Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to the field of pressure testing, and more particularly to a device and method for testing the pressure of spoke holes in wheel rims. Background Technology
[0002] Currently, in the production process of carbon fiber bicycle rims, the structural strength of the spoke holes is a key indicator to ensure the rim's safety. The industry-standard testing method involves conducting pressure tests on the spoke holes after the carbon fiber rim has been molded and the spokes are woven and assembled, to verify their pressure-bearing capacity.
[0003] However, existing spoke hole pressure testing typically involves manual application of test pressure to each spoke hole on the rim one by one, sequentially, using a dedicated pressure testing device. This manual, single-hole sequential testing method is inefficient. Furthermore, manual testing is prone to errors and omissions, resulting in a high test error rate.
[0004] Secondly, the results of manual stress testing are highly dependent on the operator's personal experience and real-time condition. The inconsistency of operation between different operators or the same operator at different times can easily cause fluctuations in the stress judgment standard, resulting in inconsistent test quality among products in the same batch and poor test consistency. [0026] This invention also provides a spoke hole pressure testing method for testing the pressure of spoke holes in a wheel rim. The spoke hole pressure testing method is described in any of the above technical solutions regarding wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment. The spoke hole pressure testing method includes: S1. Place the wheel rim on the positioning device and pre-position the wheel rim circumferentially using the positioning device; S2. Rotate the wheel rim so that the valve core hole of the wheel rim faces the predetermined position, so that each spoke hole on the wheel rim corresponds to and aligns with each of the test pins; S3. Use the positioning device to fix the wheel rim; S4. Air is supplied to each of the telescopic cylinders through the air supply device, thereby causing each of the telescopic cylinders to drive each of the test pins to move, and thus causing each of the test pins to be inserted into each of the spoke holes in a corresponding manner. S5. Use the pressure sensor to obtain real-time pressure values. When the real-time pressure values reach a preset test pressure threshold, cut off the gas supply to the main gas supply line and maintain the pressure of the main gas supply line. S6. Inspect each spoke hole; S7. The test pins are reset and moved by each of the telescopic cylinders to release the positioning device from fixing the wheel rim; S8. Rotate the wheel rim 180°; S9. Repeat steps S1 to S6.
[0027] The implementation of this invention has the following beneficial effects: This invention relates to a wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device and a spoke hole pressure testing method, the spoke hole pressure testing method being applied to the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device.
[0028] In this wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment, the testing device is configured to include multiple telescopic testing components. Each telescopic testing component has a telescopic cylinder and a test pin. Through the setting of the air supply device, gas can be simultaneously introduced into each telescopic cylinder, thereby driving each test pin to move. Subsequently, each test pin will be inserted into each spoke hole of the wheel rim one by one and hold against the wheel rim, realizing synchronous pressure testing of all spoke holes on the wheel rim. This eliminates the tediousness of manually testing each spoke hole one by one, greatly improving the testing efficiency of wheel rim spoke holes. Of course, it also avoids the problem of missing parts due to manual testing, greatly reducing the testing error rate.
[0029] Furthermore, by installing a pressure sensor on one of the telescopic test components, and ensuring that each telescopic cylinder's air supply branch receives air through a main air supply line, the pressure directly measured by the pressure sensor becomes the pressure of each test pin. When the pressure sensor detects a pressure reaching a preset test pressure threshold, all test pins also reach the preset test pressure threshold. At this point, cutting off the main air supply line ensures that each test pin maintains its preset test pressure threshold. Subsequently, visual inspection of each spoke hole can be performed simultaneously. Thus, by simultaneously testing the pressure of each spoke hole, the consistency of the test pressure across all spoke holes is further guaranteed, ensuring that the test pressure borne by each spoke hole is standardized and consistent, significantly improving the consistency of spoke hole pressure testing. [0036] Figure 1 A wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device 10 is shown in some embodiments of the present invention, which is used to perform pressure testing on the spoke holes of a wheel rim.
[0037] like Figures 1 to 10 As shown, the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10 includes a frame 1, a testing device 2, a positioning device 3, and an air supply device 4.
[0038] It should be noted that the testing device 2, positioning device 3, and air supply device 4 are all mounted on the frame 1. The frame 1 provides mounting positions for the other devices and components. The air supply device 4 is connected to the testing device 2 and supplies air to enable the corresponding pneumatic devices or components to perform predetermined actions. The positioning device 3 positions the wheel rim on the frame 1, ensuring that each spoke hole on the wheel rim is at an angle compatible with the testing device 2. The testing device 2 performs pressure tests on each spoke hole on the wheel rim.
[0039] It should be further noted that in some embodiments, the positioning device 3 can be configured as a pneumatic device, in which case air can be supplied to the positioning device 3 through the air supply device 4. In other embodiments, the positioning device 3 can be configured as a non-pneumatic device, in which case it is not necessary to supply air to the positioning device 3 through the air supply device 4, and the two do not need to be connected by an air path.
[0040] like Figures 1 to 10 As shown, the frame 1 has a positioning area 131. It should be noted that the positioning area 131 refers to the area on the frame 1 used for fixing the wheel rim.
[0041] The testing device 2 includes multiple telescopic testing components 21 and at least one pressure sensor 22. Each telescopic testing component 21 includes a telescopic cylinder 211 and a test pin 212. Each telescopic cylinder 211 is respectively mounted on the frame 1. The telescopic shaft of each telescopic cylinder 211 is connected to each test pin 212 in a corresponding manner. Each test pin 212 faces the positioning area 131. The pressure sensor 22 is mounted on one of the telescopic testing components 21 and is connected to both the test pin 212 and the telescopic shaft of the telescopic cylinder 211.
[0042] The positioning device 3 is set in the positioning area 131. The positioning device 3 is used to position the wheel rim so that each spoke hole corresponds to and is aligned with each top pin.
[0043] The gas supply device 4 includes a main gas supply line 42 and multiple gas supply branches 43. Each gas supply branch 43 is connected to the main gas supply line 42, and each gas supply branch 43 is connected to each telescopic cylinder 211. The main gas supply line 42 supplies gas and further delivers it to each gas supply branch 43, so that each gas supply branch 43 delivers gas to each telescopic cylinder 211.
[0044] When gas is introduced into each telescopic cylinder 211, each test pin 212 is driven to move through each telescopic shaft, so that each test pin 212 is inserted into each spoke hole and abuts against the wheel rim. When the pressure sensor 22 detects that the pressure has reached the preset test pressure threshold, it cuts off the gas supply to the main gas supply line 42.
