Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the field of mining equipment technology, specifically to a multi-angle lifting material handling device. Background Technology

[0002] The multi-angle lifting and retrieving device, equipped with a mobile bucket wheel reclaimer, is a dedicated continuous bulk material retrieving equipment for mining and unmanned bulk cargo yard control systems. Its core features include integrated cantilever lifting and tilting functions with multi-angle rotation adjustment. Combined with the machine's walking mechanism, it can continuously excavate and transfer materials at different heights and orientations of the stockpile. This device is mainly used for the stockpiling, retrieving, loading, and process transfer of bulk materials such as raw coal, metal ores, and sand and gravel aggregates. Retrieving and stockpiling fine crushed ore is one of its core operating conditions, serving as a key hub connecting the front-end crushing and processing with subsequent transportation and storage processes. During operation, the retrieving device typically uses a retrieving conveyor belt to lift the fine crushed ore from the bottom of the stockpile or the outlet of the silo to a preset height, and then unloads it into the stockpile or transfer vehicle. The unloading method and material flow control effect of the retrieving conveyor belt directly determine the uniformity of the stockpile distribution, the material breakage rate, and the overall operating efficiency of subsequent loading operations. Existing material handling devices typically employ a straight-through inclined conveyor belt paired with a discharge chute. The conveyor belt continuously transports ore from a low to a high position at a fixed angle. Upon reaching the discharge end, the ore is thrown off the belt surface due to inertia and falls into the discharge bin. After being guided by the inclined surface or baffles inside the bin, it falls directly onto the ground of the storage yard. However, during the continuous transport process of the straight-through inclined conveyor belt, the ore continuously accelerates along the belt surface, reaching a high kinetic energy by the time it reaches the discharge end. The high-speed material flow directly impacts the guide surface inside the discharge bin, which not only exacerbates the wear of the guide surface but, more importantly, fails to effectively dissipate the ore's kinetic energy, easily resulting in disorderly splashing and bouncing within the bin. The discharge chute can only change the direction of material fall; it cannot achieve orderly splitting, uniform spreading, or guided sliding of the material flow. This reduces continuous operation efficiency and makes it difficult to cope with the orderly diversion requirements of concentrated incoming materials, ultimately leading to decreased material handling efficiency and difficulty in ensuring material distribution quality. Summary of the Invention

An eccentric pin is fixedly connected to one end of the crank disc, and the bottom end of the swing arm is movably sleeved on the outside of the eccentric pin.

[0012] The technical effects and advantages provided by the present invention in the above technical solution are as follows: 1. This invention connects the feeding trough with the feeding conveyor belt and adopts a multi-section bending conveying path, which allows the crushed material to undergo multiple speed changes and multi-angle turns during the conveying process. The kinetic energy of the crushed material when it reaches the discharge bin is partially dissipated through the friction and turning action of the bending section. The baffle plate on the surface of the feeding conveyor belt divides the decelerated material flow into multiple streams, and the impact momentum of each stream is at a low level. After the crushed material enters the discharge bin from the feeding section of the feeding conveyor belt, it first falls to the top of the diversion boss and spreads outward along the top of the boss. Some of the crushed material slides directly down the surface of the diversion boss to the gap between the discharge bin and the diversion support. The remaining material flow is split into two streams, left and right, which slide down the smooth inclined surfaces on both sides of the boss. The ends of the inclined surfaces point to the guide plates on both sides. The smooth inclined surfaces can guide the material flow to spread evenly and accelerate the slide, avoiding local accumulation. In the continuous feeding process, the crushed material is picked up and stacked in an orderly manner, improving the efficiency of continuous operation. 2. In this invention, the broken material slides from the inclined surface of the diversion boss to the upper horizontal section of the Z-shaped plate, which is the position of the guide plate and the turning inclined plate, to obtain a short smooth section to restore uniform flow. Then it enters the inclined section of the Z-shape, which is the position of the turning inclined plate, the hinge pin and the driven swing arm. Here, it undergoes a change of direction and speed adjustment. The two turns of the Z-shape cause the broken material to undergo two deceleration processes before falling to the ground and being piled up. Finally, it slides out of the bin through the gap between the discharge bin frame and the diversion support, further ensuring the orderly continuous feeding and stacking of broken material and improving the efficiency of continuous operation. 