The term "and / or" as used in this application includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.

[0057] like Figures 1 to 17As shown, this application discloses a wrench storage device. (As indicated...) Figure 7 As shown, the wrench storage device includes a frame 1, and the plate surface of the frame 1 has multiple assembly areas 10. The multiple assembly areas 10 are arranged sequentially along the first direction A of the frame 1. Each assembly area 10 is provided with two assembly parts arranged at intervals along the second direction B of the frame 1 for assembling the wrench 2. The second direction B is the length direction of the wrench 2. The first direction A and the second direction B are at an angle to each other.

[0058] In one embodiment, the assembly part is a snap-fit. In this embodiment, the assembly part is a positioning pin or positioning post that engages with the wrench hole 21 of the wrench 2.

[0059] Specifically, such as Figure 7 As shown, the assembly area 10 includes an inclined surface 101. The assembly part is disposed on the inclined surface 101 and is in an inclined state. When the first direction A is vertical and the plate surface on the frame 1 where the assembly area 10 is disposed is the front plate surface, the inclined surface 101 gradually tilts forward from top to bottom, and the assembly part gradually tilts forward from bottom to top. Thus, when the first direction A is vertical, that is, when the frame 1 is in the upright state, the presence of the inclined surface 101 provides better support for the wrench 2, and the inclined arrangement of the assembly part makes it less likely for the wrench 2 to fall off when the frame 1 is in the upright state; when the frame 1 is in the flat state, the wrench 2 can be accessed at any time.

[0060] In addition, such as Figures 1-3 As shown, the two side walls of the frame 1, spaced apart along the second direction B, are both inclined walls 14. When the first direction A is vertical, both inclined walls 14 gradually tilt away from each other from top to bottom. In this way, the length of the wrenches 2 placed sequentially from top to bottom can gradually increase, increasing the neatness of the wrenches 2 storage.

[0061] To facilitate the retrieval of the frame 1, a handle 3 is provided on the frame 1. When the first direction A is vertical, the handle 3 is located at the top of the frame 1.

[0062] Furthermore, such as Figures 1-6 , Figure 8 and Figure 9 As shown, the frame 1 has a receiving groove 15 for accommodating the handle 3 on its back side away from the assembly area 10. The handle 3 has an extended state where it partially extends out of the frame 1 and a retracted state where it is stored in the receiving groove 15. Thus, when it is necessary to lift the frame, it is only necessary to extend the handle and lift the frame by the handle. When the handle 3 is in the retracted state, the volume of the wrench storage device and the overall length along the first direction A can be reduced, making it easier to store the wrench storage device.

[0063] In this embodiment, the handle 3 is slidably constrained on the groove plate 151 of the receiving groove 15 along the first direction A, so that the handle 3 can move away from the receiving groove 15 to the extended state. See details below. Figures 1-6 As shown; or, move handle 3 toward the receiving slot 15 to the storage state, see details. Figure 8 and Figure 9 As shown. Alternatively, a handle 3 can be rotatably mounted on the groove plate of the receiving groove 15 via a mounting shaft extending along the first direction A, so that the extended state and the retracted state can be switched by rotating the handle 3.

[0064] like Figure 6 and Figure 9 As shown, the two side plates of the handle 3, arranged at relative intervals along the second direction B, are each fitted with a sliding part 31 and a sliding groove 1511 that are in sliding engagement with the corresponding groove plate 151 of the receiving groove 15. The sliding groove extends along the first direction A. One of the sliding groove 1511 and the sliding part 31 is disposed on the side plate of the handle 3, and the other is disposed on the groove plate 151. In this way, the movement of the handle 3 is guided by the sliding engagement of the sliding part 31 and the sliding groove 1511.

[0065] In this embodiment, the sliding part 31 is located on the outer wall surface of the handle 3 and extends outward, and the groove 1511 is formed on the groove plate 151. Schematic, the sliding part may also be located on the groove plate 151, while the groove is formed on the handle 3.

[0066] In this embodiment, such as Figures 1-6 As shown, a movable frame 4 extending along a first direction A is provided on the frame 1. At least a portion of the movable frame 4 is located between two assembly parts in the assembly area 10. At least one limiting part 41 is provided on the movable frame 4 at a position corresponding to each assembly area 10. The movable frame 4 is arranged to move relative to the frame 1 along the first direction A, thereby allowing the limiting part 41 to have a first position that restricts the wrench 2 from disengaging from the frame 1 and a second position that releases the restriction on the wrench 2. Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, with the limiting part 41 in the first position, the wrench 2 is located within the space enclosed by the limiting part 41 and the assembly part, as... Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the limiting part 41 is in the second position, and the limiting part 41 is located on one side of the width direction of the wrench 2.

