AI Technical Summary

Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to the field of centrifuge technology, and mainly to a magnetic levitation vertical centrifuge device and control method. Background Technology
[0002] Currently, the maximum speed of vertical centrifuges widely used in industry is mostly limited to within 20,000 r / min under industrial conditions, which severely restricts the separation effect of the centrifuge. The main reason why the speed of vertical centrifuges cannot be significantly increased is the limitation of the support bearings used in the transmission system. In order for the transmission system to drive the drum in the vertical centrifuge to rotate at high speed, the support bearings need to bear the weight of the drum and the material entering the drum (before the centrifuge starts operating). This weight is an axial force for the transmission system and the support bearings. Therefore, when driving the drum and the internal material to rotate at high speed, the support bearings will generate very large frictional forces, and the temperature will rise very quickly and become out of control. This will cause the lubricating oil in the bearings to dry up quickly, and the bearings will not be able to work properly, thus failing to ensure the long-term stable operation of the centrifuge system. Summary of the Invention
[0003] To address the aforementioned technical problems, the present invention aims to provide a magnetic levitation vertical centrifuge device and control method.
[0004] The objective of this invention is achieved through the following technical solution. A magnetic levitation vertical centrifuge device according to this invention includes a separation cylinder mounted on a frame assembly, a rotating drum rotatably mounted within the separation cylinder, and the upper end of the rotating drum connected to a drive shaft; a collection tray and an upper cover plate located above the collection tray are connected to the upper part of the separation cylinder; it also includes several magnetic component groups, each group comprising a first magnetic component and a second magnetic component for generating a vertically upward magnetic levitation force, the first magnetic component being disposed on the separation cylinder and the second magnetic component being disposed on the rotating drum.
[0005] Based on the aforementioned technical solution, its beneficial effects are as follows: The magnetic levitation vertical centrifuge device provided by the present invention forms a non-contact interaction force (i.e., the vertically upward magnetic levitation force generated by the first magnetic component inside the centrifuge separation cylinder and the second magnetic component located on the corresponding drum) to counteract or significantly reduce the gravity of the drum during high-speed rotation (including the gravity of the material placed in the drum when the centrifuge is not operating), thereby significantly (or completely) reducing the load on the transmission system and support bearings, greatly controlling the friction force, effectively controlling the temperature of the bearings in the transmission system and support bearings, and ensuring the stability of the centrifuge during high-speed or ultra-high-speed rotation.
[0006] Furthermore, a vibration sensor is provided on the separation cylinder near the drum, and the output shaft of the linear displacement mechanism is connected to the first magnetic component so that the first magnetic component can move in the vertical direction, thereby changing the distance between the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component; both the vibration sensor and the linear displacement mechanism are electrically connected to the controller.
[0007] Furthermore, the lower part of the separation cylinder is provided with a first magnetic element, and the lower part of the rotating drum inside the separation cylinder is provided with a second magnetic element located above the first magnetic element. The first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are configured with the same magnetic poles.
[0008] Furthermore, a first magnetic element is provided on the side wall of the separation cylinder, and a second magnetic element is provided on the side wall of the drum inside the separation cylinder, located above or below the first magnetic element. When the second magnetic element is located above the first magnetic element, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are of the same magnetic polarity; when the second magnetic element is located below the first magnetic element, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are of opposite magnetic polarity.
[0009] Furthermore, a first magnetic element is provided at the upper part of the separation cylinder, and a second magnetic element is provided at the upper part of the rotating drum inside the separation cylinder, located below the first magnetic element. The first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are configured with opposite magnetic poles. Furthermore, the upper part of the separation cylinder is connected to a liquid collection tray and an upper cover plate located on the upper part of the liquid collection tray; at least one of the separation cylinder, the upper cover plate, and the liquid collection tray is provided with a first magnetic element, and the rotating drum is provided with a corresponding second magnetic element.
[0010] Furthermore, the upper part of the upper cover plate is provided with a first magnetic element, and the drum inside the upper cover plate is provided with a second magnetic element located below the first magnetic element.
[0011] Furthermore, the liquid collection tray is provided with a first magnetic element, and the rotating drum inside the liquid collection tray is provided with a second magnetic element located above or below the first magnetic element.
