A multi-layer composite heating fabric and a preparation method thereof

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of fabric preparation, in particular to a multi-layer composite heating fabric and a preparation method thereof. The fabric comprises a textile substrate layer, a gradient adhesive film layer, a conductive heating layer, an insulating protective layer and an inner lining layer arranged in sequence from outside to inside, and copper foil electrode strips are arranged on both sides of the conductive heating layer. The gradient adhesive film layer and the conductive heating paste both contain a functional water-based thermoplastic polyurethane dispersion liquid, which is prepared by progressive modification of carboxyl-containing water-based thermoplastic polyurethane through dopamine hydrochloride, 3-dimethylaminopropylamine, octadecylamine and oleylamine. The present application can improve the interfacial stability of the fabric after washing, sweating and repeated bending, and reduce the risk of local overheating caused by instability of the conductive network.
