Abstract

The application discloses a scanning electron microscope sample table for carbon spraying of geological samples, relates to the technical field of geological sample detection, and aims to solve the problem that a carbon film of a rock sample after carbon spraying is easily separated from the rock sample by being touched. The scanning electron microscope sample table for carbon spraying of geological samples comprises a sample table body and a carbon spraying prevention attachment device, the sample table body is installed on a mounting table of a carbon spraying device, the sample table body has a top surface and a side peripheral surface, and a rock sample to be sprayed with carbon is arranged on a central region of the top surface; the carbon spraying prevention attachment device is provided with a first shielding mechanism and a second shielding mechanism; the first shielding mechanism covers the top surface of the sample table body, the first shielding mechanism is provided with a sample exposure hole, and a surface of the rock sample to be sprayed with carbon is exposed from the sample exposure hole; the second shielding mechanism surrounds the side peripheral surface of the sample table body, the first shielding mechanism is press-connected to the sample table body through the second shielding mechanism, and the sample table body is fixed. The rock sample can be directly sprayed with carbon on the sample table.