[0045] Understandably, multiple telescopic test components 21 are used to perform pressure tests on different spoke holes on the rim, respectively, to achieve a common test of all spoke holes. The telescopic cylinder 211 converts gas pressure into a linear driving force for the telescopic shaft. The test pin 212, driven by the telescopic shaft, inserts into the corresponding spoke hole and abuts against the rim, applying test pressure to the spoke hole. The pressure sensor 22 directly detects the actual pressure borne by the test pin 212 within its telescopic test component 21. Thus, the pressure value measured by the pressure sensor 22 can directly determine whether the test pressure of the test pin 212 on the spoke hole reaches a predetermined value, i.e., whether it reaches a preset test pressure threshold.
[0046] With the positioning device 3, the inspector can achieve circumferential positioning and angular positioning of the wheel rim. Circumferential positioning is to prevent deviation, and angular positioning is to ensure that the test pin 212, which always moves along the predetermined trajectory, can be accurately inserted into the spoke hole to be inspected.
[0047] The air supply device 4 is used to provide driving gas to each telescopic cylinder 211. Specifically, the main air supply line 42 is used to receive the gas input from the air source 41 and distribute the gas to each air supply branch line 43. The air supply branch line 43 is used to independently deliver the gas from the main air supply line 42 to each telescopic cylinder 211, ensuring that each telescopic cylinder 211 can receive air.
[0048] It should be noted that when gas is introduced into each telescopic cylinder 211, it drives each test pin 212 to move, so that each test pin 212 is inserted into each spoke hole and held against the rim, realizing the pressure test of all spoke holes. The pressure sensor 22 reflects the test pressure in real time during the test. When the pressure sensor 22 measures that the pressure reaches the preset test pressure threshold, it indicates that the test pressure of all telescopic test components 21 has reached the threshold. At this time, cutting off the gas supply to the main air supply line 42 can maintain the air pressure in each telescopic cylinder 211, thereby keeping each test pin 212 under the preset test pressure threshold for subsequent visual inspection.
[0049] In summary, this embodiment uses multiple telescopic test components 21 to drive each test pin 212, enabling the application of the required test pressure to all spoke holes on the rim in a single operation. This eliminates the tedious manual pressure testing, significantly improving testing efficiency and eliminating the possibility of missed detections during manual hole-by-hole testing, thus reducing the test error rate. Furthermore, this embodiment also incorporates a pressure sensor 22 within one of the telescopic test components 21. By utilizing a system where each air supply branch 43 is connected to the same main air supply line 42, the measurement value of the pressure sensor 22 accurately represents the test pressure of each test pin 212. This ensures the standardization and consistency of the test pressure borne by all spoke holes. Consequently, after reaching the preset test pressure threshold and cutting off the air supply, a visual inspection of each spoke hole can be performed simultaneously, greatly improving the consistency of the spoke hole pressure test.
[0050] Regarding the use of a small number of pressure sensors 22 to detect the pressure of a large number of test pins 22, it should be noted that the main air supply line 42 and each branch air supply line 43 together form a gas connection loop. In this gas loop, according to Pascal's principle, the pressure is equal everywhere inside a stationary gas. Therefore, although the lengths of each branch air supply line 43 may not be exactly the same, resulting in differences in the timing of each telescopic cylinder 211 driving each test pin 212 to complete the insertion action, once all test pins 212 have been inserted and are held against the wheel rim, and the gas flow stops, the internal pressure of the system tends to be uniform. Furthermore, even if some test pins preferentially abut against the rim, other telescopic cylinders have not yet extended to the position where the test pins abut against the rim. Therefore, even if they are in the same gas circuit, the airflow will preferentially be supplied to the side with lower pressure (that is, supplied to the telescopic test assembly 21 where the test pins 212 are not abutting against the rim). Subsequently, when all the test pins 212 are limited (that is, abutting against the rim), the entire gas circuit will only achieve pressure increase under the continuous air supply of the gas source. This pressure increase is synchronous, and the pressure at each position of the air circuit changes almost synchronously. Therefore, when a single or a few pressure sensors 22 measure a real-time pressure value that reaches the preset test pressure threshold, it can be basically indicated that all the test pins 212 abut against the spoke holes with the same preset pressure. At this point, timely disconnection between the air source 41 and the air supply circuit 42 can achieve air pressure maintenance, thereby ensuring that each test pin 212 maintains the predetermined pressure and abuts against the wheel rim; subsequently, the testing personnel can directly observe the actual situation of all spoke holes after being subjected to force.
[0051] like Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10, the positioning device 3 includes several positioning seats 31, each positioning seat 31 is respectively disposed in the positioning area 131, and each positioning seat 31 is distributed in a circumferential interval. Each positioning seat 31 is provided with a positioning groove 311, and the positioning groove 311 is adapted to the outer contour of the wheel rim.
[0052] The positioning seats 31 are distributed in a circumferential interval, so that each positioning groove 311 corresponds to a different part of the wheel rim.
[0053] Understandably, several positioning seats 31 are used to provide multi-point support for the wheel rim within the positioning area 131. Each positioning seat 31 is configured to be circumferentially spaced, so that each positioning seat 31 can respectively support and limit the wheel rim from multiple different positions circumferentially. The positioning groove 311 is adapted to the outer contour of the wheel rim, meaning that after the wheel rim is placed in the positioning groove 311, the outer surface of the wheel rim will abut against the contour surface of the groove wall of the positioning groove 311, thereby achieving pre-positioning of the wheel rim. Based on this, the circumferentially spaced positioning seats 31 ensure that each positioning groove 311 is also circumferentially spaced, so that each positioning groove 311 can respectively provide support and limit the wheel rim at multiple different positions circumferentially.
[0054] It should be noted that by adopting the content of this embodiment, the wheel rim obtains stable multi-point positioning support within the positioning area 131, and each circumferential segment is constrained by the corresponding positioning groove 311. When each test pin 212 applies test pressure to each spoke hole, the wheel rim will not shift or rotate as a whole, thereby ensuring that the correspondence between each spoke hole and each test pin 212 is maintained throughout the test, improving the stability and accuracy of the pressure test results.
[0055] Furthermore, such as Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device 10, each positioning seat 31 is evenly distributed circumferentially.
