Abstract

This invention relates to the field of medical device technology, and more particularly to a neurosurgical cranial fixation device. Addressing the problems of existing head-mounted devices being unable to adapt to different patient head shapes, skull thicknesses, and surgical needs, failing to achieve rapid adaptive adjustments, and easily damaging brain tissue, this invention's neurosurgical cranial fixation device includes a bed-mounting adjustment frame that is movably connected to the operating table. A basic positioning pin and an adjustable double-pin positioning assembly are connected to both ends of the bed-mounting adjustment frame. The bed-mounting adjustment frame allows for height adjustment of the basic positioning pin and the adjustable double-pin positioning assembly. The adjustable double-pin positioning assembly adjusts the opening angle of the two sets of positioning pins via an angle adjustment component, ensuring that the two sets of positioning pins and the basic positioning pin always form an isosceles triangle three-point fixation frame, maintaining a constant center of gravity. This invention has advantages such as stable and reliable positioning, adaptability to different head shapes, good soft tissue protection, and convenient operation, and is suitable for the firm fixation of the patient's cranium during neurosurgical procedures.