3. The present invention converts the vertical falling kinetic energy of the scrap into a tangential velocity along the arc surface by using the curved surface of the arc guide groove, so that the scrap obtains an initial velocity component that is consistent with or at a preset angle to the direction of travel of the feeding conveyor belt before leaving the feeding trough, thereby optimizing the initial uniformity of the scrap distribution on the conveyor belt surface. 4. In this invention, the threaded end plate follows the connecting slider and moves upward along one side of the upright plate. Then, as the sliding push plate moves continuously, the connecting slider transitions from the interior of the vertical guide groove to the interior of the horizontal guide groove. At this time, the connecting slider changes from doing work upward along the vertical guide groove to moving horizontally inside the horizontal guide groove. The intersection of the inclined structure of the inclined guide groove and the horizontal structure of the vertical guide groove is used to complete the movement of the transmission slider and the connecting slider in another direction and lock them. This is used to drive the feeding trough to move upward, downward, and horizontally along the top of the feeding conveyor belt in multiple dimensions. By moving the feeding trough, the relative position and angle of the arc-shaped guide groove and the feeding conveyor belt can be adjusted, so that after the fragments fall from the feeding trough, they must pass through the guidance and constraint of the arc-shaped guide groove before reaching the surface of the feeding conveyor belt. This curved channel restricts the free splash space of the fragments. The fragments are continuously constrained in the channel, so that the fragments can fall on the optimal receiving point on the surface of the feeding conveyor belt, reducing material loss and reducing the impact damage of splashed fragments to surrounding equipment. 5. By setting the angle adjustment component, the present invention enables the adjustment of the arc trajectory of the two guide plates to match the envelope of the parabola of the fragments when they are thrown by the feeding conveyor belt. This changes the contact direction and height with the fragments, which is used to compensate for the initial height required for long-distance throwing. This allows the two guide plates to contact the fragments at different positions inside the discharge bin, guiding fragments of different particle sizes in the material flow to different landing points, so that large and small particles are uniformly mixed in the stockpile. 6. In this invention, the eccentric pin rotates and then pushes the scraper plate along the top of the cleaning frame to complete high-frequency reciprocating oscillation through the push rod. When the arc-shaped guide groove scrapes the debris from the surface of the picking conveyor belt and pushes it to the top of the scraper plate, the intermittent directional vibration can apply a small throwing displacement along the chip discharge direction to the stripped debris, causing the debris to move towards the collection side in a stepping manner on the chip discharge surface on the back of the scraper plate, rather than simply relying on gravity to slide down. This greatly improves the stripping effect, ensures the stable picking up of debris by the material conveyor belt, improves the material distribution efficiency of the picking conveyor belt and the utilization rate of the material yard, and improves the efficiency of continuous picking operations. 7. This invention uses the swing rod to drive the transmission block and the push rod to complete the reciprocating linear motion downward and upward inside the mounting plate during the movement of the swing rod. This allows the swing rod to cooperate with the return spring, enabling intermittent vibration between the scraper and the material conveyor belt. The scraper then resumes steady-state pushing operation, stably removing and discharging the loosened debris. During the vibration excitation period, the newly entered unstripped debris in the working area of the scraper simultaneously undergoes vibration pretreatment. At the same time, the periodic vibration can prevent the formation of a continuous and dense residue adhesion layer on the belt surface, preventing the thickening of the skin on the belt surface after long-term operation. This further improves the material distribution efficiency and stacking utilization rate of the material conveyor belt, and enhances the efficiency of continuous material handling operations. The connecting slider 47 has a square cross-section structure, allowing it to slide vertically back and forth inside the vertical guide groove 44. Alternatively, it can transition laterally to the interior of the horizontal guide groove 45 via the groove connection, maintaining horizontal reciprocating motion within the horizontal guide groove 45 to meet the multi-dimensional adjustment and reversing motion requirements of the feed trough 21. The vulnerable parts of this mechanism are concentrated on the mating surfaces of the transmission slider 46, the connecting slider 47 and each groove. An eccentric pin 64 is fixedly connected to one end of the crank disk 62. The bottom end of the swing arm 63 is movably sleeved on the outside of the eccentric pin 64.