[0056] Understandably, the positioning seats 31 are evenly distributed around the circumference to make the support force obtained by the wheel rim at various positions in the circumference more balanced, thereby avoiding local skewing of the wheel rim caused by uneven distribution of support points. This helps each spoke hole to be more accurately aligned with each test pin 212, so that the test pressure borne by each spoke hole during the test is more consistent, further improving the accuracy and consistency of the spoke hole pressure test.
[0057] like Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device 10, each positioning seat 31 has a first end face 312 and a second end face 313. The positioning groove 311 has a first contour notch 3111 and a second contour notch 3112 respectively on two opposite groove walls. The first contour notch 3111 is exposed on the first end face 312, and the second contour notch 3112 is exposed on the second end face 313. The angle θ formed by the intersection of the first end face 312 and the second end face 313 is 15°~35°.
[0058] Understandably, the purpose of the first contour notch 3111 and the second contour notch 3112 is to provide a passage position for the wheel rim, that is, to avoid structural interference between the wheel rim and the groove wall of the positioning groove 311. The first contour notch 3111 is exposed on the first end face 312, and the second contour notch 3112 is exposed on the second end face 313, so that the wheel rim can pass into and out of the two sides of the positioning groove 311. The angle θ formed by the intersection of the first end face 312 and the second end face 313 is used to define the circumferential angle range of the wheel rim housed by the single positioning seat 31.
[0059] It should be further explained that in this type of embodiment, the included angle θ is limited to 15°~35°, which allows each positioning seat 31 to accommodate the corresponding section of the wheel rim with a moderate circumferential span. On the one hand, this ensures that the positioning groove 311 provides sufficient limiting constraint to the wheel rim within this angle range, preventing the wheel rim from shifting or coming off during testing. On the other hand, it avoids the size of the positioning seat 31 becoming too large due to an excessively large angle range accommodated by a single positioning seat 31, thus avoiding excessive cost. In addition, it also avoids increasing the area of the entire groove surface due to an excessively large angle range of the positioning groove 311. An excessively large groove surface would lead to an increase in the overall machining accuracy requirements of the entire groove surface, further avoiding problems such as increased cost due to excessive machining accuracy requirements.
[0060] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10, the positioning device 3 includes four positioning seats 31.
[0061] Understandably, the four positioning seats 31 form a four-point support structure within the positioning area 131, simultaneously bearing and constraining the wheel rim from four positions around its circumference. This ensures the stability of the wheel rim's position during testing, simplifies the structure of the positioning device 3, reduces manufacturing costs, and the even distribution of the four points helps to ensure symmetrical force distribution on the wheel rim, reducing the risk of deformation during testing and ensuring consistency in the spoke hole pressure test.
[0062] like Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10, the positioning device 3 further includes multiple positioning height adjustment components 32. Each positioning height adjustment component 32 includes a support seat 321 with an adjustment waist hole 3211, an adjustment seat 322 slidably disposed on the support seat 321, and at least one adjustment bolt 323 passing through the adjustment waist hole 3211. Each support seat 321 is respectively disposed in the positioning area 131, and each positioning seat 31 is correspondingly disposed on each adjustment seat 322. The end of the adjustment bolt 323 is screwed to the adjustment seat 322.
[0063] Understandably, the support base 321 is used to fix the positioning height adjustment assembly 32 as a whole to the positioning area 131. The adjustment base 322 is used to drive the positioning base 31 disposed thereon to move up and down relative to the support base 321, thereby adjusting the support height of the positioning base 31. The adjustment slot 3211 is used to limit the sliding direction and sliding stroke of the adjustment base 322. The adjustment bolt 323 is used to lock and fix the adjustment base 322 to the support base 321 after it has slid to the target height.
[0064] It should be noted that, in this embodiment, by setting the positioning height adjustment component 32, the height of each positioning seat 31 can be independently adjusted according to the specifications of the wheel rim to be tested. This ensures that after the wheel rim is clamped, the plane containing each spoke hole is perpendicular to the movement direction of each test pin 212, so that each test pin 212 can be accurately and smoothly inserted into the corresponding spoke hole, avoiding pin misalignment or jamming due to height deviation. At the same time, the independent height adjustment of each positioning seat 31 also enhances the equipment's universal adaptability to wheel rims of different sizes and cross-sectional profiles.
[0065] Furthermore, it should be noted that the implementation of this type of solution allows the height of each positioning seat 31 to be adjusted independently. As a result, each positioning seat 31 can be individually adjusted to eliminate machining tolerances and assembly tolerances, thereby further improving the operating accuracy and testing reliability of the equipment.
[0066] like Figure 1 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10, the positioning device 3 further includes an alignment component 33. For example... Figures 11 to 13 As shown, the alignment component 33 includes an alignment seat 331 and a positioning pin 332. The alignment seat 331 is disposed on the frame 1, and the positioning pin 332 is slidably disposed on the alignment seat 331. The positioning pin 332 is configured to move toward or away from the positioning area 131.
[0067] When the locating pin 332 is inserted into the valve core hole on the wheel rim, the orientation of the valve core hole is fixed.
[0068] Understandably, the mounting base 331 provides an installation foundation and sliding guide for the locating pin 332. The locating pin 332 is used to engage with the valve core hole on the wheel rim. When the locating pin 332 is movably inserted into the valve core hole on the wheel rim, it can fix the circumferential orientation of the wheel rim, making the orientation of the valve core hole uniquely determined, thereby ensuring that each spoke hole on the wheel rim maintains a defined relative positional relationship with each test pin 212 in the circumferential direction.
[0069] It should be noted that by cooperating with the valve core hole of the wheel rim, the wheel rim is accurately positioned in the angular direction within the positioning area 131. This ensures that the circumferential relative positions of each spoke hole and each test pin 212 are consistent each time the wheel rim is clamped. In other words, it ensures that each test pin 212, which moves along the predetermined trajectory, can be accurately inserted into each spoke hole. This avoids misalignment between the spoke holes and the test pins due to deviations in the circumferential clamping angle of the wheel rim, thereby improving the repeatability and accuracy of the pressure test.
[0070] Furthermore, such as Figures 11 to 13 As shown, in some embodiments, the alignment component 33 further includes a mounting base 333 and an alignment bolt 334. The mounting base 333 is disposed on the frame 1. The mounting base 333 has a mounting groove 3331. The mounting groove 3331 has an alignment slot 3332. The alignment base 331 is slidably disposed in the mounting groove 3331. The alignment base 331 has a plurality of alignment locking holes 3311. The alignment locking holes 3311 are arranged at intervals along a straight line. The alignment bolt 334 passes through the alignment slot 3332 and is screwed into the alignment locking hole 3311.
