Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the field of workpiece surface treatment technology, specifically to a compact integrated coating and welding spray booth and its processing technology. Background Technology

[0002] The integrated coating and welding spray booth is an industrial equipment that integrates the two major processes of welding and coating in the same enclosed space. It is not simply a welding room and a paint spraying room put together. Instead, through scientific physical zoning and time sequence control, the workpiece can be welded, cleaned, touched up and painted in sequence in the same production unit, realizing a compact assembly line operation from welding to coating.

[0003] Currently, the pre-welding cleaning, welding, weld repair coating, and overall powder coating of welded parts are mostly carried out using a three-section split independent equipment layout, with independent carbon dioxide cleaning station, independent welding station, and independent powder coating station respectively. Each station is separated from the others, and the workpiece is transferred by manual transfer trolleys or separate conveyor lines to realize the processing of welded parts.

[0004] The inventors of this application discovered in their research that the core defects of the above-mentioned prior art are: the equipment for each process is arranged separately, there is no integrated building structure, the overall equipment occupies a large area, the utilization rate of factory space is low, the workpiece cleaning, welding and spraying processes rely on manual transfer, the logistics chain is long, the processing cycle is slow, and the workpiece is easily contaminated with dust and oxidation impurities during the transfer process, which reduces the quality of finished products. Summary of the Invention

[0005] To address the shortcomings of existing technologies, this invention provides a compact integrated coating and welding spray booth and its processing technology, which solves the problems of separate equipment for each process, lack of integrated booth structure, large overall equipment footprint, low factory space utilization, and easy contamination of workpieces with dust and oxidation impurities during the transfer process, thus reducing the quality of finished products.

[0006] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides the following technical solution: a compact integrated coating and welding spray booth, comprising a base plate, an integrated chamber body on top of the base plate, and functional rooms inside the integrated chamber body, including a robot no-programming welding chamber, a carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber, a robot powder spraying chamber, and a reciprocating automated powder chamber. Fireproof partition walls are provided between adjacent functional rooms. A through-hole is provided through the fireproof partition walls inside the integrated chamber body. An installation frame is fixedly connected to the top of the integrated chamber body. Electric push rods are uniformly fixedly connected inside the installation frame. An actuating rod is fixedly connected to the output end of the electric push rod. A connecting plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the actuating rod. An isolation door is fixedly connected to one side of the connecting plate. The isolation doors are respectively located on one side of the through-hole in the fireproof partition wall. A carbon dioxide supply and reuse assembly is installed on one side of the integrated chamber body. It also includes support blocks, with support blocks evenly fixedly connected to the top of the base plate, and a conveyor rail fixedly connected to the top of the support blocks. The conveyor rail is installed through the through hole of the integrated housing and is arranged in a ring. A shared high-precision tooling transfer cart with a clamping mechanism is installed inside the conveyor rail. The bottom cross-section of the isolation door is adapted to the cross-section of the conveyor rail. Temperature sensors are installed at the four corners of the top of the functional room. Tooling placement verification sensors are installed inside the functional room at the top of the conveyor rail. A main controller is installed on the top of the base plate. A sub-controller is installed on one side of the robot no-programming welding room, the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room, the robot powder spraying room, and the reciprocating automatic powder room. The main controller and the sub-controllers are electrically connected.

[0007] By adopting the above technical solution, the integrated housing is constructed using a fully enclosed sheet metal welding structure. The internal space is physically divided into four independent enclosed chambers by multiple vertically arranged fireproof partitions: a robot no-programming welding chamber, a carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber, a robot powder spraying chamber, and a reciprocating automated powder spraying chamber. Through holes are provided in each fireproof partition as workpiece transfer channels. Electric push rods drive the action rods and connecting plates, automatically raising and lowering the isolation doors according to the process sequence. Workpieces, loaded with tooling transfer carts, pass through the through holes along the conveyor track to complete the entire process of welding, cleaning, touch-up spraying, and final spraying. This achieves a compact integrated layout of welding, cleaning, partial touch-up spraying, and overall spraying processes, significantly reducing the factory area occupied by equipment. Furthermore, the sealing between the bottom contour of the isolation doors and the conveyor track effectively prevents the movement of high-temperature fumes, spray dust, and inert gases between adjacent functional rooms, avoiding explosion-proof safety hazards caused by cross-contamination of dust and gases.

An exhaust port is opened on one side of the bottom of the powder recovery hood. Baffles are fixedly connected to both sides of the conveyor tracks of the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room and the robotic powder spraying room.