[0012] Furthermore, a vibration sensor is provided on one of the separation cylinder, the upper cover plate, and the liquid collection tray near the drum. The first magnetic component is connected to the output shaft of the linear displacement mechanism so that the first magnetic component can move in the vertical direction and thereby change the distance between the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component.
[0013] This invention also provides a control method for a magnetically levitated vertical centrifuge. Material is placed inside the drum, and a vibration sensor is installed on the separation cylinder near the drum. The vibration sensor transmits monitoring data to the controller in real time, ensuring stable centrifuge operation. During centrifuge operation, waste material may remain inside the drum, increasing the drum's weight and causing significant vibration. The vibration sensor transmits the detected signal to the controller, which then controls the linear output shaft of the linear displacement mechanism to move vertically, reducing the distance between the first and second magnetic components and thus increasing their magnetic levitation force. After adjusting the distance between the first and second magnetic components until the magnetic levitation force offsets the increased weight of the drum, the vibration sensor stops transmitting vibration signals to the controller, and the centrifuge resumes stable operation.
[0014] Its beneficial effects are as follows: By setting up a controller and a vibration sensor, the vibration sensor monitors the vibration of the drum in real time. When the centrifuge is running stably, the vibration sensor cannot detect any changes in the vibration of the drum, and the centrifuge is in a stable operating state. When the vibration sensor detects a change in the vibration of the drum, it indicates that the gravity inside the drum has increased. At the same time, the controller adjusts the linear displacement mechanism to increase the distance between the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component, ensuring that the adjusted magnetic levitation force is balanced with the drum and the increased gravity inside the drum. At this time, the vibration sensor cannot detect any changes in the vibration of the drum, and the centrifuge returns to a stable operating state.

[0022] The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings: In the description of this invention, it should be understood that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", etc., indicate the orientation or positional relationship based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the accompanying drawings. They are only for the convenience of describing this invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, they should not be construed as limitations on this invention.
[0023] Please see Figure 1 The present invention provides a magnetic levitation vertical centrifuge device that provides an existing vertical centrifuge, which includes a frame assembly and a separation assembly. The frame assembly includes a base 1 and a column 2 connected to the upper part of the base. A transmission system 3 is provided above the column, and a drive motor 4 is provided on the upper rear side of the column. The drive motor is connected to a drive shaft 6 through the transmission system, and the drive shaft is connected to the drive motor through a conventional system. The separation assembly includes a separation cylinder 10 mounted on the column and a drum 11 rotatably mounted in the separation cylinder. A liquid collection tray 8 and an upper cover plate 7 located on the upper part of the liquid collection tray are connected to the upper part of the liquid collection tray (the upper part of the drum extends out of the upper cover plate and is connected to the aforementioned drive shaft). A sealing seat 5 is also provided on the front side of the column for sealing with the upper cover plate (the sealing seat can move in the vertical direction, and when it moves downward to the upper cover plate, it achieves a sealing effect at the connection between the drive shaft and the upper cover plate). A downwardly oriented discharge port 8-2 is connected to one side of the liquid collection tray. A feed inlet 12 extending into the drum is provided at the lower part of the separation cylinder.
[0024] Based on the aforementioned existing vertical centrifuge, this invention further includes several magnetic component groups. Each magnetic component group includes a first magnetic component 9-1 and a second magnetic component 9-2 for generating a vertically upward magnetic levitation force. The first magnetic component 9-1 is disposed on the inner wall surface of at least one of the upper cover plate 7, the separation cylinder 10, and the collection tray 8. A corresponding second magnetic component 9-2 is disposed on the outer wall surface of the drum. The positions of the first and second magnetic components can be interchanged (the two magnetic poles of the interchanged first and second magnetic components still form a vertically upward magnetic levitation force). This vertically upward magnetic levitation force counteracts the gravity of the drum and the material added inside, resulting in very low, even zero, axial force on the centrifuge's transmission system and support bearings, achieving a "suspended" state. This ensures that even at high-speed rotation (tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of revolutions per minute), the transmission system and support bearings generate minimal friction, allowing for controllable bearing temperature and ensuring stable operation of the support bearings as the motor speed increases.
[0025] Please see Figure 3 Furthermore, the first and second magnetic components are two circular annular magnets, each with two annular magnetic surfaces. The two adjacent annular magnetic surfaces form the surface that generates the magnetic levitation force; this surface is called the magnetic levitation annular magnetic surface. The source of the magnetic levitation force is the interaction of the magnetic poles of the two circular annular magnets. When the two magnetic poles are of the same polarity, it is a repulsive supporting force; when the two magnetic poles are of opposite polarity, it is an attractive pulling force.
