Abstract

This invention provides a bench that also functions as a simple bed, comprising a seat component, rod-shaped components, an elastic band, an elastic band cover component, and a support device. It allows switching between the active and inactive states of the elastic band's telescopic function on the seat component. Rod-shaped components are located at both ends of the seat component extending along its long side, and an elastic band is arranged parallel to the long side of the seat component. The support device supporting the seat component consists of multiple support legs, which engage with the rod-shaped components via interlocking fasteners. Both the seat component and the elastic band cover component have interlocking fasteners. Unlocking the fasteners activates the elastic band's telescopic function, making the seat component elastic. Locking the fasteners deactivates the elastic band's telescopic function, stably maintaining tension between the seat component and the elastic band cover component.