[0015] A manufacturing process for a compact integrated coating and welding spray booth includes the following steps; The workpiece is carried by a tooling transfer cart and enters the integrated housing along the conveyor track. After the workpiece is clamped once on the shared high-precision tooling transfer cart, it will not be disassembled again for the entire process. After the welding room completes the weld seam scanning and identification, the geometric features of the weld seam are converted into the tooling reference coordinate system for storage. After the workpiece flows to the downstream station with the tooling, the robot at each station completes the coordinate transformation based on the actual position of the tooling fed back by the tooling placement verification sensor. The original weld seam data is reused to obtain the cleaning and re-spraying execution coordinates of the corresponding station. The weld seam coordinates, carbon dioxide cleaning coordinates, and spraying and re-spraying coordinates are basically consistent. This data processing logic is realized by the coordinated operation of the main controller and the sub-controllers. The interior of the integrated housing is divided into a robot programming-free welding room, a carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room, a robot powder re-spraying room, and a reciprocating automatic powder room by fireproof partitions. The workpiece flows through each functional room in sequence and completes the entire process of welding, cleaning, re-spraying, and full spraying in sequence. Each fireproof partition has a through hole, and an isolation door driven by an electric push rod, an action rod, and a connecting plate is installed at the through hole. When a workpiece needs to be transferred to another process, the electric push rod retracts and lifts the isolation door to make room for the through hole. After the workpiece enters the next functional room, the electric push rod extends and lowers the isolation door to close the through hole, and each room forms an independent sealed cavity. The welding process is carried out in a robot-controlled welding room without programming. The welding robot drives the welding torch to ignite the arc and perform welding according to the preset trajectory. The fan creates negative pressure in the independent ventilation duct to draw out the smoke and dust. The motor drives the independent ventilation duct to rotate through the rotating shaft, the drive gear and the driven gear, and adjusts the direction of the air intake to capture the smoke and dust. After the workpiece enters the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber, the isolation doors on both sides are closed. Liquid carbon dioxide output from the carbon dioxide storage or generator is heated and vaporized by the vaporization, pressure regulation, and flow control module, and then regulated and stabilized before flowing into the carbon dioxide main pipe and into the carbon dioxide distribution valve box. The valve box has three independent branches. The inerting isolation branch sends the carbon dioxide to the porous gas distribution pipe, and the gas is evenly diffused from the bottom to fill the chamber. With the help of carbon dioxide concentration sensors and oxygen sensors, the inert safety atmosphere is maintained in real time. The motor-driven constant force cleaning brush of the mechanical pretreatment module polishes the welding slag on the surface of the workpiece. The cleaning branch delivers high-pressure carbon dioxide to the carbon dioxide cleaning nozzle and reciprocating carbon dioxide array nozzle at the front of the cleaning robot through a high-pressure flexible carbon dioxide hose. The nozzle slides back and forth along the linear slide rail to perform dry ice spray cleaning on the workpiece. For small, precision welded parts requiring deep cleaning, they are placed in a supercritical carbon dioxide sealed cleaning chamber and the sliding door is closed. The carbon dioxide is pressurized and heated by a high-pressure pump and heat exchange module, transforming into a supercritical fluid, which is then sent to the cleaning head for spray cleaning along the support pipe. An overpressure relief device monitors the pressure inside the chamber in real time. After cleaning, the waste is separated by a separator, and the waste residue falls into a collection box. The carbon dioxide enters the carbon dioxide recovery module through a recovery pipe for purification and is then returned to the carbon dioxide storage or generator for recycling. After the workpiece enters the robot powder spraying chamber, the spraying robot carries the powder spray gun to precisely spray the weld area. The infrared gelling device heats the coating in a directional manner to melt and solidify the powder. The fan supplies air through the two-way nozzle, and the explosion-proof ion air nozzle sprays out a neutral airflow to blow away the floating powder. The workpiece can only be released after the powder residue detection sensor detects that it meets the standard. After the workpiece enters the automated powder chamber of the reciprocating machine, the cylinder drives the mechanical claw to clamp the workpiece and adjust its posture. The powder in the storage box is sent to the ring pipe through the output pipe, and the spray nozzle sprays the entire surface of the workpiece. The powder recovery hood at the bottom of each functional room is equipped with two-stage filter screens. The negative pressure fan generates directional negative pressure, so that the scattered powder falls into the powder recovery hood through the through hole one, through hole two, and through hole three on the conveying track, and is discharged and recovered through the discharge port.

[0016] This invention provides a compact integrated coating and welding spray booth and its processing technology. It has the following beneficial effects: 1. This invention utilizes an integrated, enclosed sheet metal welded structure for the main body, physically dividing the internal space into four independent enclosed chambers via multiple vertically arranged fireproof partitions: a robot no-programming welding chamber, a carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber, a robot powder spraying chamber, and a reciprocating automated powder spraying chamber. Through holes are provided in each fireproof partition as workpiece transfer channels. Electric push rods drive the action rods and connecting plates, automatically raising and lowering the isolation doors according to the process sequence. Workpieces, carried by tooling transfer carts, pass through the through holes along the conveyor track to complete the entire process of welding, cleaning, touch-up spraying, and final spraying. This achieves a compact integrated layout of welding, cleaning, partial touch-up spraying, and overall spraying processes, significantly reducing the factory area occupied by equipment. Furthermore, the sealing between the bottom contour of the isolation door and the conveyor track 202 effectively prevents the movement of high-temperature fumes, spray dust, and inert gases between adjacent functional rooms, avoiding explosion-proof safety hazards caused by cross-contamination of dust and gases.

[0017] 2. This invention continuously stores liquid carbon dioxide through a carbon dioxide storage or generation device, and connects to vaporization, pressure regulation, and flow control modules to sequentially complete three pre-processing steps: heating and vaporization, pressure regulation, and flow control. This allows gaseous carbon dioxide to be centrally transported to the carbon dioxide distribution valve box via the main carbon dioxide pipe. Inside the valve box, three physically isolated branches, each controlled independently by its own valve group, are used. The inerting isolation branch connects to a multi-hole gas distribution pipe, working with oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration sensors to achieve uniform gas distribution and inerting across the entire bottom area. The cleaning branch supplies high-pressure medium to the carbon dioxide cleaning nozzles and reciprocating carbon dioxide array nozzles for dry ice cleaning. The fire extinguishing branch connects to the annular fire extinguishing pipes on the top of each functional room via fire branch pipes, and is simultaneously sprayed by fire extinguishing nozzles. Simultaneously, an independent fire extinguishing reserve module, connected via a connecting pipe and a check valve, serves as a redundant backup gas source, automatically replenishing when the main gas source pressure is insufficient. This achieves three mutually isolated functional branches from the main pipe and distribution valve box within the same gas storage and supply infrastructure, respectively undertaking the functions of waterless cleaning, buffer room inerting isolation, and zoned fire extinguishing.