[0020] Working principle: When using: refer to Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, when it is necessary to lift and continuously stack the scrap material, firstly, the scrap material is transported to the inside of the feeding trough 21 by an external conveyor. The feeding trough 21 receives the material from the external conveyor and completes the receiving operation of the scrap material. After the scrap material falls into the feeding trough 21 from the previous process, it first enters the inside of the arc-shaped guide trough 22. The curved surface structure of the arc-shaped guide trough 22 can convert the kinetic energy of the vertically falling scrap material into the tangential velocity along the arc surface, so that the scrap material obtains an initial velocity component that is consistent with or at a preset angle to the direction of travel of the picking conveyor belt 11 before leaving the feeding trough 21, thereby optimizing the initial uniformity of the scrap material distribution on the surface of the picking conveyor belt 11. At the same time, the arc-shaped guide trough 22 has a certain storage capacity. When the amount of material coming from the previous process fluctuates, a small amount of scrap material can be temporarily stored. The peak value of the incoming material can be smoothed out by its own storage cavity. Moreover, the arc-shaped bottom of the arc-shaped guide trough 22 can prevent the scrap material from forming a dead zone accumulation in the trough, thus realizing the first-in-first-out of materials. refer to Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the material conveyor belt 11 reciprocates to lift and transport the broken material output from the arc-shaped guide trough 22. Its multi-section, bent conveying path causes the broken material to undergo multiple changes in speed and direction during transport. The kinetic energy of the broken material reaching the discharge bin 12 is partially dissipated through friction and turning at the bends. Combined with the baffles on the surface of the material conveyor belt 11, the decelerated material flow is divided into multiple streams. The impact momentum of each stream is at a low level, effectively reducing the impact of falling material. After entering the discharge bin 12 from the discharge section of the material conveyor belt 11, the broken material first falls to the top of the diversion boss 24, spreading outwards along the top of the boss. Some of the broken material slides directly down the surface of the diversion boss 24 into the gap between the discharge bin 12 and the diversion support 23. The remaining material flow is split into two streams, left and right, respectively. The material slides down the smooth inclined surfaces on both sides of the boss, with the ends of the inclined surfaces pointing to the guide plates 25 on both sides. The smooth inclined surfaces can guide the material flow to spread evenly and accelerate the slide, avoiding local accumulation. Then the broken material slides down from the inclined surface of the diversion boss 24 to the upper horizontal section of the Z-shaped guide structure, that is, the connection position between the guide plate 25 and the turning inclined plate 26. After a short straight section of flow to restore the uniform flow state, it enters the Z-shaped inclined section, that is, the section composed of the turning inclined plate 26, the hinge pin 27 and the driven swing arm 28. Here, a change in flow direction and speed adjustment are completed. Through the two turns of the Z-shaped structure, the broken material undergoes two deceleration processes before falling into the material pile. Finally, it slides out of the discharge bin 12 through the gap between the discharge bin frame 12 and the diversion support 23, completing the continuous material picking and stacking, and improving the efficiency of continuous material picking operation. refer to Figure 1 , Figure 8 and Figure 9As shown, before the arc-shaped guide trough 22 guides the incoming material, the relative positions of the feeding trough 21 and the material conveyor belt 11 can be adjusted. Driven by the extension and retraction of the second hydraulic cylinder 49, the sliding push plate 42 is pushed to move horizontally along the side of the upright plate 41. The sliding push plate 42 drives the inclined guide trough 43 to move synchronously. The inner wall of the inclined guide trough 43 and the transmission slider 46 form a slope contact