Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention belongs to the field of pesticide technology, specifically referring to a spraying device and a herbicidal composition. Background Technology
[0002] During cultivation, medicinal plants are susceptible to infection by harmful organisms or adverse environmental conditions, which disrupt their normal metabolism and cause a series of changes and damages in physiological functions and tissue structure, resulting in abnormal pathological phenomena in their external morphology, such as wilting, rotting, spots, powdery mildew, and mosaic patterns, collectively referred to as diseases.
[0003] In existing technologies, the most effective way to deal with pests is to use pesticides. The most common methods of spraying pesticides are manual spraying and spraying with nozzles installed in the planting area of medicinal plants. However, when using nozzles, the amount of pesticide sprayed is the same whether the spray is close or far away. This results in more pesticide being sprayed closer to the nozzle than further away, leading to uneven pesticide application. Medicinal plants closer to the nozzle are often prone to large-scale death due to excessive pesticide spraying. While diluting the pesticide can save medicinal plants closer to the nozzle, the bactericidal effect on medicinal plants further away is not significant, and it cannot effectively kill pathogens. Summary of the Invention
[0004] To address the above issues, this invention provides a spraying device. To solve the problem that the amount of pesticide sprayed is consistent regardless of whether the spray is directed near or far, resulting in uneven pesticide distribution—more pesticide is sprayed closer to the nozzle than further away—medicinal plants near the nozzle are often prone to large-scale death due to excessive pesticide application. While diluting the pesticide can preserve plants near the nozzle, its bactericidal effect on plants further away is insufficient to effectively kill pathogens. This invention proposes a growth-promoting, penetrating spraying mechanism. An ultrasonic atomizer can refine pesticide droplets to the micron level, forming uniform mist particles. This not only significantly increases the pesticide's coverage area and adhesion, allowing for more even distribution on the crop surface and improving control efficacy, but also, due to the fine droplets, they more easily penetrate the leaves and stems of the crop, enhancing pesticide permeability and absorption.

[0015] The beneficial effects achieved by the present invention using the above structure are as follows: The present invention provides a spraying device that achieves the following beneficial effects:
[0016] (1) To address the issue that the amount of pesticide sprayed is consistent regardless of whether the spray is directed near or far, resulting in uneven pesticide distribution—more pesticide is sprayed closer to the nozzle than further away—medicinal plants near the nozzle are often prone to large-scale death due to excessive pesticide application. While diluting the pesticide can preserve plants near the nozzle, it has insufficient bactericidal effect on plants further away, failing to effectively kill pathogens, this invention proposes a growth-promoting penetrating spraying mechanism. The ultrasonic atomizer can refine pesticide droplets to the micron level, forming uniform mist particles. This significantly increases the pesticide coverage and adhesion, allowing for more even distribution on the crop surface and improving control efficacy. Furthermore, the fine droplets allow for easier penetration into the leaves and stems of the crop, enhancing pesticide permeability and absorption.
[0017] (2) Through the growth-promoting permeation spraying mechanism, because the droplets are small and uniform, the same amount of pesticide can cover a larger area, thereby reducing pesticide waste. This not only helps to reduce agricultural production costs, but also helps to reduce the potential harm of pesticides to the environment and human body.
[0018] (3) Through the growth-promoting permeation spraying mechanism, the atomized pesticide is sprayed out by the fan, which can achieve long-distance spraying, greatly improving work efficiency. Especially for spraying operations on large areas of farmland, it can significantly reduce the input of manpower and time.
[0019] (4) Through the growth-promoting permeation spraying mechanism, the ultrasonic atomizer is easy to operate and maintain. The amount of mist can be adjusted as needed, making operation more flexible and convenient. At the same time, due to its relatively simple structure, it is also easy to maintain.
[0020] (5) Through the growth-promoting permeation spraying mechanism, the ultrasonic atomizer can refine the pesticide into tiny mist particles, which can not only increase the coverage area and adhesion of the pesticide, but also make the pesticide more evenly distributed on the crop surface, thereby improving the control effect. After being mixed with carbon dioxide, these tiny pesticide droplets can adhere to the crops more effectively, further enhancing the effect of the pesticide.
[0021] (6) Through the growth-promoting permeation spraying mechanism, carbon dioxide, as a commonly used plant growth promoter, can be mixed with pesticides to further promote crop growth and development. Carbon dioxide can improve the photosynthetic efficiency of crops, increase the stomatal opening of leaves, and make it easier for pesticides to penetrate into the leaves and stems of crops, thereby improving the permeability and absorption of pesticides.
[0022] (7) Through the growth-promoting permeation spraying mechanism, the addition of carbon dioxide may also inhibit the volatilization and degradation of pesticides, thereby prolonging the pesticide's effective period, helping to reduce the frequency and amount of pesticide use, and reducing potential harm to the environment.
[0023] (8) The growth-promoting permeation spraying mechanism can improve work efficiency, especially for spraying operations on large areas of farmland, which can significantly reduce the input of manpower and time.
[0024] (9) Heating allows the carbon dioxide in the mixture to be better converted into a gaseous state and fully mixed with the pesticide droplets. This mixing state makes the pesticide droplets more uniform and stable during spraying, increasing the coverage area and adhesion of the pesticide. Crop leaves can then come into more comprehensive contact with the pesticide, thereby improving the control effect.
[0025] (10) Heated spraying of carbon dioxide helps promote crop photosynthesis. Carbon dioxide is one of the important raw materials for plant photosynthesis. By increasing the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air, the photosynthetic efficiency of crops can be improved, promoting plant growth and development. This helps to enhance crop resistance and increase yield and quality. Attached Figure Description