[0018] 3. This invention utilizes a welding robot and welding torch to ignite and weld close to the workpiece splicing position. Simultaneously, a fan acts as a negative pressure suction power source, creating a stable negative pressure within an independent ventilation duct. This negative pressure suction draws the high-temperature arc fumes generated during welding into the independent ventilation duct and transports them to an external independent filtration device for separation and purification of metal dust and particulate matter. Simultaneously, a motor drives a rotating shaft, engaging a drive gear and a driven gear to rotate the independent ventilation duct in a circular motion. This rotation follows the welding torch position, adjusting the direction of the suction inlet to capture fumes. This significantly improves fume capture efficiency, effectively preventing fume contamination of weld seam scanning and related detection elements, and ensuring the accuracy of subsequent weld seam inspection.

[0019] 4. In this invention, the equipment relies on a shared high-precision tooling transport vehicle as a unified physical positioning reference. The workpiece is not disassembled throughout the entire process. The geometric coordinates of the weld seam obtained by the welding process are converted and stored based on the tooling coordinate system. The same set of coordinate references is directly reused in the downstream carbon dioxide cleaning and weld seam powder spraying processes, so that the weld seam coordinates, carbon dioxide cleaning coordinates, and spraying and repairing coordinates remain basically consistent. There is no need for each process to re-clamp and re-teach and calibrate, eliminating the cumulative clamping error caused by multiple tooling changes, and realizing cross-process data reuse of the welding, cleaning, and spraying robot execution programs. Support blocks 201 are uniformly fixedly connected to the top of the base plate 1. A conveying track 202 is fixedly connected to the top of the support blocks 201. The conveying track 202 is installed through the through hole 214 in the integrated housing 2. The conveying track 202 is arranged in a ring. A shared high-precision tooling transfer car 203 with a clamping mechanism is installed inside the conveying track 202. The bottom cross section of the isolation door 213 is adapted to the cross section of the conveying track 202. A sub-controller 1001 is installed on one side of the robot no-programming welding room 204, the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205, the robot powder spraying room 206, and the reciprocating machine automated powder room 207. The main controller 10 and the sub-controller 1001 are electrically connected.

[0024] Specifically, the integrated room 2 adopts an overall enclosed sheet metal welding and forming structure, integrating all processing procedures into the same room, realizing a compact integrated layout of welding, washing, local touch-up spraying, and overall spraying processes, significantly reducing the factory area occupied by equipment. The internal space of the integrated room 2 is physically partitioned by multiple vertically arranged fireproof partitions 208. The fireproof partitions 208 are made of flame-retardant and fireproof boards, which sequentially divide the inner cavity of the integrated room 2 into four independent enclosed processing cavities. The fireproof partitions 208 can physically isolate the high-temperature open flames, welding fumes, powder dust, and high-concentration carbon dioxide gas generated by different processes, avoiding mutual interference between adjacent workstations. Each fireproof partition 208 has a through hole 214 corresponding to the position where the workpiece and tooling pass. The through hole 214 serves as a channel for the workpiece to flow between various functional rooms. The workpiece, carrying a tooling transfer cart, can pass through the through hole 214 along the conveyor track 202 to complete the entire process of pretreatment, welding, weld repair spraying, and overall spraying in sequence. The isolation door 213 automatically lifts and closes according to the process sequence. When a workpiece needs to pass through the through hole 214 from the current functional room to the next functional room, the main controller 10 sends an opening signal. The electric push rod 210 at the corresponding position retracts, driving the action rod 211 and connecting plate 212 to lift the isolation door 213 upwards. The isolation door 213 is raised as a whole, completely making way for the passage space of the through hole 214 below. The tooling transfer cart can carry the workpiece smoothly through the through hole 214 into the adjacent cavity. After the tooling transfer cart has completely entered the target functional room and the tooling placement verification sensor 216 in the room sends a tooling placement signal, the controller sends a closing command. The electric push rod 210 extends downwards to push the action rod 211 and connecting plate 212 downwards simultaneously. The isolation door 213 then falls down to close the through hole 214. The bottom contour of the isolation door 213 fits the shape of the conveyor rail 202 below, achieving complete sealing of the through hole 214 and making the current functional room an independent closed cavity. Throughout the entire process of processing the workpiece in the enclosed cavity, the isolation door 213 remains in a closed and sealed state. This prevents high-temperature fumes from welding, powder coating dust, and carbon dioxide inert gas from entering adjacent functional rooms through the through hole 214, thus avoiding explosion-proof safety hazards caused by cross-contamination of dust and gas. Only after all processing steps in the current cavity are completed will the isolation door 213 be raised again to release the workpiece. This shortens the logistics chain time from welding to coating, while improving the processing quality and efficiency of the workpiece. In this embodiment, the shared high-precision tooling transfer vehicle 203 serves as a unified positioning carrier for the entire process. After the workpiece is loaded and clamped, it is not disassembled from the tooling during its transfer between various functional rooms within the entire equipment. The weld position geometric information obtained by the welding robot 4 in the welding room is converted into the tooling reference coordinate system and saved. When the workpiece is transferred to the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205 and the robot powder spraying room 206 along with the shared high-precision tooling transfer vehicle 203, the robots in each room use the tooling to verify the actual position of the tooling fed back by the sensor 216. Based on the posture, the pre-stored weld coordinates are transformed to directly obtain the cleaning execution coordinates and weld repair spraying coordinates under this station. The weld coordinates, carbon dioxide cleaning coordinates, and spraying repair coordinates are basically aligned based on the same tooling reference. The weld data obtained from welding identification can be directly used for cleaning and repair spraying processes without re-scanning and teaching for each process. The entire set of coordinate data conversion and data reuse logic is completed collaboratively by the main controller 10 and each sub-controller 1001 without the need for additional hardware structure, realizing cross-process program data reuse for welding, cleaning, and spraying.

