A steam autoclave waste heat cascade recovery system

Abstract

This invention discloses a waste heat recovery system for autoclaves, comprising: multiple autoclaves, each connected at one end to a cooling steam distribution cylinder, wherein steam in the autoclaves is separated into high-temperature steam and low-temperature steam through the cooling steam distribution cylinder; a high-temperature heat exchanger, which receives the high-temperature steam input from the cooling steam distribution cylinder, and the shell side of the high-temperature heat exchanger can receive softened water, simultaneously cooling the high-temperature steam into a high-temperature steam-water mixture and exchanging heat from the softened water in the high-temperature heat exchanger into high-temperature water; a low-temperature heat exchanger, which receives the low-temperature steam input from the cooling steam distribution cylinder and the high-temperature steam-water mixture input from the high-temperature heat exchanger, wherein the shell side of the low-temperature heat exchanger can receive circulating water, simultaneously cooling the low-temperature steam and the high-temperature steam-water mixture into low-temperature condensate and exchanging heat from the circulating water into high-temperature water; and a drainage collection area for collecting or draining the condensate generated during the heat exchange process of the low-temperature heat exchanger and the high-temperature heat exchanger.
