Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to the field of intelligent door and window control technology, and in particular to an adaptive window control system for smart cultural and tourism cabins. Background Technology
[0002] As a lightweight, mobile, and rapidly deployable new type of travel and living unit, the cultural and tourism cabin is widely used in outdoor scenarios such as scenic spots, campsites, plateaus, coastlines, and mountains due to its advantages of flexible deployment and strong adaptability. Its core characteristics are mainly reflected in five aspects: strong mobility, changeable outdoor environment, compact internal space, short-term mass flow of people, and reliance on independent power supply, which are fundamentally different from the usage scenarios of fixed buildings.
[0003] Currently, intelligent window control systems are mainly designed for fixed buildings such as residential buildings and office buildings. Their algorithm logic and functional configuration are all developed around the usage needs of fixed scenarios. When directly applied to the cultural and tourism cabin scenario, there are three core defects that prevent them from meeting the actual usage needs of cultural and tourism cabins: (1) Poor regional climate adaptability: Traditional window control systems use fixed threshold control algorithms, which do not take into account the differences in human comfort parameters such as temperature, humidity, and wind speed in different outdoor areas. They cannot automatically adjust ventilation and lighting according to the outdoor comfortable climate, and are prone to problems such as insufficient ventilation, stuffiness and humidity, and cold wind blowing directly, resulting in poor thermal comfort experience.
[0004] (2) Low personnel response efficiency: Traditional window control systems rely on long-term user behavior machine learning to achieve precise adjustment. However, the flow of people in the cultural and tourism cabin is characterized by short stays, batch entry, and irregular work and rest, resulting in no stable behavioral habits. This leads to system adjustment lag, low matching degree between ventilation and lighting, and inability to adapt to the dynamic needs of personnel. Furthermore, the traditional ventilation calculation formula does not follow the mechanism of natural ventilation wind pressure and thermal pressure, resulting in large errors in air volume calculation.
[0005] (3) Unreasonable energy-saving logic: The previous window control system did not establish an energy-saving strategy that prioritizes natural ventilation and lighting, and relied too much on air conditioning to regulate the cabin environment. Even when opening the window could meet the comfort requirements, it still consumed electricity, resulting in unnecessary energy waste and increasing the operating cost and power supply pressure of the cultural and tourism cabin. Summary of the Invention
[0006] To address the technical problems of poor regional climate adaptability, low personnel response efficiency, and unreasonable energy-saving logic in existing intelligent window control systems, this invention provides an adaptive window control system for smart cultural and tourism cabins.
[0007] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention adopts the following technical solution, including: An adaptive window control system for smart cultural tourism cabins includes: Cabin Preset Module: Construct a 3D model of the smart cultural tourism cabin space and input cabin structure and window control related parameters; Multi-source sensing module: collects multi-source data inside and outside the cultural and tourism cabin in real time, as well as GPS location information of the cultural and tourism cabin; Location and climate adaptation module: Based on the GPS location information of the cultural and tourism cabin, it matches the corresponding regional environmental comfort threshold and obtains multi-dimensional correction coefficients, including terrain wind pressure correction coefficient, temperature and humidity dehumidification correction coefficient, and altitude air density correction coefficient. Curtain linkage execution module: Based on the personnel status in the multi-source data in the cultural and tourism cabin, determine the target occupancy rate range of the curtains, calculate the opening and closing range of the curtains according to the curtain type, and adjust the opening and closing degree of the curtains to the opening and closing range; output the ventilation flow reduction coefficient according to the curtain type; Personnel Flow Adaptation Module: Receives multi-source data from inside and outside the cultural and tourism cabin, multi-dimensional correction coefficients, and ventilation flow reduction coefficients; calculates the actual ventilation volume of the windows based on the wind pressure-thermal pressure coupling orifice outflow mechanism model; and calculates the total fresh air demand separately. The target ventilation volume is obtained by taking the maximum value of the dilution air volume, the waste heat dissipation air volume, and the three values, combined with a preset correction coefficient. If the window opening angle reaches the maximum preset angle, but the actual ventilation volume is still less than the lower limit of the preset ratio range of the target ventilation volume, the air conditioner will be activated for auxiliary adjustment.

