collaborative operation through a control device. The crushing and feeding device 1 crushes the high-moisture solid waste and stably conveys it to the cutting and impurity removal device 2. The cutting and impurity removal device 2 automatically removes impurities, ensuring smooth subsequent drying. The drying device 3 combines microwave and gradient hot air, and is equipped with a turning plow group 35, effectively improving drying efficiency and quality, enabling deep dehydration of the material. The negative pressure exhaust device 4 and the waste gas treatment device 5 solve the waste gas emission problem, achieving harmless treatment of waste gas and recovery and reuse of waste heat. The entire system improves continuous operation rate, drying uniformity, thermal energy utilization rate, and environmental stability, while reducing fuel consumption and labor maintenance costs. The supporting drying process combines multiple steps such as intelligent automatic impurity removal, microwave and gradient hot air coupled drying, negative pressure gas collection, high temperature deodorization, and waste heat recovery. It gradually removes free water, capillary water, and residual bound water from the material in stages to achieve deep drying. At the same time, timely removal of foreign matter ensures the continuity of production, solves the problem of waste gas pollution, and improves the thermal energy utilization rate. Overall, it improves the drying quality and efficiency while reducing energy consumption and environmental risks.

[0066] The above are all preferred embodiments of this application, and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of this application. Therefore, all equivalent changes made in accordance with the structure, shape and principle of this application should be covered within the scope of protection of this application.
