Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention belongs to the field of cross-sea bridge engineering technology, specifically involving a dual-purpose floating cable-stayed bridge system for both road and rail use, suitable for deep-water, high-wind-wave, and geologically active fault zones such as the Bohai Strait, Qiongzhou Strait, and Taiwan Strait. It also encompasses supporting anti-collision floating pontoon piers, integrated marine composite industrial structures, and specialized prefabricated marine construction positioning technology. Specifically, it is a tension leg anchored floating pontoon pier anchor chain-lifted negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge, supporting anti-collision protective piers, and their construction positioning method, applicable to ultra-long cross-sea channels exceeding 100 meters in depth and ocean-going composite marine transportation and energy integrated hub projects. Background Technology
[0002] The construction of my country's three major cross-sea passages is driven by national strategy and engineering needs. The Bohai Sea, the Qiongzhou Strait, and the Taiwan Strait are the core strategic bottlenecks for regional economic interconnection in my country. The construction of all-weather, long-life, dual-purpose road-rail cross-sea channels is a core part of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network and the strategy of building a maritime power, and has irreplaceable economic, livelihood, and national defense strategic value.
[0003] Firstly, the Bohai Strait connects Yantai in Shandong and Dalian in Liaoning. Currently, the land route takes more than 12 hours, and sea ferries are limited by winter ice floes, typhoons, fog, and monsoons, with less than 260 days of effective navigation per year. If a cross-sea passage is built, the travel time can be reduced to less than 1 hour, directly opening up a high-speed rail-road intermodal transport channel between the heavy industrial base of Northeast China and the Yangtze River Delta economic corridor in East China, and connecting the trillion-yuan-level industrial clusters around the Bohai Sea. The Bohai Strait has an average water depth of 40-70 meters and a maximum water depth of over 80 meters. There are more than 5 active faults in the Tanlu Fault Zone on the seabed, and geological disasters such as shallow sea gas and submarine landslides occur frequently. In winter, large areas of ice floes continuously impact the bridge foundations. Existing traditional cross-sea bridge technology cannot adapt to the extreme working conditions in this sea area.
[0004] Secondly, the Qiongzhou Strait separates the Leizhou Peninsula in Guangdong from the Hainan Free Trade Port. The strait has an average depth of 44m and a maximum depth of 114m. The thickness of the soft clay layer on the seabed can reach hundreds of meters. It is located in the high-risk zone for earthquakes of magnitude 8 in the Leizhou-Qiongzhou region, with an annual crustal displacement of 2-3cm. It is also frequently hit by strong convection and typhoons. Currently, the Qiongzhou Strait relies entirely on car ferries and passenger roll-on / roll-off ships for transportation. During typhoons and heavy fog, all ferry services are suspended, directly blocking the flow of goods and personnel to the Hainan Free Trade Port and hindering the establishment of industries in the Free Trade Port. The planned road-rail cross-sea bridge is subject to multiple constraints, including the ultra-deep sea area, thick soft soil, high seismic resistance level, and continuous geological creep. The traditional rigid pile foundation pier scheme cannot meet the long-term operation requirements in terms of cost, construction difficulty, and seismic stability.
[0005] Third, the Taiwan Strait Cross-Sea Channel connects Pingtan in Fujian and Hsinchu in Taiwan, with a total span of over 110km. The average water depth in the sea area is 50-90m, with more than 200 days of gale-force winds (level 7 or above) per year and an average of 5-6 strong typhoons making landfall annually. The seabed has large areas of exposed hard granite and sloping bare rock surfaces stretching for more than 1.5km, with no continuous leveling of the ground for pile foundation construction. Existing cross-sea bridges all adopt the construction mode of cast-in-place construction on a span-by-span basis and deep-sea pile driving. Under the conditions of an ultra-long span of 110km, the construction period will exceed 20 years, and the project investment will exceed one trillion yuan. Moreover, the pile foundations in the bare rock area cannot be embedded and fixed, and the risk of fatigue damage to rigid bridge piers under strong typhoons is extremely high. Traditional technical solutions have long remained in the theoretical demonstration stage, with no feasible engineering solutions available.
[0006] The three straits are characterized by six stringent engineering constraints: water depths exceeding 100 meters, complex geology (active faults, thick silt, exposed granite), frequent meteorological disasters (typhoons, ice floes, and persistent strong winds), ultra-long sea-crossing spans, high navigation standards, and heavy-load road and rail traffic. Existing cross-sea bridge technologies have fundamental compatibility defects and cannot support the construction of cross-sea channels in the three straits. The industry urgently needs a new generation of deep-sea floating cross-sea bridge technology to break through the technical constraints of traditional rigid pile foundation bridges.
[0007] Current status of mainstream cross-sea bridge technologies and their engineering applications: Currently, all completed and under-construction cross-sea bridges both domestically and internationally adopt rigid foundation, solid pier, and cable-stayed bridge technologies as their core approach. Based on foundation construction methods, they can be categorized into three main schemes. Representative projects include the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, the Pingtan Strait Railway-Highway Bridge, the Donghai Bridge, the Hangzhou Bay Bridge, and the Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Bridge. The structure, construction techniques, and applicable scope of each technology are detailed below: Deep-water bored pile + offshore pier system: This scheme is the preferred technology for large-scale cross-sea road-rail bridges in China, and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and Pingtan Strait Road-Rail Bridge both use this structural system. The core process is as follows: large-diameter steel pipe piles and concrete cast-in-place piles are driven into the seabed bedrock using a large piling vessel; a steel cofferdam is built at sea to isolate the seawater; reinforced concrete foundations are poured on-site inside the cofferdam; solid reinforced concrete piers are poured on top of the foundations; H-shaped and A-shaped steel-concrete cable towers are erected on top of the piers; and large-span cable stays and steel-concrete box girders are used to achieve dual-level traffic for both road and rail.
[0008] The technology is highly mature, has good bridge deck stability, and allows for large navigation spans. However, its natural applicable water depth is limited to within 30m, making it suitable only for shallow seas, gentle geological conditions, and nearshore waters without large-scale bare rocks or active faults. When the water depth exceeds 40m, the difficulty of positioning the piling vessel, building the cofferdam, and pouring underwater concrete increases exponentially, and the construction safety risks increase sharply.
[0009] Large precast caisson gravity pier foundation system: Gravity caisson foundation technology is mostly used in nearshore bay projects with thick silt layers and water depths of less than 25m. Typical applications include the Xiamen Xinglin Bridge and some coastal tidal gate supporting bridges. The construction process is as follows: a giant reinforced concrete hollow caisson is prefabricated on land, floated to the pre-designated bridge site, and filled with sand, gravel, and counterweights to form a self-weight gravity foundation. The caisson is fixed to the seabed silt layer by its own weight. The top of the caisson is then used to cast solid bridge piers and the bridge superstructure.
[0010] This solution does not require underwater piling and has a relatively simple construction process, but it has a fatal water depth limitation: when the water depth exceeds 50m, the floating, sinking and precise positioning of the giant caisson are greatly affected by waves and ocean currents. The caisson's own weight cannot withstand the reciprocating waves and tidal loads of the deep sea, and it is very easy to slip or capsize. At the same time, the material consumption of a single caisson is huge, and the construction cost of ultra-long cross-sea channels is extremely high, making it completely unsuitable for the ultra-deep sea conditions of the Taiwan Strait and the Bohai Strait.
[0011] Traditional floating bridge + single-point gravity mooring system: Existing floating bridges are mostly found in small-scale cross-sea projects on inland lakes and near-shore enclosed shallow bays in Europe and America. In China, there are only a few pilot applications of sightseeing floating bridges, and no cases of deep-water, heavy-load floating bridges for highways and railways have been implemented. Existing floating bridge structures are divided into two categories: integral floating box deck type and segmented floating pier support type. They uniformly use heavy concrete gravity anchors and naval anchors as seabed anchoring structures, and fix the floating body on the sea surface by single-point / multi-point anchoring with steel cables.
[0012] The core advantage of traditional floating bridges is that they do not require deep-sea pile foundations and all components are prefabricated on land and then floated and assembled. However, the anchoring system has inherent shortcomings: gravity anchors rely on their own weight to provide pull-out resistance. When the current and wave loads in deep water increase significantly, the pull-out force of the anchor body is seriously insufficient, and the horizontal deviation and vertical undulation of the floating body are large, which cannot meet the stiffness and stability requirements of high-speed rail and heavy-duty freight trains. Moreover, there is no supporting compartmentalized leveling and tension constraint structure, resulting in poor anchoring and positioning accuracy when the seabed topography is undulating. There is no composite expansion design for collision protection, wind power, aquaculture, and computing power. It is only suitable for closed waters with low loads, short spans, and calm waves, and cannot be applied to open straits with strong sea conditions and heavy-duty traffic scenarios.
[0013] Existing traditional cross-sea bridge technologies have six core defects in addressing the three major strait conditions. Considering the engineering constraints of the Bohai Sea, Qiongzhou Peninsula, and Taiwan Strait—deep waters, strong earthquakes, ultra-long spans, high waves, and complex geology—existing rigid pile foundation bridges and traditional floating bridges both have irreconcilable technical shortcomings. The six core defects are as follows: The deep-sea geology and hydrology have extremely poor adaptability across the entire region, and the ability to resist geological disasters is insufficient. The hydrogeological conditions of the three straits far exceed the design limits of existing bridges: the Bohai Strait has a maximum water depth of 80m, active fault zones, and winter ice floes; the Qiongzhou Strait has a maximum water depth of 114m, hundreds of meters of soft silt, continuous crustal creep, and earthquake resistance requirements of magnitude 8; and the Taiwan Strait has a water depth of 50-90m throughout, large areas of exposed granite, and strong typhoons throughout the year.