[0026] In one embodiment, a first magnetic element is provided on the inner wall surface of the separation cylinder, and a corresponding second magnetic element is provided on the rotating drum inside the separation cylinder; therefore, please refer to... Figure 1 The upper part of the separation cylinder is provided with a first magnetic element (specifically set on the upper wall of the separation cylinder), and the upper part of the drum inside the separation cylinder is provided with a second magnetic element (specifically on the outer upper wall of the drum). The first magnetic element is located above the second magnetic element, and the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are set with opposite magnetic poles.
[0027] In one embodiment, a first magnetic element (specifically disposed on the lower wall surface of the separation cylinder) is provided at the lower part of the separation cylinder (inside), and a second magnetic element is provided at the lower part of the rotating drum inside the separation cylinder. The first magnetic element is located below the second magnetic element, and the magnetic poles of the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are set to be the same. In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 2The separation cylinder has a first magnetic element on its side wall and a second magnetic element on the outer side of the drum inside the separation cylinder, located above the first magnetic element. The first and second magnetic elements have the same magnetic poles (this magnetic levitation force is an attractive force). Alternatively, a second magnetic element can be located below the first magnetic element on the drum inside the corresponding separation cylinder, and the first and second magnetic elements have opposite magnetic poles to generate a vertically upward magnetic levitation force (this magnetic levitation force is a repulsive force).
[0028] In other embodiments of the present invention, a first magnetic element is provided on the upper part of the upper cover plate, and a second magnetic element is provided on the drum inside the upper cover plate located below the first magnetic element; preferably, the first magnetic element may be provided on the upper wall or side wall of the upper cover plate, and the magnetic poles of the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are set to generate a vertically upward magnetic levitation force (this magnetic levitation force is an attraction and traction force).
[0029] In other embodiments of the present invention, a first magnetic element is provided on the inner wall surface of the collection tray, and a second magnetic element is provided on the rotating drum inside the collection tray, located above or below the first magnetic element. Preferably, the first magnetic element is provided on the side wall surface of the collection tray, and the second magnetic element is provided on the rotating drum, located above or below the first magnetic element. When the first magnetic element is located below the second magnetic element, the magnetic poles of the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are opposite to generate a vertically upward magnetic levitation force (this magnetic levitation force is an attractive force). Alternatively, a second magnetic element can be provided above the first magnetic element, and the magnetic poles of the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are the same to generate a vertically upward magnetic levitation force (this magnetic levitation force is a repulsive force). In this embodiment, the first magnetic element can be provided on the lower wall surface (which is connected to the separation cylinder) or the side wall surface of the collection tray.
[0030] The present invention provides a magnetic levitation vertical centrifuge device, which further includes a linear displacement mechanism 13 disposed on at least one of the upper cover plate, the separation cylinder, and the collection tray. The linear displacement mechanism is also electrically connected to the controller. The output shaft of the linear displacement mechanism is respectively connected to a first magnetic element disposed on one of the upper cover plate, the separation cylinder, and the collection tray, so that the first magnetic element can move in the vertical direction, thereby changing the distance between the first magnetic element and the corresponding second magnetic element disposed on the outer wall of the drum, thereby changing the magnetic levitation magnitude of the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element. The reason for changing the magnetic levitation magnitude of the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element is that waste material will remain inside the drum during the operation of the vertical centrifuge. This causes the weight of the drum to increase after the vertical centrifuge has been running for a period of time, thereby increasing the axial force of the support bearing. Therefore, the linear displacement mechanism is set up to counteract the weight of the waste material remaining in the drum.
[0031] Please see Figure 4An embodiment of a linear displacement mechanism installed at the bottom of a separation cylinder is provided. The lower side of the separation cylinder is provided with a worktable and three lifting cylinders on the worktable. When the linear displacement mechanism is installed on the aforementioned vertical centrifuge, the output ends of the three lifting cylinders pass through the lower wall of the separation cylinder and are connected to a first magnetic component installed on the lower wall of the separation cylinder. The lifting direction of the lifting cylinder is vertically upward, that is, the output shaft of the lifting cylinder can drive the first magnetic component to move in the vertical direction.