[0071] Understandably, the mounting base 333 is used to fix the alignment assembly 33 as a whole onto the frame 1. The mounting groove 3331 is used to provide sliding guidance and installation space for the alignment base 331. The alignment base 331 is used to drive the positioning pin 332 to move along the extension direction of the mounting groove 3331, thereby adjusting the position of the positioning pin 332 relative to the positioning area 131, that is, adjusting the height of the positioning pin 332. The alignment bolt 334 passes through the alignment slot 3332 and is screwed into the alignment locking hole 3311, which can lock and fix the alignment base 331 to the mounting base 333 after the alignment base 331 slides to the target position.
[0072] It should be noted that, using the content of this embodiment, the position of the mounting seat 331 on the mounting base 333 can be flexibly adjusted along the mounting groove 3331, thereby driving the positioning pin 332 to adapt to different positions of the valve core holes on wheel rims of different specifications. This improves the equipment's test adaptability to wheel rims of different specifications.
[0073] It should be noted that the number of alignment bolts 334 can be configured to be one or more, as long as the stability of the alignment seat 331 and the mounting seat 333 after locking can be guaranteed.
[0074] like Figures 1 to 3 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10, the positioning device 3 further includes an outer peripheral positioning component 34. For example... Figure 14 and Figure 15As shown, the peripheral positioning assembly 34 includes a peripheral driving component 341, a synchronous transmission structure 342, multiple peripheral slide rails 343, and multiple peripheral slide blocks 344. The peripheral driving component 341 is mounted on the frame 1 and is driven to the synchronous transmission structure 342. The synchronous transmission structure 342 is connected to each peripheral slide block 344. Each peripheral slide rail 343 is mounted on the frame 1. Each peripheral slide block 344 is slidably connected to the peripheral slide rail 343. Each peripheral slide block 344 is provided with a peripheral abutment part 345.
[0075] The outer peripheral drive member 341 is configured to drive each outer peripheral slide block 344 to move along each outer peripheral slide rail 343 via the synchronous transmission structure 342, thereby causing each outer peripheral abutment part 345 to abut against the outer peripheral edge of the wheel rim, or causing each outer peripheral abutment part 345 to disengage from the outer peripheral edge of the wheel rim.
[0076] Understandably, the outer peripheral drive member 341 is used to provide driving force. The synchronous transmission structure 342 is used to synchronously transmit the power of the outer peripheral drive member 341 to each outer peripheral slide 344, so that each outer peripheral slide 344 moves synchronously. Each outer peripheral slide rail 343 is used to provide guidance for each outer peripheral slide 344 and limit the direction of movement of each outer peripheral slide 344. Each outer peripheral slide 344 is used to support the outer peripheral abutment part 345 and move along the outer peripheral slide rail 343. The outer peripheral abutment part 345 is used to directly contact and abut against the outer peripheral edge of the wheel rim under the drive of the outer peripheral slide 344, and is also used to move under the drive of the outer peripheral slide 344 when needed to release the abutment limit on the wheel rim.
[0077] It should be noted that when the outer peripheral drive component 341 drives each outer peripheral slide block 344 to move along the outer peripheral slide rail 343 via the synchronous transmission structure 342, causing each outer peripheral abutment part 345 to abut against the outer peripheral edge of the rim, a centripetal constraint force can be applied to the rim simultaneously from multiple positions on its outer periphery. This achieves centering and positioning of the rim in the radial plane, ensuring that the central axis of the rim coincides with the test center of each test pin 212, thereby guaranteeing the alignment accuracy of each spoke hole and each test pin 212. When each outer peripheral abutment part 345 disengages from the outer peripheral edge of the rim, it facilitates the removal and replacement of the rim. The synchronous movement of each outer peripheral slide block 344 ensures the consistency of the centering action, avoiding rim misalignment or inaccurate positioning caused by asynchronous movement of each outer peripheral abutment part 345, further improving the positioning accuracy of rim clamping and the repeatability of testing.
[0078] In some embodiments of the wheel spoke hole pressure testing device 10, the peripheral drive 341 includes a peripheral drive cylinder or a peripheral drive motor.
[0079] Understandably, in some embodiments, an externally driven cylinder can be used as the power source. It has a simple structure, fast response speed, and is easy to share the air source with the air supply device 4, thereby reducing the overall complexity of the equipment.
[0080] In other embodiments, an external drive motor can be used as the power source, which has high control precision and adjustable movement speed and stroke, and is suitable for test scenarios that require precise control of the holding force or the holding stroke.
[0081] like Figure 14 and Figure 15 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10, the synchronous transmission structure 342 includes a synchronizing element 3421 and multiple movable arms 3422. The telescopic end of the outer peripheral drive element 341 is driven to connect to the synchronizing element 3421. The synchronizing element 3421 is located between each positioning seat 31. Each movable arm 3422 is hinged to the synchronizing element 3421. Each outer peripheral slide 344 is hinged to each movable arm 3422. The synchronizing element 3421 is configured to move relative to the frame 1 under the drive of the telescopic end, so that the synchronizing element 3421 drives each outer peripheral slide 344 to slide along the outer peripheral slide rail 343 through each movable arm 3422.
[0082] Understandably, the synchronizing element 3421 is used to receive the driving force output by the peripheral driving element 341 and moves relative to the frame 1 under the drive of the telescopic end of the peripheral driving element 341. The synchronizing element 3421 is used to centrally transmit power to the movable arms 3422 distributed in various circumferential positions, and then the movement of the synchronizing element 3421 is converted into the sliding of each peripheral slide block 344 along the peripheral slide rail 343 by the movable arms 3422.
[0083] It should be noted that in this type of embodiment, multiple movable arms 3422 can be driven synchronously by the same peripheral drive component 341 and synchronizer 3421, realizing the synchronous movement of multiple peripheral slides 344 and their peripheral abutment parts 345. This ensures that the constraint force applied by each peripheral abutment part 345 to the wheel rim during the alignment process is uniform and consistent in the circumferential direction, preventing the wheel rim from skewing or shifting during the positioning process, and improving the accuracy and reliability of radial alignment. At the same time, since the movable arms 3422 are all connected to the other components by hinges, the synchronous transmission structure 342 can adapt to the sliding trajectory of each peripheral slide 344, ensuring the smoothness and stability of the transmission process.