[0025] Please see the appendix Figure 2 - Appendix Figure 7 Appendix Figure 9 Appendix Figure 10The carbon dioxide supply and reuse component includes a carbon dioxide storage or generating device 3. One side of the carbon dioxide storage or generating device 3 is fixedly connected to one side of the integrated housing 2. A vaporization, pressure regulation, and flow control module 301 is installed at the output end of the carbon dioxide storage or generating device 3. A carbon dioxide main pipe 302 is fixedly connected to the output end of the vaporization, pressure regulation, and flow control module 301. One end of the carbon dioxide main pipe 302 is fixedly connected to a carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303. One side of the carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303 is fixedly connected to one side of the integrated housing 2. A cleaning branch 304, an inerting and isolation branch 305, and a fire extinguishing branch 309 are fixedly connected to the output end of the carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303. The cleaning branch 304, inerting and isolation branch 305, and fire extinguishing branch 309 share the same housing, and the pipelines do not cross-flow. Valve assemblies are installed on the outer walls of fire extinguishing branch lines 309. An independent fire extinguishing reserve module 307 is installed on one side of the integrated room 2. The output end of the independent fire extinguishing reserve module 307 is fixedly connected to a connecting pipe 306. The output end of the connecting pipe 306 is fixedly connected to the carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303 in which the fire extinguishing branch lines 309 are installed. A check valve 308 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the connecting pipe 306. Fire branch pipes 310 are evenly fixedly connected to the outer wall of the fire extinguishing branch lines 309. One end of each fire branch pipe 310 is fixedly connected to a ring-shaped fire extinguishing pipe 311. The ring-shaped fire extinguishing pipes 311 are respectively installed inside multiple functional rooms. Fire extinguishing nozzles 312 are evenly fixedly connected to the outer wall of the ring-shaped fire extinguishing pipes 311. A perforated gas distribution pipe 313 is symmetrically fixedly connected to one end of the inerting and isolation branch line 305. The perforated gas distribution pipe 313 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205.

[0026] Specifically, the carbon dioxide storage or generating device 3 is used to continuously store liquid carbon dioxide medium. The liquid carbon dioxide is transported outward from the output port of the carbon dioxide storage or generating device 3. First, it is connected to the vaporization, pressure regulation and flow control module 301 to complete three pre-processing steps. First, the heat exchange structure in the module heats and vaporizes the low-temperature liquid carbon dioxide, converting the liquid medium into gaseous carbon dioxide, which meets the medium form requirements for cleaning, inerting and fire fighting. Second, the pressure regulating element in the module regulates the pressure of the vaporized carbon dioxide, accurately and stably outputting gas pressure, avoiding excessive pressure impacting the downstream pipeline and excessively low pressure failing to meet the usage standards for cleaning spray and fire extinguishing spray. Third, the matching flow control valve regulates the medium output flow in real time, matching the corresponding medium supply according to the needs of different processes, and realizing on-demand supply. After being processed to meet standards by the vaporization, pressure regulation, and flow control module 301, the gaseous carbon dioxide is uniformly fed into the carbon dioxide main pipe 302 for centralized transportation. The carbon dioxide main pipe 302 continuously transports the medium to the carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303. The carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303 integrates three physically isolated, independently arranged, and non-cross-flow branch pipelines: a cleaning branch 304, an inerting isolation branch 305, and a fire extinguishing branch 309. The three branches are integrated and share the same box to achieve a compact layout. At the same time, the pipelines are completely separated to prevent different functional media from interfering with each other. The outer walls of the pipes of the cleaning branch 304, the inerting isolation branch 305, and the fire extinguishing branch 309 are each equipped with an independent valve group. Each branch can be opened and closed independently by its own valve group. The three branches can operate independently. The inerting isolation branch 305 extends downwards from the carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303 and connects to the porous gas distribution pipe 313. The porous gas distribution pipe 313 is laid along the entire length of the bottom of the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber 205, and a large number of uniformly spaced gas outlet holes are opened in the pipe wall. When the workpiece enters the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber 205, and the isolation doors 213 on both sides fall down to close the through hole 214 and form a sealed cavity, the corresponding branch valve group opens, and gaseous carbon dioxide is continuously introduced into the porous gas distribution pipe 313. The gas exits from the densely distributed gas outlet holes. The gas is evenly diffused upwards to fill the entire cavity, gradually replacing the original air in the chamber and reducing the oxygen concentration in the cavity. In conjunction with the oxygen sensor 510 and carbon dioxide concentration sensor 509 in the chamber, the gas indicators are monitored in real time. When the oxygen content drops to the explosion-proof safety threshold, the branch valve group can maintain the gas supply slightly to keep the inert atmosphere. If the oxygen concentration exceeds the standard, the medium supply will be automatically increased. The carbon dioxide concentration in the cavity is evenly distributed throughout the entire process by relying on the bottom full-area gas distribution, eliminating the explosion-proof hazard of excessive local oxygen content, and providing an inert and safe environment for workpiece pretreatment. Meanwhile, the cleaning branch 304 independently leads out a high-pressure delivery hose to supply high-pressure carbon dioxide medium to the carbon dioxide cleaning nozzle 501 and the reciprocating carbon dioxide array nozzle 507 inside the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205. The output high pressure is independently regulated by the branch valve group to meet the impact pressure required for dry ice spray cleaning. When dry ice cleaning is required for welding slag and oxidation spatter on the workpiece in the room, the cleaning branch 304 valve group is opened separately, and the high-pressure carbon dioxide medium is delivered to the cleaning nozzle. The high-speed spray forms dry ice particles that impact the surface of the workpiece and peel off stubborn residue. After the cleaning process is completed, the branch valve group is directly closed to cut off the medium supply. This does not affect the normal standby of the inerting and fire protection branches, and realizes independent start and stop control of the cleaning function. The independent fire extinguishing reserve module 307 serves as a redundant backup gas source for the fire protection system. Under normal equipment operating conditions, the check valve 308 locks the pipeline in one direction, and the medium transported by the carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303 cannot flow back to the independent fire extinguishing reserve module 307. The reserve gas source is sealed and undamaged throughout the process and is only used as an emergency backup in case of fire. When the temperature sensor 215 of any functional room detects an overheated fire signal, the main controller 10 simultaneously opens the valve group of the fire extinguishing branch 309. The medium delivered by the main gas source carbon dioxide storage or generator 3 flows out along the fire extinguishing branch 309 and is diverted to multiple fire branch pipes 310 arranged in parallel. Each fire branch pipe 310 is connected to a ring fire extinguishing pipe 311 suspended from the top of a functional room. After the medium enters the ring fire extinguishing pipe 311, all fire extinguishing nozzles 312 simultaneously spray carbon dioxide extinguishing agent downwards, forming an asphyxiation fire extinguishing environment in the enclosed room, covering the entire area of the room, with no fire extinguishing blind spots. If the fire is large and the main gas source medium supply pressure is insufficient, the internal pressure of the pipeline will drop. The check valve 308 will automatically reverse the flow under the action of pressure difference. The spare carbon dioxide medium inside the independent fire extinguishing reserve module 307 will be automatically replenished into the fire extinguishing branch 309 through the connecting pipe 306. The main gas source and the spare reserve gas source will supply the medium to the ring fire extinguishing pipe 311 simultaneously, extending the spray time of the extinguishing agent and improving the reliability of fire extinguishing. After the fire is completely extinguished and the cavity temperature returns to normal, the valve group of the fire extinguishing branch 309 will be closed, stopping the medium output. This realizes that the carbon dioxide medium is led out into three mutually isolated functional branches through the main pipe and distribution valve box in the same gas storage and supply infrastructure. These branches will respectively undertake the functions of waterless cleaning, buffer room inerting isolation, and zoned fire extinguishing, realizing a high degree of reuse of gas storage and supply, vaporization pressure regulation, main pipe and monitoring facilities.

