Abstract

Manufacture of the generator can be achieved only to eliminate the electromagnetic braking torque. My generator electromagnetic braking torque is equal to zero, no matter whether the load speed or full speed will not change. The key is the structure of electromagnetic induction is different from the structure of the traditional generator: the traditional generator belongs to "positive flat electromagnetic induction", my generator belongs to "single face longitudinal vertical electromagnetic induction", longitudinal vertical electromagnetic induction in the process of operation makes it produce "vertical effect", this vertical effect produces electromagnetic braking torque and electromagnetic torque, the two opposite forces cancel each other out. The stator core belongs to cylindrical or tubular shape, the coil is wrapped around the core, which is bound to the orientation of the coil and the orientation of the traditional generator is different by 90 degrees, this structure determines that the electromagnetic induction belongs to vertical electromagnetic induction. The stator core is symmetrical and separated, which ensures the normal generation of electromotive force. The stator core has the property of capacitor, and the efficiency is also improved.

Description

[0001] Technical Field: Motors

[0002] Background technology: Electromagnetic braking torque is determined by the structure of electromagnetic induction. For example, the magnetic lines of force of the rotor magnetic pole and the magnetic lines of force of the stator magnetic pole are in a straight state. The angle between the magnetic lines of force of the two in the air gap is only zero degrees. I call this electromagnetic induction in a zero-degree state "positive straight electromagnetic induction". The result of this positive straight electromagnetic induction is that when one polarity of the generator excitation is directed towards the coil and the iron core, they repel each other; when they leave the coil and the iron core, they attract each other.

[0003] If the generator core uses only ordinary magnetic materials, the electromagnetic braking torque is greater; a 1-kilowatt generator would require approximately a 5-kilowatt motor to drive it. If the generator uses insulating materials to line the stator coils, it also has electromagnetic braking torque, but its efficiency is low, with an electromotive force of only about half. With current generator development, a 1-kilowatt generator requires approximately a 1500-watt motor to drive it.

[0004] Summary of the Invention: The generator described in this application is called capacitive because its stator core exhibits properties similar to a capacitor. Capacitors have the ability to charge and discharge. My generator also possesses these properties. A capacitor is charged directly using electrical energy or current. The generator's charging is indirect; electromagnetic induction generates an electromotive force (EMF) in the silicon steel sheets. This EMF creates a potential difference in the insulation layer of the silicon steel sheets. When this potential difference reaches relative saturation, a discharge occurs, which is then received by the coil. This receiving process is not fundamentally different from the principle of a transformer.

[0005] Because the magnetic pole structure of the rotor's permanent magnet arrangement determines that the induced current generated by the coil is almost zero, as the electromotive forces (EMFs) in the coil cancel each other out. In my previous specifications and claims, I called this stator core discharge "flyback current." I called it flyback current because an EMF was only generated when I manually rotated the rotor (of a handmade experimental generator) 180 degrees, and the EMF increased sharply; this sharp increase in EMF was actually the stator core discharge. When I moved it 90 degrees counterclockwise, no EMF was generated; when I then moved it 90 degrees clockwise, an EMF was generated again. In other words, the rotor's travel must reach a certain amount to generate an EMF. Therefore, this phenomenon is very similar to the principle of a capacitor.

[0006] In reality, traditional generators still possess the properties of capacitors, albeit with poor performance. This is due to the inherent structure of the stator core, particularly the slot gaps, which occupy more than half of the space. Furthermore, current loops form outside the slot radius, causing the stator to heat up.

[0007] Since this is a capacitive generator, the stator core doesn't need silicon steel sheets because silicon steel has high resistance, resulting in poor capacitor performance. Ultra-thin pure iron sheets (5% impurities) can be used, with a thickness of approximately 0.1 to 0.01 mm; thicker sheets will cause overheating. An insulating layer must exist between the pure iron sheets; this insulating layer itself possesses the characteristics of a capacitor. The properties and thickness of the insulating layer can adjust the generator's ideal performance. Ultra-thin iron sheets significantly improve the generator's efficiency, achieving the optimal state for the core.

[0008] The reason my generator eliminates electromagnetic braking torque is because it employs longitudinal vertical electromagnetic induction. This vertical electromagnetic induction creates a "vertical effect," which eliminates the electromagnetic braking torque. Since the magnetic field lines in the air gap between the stator and rotor are at a 90-degree angle, the conditions for vertical electromagnetic induction are met, inevitably leading to a vertical effect. In reality, both electromagnetic braking torque and electromagnetic torque are generated during this vertical effect, and their opposing forces cancel each other out. However, this isn't entirely true; the electromagnetic torque is slightly greater than the electromagnetic braking torque because there's a slight acceleration when under load compared to no-load conditions, and the greater the load, the greater the acceleration.

[0009] The reason I call this generator a single-sided vertical electromagnetic induction generator is because the single-sided vertical electromagnetic induction structure is simpler and similar to a traditional generator, except that the coil is rotated 90 degrees. The structure of this coil and stator core allows the capacitor to perform at its best.