[0084] like Figure 2 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel spoke hole pressure testing device 10, a clearance interval 31a is provided between every two adjacent positioning seats 31, and each outer peripheral slide rail 343 is correspondingly arranged in each clearance interval 31a, and each outer peripheral slide rail 343 is evenly distributed in a circle.
[0085] Understandably, the setting of the clearance interval 31a provides installation space for the outer peripheral slide rail 343 and movement space for the outer peripheral slide base 344, avoiding structural interference between the outer peripheral positioning component 34 and the positioning base 31 in terms of layout. Furthermore, in this embodiment, each outer peripheral slide rail 343 is correspondingly set in each clearance interval 31a, that is, each clearance interval 31a is correspondingly set with one outer peripheral slide rail 343, which can integrate the outer peripheral slide rail 343 into the circumferential space of the positioning area 131, making the overall structure more compact and improving the compactness of the equipment.
[0086] It should be noted that by adopting the content of this embodiment, the outer peripheral positioning component 34 and the positioning seat 31 can be arranged alternately in the circumferential direction, improving the structural compactness of the device. Furthermore, during the testing process, after pre-positioning multiple positions in the circumferential direction of the wheel rim by each positioning seat 31, the outer peripheral abutment parts 345 abut against other multiple positions in the circumferential direction of the wheel rim, achieving accurate positioning and fixation of the wheel rim. This significantly improves the accurate positioning of the wheel rim in multiple directions, ensuring that the subsequently moving test pin 212 can be accurately inserted into the spoke hole for pressure testing.
[0087] like Figure 15 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel spoke hole pressure testing device 10, each outer peripheral slide 344 is provided with a plurality of adjustment hole groups 3441 arranged at intervals along a straight line, and each outer peripheral support 345 is provided with a through hole 3451 for the outer peripheral bolt 346 to pass through. The internal thread of each adjustment hole group 3441 is configured to match the external thread of the outer peripheral bolt 346.
[0088] Understandably, a plurality of adjusting holes 3441 arranged at intervals along a straight line on each outer peripheral slide 344 are used to provide multiple fixing points at different positions for the outer peripheral abutment 345. The outer peripheral bolts 346 are used to lock and fix the outer peripheral abutment 345 to the outer peripheral slide 344.
[0089] It should be noted that by selecting different sets of adjusting holes 3441 to cooperate with the outer peripheral bolts 346, the position of the outer peripheral abutment 345 on the outer peripheral slide block 344 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the distance of the outer peripheral abutment 345 relative to the outer peripheral edge of the wheel rim. This allows the outer peripheral positioning assembly 34 to adapt to wheel rims of different diameters, enhancing the versatility of the equipment. Furthermore, the number of adjusting holes included in a single set of adjusting holes 3411 can be flexibly set, and can be configured as one, two, or more.
[0090] like Figure 14 and Figure 15 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device 10, each outer peripheral support portion 345 is L-shaped.
[0091] Understandably, the outer peripheral abutment part 345 of the L-shaped structure has sufficient abutment height in the vertical direction, which can stably contact the outer peripheral edge of the wheel rim and adapt to wheel rims with different cross-sections. At the same time, the L-shaped structure itself has good bending stiffness and is not easily deformed when subjected to abutment force, thus ensuring the reliability of radial centering constraint.
[0092] It should be noted that the L-shaped outer peripheral support part 345 is formed by two mutually perpendicular sides connected together. One side is directly connected to the outer peripheral slide 344, so that the side forms a certain amount of protrusion relative to the outer peripheral slide 344. In this way, the amount of protrusion can prevent the wheel rim from contacting the outer peripheral slide 344, and prevent the wheel rim from being offset or tilted by the outer peripheral slide 344 during the positioning process, thus further ensuring the positioning accuracy of the wheel rim.
[0093] like Figure 1 , Figure 5 and Figure 16 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device 10, the peripheral drive 341 includes a peripheral drive cylinder.
[0094] The gas supply device 4 also includes a gas source 41, an external gas supply line 44, a first solenoid valve 45 and a second solenoid valve 46. The main gas supply line 42 and the external gas supply line 44 are respectively connected to the gas source 41. The first solenoid valve 45 is installed on the main gas supply line 42 and the second solenoid valve 46 is installed on the external gas supply line 44.
[0095] The wheel spoke hole pressure testing device 10 also includes a control device 5, which includes a push switch 51 and a foot switch 52. The foot switch 52 is electrically connected to the first solenoid valve 45, and the push switch 51 is electrically connected to the second solenoid valve 46.
[0096] Understandably, the gas source 41 is used to provide gas to the main gas supply line 42 and the peripheral gas supply line 44. The peripheral gas supply line 44 is used to deliver gas to each peripheral drive cylinder. The first solenoid valve 45 is installed on the main gas supply line 42, which can control the opening and closing of the main gas supply line 42, thereby controlling the air intake and shut-off of each telescopic cylinder 211. The second solenoid valve 46 is installed on the peripheral gas supply line 44, which can control the opening and closing of the peripheral gas supply line 44, thereby independently controlling the air intake and shut-off of the peripheral drive cylinder.
[0097] The push-button switch 51 is used by the operator to manually control the opening and closing of the second solenoid valve 46, thereby controlling the centering clamping and loosening action of the outer peripheral positioning assembly 34. The foot switch 52 is used by the operator to control the first solenoid valve 45 by foot, thereby controlling the pressure testing action of the testing device 2.
[0098] The gas source 41 supplies gas independently to the main gas supply line 42 and the peripheral gas supply line 44, and is independently controlled by the first solenoid valve 45 and the second solenoid valve 46, thereby realizing the separation and independent control of the gas path for the pressure testing action of the test device 2 and the centering and positioning action of the peripheral positioning component 34.
[0099] Specifically, in some embodiments of the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10, each test pin 212 is configured as a floating pin.
[0100] By configuring each test pin 212 as a floating pin, a certain degree of radial displacement relative to the axis of the telescopic shaft is allowed during the insertion of the test pin 212 into the spoke hole. Thus, even if there is a slight positional deviation between individual spoke holes and their corresponding test pins 212 after the wheel rim is positioned and fixed, the floating pins can adapt and adjust their radial position during insertion, smoothly entering the spoke holes. This avoids pin jamming, bending, or damage to the spoke hole walls caused by alignment deviations, improving the smoothness and reliability of the testing process, reducing the requirements for wheel rim clamping accuracy (i.e., lowering wheel rim alignment requirements), and improving the ease of operation of the equipment.