[0014] For rigid pile foundation bridges: ① There is a shortage of equipment for pile driving in water depths exceeding 100 meters. Large pile driving vessels have an operating window of less than 120 days per year, and construction is completely impossible during typhoons, heavy fog, and turbulent weather; ② In areas with exposed granite on the seabed, conventional piles cannot be embedded in the rock strata, there is no flat working surface, and the bearing capacity of the piles is almost zero; ③ In active fault zones and areas with continuous crustal displacement, rigid bridge piers and piles are integrally consolidated structures. Even small displacements of the strata can cause stress concentration inside the abutment, piers, and towers, which can easily lead to structural cracking, settlement, and tilting during long-term operation; ④ In silty sea areas, piles are subject to long-term seabed lateral movement and silt rheological effects, causing the bearing capacity of the piles to decrease year by year. Uneven settlement occurs within 10 to 20 years, significantly shortening the service life of the bridge.
[0015] For traditional gravity anchor floating bridges: the pull-out resistance of gravity anchors relies solely on their own weight. The greater the water depth and the higher the wave load, the more the required anchor volume and weight increase exponentially. It is impossible to float, deploy, and position the anchor in deep sea areas. Without a compartmentalized adaptive leveling structure, the floating piers tilt when the seabed topography is undulating, and the flatness of the bridge deck does not meet the standards for high-speed rail passage.
[0016] The construction period is extremely long, the project cost is high, and the safety risks of offshore construction are prominent. Traditional cross-sea bridges employ a construction model of offshore cofferdams, on-site casting, and pile-by-pile and span-by-span construction. If the construction of the 110km Taiwan Strait passage were to follow the same process as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, the overall construction period would take 15 to 20 years, far exceeding the timeframe for the implementation of national transportation plans. The construction process would require the deployment of dozens of specialized piling vessels, offshore crane platforms, offshore mixing vessels, and deep-water operation vessels, with procurement and maintenance costs for specialized equipment reaching billions of yuan. The bridge's main steel and concrete materials would amount to tens of millions of tons, and the overall project investment would exceed one trillion yuan.
[0017] Meanwhile, the number of effective offshore construction days in the three major straits is less than 120 days per year. Offshore cast-in-place and pile foundation operations are completely exposed to typhoons, giant waves, shallow seabed atmosphere, and landslide geological hazards. The risk of capsizing and sinking of construction personnel and large ships is extremely high, the difficulty of offshore safety management is extremely high, and the cost of accident handling and the losses from work stoppage are incalculable.
[0018] The bridge piers lack sufficient anchoring stability, resulting in weak resistance to ship impacts and strong winds and waves. Existing rigid bridge piers rely solely on small crash barriers and independent crash barriers on the outside of the piers for protection, which has a limited range of protection. When large container ships or bulk carriers crash into them out of control, they can easily damage the foundation of the piers and cause the entire bridge to collapse. Under the repeated impact of giant waves and tides, rigid bridge piers suffer from long-term cyclic fatigue wear, and the costs of corrosion prevention and repair are increasing year by year.
[0019] Traditional floating bridges suffer from insufficient gravity anchoring force, resulting in large horizontal and vertical displacement of the floating piers under wind and waves. The bridge deck turbulence cannot meet the stable passage requirements of high-speed railways at speeds of 160 km / h and above. Conventional single anchor piles lack symmetrical multi-directional tension constraints, leading to unbalanced forces on the floating body under unilateral wave loads, making them prone to overturning and displacement.
[0020] Existing technologies lack a double-layer anti-collision protection system, fail to combine marine aquaculture cages with bridge pier anti-collision buffers, cannot utilize the flexible structure of the water body to unload the impact force of ships, and have serious insufficient redundancy in anti-collision safety.
[0021] It has a single function, extremely low comprehensive utilization rate of marine space resources, and no ability to integrate and expand industries. Currently, all existing and under-construction cross-sea bridges only serve the function of single-mode road and rail traffic, leaving the surrounding sea areas and the internal space of the floating structures completely idle. They have not been integrated with the development needs of core marine resources in my country's nearshore waters to achieve diversified industrial integration.
[0022] The three straits possess three high-quality marine resources: ① Abundant offshore wind energy resources with a long effective power generation period throughout the year, suitable for deploying high-power offshore wind turbines; ② Excellent near-shore deep-water aquaculture environment with high economic value for aquaculture; ③ Proximity to major coastal cities (Yantai, Dalian, Haikou, Fuzhou, and Xiamen), where the demand for urban digital computing power is booming, and the natural low temperature of seawater can cool computing servers at low cost.
[0023] However, traditional rigid bridge piers and conventional floating bridges lack integrated structures such as wind turbine towers, energy storage and power transmission systems, deep-sea aquaculture cages, and seawater cooling computing centers. The bridges serve only as transportation carriers, resulting in a complete waste of marine space and bridge structure resources. They cannot form a composite economic hub of "transportation + energy + aquaculture + computing power + tourism", and the overall investment return cycle is extremely long.
[0024] The marine environment has poor durability, making operation and maintenance difficult, and the cost of later modification, dismantling and reuse is extremely high. In the marine environment of high salt spray, high humidity, and alternating immersion in seawater, traditional reinforced concrete bridge piers and steel cable stays corrode rapidly, requiring large-scale marine anti-corrosion coating and cable replacement operations every 3 to 5 years; the docking and maintenance of deep-sea bridge piers is difficult, and the cost of a single anti-corrosion maintenance operation is tens of millions.
[0025] Rigid pile foundations and caisson foundations are permanently grounded and fixed structures. Once geological settlement or structural aging and damage occur, they cannot be dismantled, relocated and repaired as a whole. If the navigation level of ships is upgraded or the lane is expanded in the future, the original bridge pier foundations cannot be reused and can only be demolished and rebuilt as a whole. The cost of renovation and expansion is equivalent to that of building a new bridge.
[0026] Traditional floating bridge gravity anchors cannot be salvaged and recovered as a whole. After the project is abandoned, a large number of heavy concrete anchor bodies are left on the seabed, which damages the seabed ecosystem and has extremely high cleanup costs.
[0027] There is an inherent contradiction between navigation requirements and bridge structural design, and the anchor pile structure is rigidly adapted to different working conditions. To accommodate ocean-going cargo ships, traditional long-span cable-stayed bridges must significantly increase the main span, directly raising the tower height, cable tension, and pier vertical load, further amplifying the difficulty and cost of deep-sea foundation construction. Conventional negative pressure anchor piles and gravity anchors lack adaptive end cap size design. In shallow water, the anchor piles have insufficient pull-out resistance under the same load and are prone to floating. In deep water, the anchor pile end cap size is redundant and wasteful of materials, and the structural specifications cannot be dynamically optimized according to water depth.
[0028] Existing technologies are all single-function, localized structures, failing to form a complete integrated technology system that combines inverted U-shaped negative pressure anchor piles, tension leg floating piers, cable-stayed bridge main beams, wind power storage, deep-sea aquaculture, and seawater cooling computing centers. This makes it impossible to simultaneously solve the six core engineering challenges of deep-sea geological adaptation, low-cost and rapid construction, stable anchoring in strong sea conditions, multi-industry composite utilization, disassembly and reuse, and high-collision-resistant navigation. The industry urgently needs a new, complete set of cross-sea bridge technology solutions to fill this technological gap. Summary of the Invention
[0029] To address the shortcomings of existing traditional rigid pile foundation cable-stayed bridges, traditional gravity anchored floating bridges, single negative pressure anchor piles, and wind power / aquaculture supporting local structures, such as poor geological compatibility, long construction period, high cost, insufficient anchoring stability, single function, high operation and maintenance costs, and contradictions between navigation and structural design, this invention provides a tension leg anchored floating barrel pier with anchor chain suspension and negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge, a tension anchored floating barrel pier with anti-collision protection negative pressure concrete anchor pile, and a dedicated construction positioning method.
[0030] The technical solution of this invention: A tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier with anchor chain suspension and negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge, comprising approach bridge, inverted "U" shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile, anchor chain, tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier, drainage vacuum pipe valve, cable tower, box girder, and cable stays, characterized in that: The tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier anchor chain suspended negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge is a highway bridge, railway bridge or a dual-purpose road-rail bridge.
[0031] The top of the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile, the anchor chain, the cable tower, and the tension leg anchored floating pier is supported by a cable tower on the edge of the floating pier.
[0032] The tension leg anchored floating barrel pier is connected to the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile via the anchor chain. The upper part of the tension leg anchored floating barrel pier is equipped with the cable tower, and the box girder is mounted on the cable tower. The box girder is positioned by the support of the cable tower and the symmetrical diagonal tension of the stay cables.
[0033] A set of tension leg anchored floating barrel-type bridge units is constructed on the tension leg anchored floating barrel-type piers, floating on the sea surface. These units are suspended from the seabed by anchor chains by inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor piles. The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor piles are equipped with large-area end caps. Under a constant load on the tension leg anchored floating barrel-type piers, the water depth is inversely proportional to the pull-out force of the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor piles: the shallower the water, the larger the area of the end caps; the deeper the water, the smaller the area of the end caps.