Location and Climate Adaptation Module: Based on the GPS location information of the cultural and tourism cabin, the module matches the corresponding regional environmental comfort threshold to obtain multi-dimensional correction coefficients, including terrain wind pressure correction coefficient, temperature and humidity dehumidification correction coefficient, and altitude air density correction coefficient. In this embodiment, the specific operation steps are as follows: Figure 2 As shown: S41, based on the GPS location information of the cultural and tourism cabin, obtains the latitude and longitude information of the location of the cultural and tourism cabin, and obtains the area where the cultural and tourism cabin is located based on the latitude and longitude information; When regional conditions overlap, they are determined in the following order of priority: First priority – High altitude: Altitude h > 1500m, highest risk of hypoxia, priority assessment; Second priority – Coastal areas: <50km from the coastline and annual average humidity >70%RH; Third priority – mountainous areas: terrain relief > 200m and neither plateau nor coastal; Fourth priority – Suburbs / Scenic Areas: Other areas that do not meet the above conditions.
[0038] When both plateau and coastal conditions are met (such as at a plateau lakeside), plateau parameters are used, but coastal dehumidification corrections are applied.
[0039] S42, based on the area where the cultural and tourism cabin is located, automatically matches the preset regional climate comfort parameter library, loads the corresponding temperature, humidity and wind speed comfort thresholds, and obtains multi-dimensional correction coefficients including terrain wind pressure correction coefficient, temperature and humidity dehumidification correction coefficient and altitude air density correction coefficient. S421, Terrain Wind Pressure Correction Factor ; The terrain wind pressure correction factor is used to correct the difference between the shape coefficient of the cultural and tourism cabin and that of a fixed building. It is determined based on the wind pressure correction method under different terrain roughness categories in GB 50736-2012, combined with the low-profile shape characteristics of the cultural and tourism cabin. Plateau regions: =0.9, the plateau has complex terrain and strong turbulence, which reduces the expected wind pressure stability; Coastal areas: =1.10, the sea breeze is stable and the wind speed is relatively high, which enhances the wind pressure drive; Mountainous areas: =0.85, wind speed fluctuates greatly, so a smooth adjustment logic is adopted to avoid frequent window movement; Suburbs / Scenic Areas: =1.0, standard wind pressure parameter.
[0040] S422, Temperature and Humidity Dehumidification Correction Factor ; Temperature and humidity dehumidification correction factor Used to correct the additional ventilation requirements for dehumidification in high humidity environments. Relative humidity outside the cultural and tourism cabin Establish continuous functional relationships to achieve adaptive adjustment: ; Among them, dehumidification correction slope Take 0.5; The relative humidity outside the cultural and tourism cabin (%RH) is 60%; this is the additional dehumidification start-up threshold. when When ≤60%, =1.0, no dehumidification or additional ventilation required; when When >60%, It increases continuously with increasing humidity.
[0041] Typical values: When =70%, =1.05; When = 80%, =1.10; When =90%, =1.15; When = 95%, =1.175.
[0042] S423, Altitude Air Density Correction Factor ; Altitude air density correction factor The formula used to correct for the impact of low density at high altitudes on ventilation volume is: ; in, Elevation (m). The standard air density is 1.2 kg / m³. altitude The air density at that location is calculated based on the International Standard Atmosphere (ISA) model: ; Where 1.225 is the standard dry air density at sea level in the ISA; 0.0065 is the tropospheric temperature lapse rate; 288.15 is the thermodynamic temperature at sea level in the ISA; and 4.2558 is the composite index for density calculation. Altitude air density correction factor Typical values for are shown in Table 2.
[0043] Table 2: Typical Values Table
[0044] Suburbs / scenic areas and coastal areas (elevation <1500m): =1.0.