[0067] Schematic, each assembly area 10 corresponds to one limiting part 41 or at least two (i.e., two, three or more) limiting parts 41 arranged at intervals along the second direction B. In this embodiment, each assembly area 10 corresponds to two limiting parts 41.

[0068] Thus, when the wrench 2 needs to be stored in the wrench storage device, the limiting part 41 prevents the wrench 2 from detaching from the frame 1, thus preventing the wrench 2 from falling off when the wrench storage device is moved freely. When the wrench 2 needs to be removed from the wrench storage device, simply move the limiting part 41 to the second position. At this time, the limiting part 41 releases the restriction on the wrench 2, making it convenient to remove the wrench 2 from the wrench storage device.

[0069] like Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figures 10-17 As shown, the aforementioned limiting part 41 includes an inclined section 411 and an extension section 412. The extension section 412 is disposed on the front wall of the movable frame 4 and extends forward. The direction of movement of the movable frame 4 from the second position of the limiting part 41 to the first position of the limiting part 41 is defined as the third direction A1. The third direction A1 is either the positive or negative direction of the first direction A. In other words, the first direction A includes the third direction A1 and the opposite direction of the third direction A1. See details. Figure 3 and Figure 15 As shown. Inclined segment 411 gradually tilts forward along the third direction A1 from the front end of extension segment 412.

[0070] In other embodiments, when the first direction A is vertical, the limiting part 41 is in the second position, located below the wrench 2, and the movable frame 4 is in the upward movement position, the limiting part 41 switches from the second position to the first position.

[0071] In this embodiment, when the first direction A is the vertical direction, such as Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, when the limiting part 41 is in the second position, the limiting part 41 is located above the wrench 2, and the movable frame 4 is in the downward movement position, the limiting part 41 switches from the second position to the first position, that is, the third direction A1 is downward.

[0072] In addition, such as Figure 3 , Figure 7 and Figure 12 As shown, the frame 1 has a groove 134 on the plate surface of the assembly area 10, and the movable frame 4 is installed in the groove 134. This facilitates the installation of the frame 1. When the frame 1 is installed in separate parts, the groove 134 is located on the main frame 13.

[0073] Furthermore, the aforementioned wrench storage device also includes a limiting structure 5 that binds the movable frame 4 to the frame 1 when the limiting part 41 is in the first position. The limiting structure 5 is matched and disposed between the frame 1 and the movable frame 4. Thus, when the limiting part 41 is in the first position and the wrench storage device is moved freely, the presence of the limiting structure 5 locks the first position of the limiting part 41, preventing the wrench 2 from falling off.

[0074] The limiting structure 5 includes a first locking part and a second locking part. The first locking part is disposed on the frame 1, and the second locking part is disposed on the movable frame 4. When the limiting part 41 is in the first position, the first locking part and the second locking part are locked together.

[0075] Specifically, such as Figure 14 and Figure 15 As shown, the first latching part is a first elastic buckle 51, and the second latching part is provided on the back of the movable frame 4 on the side away from the limiting part 41, and the second latching part is a first slot or a first protrusion 52 extending backward; or, the first latching part is provided on the plate surface of the frame 1 facing the movable frame 4, and the first latching part is a second slot or a second protrusion extending forward, and the second latching part is a second elastic buckle.

[0076] In addition, such as Figure 6 , Figure 9 and Figure 15 As shown, the aforementioned wrench storage device also includes a guide structure 6. The guide structure 6 includes a guide portion 61 and a guide groove 62 that cooperate in guiding. The guide groove 62 extends along a first direction A. One of the guide portion 61 and the guide groove 62 is disposed on the movable frame 4, and the other of the guide portion 61 and the guide groove 62 is disposed on the frame body 1. In this way, with the cooperation of the guide portion 61 and the guide groove 62, the movement of the movable frame 4 can be guided, improving the smoothness and reliability of the movement of the movable frame 4.

[0077] In this embodiment, the guide portion 61 is provided on the back side of the movable frame 4 away from the limiting portion 41, and the guide groove 62 is formed on the frame body 1. Alternatively, illustratively, the guide groove 62 may be formed on the movable frame 4, and the guide portion 61 may be provided on the plate surface of the frame body 1 facing the movable frame 4.

[0078] The aforementioned guide structure 6 has at least one row, schematically, two rows, or more. Each row contains multiple guide structures 6 arranged at intervals along the first direction A. This further improves the smoothness and reliability of the movement of the movable frame 4.

[0079] Both the frame and the movable frame are made of plastic. This reduces the weight of the wrench storage device.

