The present application relates to the technical field of pharmaceutical product manufacturing and preparation, and particularly relates to a combined pharmaceutical composition for resisting colorectal cancer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the active ingredient of the composition is anti-colorectal cancer yolk antibody IgY and extract of Baitangong decoction, and the extract of Baitangong decoction is prepared by water extraction from medicinal materials in the following mass ratio: 27 parts of Baitangong, 41 parts of Huangbai, 41 parts of Huanglian, and 41 parts of Qinpai. The present application optimizes the preparation process of yolk antibody, uses low-concentration HCT-116 tumor cells to immunize hens, extracts the antibody after the third immunization, and completes the purification by combining PEG precipitation and affinity chromatography; the Baitangong decoction is decocted with water in a material-to-water ratio of 1:9, and the extract is prepared by freeze-drying. The optimal synergistic concentration of the two is 4 μg / mL of the extract of Baitangong decoction and 12.5 μg / mL of IgY, and the composition can be prepared into tablets, capsules, and injections. The present application has stable process, low cost, excellent synergistic antitumor effect of the product, and is suitable for industrialized production and clinical application.
