Abstract

The application relates to the field of intelligent medical treatment, and discloses an AI glasses bedside inquiry pre-judgment and hierarchical evidence-based method and system, which comprises the following steps: an AI glasses end acquires multi-modal data, generates a short window task record, and binds identification information; a terminal side pre-judgment module performs feature analysis on the short window task record to calculate a task evaluation index; a privacy desensitization module identifies medical sensitive entities based on the task record and constructs a desensitization query object; a hit degree evaluation module initiates retrieval in combination with the desensitization query object, generates local retrieval feedback, and calculates a local hit degree; a task hierarchical scheduling module extracts multi-dimensional scheduling parameters in combination with the evaluation index and the local hit degree, performs priority arbitration determination, establishes a hierarchical evidence-based strategy, triggers a component to generate evidence entities of evidence-based medicine, and an asynchronous evidence backfilling module intercepts the entities, acquires active state information, compares the active state information with the bound identification information, and merges the entities or intercepts the data flow according to the comparison result. The application prevents data mismatch caused by network delay.