[0080] Furthermore, such as Figure 7 As shown, the distance between two assembly parts in the assembly area 10 is defined as the first distance L1, and the first distance L1 of at least two assembly areas 10 is different.

[0081] It is understandable that the wrench 2 can be set on the assembly area 10 through the assembly part. Since the first distance L1 of at least two assembly areas 10 is different, wrenches 2 with different handle lengths 3 can be stored, which increases the storage function and better meets the user's storage needs for wrenches 2 of different lengths.

[0082] It should be noted that the first direction A and the second direction B form an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle with each other. In this embodiment, the first direction A and the second direction B form a right angle or substantially a right angle with each other.

[0083] Schematic illustration: the first spacing L1 of two, three, four, or more assembly areas 10 is different. In this embodiment, the first spacing L1 of each assembly area 10 is different. In this way, more wrenches 2 of different lengths can be randomly stored, meeting the user's storage needs for wrenches 2 of different lengths. The wrench storage device is compatible with the storage of wrenches 2 of different lengths.

[0084] At least one of the first gaps L1 is adjustable. In this way, the user can adjust the size of the first gap L1 according to the actual length of the wrench 2 to better meet the storage needs of the wrench 2 and avoid the problem of not being able to store the wrench 2 due to its unsuitable length.

[0085] Indicatively, the dimensions of one, two, or more first spacings L1 are adjustable. In this embodiment, the dimensions of each first spacing L1 are adjustable.

[0086] like Figure 1 and Figure 10 As shown, the frame 1 includes a first assembly frame 11, a main frame 13, and a second assembly frame 12 connected sequentially along the second direction B. The main frame 13 extends along the first direction A, and at least a portion of the main frame 13 is located between the first assembly frame 11 and the second assembly frame 12. The two assembly parts of the assembly area 10 are defined as the first assembly part 102 and the second assembly part 103, respectively. The portion of the assembly area 10 with the first assembly part 102 is defined as the first part, and the portion with the second assembly part 103 is defined as the second part. The first part of the assembly area 10 is located on the first assembly frame 11, and the second part of the assembly area 10 is located on the second assembly frame 12. The frame 1 can be integrally formed with the main frame 13, the first assembly frame 11, and the second assembly frame 12, or it can be configured as separate parts.

[0087] This application discloses a first method for adjusting the size of the first spacing L1, such as... Figure 10 and Figure 11As shown, at least one of the first assembly rack 11 and the second assembly rack 12 is detachably mounted on the corresponding side of the main body frame 13. The side of the main body frame 13 detachably connected to the assembly rack is used to accommodate different assembly racks. The assembly rack detachably connected to the main body frame 13 is defined as a detachable rack. The detachable rack is spliced with the main body frame 13, and the splicing position is defined as the splice point 133. The distance between the splice point 133 on the same side and the assembly part along the second direction B is defined as the second distance L2. The second distance L2 is different on different assembly racks. By replacing different assembly racks on at least one side of the main body frame 13, the size of the first distance L1 between two assembly parts on the same assembly area 10 can be adjusted, thereby meeting the storage requirements of wrenches 2 of different lengths to accommodate wrenches 2 of different lengths.

[0088] Schematic, one of the first assembly frame 11 and the second assembly frame 12 is detachably connected to the main body frame 13. In this embodiment, as... Figure 10 and Figure 11 As shown, both the first assembly frame 11 and the second assembly frame 12 can be detachably installed on corresponding sides of the main body frame 13, thus both the first assembly frame 11 and the second assembly frame 12 are detachable. One side of the main body frame 13 is used to accommodate different first assembly frames 11, and the other side of the main body frame 13 is used to accommodate different second assembly frames 12.

[0089] Thus, by adapting different first assembly frames 11 to the first side of the main frame 13 and different second assembly frames 12 to the second side of the main frame 13, the size of the first distance L1 between two assembly parts on the same assembly area 10 can be adjusted, thereby meeting the storage requirements for wrenches 2 of different lengths and adapting to wrenches 2 of different lengths.

[0090] There are several ways to achieve a detachable connection between the main frame and the assembly frame. One method is a snap-fit connection. Another method is a connector connection. Specifically, the main frame and the assembly frame have corresponding mounting holes, through which the connector passes to install the main frame and the assembly frame.

[0091] Furthermore, when adapting to wrenches with different handle lengths, only the first mounting bracket 11 and / or the second mounting bracket 12 need to be replaced, and the main frame 13 does not need to be replaced, which provides convenience for the factory to process wrench storage devices that are compatible with wrenches from different manufacturers.