[0032] In other embodiments of the present invention, for the first magnetic component disposed on the side wall of the separation cylinder, a linear displacement mechanism (lifting cylinder) is disposed on the side wall inside the separation cylinder. A guide rail is provided on the side wall of the separation cylinder, and a corresponding slider is provided on the first magnetic component. The slider is placed on the guide rail, and the output shaft of the linear displacement mechanism is connected to the first magnetic component, enabling the first magnetic component to move vertically. For the first magnetic component on the upper cover plate, when the first magnetic component is disposed on the inner upper wall of the upper cover plate, preferably, the linear displacement mechanism is disposed on the outer upper wall of the upper cover plate (the output shaft of the linear displacement mechanism passes through the upper cover plate and connects to the first magnetic component, enabling the first magnetic component to move vertically). When the first magnetic component is disposed on the lower wall connecting the liquid collecting tray and the separation cylinder, preferably, the linear displacement mechanism is disposed on the inner side wall of the separation cylinder (here, the output shaft of the linear displacement mechanism passes through the lower wall connecting the liquid collecting tray and the separation cylinder and connects to the first magnetic component).
[0033] This invention, based on the aforementioned magnetic levitation vertical centrifuge device, further provides a magnetic levitation vertical centrifuge control method. First, a vibration sensor is installed on one of the following components of the vertical centrifuge: the separation cylinder near the drum, the upper cover, or the collection tray. This sensor measures the overall vibration of the drum. The vibration sensor uploads the monitored real-time data to the controller. Initially, the centrifuge operates stably, the drum does not vibrate, and the vibration sensor detects no vibration change. Then, after the centrifuge has been operating for a period of time, the amount of waste inside the drum increases, and the weight of the drum increases. At this time, the drum inside the centrifuge will generate significant vibration, and the vibration sensor... The centrifuge will transmit the detected vibration signal to the controller (to prove that the weight of the drum has increased). After receiving the signal of increased weight, the controller will control the output shaft of the linear displacement mechanism (i.e. the output shaft of the lifting cylinder) to move vertically to change the distance between the first and second magnetic components until the vibration sensor no longer transmits signals to the controller (i.e., the increased weight of the drum has been canceled out by the magnetic levitation force, and the vibration sensor can no longer detect vibration); finally, it ensures that the magnetic levitation force of the centrifuge is balanced with the weight of the drum and the material inside (i.e., the magnetic levitation force cancels out the increased weight of the drum, and the centrifuge resumes stable operation).
[0034] The above embodiments are one example of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention; in another embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus and method of the present invention are also adapted to other types of vertical centrifuges, such as Figure 5 The vertical centrifuge shown includes a frame assembly, a separation cylinder 10 mounted on the frame assembly, a rotating drum 11 rotatably connected inside the separation cylinder, and the rotating drum is connected to a drive shaft, which is connected to a transmission system. Figure 5 The vertical centrifuge shown also includes a first magnetic component 9-1 and a second magnetic component 9-2 for generating a vertically upward magnetic levitation force. In this case, the first magnetic component is installed at the lower part of the separation cylinder, and the second magnetic component is installed at the lower part of the drum. Alternatively, the first magnetic component can be installed on the side wall of the separation cylinder, and the second magnetic component can be installed on the side wall of the drum, located above or below the first magnetic component. The linear displacement mechanism can also be installed in the manner described in this embodiment, i.e., a worktable and three lifting cylinders are provided on the lower side of the separation cylinder. The linear displacement mechanism is installed on... Figure 5 In the vertical centrifuge shown, the output shafts of the three lifting cylinders pass through the lower wall of the separation cylinder and connect to the first magnetic component located on the lower wall of the separation cylinder. The lifting direction of the lifting cylinders is vertically upward, meaning the output shafts of the lifting cylinders can drive the first magnetic component to move vertically. The installation method of the linear displacement mechanism of the first magnetic component located on the side wall of the separation cylinder is the same as in this embodiment and will not be described again here. Of course, regarding the control method... Figure 5 The vertical centrifuge shown can also have a vibration sensor placed on the separation cylinder near the drum, so that this type of vertical centrifuge can be adapted to the magnetic levitation vertical centrifuge control method in this embodiment.
[0035] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention and are not intended to limit it. Any other modifications or equivalent substitutions made by those skilled in the art to the technical solutions of the present invention, as long as they do not depart from the design and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, should be covered within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