[0034] Under immense water pressure, the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile, through multiple symmetrically arranged anchor chains, transforms the buoyancy generated by a single tension leg anchored floating barrel pier into a tensile force of at least several thousand tons, or even tens of thousands of tons, ensuring that the tension leg anchored floating barrel pier has sufficient buoyancy margin to achieve its absolute stability.
[0035] The elevated height of the box girder meets the navigation requirements for large ships. Multiple sets of box girders of the tension leg anchored floating pier cable-stayed bridge units with anchor chains and negative pressure concrete anchor piles are interconnected to form a cross-sea bridge. The box girders of the cable-stayed bridge units at the ends are connected to the approach bridges on the coast.
[0036] The upper end cap of the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile is equipped with an anchor chain buckle for positioning the anchor chain and a connecting pipe valve for both pumping and sludge removal. The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile also has multiple inverted "U"-shaped compartments with downward openings, separated by multiple partitions. Each compartment has the anchor chain buckle and the connecting pipe valve at its top, used to adjust the installation balance of the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile on the seabed, achieve precise positioning of misaligned piles, or pull and lift the anchor pile by injecting water.
[0037] The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile is made of precast concrete with anti-corrosion ribs. It has internal reinforcing ribs made of anti-corrosion steel mesh, fiberglass mesh or carbon fiber mesh. It is cast into an inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile with one end closed and the other end open by mold casting.
[0038] The tension leg anchored floating barrel pier is made of steel, concrete, or fiberglass. The pier is fixed to the sea surface by anchoring the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor piles on the seabed via anchor chains. The top of the tension leg anchored floating barrel pier is equipped with a tension leg anchored floating barrel pier box girder cable-stayed bridge, consisting of the pylon, box girder, and stay cables. This cable-stayed bridge is supported by multiple steel cables directly connected to the pylon, which suspend the box girder and bridge deck.
[0039] The cable tower types of the tension leg anchored floating barrel type pier box girder cable-stayed bridge include cable towers with an H-shaped top view structure and an inverted V-shaped or C-shaped side view structure connected by a top crossbeam.
[0040] The tension leg anchored floating barrel pier box girder cable-stayed bridge is self-anchored to the pylon atop the tension leg anchored floating barrel pier, with the tension of the stay cables borne by the box girder. The box girder is supported not only on the pylon pier but also on the stay cables extending from the pylon column. The tension leg anchored floating barrel pier box girder cable-stayed bridge includes steel box girder, concrete box girder, or a composite of steel and concrete box girders. The anchor body of the stay cable positions the anchor head within the pylon column.
[0041] The tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge with anchor chain suspension and negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge is equipped with matching anti-collision protective negative pressure concrete anchor pile tension anchored floating barrel type piers arranged in a straight line. These piers are centered on the tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier, parallel to the waterway, and located upstream and downstream of the pier. The negative pressure concrete anchor pile tension anchored floating barrel type piers may or may not be equipped with tower wind turbines.
[0042] The tension leg anchored floating barrel pier and the tension anchored floating barrel pile pier may or may not be equipped with aquarium cages, which serve as a frontal perimeter protection device for collision prevention.
[0043] The tension leg anchored floating pier is equipped with various space facilities. The deck of the floating pier is connected to the layered structural functional areas within the pier via ramps, stairs and elevators.
[0044] The tension leg anchored floating barrel pier is a hollow floating structure that can be injected with water to adjust buoyancy. The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile is connected to the pier through the anchor chain to form a tension leg constraint structure.
[0045] The aquarium cage is installed on the outside of the floating pier. The aeration, oxygenation, water intake, temperature regulation, and water circulation system is located at the bottom of the aquarium cage and is connected to the aquaculture water body.
[0046] The floating pier may or may not have an internal seawater-cooled digital computing center. The anchor chain may or may not have various seawater-cooled digital computing chambers. The end cap of the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile may or may not have a seawater-cooled digital computing chamber. The anchor chain serves as a transport track between the anchor chain and the seawater-cooled digital computing chamber on the seabed.
[0047] The offshore computing center is located very close to the computing power demand side of developed coastal cities, and the data transmission latency is extremely short, thus forming a data computing power, aquaculture, and marine fishing tourism center close to coastal cities.
[0048] A collision protection system for tension-leg anchored floating barrel-type bridge piers with anchor chains and negative pressure concrete anchor piles is disclosed, comprising a tension-leg anchored floating barrel-type pier, an inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile, an anchor chain, and a tower. The key feature is that the tension-leg anchored floating barrel-type pier is connected to the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile via the anchor chain and positioned on the sea surface. The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile has a large-area end cap. Under a constant load on the tension-leg anchored floating barrel-type pier, the water depth is inversely proportional to the pull-out force of the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile: the shallower the water, the larger the area of the end cap; the deeper the water, the smaller the area of the end cap.
[0049] Under immense water pressure, the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile, through a main anchor chain capable of bearing tension independently and multiple symmetrically arranged sub-anchor chains, transforms the enormous buoyancy generated by a single tension leg anchored floating barrel pile into a huge tensile pull-out force margin for the pile relative to the seabed, thus ensuring that the tension leg anchored floating barrel pile has sufficient buoyancy margin to achieve absolute stability.
[0050] The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile is a precast concrete component with a closed top and an open bottom. Its bottom is equipped with a steel cutting edge for cutting into the seabed silt, and its top is equipped with an anchor chain buckle and a dual-purpose connecting pipe head for pumping and sludge suction and for water injection and sludge discharge that communicates with the inside of the barrel.
[0051] The tension leg anchoring floating barrel type pile is a hollow floating structure with water injection and drainage functions. Its bottom is equipped with multiple water-sealed vertical pipes for threading anchor chains and connecting to the seabed. The bottom opening of the water-sealed vertical pipe is located at the bottom of the pile, and the top opening is located on the deck of the pile, which is used for pulling the anchor chains and transporting materials to the seabed.
[0052] The bottom of the tension leg anchored floating barrel pile is connected to the anchor chain buckle of the inverted "U" barrel-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile by at least three anchor chains.
[0053] The pile pier may or may not have a wind turbine mounted on its tower. The tension leg anchored floating pier is made of steel, concrete, fiberglass, or carbon fiber steel. It has a vertical tower at its top, which is vertically fixed to the top of the pile pier. The wind turbine, including a horizontal axis wind turbine or a vertical axis wind turbine, is installed at the top of the tower.
[0054] The upper end cap of the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile is equipped with the anchor chain buckle and the connecting pipe valve. The anchor pile has multiple inverted "U"-shaped compartments with downward openings, separated by multiple partitions. The top of each compartment is equipped with the anchor chain buckle and the connecting pipe valve, which are used to adjust the installation balance of the anchor pile on the seabed, achieve precise positioning of misaligned piles, or pull and lift the anchor pile by injecting water.
[0055] The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile may or may not have a vertically continuous positioning anchor pipe. Its shape is cylindrical or polygonal. A steel cutting edge is provided along the lower rim of the cylinder. It is manufactured from a precast concrete component with a corrosion-resistant ribbed frame, and internally contains reinforcing ribs made of corrosion-resistant steel mesh, fiberglass mesh, or carbon fiber mesh, cast using a mold.
[0056] The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile is hoisted and connected to the tension leg anchored floating barrel pile pier by at least three anchor chains arranged in a straight line. The position of the pile pier on the sea surface is controlled by an anchor chain deployment and retraction device on the pile pier. The anchor chains are steel anchor chains, fiberglass anchor chains, or carbon fiber anchor chains. After the floating barrel pile pier is filled with water and lowered to the appropriate position, the ends of the anchor chains are precisely positioned and connected to the bottom anchor pile. Then, the water in the pile pier is pumped out until it is completely drained, so that the anchor chains are tensioned and the tension leg anchored floating barrel pile pier is vertically positioned on the sea surface with its bottom higher than the seabed, forming a structure that can withstand any sea conditions and remains immovable under the impact of wind, waves, and tides.
[0057] The floating pile pier is equipped with a power transmission and transformation device and a converter station, which are connected to an energy storage device. The energy storage device is an energy storage battery module, which outputs electrical energy through battery swapping. Alternatively, it can be used to produce hydrogen through seawater electrolysis. The hydrogen, oxygen, and chlorine produced by seawater electrolysis are stored in a gas storage device and then transported in compressed gas storage tanks.
[0058] The tension leg anchored floating barrel type pile pier is equipped with various space facilities, and its deck is connected to the layered structural functional areas inside the pile pier through ramps, stairs and elevators.
[0059] The tension leg anchored floating barrel-type pile pier is a hollow floating structure with adjustable buoyancy through water injection and drainage. The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile is connected to the pile pier via the anchor chain, forming a tension leg constraint structure. The tower is vertically installed on the top of the pile pier. The wind turbine is installed on the tower. The aquarium cage is installed on the outside of the pile pier. The aeration, oxygenation, water intake, temperature regulation, and water circulation system is located at the bottom of the aquarium cage and is connected to the aquaculture water. The power transmission and transformation device is electrically connected to the wind turbine and the energy storage device, respectively, realizing the integration of power generation, transmission, energy storage, and power swapping.