[0045] S424, Regional Comfort Adaptation Strategy: High-altitude areas (elevation > 1500m): large diurnal temperature range, dry air, and low air density. Reduce wind pressure expectations Calculated continuously based on the humidity outside the cabin (when the plateau is relatively dry). (close to 1.0) Air density is adjusted based on altitude to improve ventilation stability, balancing insulation and adequate ventilation while avoiding direct cold drafts; Coastal areas (humidity > 70% RH): Humidity is high, temperature and humidity dehumidification correction factor. Calculated continuously based on the outdoor humidity of the cultural and tourism cabin ( When = 80%, =1.10), prioritize strengthening dehumidification and ventilation, =1.10 Enhanced wind pressure drive accelerates air circulation and maintains comfortable humidity; Mountainous areas: wind speed fluctuates greatly. It employs smooth adjustment logic to avoid frequent window actions; Suburbs / Scenic Areas: It adopts standard comfort parameters to dynamically balance ventilation, lighting, and privacy.
[0046] The physical causes of each correction factor are independent of each other.
[0047] The physical causes of these three phenomena belong to different disciplines and there is no causal relationship or coupling between them: The physical cause is the aerodynamic effect of topography on wind field distribution. Plateaus have complex topography and strong turbulence, resulting in lower wind pressure stability than plains; coastal areas have stable sea breezes and higher wind speeds, leading to stronger wind pressure drive than inland areas; mountainous areas experience large wind speed fluctuations and significant wind pressure pulsations. Correction only for wind pressure difference This item reflects the influence of topography on the incoming wind speed and the distribution of wind pressure on the building surface, which falls under the category of aerodynamics.
[0048] The physical cause is that in high humidity environments, the efficiency of heat dissipation through sweat evaporation decreases, requiring greater ventilation to compensate for the dehumidification demand. Coastal areas have high air humidity, increasing the proportion of sensible heat loss from the human body, necessitating additional ventilation to remove excess moisture; while the air at high altitudes is drier, resulting in a weaker need for dehumidification. Only corrections Dilution air volume This item reflects the additional impact of humidity on human comfort and ventilation needs, which falls under the categories of human thermal comfort and building environmental science.
[0049] The physical cause is that the increase in altitude leads to a decrease in atmospheric pressure and air density, resulting in a reduction in the mass of air carried by the same volume flow rate. Only correct air density This item reflects the impact of altitude on air properties, which falls under the category of atmospheric thermodynamics.
[0050] 5. Curtain linkage execution module: Based on the personnel status in the multi-source data in the cultural and tourism cabin, the target occupancy rate range of the curtains is determined; the opening and closing range of the curtains is calculated according to the curtain type, and the opening and closing degree of the curtains is adjusted to the opening and closing range; the ventilation flow reduction coefficient is output according to the current opening and closing degree of the curtains. In this embodiment, the curtain occupancy rate is obtained according to the curtain type. : Venetian blinds: ; in, For the blade angle, This represents the curtain's occupancy rate, with a value ranging from 0 to 1. when When the leaves are horizontally closed, =1.0 (complete occlusion); when =90° (blades fully open vertically), =0 (completely transparent).
[0051] Roller blind: ; in, The drop-down height (m). Total height (m); Curtain: ; in, The pull ratio (value ranges from 0 to 1, when fully open), When fully engaged, ), This represents the maximum occupancy rate of the curtain (the value ranges from 0.85 to 0.95, and can be customized). Occlusion rate (value range is 0~) ).
[0052] The ventilation flow reduction factor is output based on the current opening and closing degree of the curtains; the ventilation flow reduction factor for different types of curtains is shown in Table 3.