[0010] Attached image description: Figure 1 This is a cross-sectional view of the generator, with each important component labeled. Visually, the stator core is a flat surface of silicon steel sheets, represented in dark gray. There are two symmetrically spaced sections; these sections are necessary for the proper generation of electromagnetic induction electromotive force. Figure 2 This is a cross-sectional view of the generator, with important components labeled. Visually, it can be seen that the coils are wound around the stator core, which is 90 degrees different from the coils of a traditional generator. This indicates that this generator belongs to the category of vertical electromagnetic induction. Figure 3 This is a magnified visual image used to explain the principles of capacitor properties. The direction of electromotive force (EMF) or current is determined by the right-hand rule, because the direction of magnetic field motion is always perpendicular to the direction of EMF. The direction of the EMF generated by the conductor and the silicon steel sheet is the same, creating a potential difference in the insulation layer between the silicon steel sheets. This potential difference is the same as the potential difference in the insulation layer of a capacitor, therefore this generator exhibits capacitor properties. Figure 4This is a simulation diagram of electromagnetic induction in a traditional generator, which I call "positive straight" electromagnetic induction. Traditional generators all use this type of electromagnetic induction and have electromagnetic braking torque. For example, when the permanent magnet moves to the left to the position of the dotted cube, it generates attraction; when it returns to its original position on the right, it generates repulsion; when it moves to the right to the position of the dotted cube, it generates attraction again. Therefore, there is always electromagnetic braking torque. Figure 5 This is a simulation diagram of the electromagnetic induction of a generator. Position A represents "positive vertical" electromagnetic induction, which is the same as positive horizontal induction except that the permanent magnet rotates 90 degrees. Position B represents "vertical vertical" electromagnetic induction. Position C represents "lateral vertical" electromagnetic induction. Position D represents "lateral cross" electromagnetic induction. In all four types of electromagnetic induction, the electromagnetic braking torque is zero; the only difference lies in their efficiency.

[0011] Detailed Implementation: The emergence of a new technology inevitably involves a breakthrough in new theory, and a breakthrough in new theory is always based on experimentation. Through years of experimental work, a new concept of electromagnetic induction has been developed. This new concept is "vertical electromagnetic induction," which inevitably leads to the generation of a "vertical effect," thus eliminating electromagnetic braking torque.

[0012] The traditional structure of a generator stator core dictates that the coils are embedded, limiting electromagnetic induction to a linear process. Since the generator stator core is cylindrical or tubular, the coils can only be wound around or threaded through the core. This dictates the coils' orientation, position, and distribution, thus defining the structure of the electromagnetic induction—a structure that achieves vertical electromagnetic induction. The cylindrical stator core incorporates isolation measures to ensure the proper generation of electromotive force (EMF). Without this isolation, the EMF would be virtually zero.

[0013] To maximize the performance of the generator capacitor, the stator core can be made of ultra-thin pure iron sheets (5% impurities) instead of silicon steel sheets. This is because silicon steel sheets have high resistance, which limits the electromotive force they can generate. The thickness of the ultra-thin pure iron sheets should be between 0.1 and 0.01 mm; if they are too thick, they will overheat.

[0014] The thickness of the coil affects the efficiency of the iron-core capacitor. The thickness of the coil and the width of the iron core (inner and outer diameters) can be adjusted according to the intensity of the excitation magnetism. In general, the efficiency of the iron-core capacitor is greater than that of the coil.

[0015] Efficiency and temperature can be adjusted by regulating the thickness of the pure iron sheets in the core and the properties and thickness of the insulation layer between the pure iron sheets.

[0016] This generator can be configured as a three-phase power supply. Figure 1 The coil can be divided into 12 equal coils.

Claims

1. The electromagnetic induction adopts "single-sided longitudinal vertical electromagnetic induction", which makes the magnetic lines of force between the rotor and the stator at a 90-degree angle, thus producing a "vertical effect". The vertical effect means that in the specific operation process, electromagnetic torque and electromagnetic braking torque are generated. The two opposing forces cancel each other out, so the electromagnetic braking torque is equal to zero.

2. The coil is wound around a cylindrical or tubular iron core. The orientation and distribution of the coil are the determining factors for longitudinal vertical electromagnetic induction.

3. The stator core has been symmetrically partitioned to ensure the normal generation of electromotive force.

4. The stator core has the properties of a capacitor because electromagnetic induction generates an electromotive force in the silicon steel sheets, creating a potential difference in the insulation layer between the silicon steel sheets. When the charge in this potential difference reaches a certain saturation point, it discharges and is received by the coil through induction.

5. The stator core does not need to use silicon steel sheets. Ultra-thin pure iron sheets (5% impurities) with a thickness of 0.1 mm to 0.01 mm are sufficient, and the efficiency will reach the maximum limit that the core should have.
