Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of ship component processing, and discloses a large-scale ship heavy industry component processing auxiliary tool device, which comprises a leveling box, hooks for being connected with a crane are arranged at both ends of the top of the leveling box, and further comprises: a hooking assembly, the hooking assembly is sleeved on both ends of a propeller shaft; and a tensioning assembly, the tensioning assembly is arranged between the two hooking assemblies and is used for tensioning the two hooking assemblies along the shaft axis, so that the hooking assembly is tightly attached to the end face of the shaft. The worm and the worm wheel mechanism in the leveling assembly are matched with the reverse thread segments at both ends, the two end connectors are driven to move reversely synchronously, the effective lengths of the ropes on both sides are differentially adjusted, the raised end is lengthened, the sunken end is shortened, and thus the shaft is automatically adjusted to the horizontal state, so that the problem that the existing hoisting mode does not have the axial posture active adjustment capability is solved; the self-locking characteristic of the worm and the worm wheel enables the leveling state to be maintained after power failure, and continuous power supply is not needed.