[0027] Please see the appendix Figure 1 - Appendix Figure 5 The robot-controlled welding chamber 204 houses a welding robot 4. A welding torch 401 is fixedly connected to the output end of the welding robot 4. A support 402 is fixedly connected to the top of the integrated chamber 2. A fan 403 is mounted on the top of the support 402. An independent ventilation duct 404 is rotatably connected to the input end of the fan 403. The output end of the fan 403 is connected to a filter device. The outer wall of the independent ventilation duct 404 is rotatably connected to the top of the robot-controlled welding chamber 204. A driven gear 405 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the independent ventilation duct 404. A drive gear 406 is meshed with the teeth of the driven gear 405. A support column 407 is fixedly connected to the top of the mounting frame 209. A motor 408 is mounted on the output end of the support column 407. A rotating shaft 409 is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor 408. The outer wall of the drive gear 406 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the rotating shaft 409.

[0028] Specifically, the welding robot 4 comes with a programming-free control system, eliminating the need for manual teaching of the trajectory for each piece. The welding torch 401 is rigidly fixed at the active output end of the welding robot 4. After the formal welding starts, the welding robot 4 moves autonomously according to the weld trajectory corresponding to the preset workpiece model, driving the welding torch 401 to approach the workpiece splicing position to ignite the arc and perform welding. The welding process continuously generates a high-temperature electric arc and a large amount of irritating welding fumes. Fan 403 is a negative pressure suction power source. The output end of fan 403 is connected to an independent filter device to separate metal dust and particulate matter inside the fumes, so as to achieve the emission of purified exhaust gas. When fan 403 is running, a stable negative pressure is formed inside the independent ventilation duct 404. The fumes rising from the electric arc are sucked into the duct under the action of negative pressure suction and finally transported to the external filter device for purification. At the same time, motor 408 is started. The output shaft of motor 408 drives the rotating shaft 409 to rotate. The rotating shaft 409 drives the drive gear 406. The drive gear 406 and the driven gear 405 mesh with each other to form a gear pair transmission structure. Therefore, the drive gear 406 can drive the driven gear 405 to rotate synchronously. The driven gear 405 drives the independent ventilation duct 404 to perform a circular rotation. At the same time as the welding torch 401 starts arc ignition and welding, the motor 408 starts driving the gear transmission mechanism simultaneously. After all welds on a single workpiece are completed, the welding robot 4 drives the welding torch 401 to lift and reset, the motor 408 stops synchronously, the independent ventilation duct 404 stops rotating and remains in a standby avoidance position; the fan 403 runs for a period of time to completely suck up the residual floating dust in the cavity before stopping, waiting for the next workpiece to enter the workstation for cyclic operation, which greatly improves the efficiency of dust capture, effectively avoids dust pollution of weld scanning related detection elements, and ensures the accuracy of subsequent weld detection.

[0029] Please see the appendix Figure 1 - Appendix Figure 4 Appendix Figure 6 Appendix Figure 7 A cleaning robot 5 is installed inside the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber 205. A carbon dioxide cleaning nozzle 501 is fixedly connected to the output end of the cleaning robot 5. A mechanical pretreatment module 502 is also installed inside the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber 205. A motor 503 is fixedly connected to the output end of the mechanical pretreatment module 502. A constant-force cleaning brush 504 is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor 503. The cleaning robot 5 and the mechanical pretreatment module 502 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the conveyor track 202. One end of the cleaning branch 304 is fixedly connected to a high-pressure carbon dioxide pump. A flexible hose 506 is used. One end of the high-pressure carbon dioxide flexible hose 506 is fixedly connected to the input end of the carbon dioxide cleaning nozzle 501. The other end of the high-pressure carbon dioxide flexible hose 506 is fixedly connected to a reciprocating carbon dioxide array nozzle 507. A linear slide rail 508 is installed on the top inner wall of the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber 205. The top of the reciprocating carbon dioxide array nozzle 507 is slidably connected in the linear slide rail 508. A carbon dioxide concentration sensor 509 and an oxygen sensor 510 are installed sequentially on the top inner wall of the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber 205.

