Abstract

This invention discloses a time-based automatic early warning system and method for the visualization of tunnel construction progress, belonging to the field of tunnel construction information management technology. The system adopts a lightweight approach integrating CAD and cloud, comprising a data layer, a business layer, and a display layer connected sequentially. The data layer stores tunnel design parameters, surrounding rock classification, process efficiency, progress data, and planned construction period. The business layer calls the data from the data layer, executes a daily iterative calculation algorithm and a four-process collaborative calculation model, generates progress calculation results at any given time, and generates graded early warning signals based on a comparison of the progress completion rate and a safety step threshold. The display layer receives the calculation results and early warning signals, and maps them to the tunnel longitudinal section map for visualization through CAD cloud integration technology. This invention solves the problems of low data collection efficiency, single analysis dimension, delayed early warning, insufficient visualization, and high deployment costs in existing technologies.
