The application discloses a kind of factory rice fish ecological cycle planting and breeding system and method;The system includes breeding pond, nano bubble machine, ozone machine, fermentation bag, vertical flow precipitation barrel and planting pond.The bottom of breeding pond is communicated with vertical flow precipitation barrel, the bottom of vertical flow precipitation barrel is connected with fermentation bag, the output end of fermentation bag is communicated with planting pond, and planting pond is communicated with breeding pond to form circulation loop by backflow pipeline.The method includes the following steps: high-density breeding, vertical flow precipitation and ozone disinfection, anaerobic fermentation, rice planting purification, water backflow circulation and the like.The application realizes closed-loop recycling and zero emission of breeding tail water through the integration of multiple water treatment technologies such as physical filtration, biological purification, disinfection and sterilization, and oxygenation, and has the advantages of ecological environmental protection, resource efficiency, excellent product quality and the like.