[0101] like Figures 6 to 8 As shown, in some embodiments of the spoke hole pressure testing device 10, each test pin 212 includes a mounting part 2121, a support part 2122, a large-diameter pin 2123 and a small-diameter pin 2124 connected in sequence. The mounting part 2121 is connected to a telescopic shaft, and the small-diameter pin 2124 is movably inserted into the spoke hole.
[0102] Understandably, the mounting part 2121 is used to fix the test pin 212 on the telescopic shaft. The support part 2122 is used to transmit axial thrust and provide structural support between the mounting part 2121 and the large-diameter post 2123. The large-diameter post 2123 is used to hold the test pin 2122 against the end face of the spoke hole with its larger diameter when the test pin 212 is inserted into the spoke hole, and to apply test pressure to the rim. The small-diameter post 2124 is connected to the end of the large-diameter post 2123, and is used to be movably inserted into the spoke hole. Its diameter is adapted to the diameter of the spoke hole, and it plays a role in insertion guidance and radial positioning.
[0103] It should be noted that in this type of embodiment, the stable application of test pressure and precise control of insertion depth are achieved through the abutting fit between the large-diameter post 2123 and the spoke hole end face. This ensures that the test pressure borne by each spoke hole acts directly on the hole end face, the test conditions are uniform, and the fit and abutting state between the spoke and the spoke hole in a real-world scenario can be simulated as closely as possible. The small-diameter post 2124 provides an insertion guide for the test pin 212, ensuring that the fit between the pin and the spoke hole is consistent in each test, further improving the standardization of the test and the comparability of the results.
[0104] like Figure 4 as well as Figures 6 to 8 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10, the testing device 2 further includes multiple linear guide components 23, each linear guide component 23 corresponding to each telescopic testing component 21. Each linear guide component 23 includes a guide slide rail 231 mounted on the frame 1 and a guide slide seat 232 slidably mounted on the guide slide rail 231. Each guide slide seat 232 is connected to each telescopic shaft. Some guide slide seats 232 are equipped with pressure sensors 22, and the pressure sensors 22 are connected to a test pin 212. The remaining guide slide seats 232 are connected to each test pin 212.
[0105] Understandably, the guide rail 231 provides a linear guide trajectory for the guide slide 232, enabling the guide slide 232 to reciprocate linearly along the guide rail 231. Each guide slide 232 follows the movement during the extension and retraction of the telescopic shaft. The pressure sensor 22 directly senses the pressure exerted on the test pin 212 on the extension and retraction test assembly 21 guided by the guide slide 232.
[0106] It should be noted that in an embodiment where the number of pressure sensors 22 is configured to be one, the pressure sensor 22 is only set on one guide slide 232 and connected to a test pin 212 through the pressure sensor 22.
[0107] Furthermore, such as Figure 4 as well as Figures 6 to 8 As shown, the test pin 212 and the guide slide 232 can be connected by a coupling 213. In this way, the setting position of the test pin 212 can be finely adjusted by the coupling, thereby ensuring that each test pin 212 can be accurately inserted into each spoke hole for pressure testing.
[0108] like Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 4 As shown, in some embodiments of the wheel spoke hole pressure testing device 10, the testing device 2 includes multiple pressure sensors 22, which are connected to multiple telescopic shafts in a one-to-one correspondence, and the multiple pressure sensors 22 are also connected to multiple test pins 212 in a one-to-one correspondence.
[0109] It should be noted that in embodiments where multiple pressure sensors 22 are configured, each pressure sensor 22 is individually mounted on a guide slide 232, and each pressure sensor 22 is also individually connected to a test pin 212. The remaining guide slides 232 without pressure sensors 22 are individually connected to a test pin 212. Thus, independent monitoring by multiple pressure sensors 22 provides test data redundancy and reduces the testing risks associated with reliance on a single sensor.
[0110] like Figure 16 As shown, the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment in some embodiments also includes a testing auxiliary device 6. Please refer to the following: Figure 17 and Figure 18 The detection auxiliary device 6 includes an auxiliary base 61, a battery cover 62, a lighting switch 63, several wiring extension arms 64, several arc-shaped ends 65, and several arc-shaped light strips 66. The auxiliary base 61 is provided with a connecting post 611 and a battery slot. The connecting post 611 is detachably inserted into the center of the positioning area. The battery cover 62 is detachably placed on the battery slot, which is used to accommodate the battery. One end of each wiring extension arm 64 is connected to the auxiliary base 61, and the other end of each wiring extension arm 64 is connected to each arc-shaped end 65. Each arc-shaped light strip 66 is correspondingly set on each arc-shaped end 65, and each arc-shaped light strip 66 is exposed on the surface of the arc-shaped end 65 away from the wiring extension arm 64. The lighting switch 63 is set on the auxiliary base 61, and the lighting switch 63 is electrically connected to the battery and the arc-shaped light strip 66 respectively.
[0111] Understandably, the auxiliary base 61 is used to provide a mounting base for the various components of the detection auxiliary device 6. The connecting post 611 is used to detachably fix the auxiliary base 61 to the frame 1, so that the detection auxiliary device 6 can be flexibly installed or removed as needed; furthermore, in an embodiment provided with an outer peripheral positioning component 34, a hole can be opened in the center of the synchronizing member 3421 to accommodate the connecting post 611.
[0112] The battery compartment provides installation space for the battery. The battery cover 62 encloses the battery compartment, protecting the battery. Each wiring extension arm 64 extends the arc-shaped ends 65 from the auxiliary seat 61 to different positions around the wheel rim, and also provides built-in wiring channels for the power supply lines of each arc-shaped light strip 66, preventing exposed wiring damage. Each arc-shaped end 65 positions each arc-shaped light strip 66 to a predetermined lighting position near the spoke holes of the wheel rim. Each arc-shaped light strip 66 emits illumination light towards the spoke hole areas of the wheel rim, providing sufficient and uniform localized lighting for each spoke hole.
[0113] The lighting switch 63 is used to control the on / off of the power supply circuit from the battery to each of the arc-shaped light strips 66, so that the operator can quickly turn the lighting on or off as needed.