[0053] Table 3: Recommended values for ventilation flow reduction factor
[0054] 6. Personnel Flow Adaptation Module: Receives multi-source data, multi-dimensional correction coefficients, and ventilation flow reduction coefficients from inside and outside the cultural and tourism cabin. Calculates the actual ventilation volume of the windows based on the wind pressure and thermal pressure coupling orifice outflow mechanism model. Calculates the total fresh air demand, CO2 dilution air volume, and waste heat dissipation air volume respectively. Takes the maximum value of the three and combines it with the preset correction coefficient to obtain the target ventilation volume. In this embodiment, the specific operation steps are as follows: S61, the personnel flow adaptation module receives multi-source data and multi-dimensional correction coefficients from inside and outside the cultural and tourism cabin, calculates the total fresh air demand, CO2 dilution air volume, and waste heat dissipation air volume respectively, and takes the maximum value of the three and combines it with the preset correction coefficient to obtain the target ventilation volume. : ; in, A safety factor (taken as 1.0 to 1.2) is used to provide a safety margin for ventilation volume calculation, compensating for model simplification and parameter uncertainty; The cabin layout coefficient (ranging from 0.9 to 1.1, with 1.1 for compact layout and 0.9 for open layout) is used to correct the impact of cabin layout on airflow organization efficiency.

[0056] (2) Obtain Dilution air volume : ; in, This is a temperature and humidity dehumidification correction factor, applied to... item; For single person Emission rate (L / (s·person)) is determined according to ASHRAE Standard 62.1 and GB / T 18883-2022 based on the activity status of personnel: rest 0.005L / (s·person), sightseeing 0.010L / (s·person), office 0.008L / (s·person); For the cultural and tourism cabin Upper limit concentration (take 1000 ppm as the volume fraction of 0.001). For cultural and tourism cabin external benchmark Concentration (take 400 ppm as the volume fraction of 0.0004); 3.6 is the conversion factor from L / s to m³ / h; For the present The concentration dynamic correction factor is calculated using the following formula: ; in, For the current cultural and tourism cabin Concentration (volume fraction).

[0073] 7. Energy-saving window control module: It compares the actual ventilation volume of the window with the target ventilation volume in real time, and adjusts the opening angle of the window according to the preset adjustment method. If the window opening angle reaches the maximum preset angle, but the actual ventilation volume is still less than the lower limit of the preset ratio range of the target ventilation volume, the air conditioner will be activated to assist in the adjustment.
[0074] In this embodiment, the preset adjustment method in the energy-saving window control module is as follows: Determine whether the current actual ventilation volume is within the preset ratio range of the target ventilation volume. If yes, keep the window open; otherwise, adjust the opening angle of the window until the actual ventilation volume is within the preset ratio range of the target ventilation volume. If the actual ventilation volume is greater than the upper limit of the preset ratio range of the target ventilation volume, reduce the opening angle of the window until the actual ventilation volume is within the preset ratio range of the target ventilation volume. If the actual ventilation volume is less than the lower limit of the preset ratio range of the target ventilation volume, increase the opening angle of the window until the actual ventilation volume is within the preset ratio range of the target ventilation volume.

[0078] When 0.9 ≤Actual ventilation volume ≤1.5 At this time: only adjust the windows and curtains, and turn off the air conditioner; when >1.1 When: Reduce the window opening angle and increase the curtains to avoid excessive ventilation causing the cabin to become too cold or too hot.
[0079] The hysteresis interval of 0.9→1.1 prevents the air conditioner from frequently starting and stopping and oscillating under critical conditions; =5 minutes and A 5-minute delay confirmation mechanism prevents accidental triggering due to instantaneous fluctuations.

The high wind protection submodule is configured to: limit the maximum window opening angle to no more than 15° when the wind speed outside the cultural and tourism cabin exceeds 12 m / s, and adjust the curtain shading rate to 0.5-0.7 to reduce wind pressure impact; limit the operating power of the air conditioner outdoor unit under high wind conditions, and switch the system to energy-saving mode; and restore the system's automatic adjustment after the wind speed outside the cultural and tourism cabin drops below 10 m / s for 5 minutes. The obstacle protection submodule is configured to: when the motor detects an obstruction pressure greater than or equal to 50N, immediately stop the machine and reverse it by 0.5° to prevent pinching and collision; after the obstacle is removed, it can be manually confirmed to resume operation, or it can automatically attempt to resume operation after waiting for 3 minutes.