[0092] In this embodiment, the main frame 13 has a first assembly slot 131 at the position corresponding to the first assembly frame 11, and a second assembly slot 132 at the position corresponding to the second assembly frame 12. The first assembly frame 11 is detachably installed in the first assembly slot 131, and the second assembly frame 12 is detachably installed in the second assembly slot 132. The first assembly frame 11 is spliced with the side edge of the first assembly slot 131, and the second assembly frame 12 is spliced with the side edge of the second assembly slot 132. Alternatively, the main frame 13 can have two outer side walls arranged opposite each other along the second direction B, with the first assembly frame 11 and the second assembly frame 12 respectively disposed on the corresponding outer side walls of the main frame 13.

[0093] This application also discloses a second method for adjusting the size of the first spacing L1, such as... Figure 12 As shown, at least one of the first assembly rack 11 and the second assembly rack 12 is slidably constrained to a corresponding position on the main frame 13 along the second direction B. Schematic, only the first assembly rack 11 slides along the second direction B; only the second assembly rack 12 slides along the second direction B; or both the first assembly rack 11 and the second assembly rack 12 slide along the second direction B.

[0094] Specifically, such as Figure 12 As shown, the main frame 13 has a first assembly slot 131 at the position corresponding to the first assembly frame 11, and a second assembly slot 132 at the position corresponding to the second assembly frame 12. The first assembly frame 11 can be slidably constrained on the first assembly slot 131 along the second direction B, and the second assembly frame 12 can be slidably constrained on the second assembly slot 132 along the second direction B.

[0095] There are several ways to achieve the constraint between the assembly frame and the main frame, including using snap-fit, connecting parts, or other methods.

[0096] In both of the above methods for adjusting the size of the first gap L1, the assembly frame can adopt the following two design methods:

[0097] The first design form: such as Figure 13 As shown, each assembly area 10 corresponds to one first assembly rack 11 and one second assembly rack 12. There are multiple first assembly racks 11, arranged sequentially along the first direction A, and each first assembly rack 11 is independent of the others. Similarly, there are multiple second assembly racks 12, arranged sequentially along the first direction A, and each second assembly rack 12 is independent of the others. It can be understood that the assembly racks in different assembly areas are independent of each other, and the first spacing can be freely or continuously adjusted.

[0098] The second design form: such as Figures 10-12As shown, the first assembly rack 11 and the second assembly rack 12 both extend along the first direction A, the first part of each assembly area 10 is located on the first assembly rack 11, and the second part of each assembly area 10 is located on the second assembly rack 12.

[0099] The assembly rack in the first method of adjusting the size of the first spacing L1 described above is preferably of the second design form, and the assembly rack in the second method of adjusting the size of the first spacing L1 described above is preferably of the first design form.

[0100] This application also discloses a third method for adjusting the size of the first gap L1, in which two assembly parts in the assembly area 10 are arranged to move relative to each other in the second direction B. It should be noted that "relative movement of two parts" includes the case where only one part moves or both parts move.

[0101] The following two examples illustrate this in detail.

[0102] Example 1: As Figure 16 As shown, the assembly area 10 includes two mounting areas 1011 arranged sequentially along the second direction B. Each assembly part corresponds to one mounting area 1011. At least two mounting holes 1012 are provided on each mounting area 1011, spaced apart along the second direction B. The assembly part can be selectively inserted into the corresponding mounting hole 1012 of the corresponding mounting area 1011. Thus, by installing the assembly part in mounting holes 1012 at different positions, the first distance L1 dimension can be adjusted, thereby adapting to wrenches 2 of different lengths.

[0103] Example 2: Figure 17 As shown, the assembly area 10 includes two mounting areas 1011 arranged sequentially along the second direction B. Each assembly part corresponds to one mounting area 1011. An adjustment groove 1013 extending along the second direction B is provided on the mounting area 1011, allowing the assembly part to be slidably constrained onto the adjustment groove 1013 along the second direction B. Thus, by sliding the assembly part along the second direction B, the position of the assembly part is adjusted to achieve the purpose of adjusting the first gap L1 dimension, thereby adapting to wrenches 2 of different lengths.

[0104] It should be noted that the two mounting areas 1011 of the assembly area 10 are integrally formed or detachably connected separately. The two mounting areas 1011 are the first part and the second part described above, and the mounting area 1011 is a part of the inclined surface 101 described above.

[0105] The technical features of the above embodiments can be combined in any way. For the sake of brevity, not all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are described. However, as long as there is no contradiction in the combination of these technical features, they should be considered to be within the scope of this specification.

[0106] The embodiments described above are merely illustrative of several implementation methods of this application, and while the descriptions are relatively specific and detailed, they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the patent application. It should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various modifications and improvements without departing from the concept of this application, and these all fall within the scope of protection of this application.