fit, driving the transmission slider 46 to move upward along the inside of the inclined guide trough 43. During the upward movement of the transmission slider 46, the connecting slider 47 moves synchronously upward along the vertical guide trough 44. The connecting slider 47 is constrained by the vertical guide trough 44 and can only slide vertically, thereby driving the threaded end plate 48 to rise synchronously along the side of the upright plate 41. During this process, the inclined channel of the inclined guide trough 43 and the vertical channel of the vertical guide trough 44 form a cross constraint, which can guide and lock the movement direction of the transmission slider 46 and the connecting slider 47. Furthermore, the transmission slider 46, the connecting slider 47, and the corresponding channels are all in surface contact. With its form, low contact stress, and ability to withstand high loads, as the sliding push plate 42 continues to move, the connecting slider 47 transitions from inside the vertical guide groove 44 to inside the horizontal guide groove 45, changing the motion from vertical sliding to horizontal sliding. At this time, the inclined channel of the inclined guide groove 43 and the horizontal channel of the horizontal guide groove 45 form a cross constraint, completing the motion guidance and locking in another direction, ultimately driving the feeding trough 21 to achieve multi-dimensional motion of vertical lifting and horizontal translation. By adjusting the position of the feeding trough 21, the relative position and falling angle of the arc guide groove 22 and the picking conveyor belt 11 can be changed, so that when the fragments fall from the feeding trough 21, they must be guided and constrained by the arc guide groove 22 before falling onto the surface of the picking conveyor belt 11. This bent constraint channel restricts the free splash space of the fragments. The fragments are continuously constrained in the channel and can accurately fall to the optimal receiving point on the surface of the picking conveyor belt 11, reducing material spillage loss and reducing the impact damage of splashed fragments to surrounding equipment. refer to Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, after the feed trough 21 is adjusted to a suitable position, the material conveyor belt 11 continuously conveys the broken material into the discharge hopper frame 12. During the process of the broken material falling to the top of the diversion boss 24 and the guide plate 25, when it is necessary to adjust the height of the guide plate 25 to compensate for the initial drop required for long-distance projection, the first hydraulic cylinder 38 can be retracted to drive the sliding seat 34 to move downward along the inside of the limiting groove 35. The transmission pin 37 moves downward synchronously with the sliding seat 34. During the downward movement of the transmission pin 37... The outer wall of the connecting rod 32 forms a contact pull, pulling the connecting end of the connecting rod 32 downwards. The tilt angle of the connecting rod 32 changes, applying a pulling force to the connection between the connecting rod 32 and the connecting pin 33. Through the contact engagement between the connecting rod 32 and the connecting pin 33, the driven swing arm 28 is driven to move into the adjusting groove 31. During the movement of the driven swing arm 28, the hinge pin 27 is driven to rotate along the inside of the adjusting groove 31, so that the driven swing arm 28 is centered on the hinge pin 27. The axis swings at a fixed axis, and the hinge pin 27 simultaneously drives the folding ramp 26 to deflect outwards towards the adjusting slide 31. This causes the folding ramp 26 to form a lever linkage with the driven swing arm 28 through the hinge pin 27. The swinging ramp 26 causes the guide plate 25 to move away from the diverting boss 24, making the guide plate 25 move along an arc-shaped trajectory along the outside of the diverting boss 24. Similarly, the guide plate 25 on the other side moves away from the diverting boss 24 simultaneously under the action of the corresponding folding ramp 26, causing the diverting boss 24 to move away from the diverting boss 24. 