[0114] It should be noted that by setting up the detection auxiliary device 6, the arc-shaped light strips 66 can be turned on during the visual inspection phase of the pressure test to provide targeted illumination to the spoke hole areas of the wheel rim. This significantly improves the lighting conditions during inspection, making it easier to observe and identify any minor cracks or deformations that may appear around the spoke holes, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of the pressure test results. The auxiliary seat 61 is detachably inserted into the center of the positioning area 131 via the connecting post 611. Installation and removal are simple, allowing for quick positioning during use and easy disassembly when not in use, without affecting the normal testing functions of the main body of the equipment. Furthermore, the battery provides independent power, eliminating the need for external wiring. This eliminates the need for wiring space for lighting cables, reducing costs while maintaining the compactness of the equipment.
[0115] like Figures 1 to 3 As shown, in some embodiments of the spoke hole pressure testing equipment 10, the frame 1 includes a frame body 11, support feet 12, and a test plate 13. The support feet 12 are disposed at the bottom of the frame body 11, and the frame body 11 is supported against the mounting plane α by the support feet 12. The test plate 13 is disposed on the frame body 11, and the positioning area 131 is located on one surface of the test plate 13. Please refer to [further details omitted]. Figure 19 The relative relationship between the plane β where the positioning area 131 is located and the mounting plane α has at least the following implementation methods: Firstly, the angle between the plane β containing the positioning area 131 and the mounting plane α is 45° to 80°. Understandably, by employing the tilt angle range of this embodiment, operators can perform wheel clamping, positioning, and visual inspection operations during testing in a natural standing or sitting posture, without excessive bending or tilting of the head, reducing the burden on the operator's neck and lower back, improving ergonomics, and contributing to increased efficiency and comfort during long-term work.
[0116] Secondly, the plane β containing the positioning area 131 is parallel to the mounting plane α. Understandably, by employing the methods described in this embodiment, the positioning area 131 can be in a horizontal position, allowing the wheel rim to utilize its own weight for positioning during clamping. This makes the clamping action more convenient and effortless. Simultaneously, the wheel rim remains stable during testing, preventing loosening or positional changes due to gravity shifts. This helps maintain the alignment accuracy of each spoke hole and each test pin 212, improving the stability and repeatability of the test.
[0117] Third, the plane β where the positioning area 131 is located is perpendicular to the mounting plane α. Understandably, by adopting the content of this embodiment, the positioning area 131 can be in a vertical position. The vertical position allows the operator to directly observe the alignment of each spoke hole and each test pin 212 from the front, with a direct and unobstructed viewing angle. This facilitates checking and adjusting the alignment during the clamping stage, and also allows for intuitive observation of the fit between each test pin 212 and each spoke hole, as well as visual inspection of the spoke hole status during the testing process, thus improving the visibility of the operation and the convenience of clamping and inspection.
[0118] like Figure 20 As shown, the present invention also provides a spoke hole pressure testing method, which is used to test the pressure of spoke holes on a wheel rim, and is applied to a wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device 10. The spoke hole pressure testing method includes: S1. Place the wheel rim on the positioning device 3 and pre-position the wheel rim circumferentially using the positioning device 3. Understandably, pre-positioning the wheel rim circumferentially using the positioning device 3 is used to constrain the approximate circumferential position of the wheel rim before subsequent precise adjustments, providing an operational basis for precise alignment.
[0119] S2. Rotate the wheel rim so that the valve stem hole faces the predetermined position, ensuring that each spoke hole on the wheel rim corresponds and aligns with each test pin 212. Understandably, this step is used to determine the unique circumferential mounting posture of the wheel rim using the valve stem hole as a circumferential reference, ensuring that each spoke hole has a test pin 212 directly opposite it, guaranteeing the accurate insertion of subsequent test pins 212.
[0120] S3. Use positioning device 3 to fix the wheel rim. Understandably, this step is used to lock the aligned wheel rim in its current position to prevent the wheel rim from shifting or rotating in any direction during subsequent testing, and to ensure that the correspondence between the spoke holes and the test pin 212 remains unchanged throughout the entire test.
[0121] S4. Air is supplied to each telescopic cylinder 211 via the air supply device 4, thereby causing each telescopic cylinder 211 to drive each test pin 212 to move, and thus causing each test pin 212 to be inserted into each spoke hole in turn. Understandably, this step is used to introduce driving gas into each telescopic cylinder 211. Each telescopic cylinder 211 drives each test pin 212 to move and be inserted into each spoke hole in turn, thereby achieving pressure testing on all spoke holes to be tested on the wheel rim, so that each spoke hole simultaneously bears the test pressure.
[0122] S5. Use pressure sensor 22 to obtain real-time pressure values. When the real-time pressure value reaches the preset test pressure threshold, cut off the gas supply to the main air supply line 42 and maintain pressure in the main air supply line 42. Understandably, this step uses pressure sensor 22 to obtain real-time pressure values, meaning pressure sensor 22 is used to continuously monitor the pressure formed by the telescopic cylinder 211 and the test pin 212. When the real-time pressure value reaches the preset test pressure threshold, cut off the gas supply to the main air supply line 42 and maintain pressure in the main air supply line 42, thereby locking the air pressure in each telescopic cylinder 211 at the preset test pressure threshold, and thus ensuring that the test pressure applied by each test pin 212 to its corresponding spoke hole is stably maintained at the preset value for subsequent visual inspection.
[0123] S6. Inspect each spoke hole. Understandably, this step is used to visually inspect each spoke hole one by one while maintaining the preset test pressure to determine whether there are any pressure defects such as cracks or deformation in the spoke holes, and to complete the judgment of the quality of the pressure test results.
[0124] S7. The telescopic cylinders 211 drive the test pins 212 to reset and move, releasing the positioning device 3 from fixing the wheel rim. Understandably, this step involves the telescopic cylinders 211 driving the test pins 212 to reset and move, thereby removing the test pins 212 from the spoke holes and separating them from the wheel rim. Releasing the positioning device 3 from fixing the wheel rim releases the constraint on the wheel rim, allowing it to be removed or proceeding to the next step.
[0125] S8. Rotate the rim 180°. Understandably, this step allows the other side of the rim, which is not easily visible, to face the worker, enabling a full inspection of each spoke hole.
[0126] S9. Repeat steps S1 to S6. Understandably, this step is used to pre-position, adjust, fix, and pressurize the wheel rim after it has been flipped, so that the staff can inspect the other side of each spoke hole and achieve a comprehensive inspection of the wheel rim spoke holes.