[0030] Specifically, after the workpiece enters the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber 205 and the isolation door 213 is sealed, carbon dioxide is first introduced into the chamber to complete inerting. The carbon dioxide concentration sensor 509 and the oxygen sensor 510 monitor the gas concentration in the chamber in real time. Pretreatment can only be started when the oxygen content reaches the standard. The cleaning robot 5 and the mechanical pretreatment module 502 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the conveying track 202. The motor 503 drives the constant force cleaning brush 504 to rotate, mechanically polishing the welding slag and oxide layer on the surface of small precision welded parts. The cleaning branch 304 of the carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303 delivers high-pressure carbon dioxide medium through the high-pressure flexible carbon dioxide hose 506. One path supplies the carbon dioxide cleaning nozzle 501 at the front end of the cleaning robot 5. The robot sprays dry ice from multiple angles to remove stubborn residues. The other path is connected to the carbon dioxide array nozzle 507 of the re-running machine. The nozzle slides back and forth along the top linear slide rail 508 to assist in the overall cleaning of the workpiece. The sensors are interlocked in real time throughout the process. If the oxygen exceeds the standard, the machine will stop immediately and alarm to ensure the explosion-proof safety of the pretreatment.

[0031] Please see the appendix Figure 7 Appendix Figure 8 The supercritical carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205 is equipped with a supercritical carbon dioxide closed cleaning chamber 6. An overpressure relief device 601 is installed on the top of the supercritical carbon dioxide closed cleaning chamber 6. A support pipe 603 is fixedly connected inside the supercritical carbon dioxide closed cleaning chamber 6. One end of the support pipe 603 is fixedly connected to a carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303 with cleaning branches 304 installed via a high-pressure pump and a heat exchange module 602. A valve is installed on the outer wall of the support pipe 603. Cleaning heads 604 are evenly fixedly connected to the other end of the support pipe 603. A placement plate 605 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the supercritical carbon dioxide closed cleaning chamber 6. A separator 606 is installed on the inner wall of the supercritical carbon dioxide closed cleaning chamber 6 below the placement plate 605. A collection box 607 is provided at the bottom of the washing chamber 6, below the separator 606. A recovery pipe 608 is fixedly connected to one side of the supercritical carbon dioxide closed washing chamber 6, above the separator 606. A carbon dioxide recovery module 609 is installed on one side of the supercritical carbon dioxide closed washing chamber 6. One end of the recovery pipe 608 is fixedly connected to the input end of the carbon dioxide recovery module 609. The output end of the carbon dioxide recovery module 609 is fixedly connected to a return pipe 610. One end of the return pipe 610 is fixedly connected inside the carbon dioxide storage or generating device 3. A chute is provided inside one side of the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205. A sliding door 611 for sealing the supercritical carbon dioxide closed washing chamber 6 is slidably connected in the chute of the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205.

[0032] Specifically, when small precision welded parts require supercritical deep cleaning, the operator or automatic mechanism opens the sliding door 611 and places the workpiece to be cleaned on the perforated placement plate 605. After the workpiece is placed in place, the operator closes the sliding door 611 to achieve complete sealing of the supercritical carbon dioxide sealed cleaning chamber 6. After the sliding door 611 is closed, the door lock mechanism of the sliding door 611 is locked to ensure that the chamber cannot be opened before the internal pressure drops to a safe value. After the workpiece is loaded and the cavity is sealed, the system starts the supercritical carbon dioxide supply process. The carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303 outputs room temperature carbon dioxide medium. The medium is transported to the high-pressure pump and heat exchange module 602 through the support pipe 603. The high-pressure pump continuously pressurizes the carbon dioxide, and the heat exchange module simultaneously heats and adjusts the temperature of the medium, converting conventional carbon dioxide into supercritical carbon dioxide fluid with extremely strong penetrating and dissolving power. This fluid is suitable for deep cleaning of small precision welded parts with narrow gaps, micro threads, and internal oil stains, oxide particles, and processing residues in precision welded seams. The support pipe 603 is equipped with an independent on / off valve. After the valve is opened, the high-pressure supercritical carbon dioxide fluid is transported along the support pipe 603 to multiple sets of cleaning heads 604. The supercritical fluid is sprayed from multiple directions and angles to fully cover all surfaces and tiny dead corners of the small precision welded parts, dissolving and peeling away trace amounts of oil stains and metal oxide debris that cannot be removed by conventional dry ice cleaning and mechanical grinding. This ensures the quality of subsequent welding and eliminates defects such as porosity and incomplete welding in precision welds. During the cleaning process, high-pressure fluid is continuously introduced into the cavity, and the internal pressure gradually increases. The overpressure relief device 601 installed at the top of the supercritical carbon dioxide sealed cleaning cavity 6 senses the pressure value inside the cavity in real time. When the pressure inside the cavity exceeds the safety pressure bearing threshold of the precision cavity, the overpressure relief device 601 automatically opens to release pressure, quickly releasing excess pressure and preventing the small sealed cavity from being deformed by pressure and the seal from failing. After cleaning, the mixed waste formed falls through the perforated placement plate 605 into the separator 606. The separator 606 achieves three-phase separation by gravity. The fine metal slag and solid impurities that fall off small precision welded parts are relatively heavy and sink directly into the collection box 607 below the separator 606 for centralized collection. After batch processing, the collection box 607 is cleaned and the fine waste is removed. The separated clean carbon dioxide gas has a lower density and floats to the top area of the separator 606. The upper end of the separator 606 is connected to the recovery pipe 608. The floating carbon dioxide gas is transported to the carbon dioxide recovery module 609 through the recovery pipe 608. The carbon dioxide recovery module 609 is equipped with multi-stage filtration and condensation purification units to filter out oil and fine metal dust carried in the gas and purify it into clean and recyclable carbon dioxide medium. The purified carbon dioxide medium is returned to the carbon dioxide storage or generating device 3 through the return pipe 610 for storage, realizing the closed-loop recycling and reuse of carbon dioxide medium, which greatly reduces the cost of media consumables for batch cleaning of small precision parts and reduces waste gas emissions. After all cleaning processes are completed, the valve of the support pipe 603 is closed to cut off the supply of supercritical fluid, and the pressure in the cavity is slowly released. All the residual carbon dioxide gas in the cavity is sent to the carbon dioxide recovery module 609 for recovery through the recovery pipe 608. After the internal pressure of the cavity returns to normal and the medium is recovered, the sliding door 611 slides open in the opposite direction along the slide groove. The tooling transfer vehicle transports the cleaned small precision welded parts out of the supercritical carbon dioxide sealed cleaning chamber 6 for subsequent operation and processing. This achieves no leakage of cleaning medium and no wastewater discharge, avoiding the problems of drying, wastewater treatment and secondary corrosion caused by traditional water washing.