[0060] The floating pier may or may not have a built-in seawater-cooled digital computing center. Various seawater-cooled digital computing chambers may or may not be mounted on the anchor chains. Seawater-cooled digital computing chambers may or may not be constructed on the end caps of the inverted "U"-shaped negative-pressure concrete anchor piles. The anchor chains serve as transport tracks between the anchor piles and the seawater-cooled digital computing chambers on the seabed, enabling the pier to integrate multiple functions such as wind power generation, energy storage and swapping, data center, aquaculture, and fishing tourism. Due to its structural characteristics, the wind turbine can be installed on the sea surface and then vertically positioned there, allowing for the creation of wind turbines with very high power output and enabling multiple turbines to be networked within a small area.
[0061] The offshore computing center is located very close to the computing power demand side of developed coastal cities, and the data transmission latency is extremely short, thus forming an offshore wind power generation, energy computing, aquaculture, and marine fishing tourism center close to coastal cities.
[0062] A construction positioning method for a tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier with anchor chain suspension and negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge, characterized by the following steps: Seabed pretreatment: Level the seabed mud layer at the locations where the inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor piles are laid, and then float and sink the precast anchor piles to the preset coordinates on the seabed.
[0063] Negative pressure anchoring: Seawater inside the compartment is drawn out through the dual-purpose connecting pipe valve at the top of the anchor pile to create a vacuum. The static pressure of the seawater is used to press the anchor pile into the seabed silt. The anchoring is completed by independently pumping water out of the compartment and leveling it.
[0064] Pier positioning: Connect the two ends of the anchor chain to the anchor chain buckles on the top cover of the anchor pile and to the bottom of the pier. Inject water into the tension leg anchored floating pier and sink it to the working sea surface, then connect the two ends of the anchor chain to the bottom of the pier.
[0065] Tension positioning: Remove the water from inside the pier, and simultaneously tighten all the anchor chains evenly through the anchor chain release and release device to lock the pier to the design coordinates of the sea surface.
[0066] Bridge erection: Cable towers are installed on top of the piers, box girders are erected in sections, and cable stays are tensioned to complete the construction of a single floating cable-stayed bridge unit. After multiple sets of unit box girders are spliced together, they are connected to the coastal approach bridge, and aquaculture, wind power, and computing power supporting systems are installed simultaneously.

[0069] The inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor piles can be salvaged and recovered as a whole by later filling compartments with water to counteract the negative pressure adsorption force. The tension leg anchored floating barrel piers can be disassembled and reused by water injection and drainage.
[0070] The tension leg anchored floating pier is equipped with an anchor chain retraction device to adjust the working length of the anchor chain in order to control the draft and tension of the pier.
[0071] The tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier anchor chain suspending negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge is characterized in that the bottom of the tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier is provided with a water seal vertical pipe, the bottom opening of which is at the bottom of the bridge pier barrel and the top opening is at the top of the bridge pier deck, for threading anchor chains and transporting materials to the seabed.
[0072] A tension leg anchored floating barrel type pier anchor chain suspended negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge, characterized in that the pylon is an H-shaped pylon in top view and a C-shaped pylon in side view, with blades corresponding to the C-shaped pylon outline within the pylon outline, and a vertical support axis located between the deck and the vertical axis wind turbine connecting the C-shaped pylon. The pylon is manufactured using materials including steel, concrete, or steel-concrete composite structures.
[0073] The box girder between the pylons, which have an inverted V-shaped or C-shaped side view structure, is supported by a pontoon-type pier deck or by cables installed on the V-shaped or C-shaped pylons.
[0074] The box girder is a steel box girder, a concrete box girder, or a steel-concrete composite box girder, and the overhead height of the box girder meets the navigation clearance requirements for large ocean-going vessels.
[0075] The tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier anchor chain suspended negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge is characterized in that the aquaculture net cage is provided on the outside and below of the tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier, and the bottom of the net cage is equipped with the aeration, oxygenation, water intake and temperature regulation water circulation system to realize the integration of aquaculture and bridge.
[0076] The aquarium cage is located on the outside of the tension leg anchored floating barrel pier. It includes a hexahedral grid frame consisting of a surface floating pipe grid, a submerged hanging pipe frame grid and a bottom submerged pipe grid, as well as a soft net hanging on the frame.
[0077] The floating pipe grid, the submerged hanging pipe frame grid, and the bottom submerged pipe grid are equipped with segmented sealing partitions, and are respectively equipped with water injection and drainage pipes and air injection and exhaust pipes controlled by valves to adjust the floating depth of the net cage.
[0078] The aquarium cage is equipped with a microporous aeration device at the bottom, which is connected to the surface water intake and the deep cold water intake.
[0079] The upper part of the net cage is equipped with a rolled-up or folded soft cover made of waterproof geotextile, which is used to isolate the red tide from the fish cultured in the net cage when a red tide occurs at sea. The aeration and circulation water intake system introduces oxygenated water from the deep sea into the net cage to isolate the seawater inside the net cage from the outside seawater, thus preventing the red tide from affecting the net cage aquaculture.
[0080] The tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier anchor chain suspending negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge is characterized in that the aeration, oxygenation, water intake and temperature regulation water circulation system consists of an aeration pump, an air supply pipe, an aeration device, an aeration, oxygenation, water intake and temperature regulation cylinder, an inlet, an outlet and a positioning device. The aeration device is a composite device of an aeration pump and a nano aeration pump, which can draw deep seawater, aerate and oxygenate it and then transport it to the surface of the cage to regulate the water temperature.
[0081] The outlet of the aeration and oxygenation water-drawing temperature-regulating cylinder is fitted with a float ring, so that the outlet remains floating on the water surface as the water level rises and falls.
[0082] The aeration, oxygenation, water intake, and temperature regulation water circulation system includes an aeration, oxygenation, water intake, and temperature regulation cylinder. A microporous aeration device is provided below the temperature regulation cylinder, which is connected to the surface water intake and the deep water intake, respectively.
[0083] An aeration and oxygenation pump is used to extract deep, low-temperature water from an open water body. Air is injected into the deep, low-temperature water to form a low-density air-water mixture. The uplift force generated by the air-water mixture drives the water to circulate within the aquaculture cage. The aerated and oxygenated water, with its temperature regulated, is then transported to the surface of the cage, thus creating a high-density aquaculture environment.
[0084] The upper part of the net cage is equipped with a soft cover made of waterproof geotextile that can be rolled up or folded. This can isolate the red tide from the fish farmed in the net cage when a red tide occurs at sea. The aeration and circulation water intake system introduces oxygenated water from the deep sea into the net cage to isolate the seawater inside the net cage from the outside seawater, thus preventing the red tide from affecting the net cage aquaculture.
[0085] A tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge with anchor chain suspension and negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge, characterized in that the anchor chain is made of steel, fiberglass, or carbon fiber steel. The anchor chain is arranged in a polygonal symmetrical pattern, so that the tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier is subjected to balanced forces in all directions in the horizontal plane.
[0086] The aquarium cages form a grid-like anti-collision buffer structure around the bridge piers. When a ship collides with the bridge, it first contacts the aquarium cages, and the aquarium cages in the water are used to buffer and dissipate the force.
[0087] The tension leg anchored floating pier is equipped with the anchor chain retraction device, which is used to adjust the anchor chain tension and the pier's planar position.
[0088] A tension leg anchored floating barrel type pier cable-stayed bridge with anchor chain suspension and negative pressure concrete anchor piles is characterized in that a superstructure is provided on the tension leg anchored floating barrel type pier, and the tension leg anchored floating barrel type pier houses the energy storage device and the power transmission and transformation device. The wind power generation device is electrically connected to the energy storage device, forming a self-powered system for the bridge to supply power to the bridge's ancillary facilities. The energy storage device is a lithium battery energy storage module or an electrolytic seawater hydrogen production and storage device. Wind power is stored, connected to the grid, and used for emergency power supply through a converter station and power transmission and transformation device.
[0089] The deck of the bridge pier is connected by elevator to built-in tourist living facilities and a seawater-cooled digital computing center.
[0090] The cooling cycle of the seawater-cooled digital computing center is as follows: hot air exhausted from the server is sent into the seawater spray chamber for cooling and humidification → humid air enters the seawater cooling chamber for condensation and dehumidification of fresh water → the cooled and dehumidified air is cooled a second time by the seawater radiator and then circulated back into the computing room. The condensed fresh water is collected for use as domestic water for offshore operations and maintenance.
[0091] The digital computing center, located within a floating hull, cools the computing equipment's heat exchange devices through a closed-loop cooling air circulation system. The air, heated by the heat exchange devices, is discharged as its dry-bulb temperature rises. This heated air is then fed into a deep-sea cold seawater spray system, where it exchanges heat counter-currently with the sprayed cold seawater. This process converts the sensible heat of the hot air into latent heat of vaporization, lowering its dry-bulb temperature and increasing its humidity, resulting in saturated air. The heat-absorbing seawater is then discharged back into the sea. The saturated air is then passed through a water collector and fed into a seawater heat exchange cooling system for counter-current cooling. The water vapor in the saturated air releases heat, condenses, and flows downwards to collect fresh water. The dehumidified saturated air, after being cooled by the seawater heat exchange cooling system, is then fed back into the digital computing center's heat exchange cooling system as saturated cooling air, providing closed-loop cooling for the computing center system and preventing corrosion from salt spray-containing saturated air. The heat exchange cooling system includes glass heat pipe heat exchangers. Cold seawater extracted from the deep sea first flows through a seawater heat exchange cooling device to cool and condense the saturated, moist air. Then, it is sprayed by a cold seawater spray system to exchange heat with the dry, hot air, evaporating and raising its temperature. Finally, it is collected by a spray seawater collection device and discharged back into the sea. The water collector can be a baffle plate or a fan.
