A composite load simulation test method, bench and medium

Abstract

The application discloses a composite load simulation test method, a bench and a medium, and relates to the technical field of electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft propulsion system testing and verification. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a load simulation paddle customized based on a target model moment demand range; calibrating the moment speed of the load simulation paddle to obtain a moment speed calibration curve and obtain a pre-prepared composite load spectrum; based on the moment-speed calibration curve and the pre-prepared composite load spectrum, conducting a durability test on the measured electric drive assembly to obtain durability test data; and based on the durability test data, conducting a fatigue life assessment on the measured electric drive assembly to obtain a fatigue life assessment result of the measured electric drive assembly. In this way, the synchronous and accurate simulation of torque and moment composite load can be realized on an ordinary ground bench through an asymmetric load simulation paddle, and a high-precision durability test of an electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft propulsion electric drive system can be realized at a low cost.