[0033] Please see the appendix Figure 1 - Appendix Figure 4 Appendix Figure 9 The robot powder spraying chamber 206 is equipped with a spraying robot 7. The output end of the spraying robot 7 is fixedly connected to a powder spray gun 701. A mounting plate 702 is fixedly connected to one side of the spraying robot 7. An infrared gelling device 703 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting plate 702. A spray pipe 704 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting plate 702. Explosion-proof ion air nozzles 705 are evenly fixedly connected to the bottom of the spray pipe 704. A second fan 706 is installed at one end of the spray pipe 704. The outer wall of the second fan 706 is set on one side of the integrated chamber 2. Powder residue detection sensors 707 are symmetrically arranged on one side of the output port of the robot powder spraying chamber 206.

[0034] Specifically, after welding, small precision welded parts are transported by tooling transfer vehicle into the robot powder spraying chamber 206 and the isolation door 213 is closed. The spraying robot 7 carries a powder spray gun 701 and precisely sprays powder only on the weld seam area of the workpiece. After spraying, the infrared gelling device 703 on the mounting plate 702 directionally heats the weld seam coating, causing the powder to melt and solidify to form a protective layer. The second fan 706 supplies air to the spray pipe 704, and the explosion-proof ion air nozzle 705 sprays out a neutral airflow to blow away the floating powder on the tooling and workpiece surface. When the workpiece is ready to be unloaded, the powder residue detection sensors 707 on both sides detect the residual powder on the surface. If the residual powder exceeds the standard, a second purging is triggered. Only after the standard is met can it be transferred to the next process.

[0035] Please see the appendix Figure 1 - Appendix Figure 4 Appendix Figure 10 A cylinder 8 is installed on the top of the reciprocating automatic powder chamber 207. A mechanical claw 801 is fixedly connected to the output end of the cylinder 8. A storage box 802 is fixedly connected to one side of the reciprocating automatic powder chamber 207. An output pipe 803 is fixedly connected to the output end of the storage box 802. An annular pipe 804 is fixedly connected to one end of the output pipe 803. A spray nozzle 805 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the annular pipe 804. The mechanical claw 801 is set on the central axis of the annular pipe 804. The input end of the powder spray gun 701 is fixedly connected to the output end of the storage box 802. The bottom of the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205, the robotic powder spraying room 206, and the reciprocating automated powder room 207 are all fixedly connected to a powder recovery hood 9. Two filters 901 are fixedly connected inside the powder recovery hood 9. A section of conveyor track 202 inside the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205 has uniformly distributed through holes 902. A section of conveyor track 202 inside the robotic powder spraying room 206 has uniformly distributed through holes 903. The bottom of the reciprocating automated powder room 207 and a section of conveyor track 202 have uniformly distributed through holes 904. A sealing door 905 is hinged to one side of the powder recovery hood 9. A negative pressure fan 906 is installed on the inner wall of the bottom of the powder recovery hood 9. An exhaust port 907 is opened on one side of the bottom of the powder recovery hood 9. Baffles 908 are fixedly connected to both sides of the conveyor track 202 of the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205 and the robotic powder spraying room 206.

[0036] Specifically, small precision welded parts that have undergone partial repair spraying and adhesive treatment are fed into the reciprocating automated powder chamber 207 and the isolation door 213 is closed. The mechanical claw 801, driven by the extension or retraction of the cylinder 8, clamps the workpiece and finely adjusts its posture to ensure that there are no dead corners in the spraying. The storage box 802 stores the powder coating. One output pipe 803 delivers the powder coating to the annular pipe 804, where the spray nozzles 805 arranged around the workpiece spray the entire area. The other output pipe supplies the powder spray gun 701 in the robot powder repair spraying chamber 206, achieving powder sharing. After the overall spraying is completed, the workpiece is transferred and discharged. Through through holes 902, 903 and 904, the bearing surface of the conveying track 202 is penetrated, allowing the powder deposited on the surface of the conveying track 202 to pass through the through holes under the action of gravity or negative pressure and fall into the powder recovery hood 9 below. After the negative pressure fan 906 is started, it generates a continuous directional negative pressure inside the powder recovery hood 9. This negative pressure is transmitted upward to the internal space of each functional room through through holes 1 902, 2 903 and 3 904, forming a directional airflow from top to bottom. This airflow guides the powder particles suspended in the room to move downward with the airflow, pass through the through holes and enter the powder recovery hood 9, effectively inhibiting the dispersion and sedimentation of powder in the room. The outlet end of the negative pressure fan 906 is connected to the exhaust port 907 opened on one side of the bottom of the powder recovery hood 9. The purified gas filtered by the two-stage filter screen 901 is discharged from the exhaust port 907. The collected qualified powder can be taken out from the powder recovery hood 9, processed and reused in the powder supply system.

