An immunoconjugate comprising il-2 and uses thereof

Abstract

The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biological medicine, and relates to an immune conjugate containing IL-2 and use thereof, wherein the immune conjugate contains laIL-2, and the laIL-2 contains at least one mutation selected from positions 38, 42 and 88 as compared with a wild-type IL-2 protein. The present disclosure provides an immune conjugate containing laIL-2 and an anti-PD-1 antibody, which can target T cells in a tumor microenvironment, synergistically promote activation of killer T cells, reverse exhausted T cells, significantly kill tumors, and overcome PD-1 drug resistance, thereby providing a novel therapy with clinical application prospects for tumor immunotherapy.
