A knowledge graph-based power talent development path planning method

Abstract

The application discloses a power talent development path planning method based on a knowledge graph, relates to the technical field of talent path planning, and comprises the following steps: tracing back from target post ability to preposed ability, training action and ability evidence, complementing missing content and converting the same into consistent connection; removing the ability evidence and evidence connection relationship in each chain respectively, deleting content that does not affect closure, back-setting content that leads to chain breakage, until the remaining content cannot be reduced any more, forming a minimum evidence core of target ability, corresponding to the ability evidence of the talent in the knowledge graph, and generating evidence core gap data. The application divides the evidence connection into consistent connection, missing content verification and conflict truncation by checking the device scene, procedure basis and examination caliber of adjacent evidence, supplements the missing content and truncates the conflict connection, so that the preposed ability, training action, ability evidence and post ability are continuously corresponding, and the accuracy of the closed ability evidence chain and the individualized development path planning is improved.