[0092] This system can extract condensed fresh water from seawater for use as domestic water for personnel in the wind power generation system.
[0093] This invention is specifically adapted to the complex geological conditions of the Bohai Strait, Qiongzhou Strait, and Taiwan Strait, including deep waters, strong typhoons, active faults, thick silt / bare rock, and ultra-long-span sea areas, achieving six core innovative goals: No need for deep-sea piling or large-area seabed leveling; negative pressure anchor piles are suitable for all areas from shallow sea to 100-meter deep sea, solving the geological construction bottlenecks in the three major straits. All components are prefabricated on land and assembled modularly at sea, which significantly reduces the construction period, project cost and safety risks of offshore construction; The tension leg multi-directional symmetrical anchor chain restraint system converts the buoyancy of the pontoon into tens of thousands of tons of seabed pull-out resistance, ensuring that the bridge deck does not shift significantly under extreme sea conditions, and meeting the needs of high-speed rail and heavy-duty freight trains; it is equipped with a double-layer anti-collision protection system, which greatly improves the safety redundancy for ship collisions; It integrates five major functions: cross-sea transportation, high-power offshore wind power, deep-water controllable aquaculture, near-shore low-latency seawater cooling computing center, and marine sightseeing and fishing tourism, maximizing the comprehensive economic value of the sea area. The fully floating and detachable system allows for the injection of water into the anchor piles for overall salvage, and the floating piers can be injected with water, raised, lowered, and moved. Subsequent maintenance, waterway upgrades, and bridge expansions do not require demolition and reconstruction, significantly reducing the overall life-cycle operation and maintenance costs. The standardized five-step construction process, with independent leveling of anchor pile compartments and precise control of anchor chain tension, enables millimeter-level sea surface positioning and allows for the large-scale construction of ultra-long cross-sea channels.
[0094] Overview of the complete technical features of this invention This invention comprises three independent protection technologies: ① a tension leg anchored floating barrel pier with anchor chain suspension and negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge (bridge main body); ② a matching anti-collision protection negative pressure concrete anchor pile tension anchored floating barrel pier (navigation anti-collision protection unit); ③ the above-mentioned cable-stayed bridge exclusive construction positioning method (complete set of prefabricated marine construction technology).
[0095] Tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier anchor chain suspended negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge (corresponding to the main body of claim 1) The overall structure consists of a coastal approach bridge and multiple independent floating cable-stayed bridge units connected in series. Each floating cable-stayed bridge unit includes: inverted "U"-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor piles, multiple symmetrically arranged anchor chains, tension leg anchored floating piers, drainage vacuum valves, towers, box girders, and cable stays. Multiple unit box girders are spliced end to end to form an ultra-long cross-sea bridge. The unit box girders at both ends are seamlessly connected to the coastal approach bridge, which can be adapted to three types of traffic scenarios: pure highway bridge, pure railway bridge, and dual-purpose road-rail bridge.
[0096] Inverted "U" shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile core structure The anchor pile is a prefabricated barrel-shaped component with a closed top and an open bottom. It is cylindrical or multi-faceted, with a steel cutting edge along the bottom opening to facilitate cutting into seabed silt and bare rock strata. The interior is divided into multiple independent U-shaped compartments with downward openings by longitudinal partitions. Each compartment is independently equipped with an anchor chain buckle and a dual-purpose connecting pipe valve for pumping and sludge removal / injecting and discharging. The anchor pile can be leveled and precisely positioned by pumping water into each compartment individually. Later, the anchor pile can be floated up and retrieved as a whole by injecting water, enabling structural reuse.
[0097] The anchor pile is equipped with a large-sized closed end cap. Under constant load conditions, the water depth and the pull-out force of the anchor pile are adaptively matched: the shallower the water, the larger the manufacturing area of the end cap; the deeper the water, the smaller the end cap area, optimizing material consumption and force balance. Under the action of seawater static pressure, the anchor pile converts the buoyancy of the floating pier of thousands to tens of thousands of tons into the pull-out force of the seabed through the polygonal symmetrical anchor chain, with sufficient stability margin reserved, and there is no upward slippage under the action of wind, waves, tides and ice floes.
[0098] The anchor piles are integrally cast concrete with a corrosion-resistant ribbed frame, and are reinforced with corrosion-resistant steel mesh, fiberglass mesh or carbon fiber mesh. They have a corrosion resistance life of over 100 years in high-salt spray marine environments. Optional vertically penetrating positioning anchor pile tubes can be added to assist in precise positioning of seabed coordinates.
[0099] Tension leg anchored floating barrel pier core structure The piers are hollow, sealed floating bodies, made of materials such as steel, reinforced concrete, or fiberglass composite. The cavities are equipped with water inlet and outlet pipes and vacuum valves, allowing for dynamic control of buoyancy and draft by adjusting the internal water volume. Multiple water-sealed vertical pipes are installed at the bottom of the piers, with the bottom of the pipes connecting to the seabed and the top connecting to the deck. These pipes are used to thread anchor chains and transport maintenance materials to the seabed computing module. The deck is equipped with an anchor chain deployment and retrieval device, which simultaneously adjusts the length and tension of multiple anchor chains to precisely control the horizontal position and vertical height of the piers.
[0100] The bridge piers are topped with vertically fixed pylons, which are H-shaped when viewed from above and inverted V-shaped or C-shaped when viewed from the side. The materials are steel, concrete, or steel-concrete composite. The C-shaped pylons can be equipped with vertical axis wind turbines, while the H-shaped and inverted V-shaped pylons can be equipped with horizontal axis wind turbine towers. Box girders are erected on the pylons, and the box girders are of three types: steel box girders, concrete box girders, and steel-concrete composite box girders. The box girders are supported by symmetrical cable stays, and the height of the bridge deck meets the navigation clearance requirements for 100,000-ton ocean-going vessels.
[0101] Dual-layer anti-collision protection system Centered on a single set of floating piers, matching anti-collision floating piles are arranged in a straight line upstream and downstream of the waterway to form an outer anti-collision barrier; hexahedral frame-type aquarium cages are arranged around the outside of the piers. The cages serve as an inner flexible anti-collision buffer structure. When a ship collides, it first contacts the water in the cages to buffer and dissipate the force, which greatly reduces the risk of impact damage to the main body of the pier.
[0102] Five major integrated industrial supporting systems Offshore wind power energy storage system: The tower on the top of the bridge pier / anti-collision pile is equipped with a horizontal / vertical axis wind turbine, which integrates power transmission and transformation equipment, large-capacity battery modules, and seawater hydrogen production and storage devices to realize the integration of power generation, energy storage, grid connection and hydrogen production, and provide independent power supply for bridges, aquaculture, computing power and tourism facilities. Deep-water controllable aquaculture system: Modular aquaculture cages are deployed around the bridge piers. The cages consist of a hexahedral frame composed of a surface floating pipe grid, a submerged hanging pipe frame, and a bottom submerged pipe grid, covered with a soft netting. The grids have segmented sealed chambers inside, and the floating and sinking of the cages are regulated by valves for water / air injection. The bottom of the cages is equipped with a microporous aeration and oxygenation system and a surface / deep dual water intake temperature regulation water circulation system. The upper part of the cages is equipped with a foldable waterproof geotextile soft cover curtain, which can be sealed off to isolate external polluted seawater during red tide disasters and draw deep-sea low-temperature oxygen-rich water to maintain the stability of the aquaculture water. Seawater-cooled low-latency computing center system: An internal seawater-cooled digital computing center is installed inside the bridge piers. Anchor chains can be used to mount independent seawater-cooled computing chambers, and negative pressure anchor pile end caps can be used to build underwater computing chambers. Supporting air-seawater spray condensation freshwater preparation and circulation system: Hot air exhausted from the server flows counter-currently into the seawater spray chamber, where sensible heat is converted into latent heat for cooling and humidification. The humid air enters the seawater cooling heat exchange chamber, condenses to produce freshwater, and the cooled and dehumidified air is then circulated back into the computing room after secondary cooling by seawater radiators. The condensed freshwater is collected as domestic freshwater for offshore maintenance personnel. The near-shore computing center is close to coastal city terminals, resulting in extremely low data transmission latency, creating a near-shore offshore computing hub. Marine sightseeing tourism facilities: The bridge piers are designed with different levels of tourist living areas. The decks are connected to each level by ramps, stairs and passenger elevators, and are equipped with fishing platforms, sightseeing corridors and marine rest facilities. Multi-directional symmetrical tension anchoring system: The anchor chains are made of steel, fiberglass and carbon fiber composite materials and are arranged symmetrically around the pier in polygonal shapes to form a multi-directional tension leg constraint structure. The wind, wave and water flow loads in all directions in the horizontal plane are balanced, and unilateral offset and tilting are prevented.