[0127] like Figure 9 , Figure 10 and Figure 20 As shown, in some embodiments of the spoke hole pressure test method, step S1 further includes: adjusting the height of each positioning seat 31 so that the height of the positioning groove 311 of each positioning seat 31 is adapted to the cross-sectional profile of the wheel rim.
[0128] It should be noted that by adopting the content of this embodiment, the positioning device 3 can be height adapted according to the differences in the cross-sectional contours of different specifications of wheel rims, ensuring that the clamping posture of the wheel rim is consistent during each test, and that the alignment angle between the spoke hole and the test pin 212 is accurate. This avoids the test pin 212 from being inserted at an angle or stuck due to height mismatch, thereby improving the equipment's universal adaptability to multiple specifications of wheel rims and the accuracy of testing.
[0129] like Figures 11 to 13 As shown, and also refer to Figure 20 In some embodiments of the spoke hole pressure test method, step S2 further includes: pushing the positioning pin 332 to slide toward the positioning area 131 so that the positioning pin 332 is inserted into the valve core hole.
[0130] It should be noted that, through the steps of this embodiment, the precise positioning of the circumferential angle of the wheel rim is achieved by using the insertion and engagement of the positioning pin 332 with the valve core hole. This ensures that the relative positions of each spoke hole and each test pin 212 are completely consistent in the circumferential direction during each clamping, eliminating the misalignment of the spoke holes and test pins caused by circumferential clamping deviation, and improving the repeatability and reliability of the test.
[0131] like Figure 5 as well as Figures 14 to 16 As shown, and also refer to Figure 20 In some embodiments of the spoke hole pressure testing method, step S3 further includes: triggering a press switch 51, which is used by an operator to issue a control command to the second solenoid valve 46 by manual pressing. The second solenoid valve 46 opens to open the peripheral air supply path 44, allowing gas from the air source 41 to enter the peripheral drive cylinder through the peripheral air supply path 44. The peripheral drive cylinder drives the synchronizing member 3421 to move, which transmits the linear driving force of the cylinder to the synchronous transmission structure 342. The synchronizing member 3421 drives each peripheral slide block 344 to slide centripetally along each peripheral slide rail 343 through each movable arm 3422, which synchronously distributes the power of a single drive source to each peripheral slide block 344. Each peripheral abutment part 345 abuts against the outer peripheral edge of the rim, which simultaneously applies centripetal constraint force from multiple positions on the outer periphery of the rim.
[0132] It should be noted that, through the steps of this embodiment, automated radial alignment of the wheel rim within the positioning area 131 is achieved. Each outer peripheral abutment 345 moves synchronously towards the center, ensuring that the center of the wheel rim coincides with the testing center of each test pin 212, thus guaranteeing radial positioning accuracy. The press switch 51 controls the outer peripheral positioning action; the operator can trigger it with one hand while using the other to assist in wheel rim positioning, making the operation flexible and convenient.
[0133] like Figures 5 to 8 As shown, and also refer to Figure 20In some embodiments of the spoke hole pressure testing method, step S4 further includes: triggering a foot switch 52, which is used by an operator to issue a control command to the first solenoid valve 45 via foot pedal. The first solenoid valve 45 opens to connect the main air supply line 42, allowing gas from the air source 41 to enter each telescopic cylinder 211 via the main air supply line 42 and each branch air supply line 43. Each telescopic cylinder 211 drives each test pin 212 to move, converting the gas pressure into linear motion of the test pin 212. Each test pin 212 is inserted into each spoke hole in a corresponding manner, so that each spoke hole simultaneously bears the test pressure from the corresponding test pin 212.
[0134] It should be noted that the steps in this embodiment achieve synchronous pressure testing of all spoke holes. The use of a foot switch 52 to control the testing action frees the operator's hands, facilitating simultaneous visual observation or auxiliary operation during the testing process, thus improving operational convenience and work efficiency.
[0135] like Figure 5 and Figure 20 As shown, in some embodiments of the spoke hole pressure test method, step S5 further includes: using a pressure sensor 22 on the guide slide 232 corresponding to the longest telescopic test component 21 in the air supply branch 43 to obtain a real-time pressure value; when the real-time pressure value reaches a preset test pressure threshold, cutting off the gas supply to the main air supply line 42 and maintaining the pressure of the main air supply line 42.
[0136] It should be noted that, through the steps of this embodiment, the pressure value of the telescopic test component 21 with the most unfavorable air path conditions (the air path channel of the air supply branch is too long) is used as the pass criterion, ensuring that the test pressure of all telescopic test components 21 has reached the preset test pressure threshold, eliminating the hidden danger that some test pins 212 may have insufficient pressure due to the difference in length of the air supply branch 43, and significantly improving the reliability of multi-channel synchronous pressure testing and the consistency of test pressure of each spoke hole.
[0137] like Figures 5 to 20 As shown, in some embodiments of the spoke hole pressure testing method, step S7 further includes: moving each test pin 212 to reset via each telescopic cylinder 211, causing each test pin 212 to exit the spoke hole; triggering the foot switch 52 to switch the state of the second solenoid valve 46, causing the outer peripheral drive cylinder to reverse drive the synchronizing member 3421 and each movable arm 3422, causing each outer peripheral slide block 344 to slide backward along the outer peripheral slide rail 343, causing each outer peripheral abutment 345 to disengage from the outer peripheral edge of the wheel rim; pushing the positioning pin 332 to slide away from the positioning area 131, exiting the valve core hole; and releasing the positioning device 3 from fixing the wheel rim.
[0138] Understandably, in this type of embodiment, the test device 2 releases the contact constraint on the wheel rim by resetting the moved test pin 212; the gas on / off state of the outer peripheral air supply circuit 44 is changed by switching the state of the second solenoid valve 46, thereby providing a reverse driving force to each outer peripheral abutment 345 through the outer peripheral drive cylinder, thereby releasing the radial constraint of the outer peripheral positioning assembly 34 on the wheel rim; and the constraint of the alignment assembly 33 on the wheel rim is released by pushing the positioning pin 332.
[0139] The implementation of this invention has the following beneficial effects: This invention relates to a wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device and a spoke hole pressure testing method, the spoke hole pressure testing method being applied to the wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing device.
[0140] In this wheel rim spoke hole pressure testing equipment, the testing device is configured to include multiple telescopic testing components.
[0141] Furthermore, by installing a pressure sensor on one of the telescopic test components, and ensuring that each telescopic cylinder's air supply branch receives air through a main air supply line, the pressure directly measured by the pressure sensor becomes the pressure of each test pin.
