Abstract

The present invention provides an adhesive patch for releasably attaching a medical device to skin, wherein the adhesive patch has a skin-facing side and an opposite device-facing side, the adhesive patch comprising: a base layer provided with: a first adhesive on at least a portion of the device-facing side; a second adhesive on at least a portion of the skin-facing side, a release liner covering the first adhesive, characterized in that the release liner comprises an inner portion and an outer portion surrounding the inner portion; and the inner portion is independently releasable from the adhesive patch.