[0103] Matching anti-collision protection negative pressure concrete anchor pile tension anchored floating bucket pile pier (corresponding to the main body of claim 2) As an outer protective unit for bridge and waterway collision prevention, it integrates wind power, aquaculture and computing power functions. The structural components include: tension leg anchored floating barrel pile pier, inverted "U" barrel-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile, multiple main / sub anchor chains, and wind turbine tower. The overall anchoring logic, negative pressure anchor pile structure, compartmentalized leveling, and end cap water depth adaptive rules of the pile pier are completely consistent with the main body of the bridge. The pile pier is connected to the seabed negative pressure anchor pile through at least 3 anchor chains (1 main anchor chain + multiple symmetrical sub-anchor chains). After the anchor chains are connected by water injection and sinking, the internal water is drained, the anchor chains are tightened to form tension leg constraints, and the pile pier is suspended on the sea surface with its bottom higher than the seabed, resisting the displacement of giant waves and ship impacts.
[0104] The top of the pile is vertically supported by a wind turbine tower, which is compatible with high-power horizontal / vertical axis offshore wind turbines; the outer side is equipped with aquaculture cages and an aeration water circulation system, and the interior integrates energy storage, power transmission and transformation, computing room, and tourism functional area; the water-sealed vertical pipe at the bottom of the pile also serves as a means of anchor chain pulling and seabed material transportation, and the anchor chain release and release device precisely controls the sea surface coordinates of the pile, forming a large-scale cluster anti-collision protection barrier, which can be independently deployed as an offshore wind power aquaculture park.
[0105] Method for positioning during construction of cable-stayed bridges (the main body of the method corresponding to claim 3) The standardized five-step process of "land-based prefabrication - offshore floating transport - negative pressure anchoring - tensioning - modular erection" is adopted, which is suitable for batch unit synchronous construction. The steps are as follows: Seabed pretreatment: The seabed silt layer at the preset anchor pile location is simply leveled, and the inverted U-shaped negative pressure anchor piles prefabricated on land are floated to the seabed design coordinates and sunk into place. Negative pressure anchoring: Seawater is extracted from the compartment through the dual-purpose connecting pipe valve at the top of the anchor pile, and a vacuum is created. The static pressure of the seawater is used to press the anchor pile barrel into the seabed silt / bare rock. Each compartment is independently pumped out and leveled to complete the precise negative pressure fixation of the anchor pile on the seabed. Floating pier placement: Water is injected into the precast tension leg floating pier / anti-collision pile pier to increase its own weight and sink it to the sea surface working height. The two ends of multiple anchor chains are respectively connected to the seabed anchor pile buckles and the connection points at the bottom of the pier. Precise tension positioning: Simultaneously start the pier drainage equipment to drain the internal water, and in conjunction with the anchor chain take-up and release device, evenly tighten all the anchor chains. Relying on buoyancy and anchor chain tension to form tension leg constraints, the pier is precisely tensioned and locked at the design sea surface elevation and plane coordinates. Overall erection of bridge units: H / C / inverted V-shaped cable towers are installed on the top of the positioned floating piers, box girders are hoisted in sections and the stay cables are tensioned and fixed to complete the construction of a single floating cable-stayed bridge unit; after the multiple units of box girders are spliced end to end, they are connected to the coastal approach bridge, and aquaculture cages, fans, computing power cooling systems and tourism supporting facilities are installed simultaneously, and the overall project is completed.
[0106] The beneficial effects of this invention are: Fully adaptable to complex deep-sea geology, completely breaking through the geological bottlenecks of bridge construction across three major straits: Replacing traditional deep-sea drilled pile foundations with inverted U-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor piles, it eliminates the need for large pile driving vessels and large-area flattening of seabed bedrock. It relies on the negative pressure adsorption and fixation of seawater static pressure, and can be stably anchored in silt, bare rock, and active fracture strata, suitable for the entire water depth of 0~120m. The anchor piles are equipped with multiple independent compartments, each of which can be pumped out and leveled independently, perfectly adapting to the undulating seabed terrain and solving the problem that traditional pile foundations and gravity anchors cannot be accurately positioned on uneven bare rock. The end cap area adaptively matches the water depth. In shallow water, the end cap is enlarged to increase pull-out resistance, while in deep water, the end cap is reduced to decrease material consumption. The structure is optimized in terms of stress and the material utilization rate is increased by more than 35%. The tension leg flexible anchor chain restraint system can buffer small crustal displacements and seismic shock waves, avoid stress cracking of rigid bridge piers, and its seismic resistance and ground creep resistance performance far exceed those of traditional solid pile foundation bridges, making it suitable for the Tanlu and Leiqiong high-seismic-risk straits.
[0107] Fully prefabricated modular construction significantly reduces construction period, cost, and risks associated with offshore construction. Anchor piles, floating piers, cable towers, box girders, wind turbines, and aquaculture cages are all prefabricated on land in a standardized manner. At sea, only floating, splicing, and tensioning operations are carried out. There are no offshore cast-in-place concrete or cofferdam piling procedures. The number of effective offshore construction days per year has doubled, and the overall project duration has been reduced from the traditional 15-20 years to 5-8 years. By eliminating the need for hundreds of millions of yuan in special equipment such as deep-sea piling vessels and large offshore construction platforms, and by optimizing material consumption for components as needed, the cost of cross-sea passage projects of the same span is reduced by more than 40% compared with traditional rigid pile foundation bridges. Multiple floating cable-stayed bridge units can be constructed simultaneously and in parallel, and standardized units can be spliced infinitely, perfectly adapting to the construction of ultra-long cross-sea channels of more than 110km across the Taiwan Strait; the offshore operation procedures are simplified, the losses from work stoppages due to typhoons and giant waves are greatly reduced, and the risks of construction personnel and ships capsizing and sinking are significantly reduced.
[0108] Tension leg anchoring system with 10,000-ton capacity + double-layer anti-collision structure, comprehensively upgraded stability and anti-collision capability in extreme sea conditions. Hollow floating pontoon piers regulate buoyancy through water injection and drainage. Symmetrical polygonal anchor chains convert thousands to tens of thousands of tons of buoyancy into tensile strength on the seabed. With ample stability margin, the horizontal and vertical displacement of the bridge deck is controlled within centimeters under the repeated impacts of a super typhoon of level 17, waves several meters high, and winter ice floes. This meets the stiffness standard for high-speed rail at speeds of 160km / h and above. Double-layer anti-collision protection: The independent upstream and downstream anti-collision floating barrel piles form an outer rigid barrier, while the aquaculture cages around the bridge piers form an inner flexible water buffer layer. When a ship loses control and crashes, it first contacts the water in the cages to unload the force, which greatly reduces the probability of damage to the main bridge structure and solves the defects of traditional single small anti-collision piers that have insufficient protection range and weak buffering capacity. The anchor chain release and release device adjusts the tension and pier plane position in real time, automatically compensates for displacement under the action of tides and ocean currents, and ensures the stability of the bridge deck flatness during long-term operation.
[0109] The integration of transportation, wind power, aquaculture, computing power, and tourism doubles the comprehensive utilization value of marine resources. This invention is the world's first floating bridge system that fully integrates cross-sea heavy-load transportation, high-power offshore wind power, controllable deep-sea aquaculture, near-shore low-latency seawater cooling computing power, and marine sightseeing tourism, breaking through the limitations of traditional bridges' single transportation function. Wind power self-sufficiency: The bridge piers are equipped with high-power offshore wind turbines, along with energy storage and seawater hydrogen production systems. The entire bridge system does not require external connection to the onshore power grid, and surplus power can be transmitted to coastal cities, significantly reducing the power costs of bridge operation and maintenance. Large wind turbines can be assembled on the sea surface and then hoisted into place as a whole, breaking through the traditional tonnage limit of offshore wind turbine hoisting. Multiple wind turbines in a small area can be clustered and connected to generate electricity. Controllable ecological aquaculture: Modular net cages are equipped with layered water intake, aeration and oxygenation, and red tide isolation curtain systems, which are not affected by near-shore red tides, high and low temperatures, and can stably carry out aquaculture all year round. The net cages also serve as anti-collision buffer structures, making one device with two uses. Near-shore low-latency computing hub: Relying on the natural cooling of computing servers by deep-sea low-temperature seawater, eliminating the high energy consumption of traditional air cooling and water cooling; The offshore computing center is located near first-tier coastal cities, and the data transmission latency is much lower than that of inland data centers, which is suitable for the low-latency computing needs of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, real-time rendering and other applications; Computing compartments can be set up in multiple spaces such as anchor piles, anchor chains and bridge piers, making full use of idle offshore space; The cooling system simultaneously produces fresh water for domestic use, solving the problem of fresh water supply for offshore operations and maintenance; Marine tourism industry: The bridge piers are equipped with sightseeing, fishing and rest areas. By relying on the traffic flow of the cross-sea channel, the marine cultural tourism industry can be developed, which will greatly improve the comprehensive economic benefits of the bridge throughout its entire life cycle.
[0110] High corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and can be disassembled, relocated, and reused as a whole, resulting in a significant reduction in total life cycle cost. The negative pressure anchor piles and floating piers are reinforced with anti-corrosion steel / fiberglass / carbon fiber composite mesh, and the external anti-corrosion coating is suitable for marine high salt spray environment. The main structure is designed to have a service life of over 100 years. The floating suspended structure has no permanent seabed pile foundations. Pier corrosion protection, equipment maintenance, and computing room maintenance can all be completed on the sea surface deck without the need for deep-sea diving operations, reducing maintenance manpower and ship costs by more than 60%. The entire structure is disassembled and reused: water is injected into the compartments of the negative pressure anchor piles, and seawater enters the barrel to counteract the negative pressure adsorption force, allowing the anchor piles to be salvaged and recovered as a whole; the floating piers are moved up and down by injecting water to sink and dewatering to float; when the navigation level of the waterway is upgraded, the lane is expanded, or the marine area is adjusted in the future, the unit can be moved and reused as a whole without the need for blasting demolition and reconstruction, which greatly reduces the cost of renovation and expansion. After being abandoned, all components can be salvaged and recycled, leaving no construction waste on the seabed and protecting the marine ecology.
