A cognitive impairment assisted classification system

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of medical data processing, and discloses an auxiliary classification system for cognitive impairment, which comprises the following modules: a data receiving module, which is used for receiving cognitive evaluation data of a to-be-tested person, plasma marker data, apolipoprotein E typing data and a classification target; a classification module, which is used for calling a corresponding cognitive impairment classification model according to the classification target, inputting HKBC cognitive test standardized T scores, natural logarithm conversion values of a ratio of plasma phosphorylated tau217 and beta amyloid 42 concentration and APOE typing codes into the model, and obtaining a classification result; and a data output module, which is used for outputting the classification result. Classification models are established for auxiliary identification scenes of NC and MCI, MCI and AD, AD and nonAD respectively, cognitive evaluation, plasma biomarkers and genetic information are integrated, the model formula and the determination rule are clear, and additional quantitative evaluation basis can be provided for subjects who still have uncertainty after clinical preliminary judgment.