4. An adjustable gap is formed between the guide plates 25 on both sides. By adjusting the arc-shaped movement trajectory of the guide plates 25 on both sides, it can be matched with the parabolic envelope of the crushed material thrown by the feeding conveyor belt 11, changing the contact direction and drop height of the material flow, compensating for the initial height difference required for long-distance throwing, and at the same time, the guide plates 25 on both sides can correspond to different drop positions inside the discharge bin frame 12, guiding crushed materials of different particle sizes to different drop points, promoting uniform mixing of large and small particles in the material pile. refer to Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Figure 6 and Figure 7As shown, finally, after the material-retrieving conveyor belt 11 throws the surface debris into the discharge bin 12, it enters the return stage. The baffle plate on the surface of the material-retrieving conveyor belt 11 slides obliquely into the cleaning frame 51 and passes through it. During the passage, it slides obliquely and interlacedly with the scraper plate 52. The scraper plate 52 keeps in contact with the main body of the material-retrieving conveyor belt 11, and there is a misalignment gap between the end of the scraper plate 52 and the baffle plate on the surface of the material-retrieving conveyor belt, so that the baffle plate can slide smoothly over the end of the scraper plate 52. At the same time, the end of the scraper plate 52 continues to stick to the surface of the material-retrieving conveyor belt 11 to scrape off the debris remaining on the surface. At the same time, the servo motor 61 starts to drive, driving the crank disc 62 along the mounting cross plate. The crank plate 62 rotates internally, synchronously driving the eccentric pin 64 to perform circular motion. During the rotation of the eccentric pin 64, its outer wall forms a contact fit with the inside of the swing rod 63, alternately pushing and pulling the swing rod 63 to swing in a reciprocating arc along the outer circumference of the crank plate 62, completing the downward pressing and upward lifting actions. This, in turn, drives the transmission block 66 and the push rod 54 to perform reciprocating linear motion up and down inside the mounting plate 55. When the push rod 54 moves upward, it moves upward along the inside of the scraper plate 52 and forms a contact with its inner wall, pushing the scraper plate 52 to swing slightly along the top of the cleaning frame 51 with the hinge shaft 53 as the swing axis. When the push rod 54 moves downward, it falls back along the inside of the scraper plate 52. The return spring 56 returns to its original position due to its elasticity, causing the scraper plate 52 to swing down and return to its original position synchronously with the push rod 54. Through the reciprocating drive of the push rod 54, the scraper plate 52 can achieve high-frequency reciprocating oscillation along the top of the cleaning frame 51. When the scraper plate 52 scrapes the debris from the surface of the picking conveyor belt 11 and pushes it to its own surface, the intermittent directional vibration can apply a small throwing displacement along the chip discharge direction to the stripped debris, causing the debris to move towards the collection side in a step-by-step manner on the chip discharge surface on the back of the scraper plate 52, rather than simply relying on gravity to slide down. During the pushing phase, the scraper plate 52 accelerates and presses towards the surface of the picking conveyor belt 11, so that the scraping pressure reaches the instantaneous peak value required for debris stripping. When force is applied, the scraper 52 is simultaneously enhanced, significantly improving the chip removal effect. During the return phase, the scraper 52 slightly retracts, reducing friction and drag loss between the edges of the scraper and the surface of the material-retrieving conveyor belt 11. During intermittent vibration stops, the scraper 52 resumes steady-state pushing operations, stably removing and discharging the loosened chips. During vibration excitation, newly entered unstripped chips in the working area undergo vibration pretreatment. Periodic vibration can prevent the formation of a continuous and dense chip adhesion layer on the surface of the material-retrieving conveyor belt 11, preventing the thickening of the skin after long-term operation, ensuring the stable material-retrieving capacity of the material-retrieving conveyor belt 11, improving the material distribution efficiency of the material-retrieving conveyor belt 11 and the utilization rate of the material yard, and ultimately improving the overall efficiency of continuous material-retrieving operations.