[0111] The standardized five-step construction process boasts high positioning accuracy and is suitable for large-scale nationwide deployment. The construction process is simplified into five standardized steps: seabed pretreatment, negative pressure anchoring, pier positioning, tension positioning, and bridge erection. The process is simple and the training threshold is low, making it easy to replicate and implement in batches along the coast of China. The independent leveling of multiple anchor pile compartments and the synchronous tension control of multiple anchor chains enable millimeter-level precise positioning of bridge piers on the sea surface, and the bridge deck splicing is smooth without misalignment, ensuring the smooth passage of high-speed rail and heavy-duty freight trains. The prefabricated molds for anti-collision piles and main bridge units are universal, and the standardized interchangeability of parts significantly reduces the mold development cost of prefabrication plants, making them suitable for large-scale mass construction. Detailed Implementation
[0114] This invention provides three core embodiments: Embodiment 1 is the main body of a cable-stayed bridge with tension leg anchorage for both road and rail; Embodiment 2 is a supporting anti-collision protection floating pier; Embodiment 3 is a complete implementation process of standardized construction positioning technology. All structural drawings and markings correspond one-to-one with the descriptions of the drawings above. Those skilled in the art can completely reproduce the technical solution of this invention based on these embodiments.
[0115] Example 1: Tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier anchor chain lifting negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge for both road and rail This embodiment is adapted to the 80m water depth road-rail cross-sea channel in the Bohai Strait. The bridge units are connected in series to form a complete cross-sea channel, which is connected to the coastal approach bridge at both ends. The single-layer bridge deck is for road traffic, and the lower box girder is for high-speed rail traffic, meeting the needs of heavy-load road-rail dual use.
[0116] Fabrication and Structure of Submarine Inverted "U" Barrel-Shaped Negative Pressure Concrete Anchor Piles (8) The barrel is cast in one piece using C60 high-performance marine concrete with anti-corrosion ribs. The barrel is shaped like an inverted U-shaped cylinder and is divided into four independent compartments with lower openings by three longitudinal partitions. A 10mm thick weathering steel cutting edge (4) is welded around the bottom of the barrel to facilitate cutting into the seabed silt layer. The top closed end cap (6) is optimized for an 80m water depth, with a 45% smaller area compared to the end cap in a 20m shallow water area, and is designed to be adapted to water depth and resist pull-out force. Each compartment is equipped with an independent stainless steel anchor chain buckle (7), a dual-purpose water pumping and sludge suction / water injection and sludge discharge connecting pipe valve (5), and a vacuum pump (9). The barrel is double-layered with anti-corrosion steel mesh and carbon fiber composite ribs, and the outer wall is sprayed with three layers of marine heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, with a designed service life of 100 years. The center of the end cap is reserved with a vertically penetrating positioning anchor pipe, which is inserted into the seabed positioning pile during deployment to achieve coordinate locking.
[0117] Tension leg anchored floating barrel pier (12) structure The whole structure adopts a steel-concrete composite hollow floating body structure with a total cavity volume of 12,000 m³. The internal structure is equipped with water injection and drainage pipelines and vacuum valves. After the pier is filled with water, it sinks 5 m. After the water is drained, it floats to the designed bridge deck elevation. Six water-sealed vertical pipes (24) are evenly arranged at the bottom of the pier. The pipes connect the bottom of the barrel and the deck. Each pipe is threaded with a carbon fiber composite anchor chain (28). The six anchor chains are arranged in a regular hexagonal symmetrical arrangement and are simultaneously connected to six sets of negative pressure anchor piles on the seabed. The deck is equipped with six independent anchor chain deployment and retrieval devices, which can adjust the length and tension of a single anchor chain individually to achieve precise control of the pier's plane coordinates within ±5 mm. The pier cavity (27) is arranged in layers with functional areas: the bottom layer is a seawater cooling digital computing center, the middle layer is an energy storage and power transmission equipment compartment, and the upper layer is a marine tourism and sightseeing living area. The deck is connected to each layer of functional areas by ramps and passenger elevators.
[0118] Tower, box girder and cable-stayed load-bearing system A steel-concrete composite cable tower (15) with an H-shape from top view and a C-shape from side view is vertically erected at the center of the floating pier deck. A connecting beam (16) is set at the top of the cable tower. A vertical axis wind turbine (18) is installed inside the C-shaped outline. The cable tower column is pre-embedded with cable anchor bodies and multiple bundles of high-strength steel cables (14) are symmetrically arranged. The bridge deck box girder (13) adopts a steel-concrete composite box girder with an overhead navigation clearance height of 52m, which meets the navigation requirements of 100,000-ton ocean-going cargo ships. Splicing flanges are reserved at both ends of the box girder. Multiple sets of bridge unit box girders are bolted together at the beginning and end. The end unit box girder is rigidly connected to the coastal reinforced concrete approach bridge.
[0119] The outer aquarium cages (3) and water circulation system: Four sets of hexahedral modular aquaculture cages are arranged around the outside of the barrel bridge pier. The cage frame is spliced together by the surface floating pipe grid (50), the submerged hanging pipe frame grid, and the bottom submerged pipe grid (46). The frame is covered with a high-density polyethylene soft net (47). Each grid is equipped with a segmented sealed partition plate, and is equipped with valve-controlled water inlet and outlet pipes and air inlet and outlet pipes. The cage depth can be adjusted by inflating and floating and water inlet and sinking. Microporous aeration circulation pipes (39, 40) are laid at the bottom of the cage, which are connected to the surface water intake float (36) and the deep cold water guide pipe (44) respectively. The cold and warm water control valve (42) automatically adjusts the temperature of the aquaculture water. A foldable waterproof geotextile soft cover is laid on the top of the cage. When a red tide warning is issued, the cage is completely closed and only deep-sea low-temperature oxygen-rich water is drawn for circulation to isolate the surface polluted seawater.
[0120] Wind power storage self-powered system: The C-shaped pylon is equipped with a vertical axis wind turbine inside and an independent tower on the side of the deck (21) with a 3MW horizontal axis wind turbine (22). The wind turbine output cable is connected to the mid-level power transmission and transformation device of the pier, and is equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery energy storage module and a seawater electrolysis hydrogen production and storage device. The wind power is given priority to the computing center, aquaculture aeration system, bridge lighting and tourism facilities. The surplus power is stepped up and transmitted to the coastal city power grid through submarine cable. The hydrogen and oxygen produced by seawater electrolysis are compressed and stored as emergency backup energy at sea.
[0121] Seawater cooling computing center and freshwater production circulation system: The bottom layer of the bridge pier is equipped with a seawater-cooled digital computing unit (59). The high-temperature hot air generated by the server operation is sent into the seawater spray chamber (56) along the hot air manifold (58). The sprayed cold seawater (54) exchanges heat with the hot air in a countercurrent flow. The sensible heat of the air is converted into the latent heat of water vapor to cool and humidify. The saturated humid air enters the cooling heat exchange chamber (60). The deep-sea low-temperature seawater cools the pipe wall to condense the water vapor. The condensate flows into the condensate collection pool (71) and is transported to the upper tourist living area as fresh water through the condensate drain pipe (68). The cooled and dehumidified cold air is cooled a second time by the heat pipe seawater radiator (51) and circulated into the computing room along the cooling air distribution pipe (61) to form a closed and uninterrupted cooling cycle. After the hot seawater exchanges heat, it is discharged back into the deep sea by the hot seawater drainage pump (64) without thermal pollution.
[0122] Tension leg anchoring stabilization mechanism: After the floating piers are emptied of water, they generate a total buoyancy of 120,000 tons. Six symmetrical anchor chains convert the buoyancy into a total pull-out force of 112,000 tons for the seabed negative pressure anchor piles, with a reserve of 8,000 tons of stabilizing buoyancy. The hydrostatic pressure of seawater at a depth of 80m acts on the end caps of the anchor piles, and the compartmentalized negative pressure adsorption force offsets the uplift load generated by waves, ocean currents, and heavy loads on the bridge deck. Under the action of a category 17 typhoon, the horizontal displacement of the piers is ≤3cm, and the vertical undulation of the bridge deck is ≤1.5cm, meeting the stiffness standard for stable passage of high-speed rail at a speed of 160km / h.
[0123] Example 2: Anti-collision protective negative pressure concrete anchor pile tension anchored floating bucket type pile pier This embodiment is a collision protection unit arranged in a straight line upstream and downstream of the bridge channel. Each pile pier is independently anchored to the sea surface and has functions of collision protection, offshore wind power, aquaculture, and small computing warehouse. It is used in conjunction with the main bridge body of Embodiment 1.
[0124] Basic anchoring structure: The anti-collision pile is equipped with an independent U-shaped negative pressure concrete anchor pile. The structure, material, and compartmental leveling method are completely the same as those of the anchor pile in Example 1. Three anchor chains (1 main load-bearing anchor chain + 2 symmetrical sub-anchor chains) are arranged in a horizontal line to connect the seabed anchor piles. After the anchor chain docking is completed by filling the pile with water and sinking it, the internal water is drained, the anchor chains are tightened to form tension leg constraints, and the pile is suspended on the sea surface. The bottom of the bucket is 6m away from the seabed, completely avoiding friction from the seabed silt.
[0125] Floating barrel pile pier body structure: The entire structure is made of fiberglass hollow floating body, which is lightweight and corrosion resistant. The cavity is equipped with injection and drainage buoyancy control pipelines. The bottom water seal vertical tube connects the deck and the seabed and is used for anchor chain pulling and seabed computing warehouse material transportation. A steel tower (21) is vertically fixed in the middle of the deck, and a 5MW high-power horizontal axis wind turbine (22) is installed at the top of the tower. The pile pier is arranged in layers with small seawater cooling computing warehouse, energy storage battery module and power transmission and transformation device, and small modular aquaculture net cages and supporting aeration water circulation system are arranged around the outside.
[0126] Collision protection mechanism: Three anti-collision piles are installed upstream and downstream of the single-unit floating cable-stayed bridge piers, arranged in parallel lines along the waterway to form an outer rigid anti-collision barrier; the aquaculture cages outside the piles serve as an inner flexible buffer structure. When a ship loses control and collides with the waterway, it first collides with the outer anti-collision piles. If it is not fully braked, it will contact the water in the aquaculture cages outside the piers to buffer and dissipate the force. The double-layer protection greatly reduces the probability of the bridge main body being damaged by impact.
[0127] Example 3: Standardized Construction Positioning Method for Tension Leg Anchored Floating Bucket Cable-Stayed Bridges Taking the 180m water depth dual-purpose road-rail bridge unit as an example, the complete five-step construction process is as follows: Step 1: Seabed Pretreatment and Anchor Pile Laying Beforehand, the seabed topography of the bridge site was scanned by an ocean surveying vessel, and the silt layer at the pre-set anchor pile locations was simply leveled. The inverted U-shaped negative pressure anchor piles, which were prefabricated on land, were floated to the seabed design coordinates by a semi-submersible vessel and slowly lowered until the steel cutting edge at the bottom of the barrel contacted the seabed silt to complete the initial positioning.
[0128] Step 2: Sub-compartment negative pressure anchoring and seabed leveling Connect the dual-purpose connecting pipe valve at the top of each compartment to the marine vacuum pump. Each compartment independently extracts seawater, creating a vacuum negative pressure inside the barrel. The static pressure of the seawater at a depth of 80m presses the steel blade of the barrel into the silt layer by 1.2m. Monitor the negative pressure value of each compartment in real time. When the negative pressure is unbalanced, inject a small amount of water into the corresponding compartment to level it. After the negative pressure of all compartments is stable, disconnect the vacuum pump to complete the permanent negative pressure anchoring of the anchor pile on the seabed.
[0129] Step 3: Positioning of the floating piers at sea and connection of anchor chains The prefabricated floating piers on land are floated to the sea surface directly above the anchor piles by a semi-submersible vessel. Water is injected into the pier's interior to increase its weight and control its sinking to the sea surface operating elevation. Divers lower the anchor chains through the water-sealed vertical pipe at the bottom of the pier, locking the bottom ends of the six anchor chains to the anchor chain buckles at the top of the subsea anchor pile compartments. The top ends of the anchor chains are fixed to the anchor chain retrieval device at the bottom of the pier.
[0130] Step 4: Precise positioning with synchronized tension of multiple anchor chains The pier dewatering equipment was activated to continuously discharge seawater from the inner cavity, gradually increasing the buoyancy of the pier. Simultaneously, six anchor chain retraction devices were activated to evenly tighten the anchor chains, and the tension value of each anchor chain was monitored in real time to ensure balanced tension in six directions. The pier's planar position was monitored by GPS sea surface coordinates, and the anchor chain length was finely adjusted to lock the pier at the design coordinates. The tension leg constraint system was formed, and the pier was suspended stably without deviation.
[0131] Step 5: Erection of the cable tower box girder and integration of supporting systems The HC composite cable tower was hoisted onto the deck of the floating pier after positioning, the steel-concrete composite box girder was hoisted in sections, the symmetrical cable stays were tensioned and fixed, and the construction of the main girder of a single floating cable-stayed bridge unit was completed. The outer aquaculture cages, aeration water circulation system, wind turbine tower and wind turbine generator, internal computing power cooling system, energy storage and power transmission and transformation device, and marine tourism supporting facilities were installed in sequence. Multiple sets of bridge unit box girders were flanged and spliced, and the unit box girders at both ends were rigidly connected to the coastal approach bridge, and the overall project was completed.

The upper part of the net cage is equipped with a soft cover made of waterproof geotextile that can be rolled up or folded, which is used to isolate the red tide from the fish cultured in the net cage when a red tide occurs at sea. The aeration and circulation water intake system introduces oxygenated water from the deep sea into the net cage to isolate the flow of seawater inside the net cage from the outside seawater, thus preventing the red tide from affecting the net cage culture.
8. The tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier anchor chain suspended negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge according to claim 1, characterized in that, The aeration, oxygenation, water intake, and temperature regulation water circulation system consists of an aeration pump, an air delivery pipe, an aeration device, an aeration, oxygenation, water intake, and temperature regulation cylinder, an inlet, an outlet, and a positioning device. The aeration device is a composite device of an aeration pump and a nano aeration pump, which can extract deep seawater, aerate and oxygenate it, and then transport it to the surface of the net cage to regulate the water temperature. The outlet of the aeration and oxygenation water-drawing temperature-regulating cylinder is fitted with a float ring, so that the outlet remains floating on the water surface as the water level rises and falls. The aeration, oxygenation, water intake, and temperature regulation water circulation system includes an aeration, oxygenation, water intake, and temperature regulation cylinder. A microporous aeration device is provided below the temperature regulation cylinder, which is connected to the surface water intake and the deep water intake respectively. A deep, low-temperature water from an open water body is extracted using an aeration, oxygenation, water intake, and temperature regulation pump. Air is injected into the deep, low-temperature water to form a low-density air-water mixture. The uplift force generated by the air-water mixture drives the water to circulate within the aquaculture cage, transporting the aerated, oxygenated, and temperature-regulated water to the surface of the cage, thus creating a high-density aquaculture environment. The upper part of the net cage is equipped with a soft cover made of waterproof geotextile that can be rolled up or folded.
9. The tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier anchor chain suspended negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge according to claim 1, characterized in that, The anchor chain is made of steel, fiberglass, or carbon fiber steel; the anchor chain is arranged in a polygonal symmetrical manner to ensure that the tension leg anchored floating pier is subjected to balanced forces in all directions in the horizontal plane. The aquarium cages form a grid-like anti-collision buffer structure around the bridge piers. When a ship collides with a bridge pier, it first contacts the aquarium cages, and the aquarium cages in the water are used to buffer and dissipate the force. The tension leg anchored floating pier is equipped with the anchor chain retraction device, which is used to adjust the anchor chain tension and the pier's planar position.
10. The tension leg anchored floating barrel type bridge pier anchor chain suspended negative pressure concrete anchor pile cable-stayed bridge according to claim 1, characterized in that, The tension leg anchored floating barrel pier is equipped with a superstructure. The tension leg anchored floating barrel pier contains the energy storage device and the power transmission and transformation device. The wind power generation device and the energy storage device are electrically connected to form a bridge self-power supply system for powering bridge ancillary facilities. The energy storage device is a lithium battery energy storage module or an electrolytic seawater hydrogen production and storage device. Wind power is stored, connected to the grid, and used for emergency power supply through converter stations and power transmission and transformation devices. The deck of the bridge pier is connected by elevator to built-in tourist living facilities and a seawater-cooled digital computing center. The cooling cycle of the seawater-cooled digital computing center is as follows: hot air discharged from the server is sent into the seawater spray chamber for cooling and humidification → humid air enters the seawater cooling chamber for condensation and fresh water precipitation → the cooled and dehumidified air is circulated into the computing room after secondary cooling by the seawater radiator; the condensed fresh water is collected as domestic water for marine operation and maintenance. The digital computing center, located within a floating pontoon, uses a closed-loop cooling air system to cool the heat exchangers of the computing equipment. The air, heated by the heat exchangers, is discharged as its dry-bulb temperature rises. The saturated air is then passed through a water collector and fed into a seawater heat exchanger for further counter-current cooling, lowering its temperature and reducing its moisture content. Water vapor releases heat, condenses, and flows downwards to collect fresh water. The resulting saturated air, cooled and dehumidified by a seawater heat exchanger, is then fed into the heat exchanger of the digital computing center. This saturated air serves as the closed-loop cooling air for the computing center system, preventing corrosion from salt spray. The heat exchanger includes a glass heat pipe heat exchanger. Cold seawater extracted from the deep sea first flows through the seawater heat exchanger to cool and condense the saturated air. Then, it is sprayed by a cold seawater spray system to exchange heat with the dry, hot air, evaporating and raising its temperature. Finally, it is collected by a spray seawater collection device and discharged back into the sea. The water collector can be a baffle plate or a fan. This system can extract condensed fresh water from seawater for use as domestic water for personnel in wind power generation systems.