[0037] A manufacturing process for a compact integrated coating and welding spray booth includes the following steps; The workpiece, carried by a tooling transfer cart, enters the integrated housing 2 along the conveyor track 202. After being clamped once on the shared high-precision tooling transfer cart 203, the workpiece is not disassembled again during the entire process. After the welding room completes the weld seam scanning and identification, the weld seam geometric features are converted to the tooling reference coordinate system for storage. After the workpiece flows with the tooling to the downstream station, the robot at each station completes the coordinate transformation based on the actual pose of the tooling fed back by the tooling placement verification sensor 216, reuses the original weld seam data, and obtains the cleaning and touch-up spraying execution coordinates for the corresponding station. The weld seam coordinates, carbon dioxide cleaning coordinates, and spraying and touch-up spraying coordinates remain basically consistent. The data processing logic is realized by the coordinated operation of the main controller 10 and the sub-controller 1001. The interior of the integrated housing 2 is divided into a robot no-programming welding room 204, a carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation room 205, a robot powder spraying room 206, and a reciprocating automatic powder room 207 by fireproof partition walls 208. The workpiece flows through each functional room in sequence, and completes the entire process of welding, cleaning, spraying and full spraying in sequence. Each fireproof partition wall 208 has a through hole 214, and an isolation door 213 driven by an electric push rod 210, an action rod 211 and a connecting plate 212 is provided at the through hole 214. When a workpiece needs to be transferred, the electric push rod 210 retracts and lifts the isolation door 213 to make room for the through hole 214. After the workpiece enters the next functional room, the electric push rod 210 extends to make the isolation door 213 fall to close the through hole 214, and each room forms an independent sealed cavity. The welding process is carried out in the robot no-programming welding room 204. The welding robot 4 drives the welding gun 401 to ignite the arc and perform welding according to the preset trajectory. The fan 403 creates a negative pressure in the independent ventilation duct 404 to draw out smoke and dust. The motor 408 drives the independent ventilation duct 404 to rotate via the rotating shaft 409, the driving gear 406 and the driven gear 405, and adjusts the direction of the air intake to capture smoke and dust. After the workpiece enters the carbon dioxide pretreatment and safety isolation chamber 205, the isolation doors 213 on both sides are closed. The carbon dioxide storage or generating device 3 outputs liquid carbon dioxide, which is heated and vaporized by the vaporization, pressure regulation and flow control module 301, and then regulated and stabilized. It is then fed into the carbon dioxide main pipe 302 and sent to the carbon dioxide distribution valve box 303. The valve box is equipped with three independent branches. The inerting isolation branch 305 sends the carbon dioxide to the porous gas distribution pipe 313. The gas is evenly diffused from the bottom to fill the cavity. With the help of the carbon dioxide concentration sensor 509 and the oxygen sensor 510, it is monitored in real time to maintain an inert safety atmosphere. The motor 503 of the mechanical pretreatment module 502 drives the constant force cleaning brush 504 to grind the welding slag on the surface of the workpiece. The cleaning branch 304 delivers high-pressure carbon dioxide to the carbon dioxide cleaning nozzle 501 and the reciprocating carbon dioxide array nozzle 507 at the front end of the cleaning robot 5 via the high-pressure flexible carbon dioxide hose 506. The nozzle slides back and forth along the linear slide rail 508 to perform dry ice spray cleaning on the workpiece. For small, precision welded parts requiring deep cleaning, they are placed in a supercritical carbon dioxide sealed cleaning chamber 6 and the sliding door 611 is closed. The carbon dioxide is pressurized and heated by a high-pressure pump and heat exchange module 602 to become a supercritical fluid, which is then sent to the cleaning head 604 for spray cleaning along the support pipe 603. The overpressure relief device 601 monitors the pressure inside the chamber in real time. The waste after cleaning is separated by a separator 606, and the waste residue falls into a collection box 607. The carbon dioxide enters the carbon dioxide recovery module 609 through the recovery pipe 608 for purification and then flows back to the carbon dioxide storage or generating device 3 through the return pipe 610 for recycling. After the workpiece enters the robot powder spraying chamber 206, the spraying robot 7 carries the powder spray gun 701 to precisely spray the weld area. The infrared gelling device 703 heats the coating in a specific direction to melt and solidify the powder. The fan 706 supplies air to the spray pipe 704. The explosion-proof ion air nozzle 705 sprays out a neutral airflow to blow away the floating powder. The workpiece can only be released after the powder residue detection sensor 707 detects that it meets the standard. After the workpiece enters the reciprocating automatic powder chamber 207, the cylinder 8 drives the mechanical claw 801 to clamp the workpiece and adjust its posture. The powder in the storage box 802 is sent to the annular pipe 804 through the output pipe 803. The spray nozzle 805 sprays the entire surface of the workpiece. The powder recovery hood 9 at the bottom of each functional room is equipped with two-stage filter screens 901. The negative pressure fan 906 generates directional negative pressure, causing the scattered powder to fall into the powder recovery hood 9 through the through holes 1 902, through holes 2 903, and through holes 3 904 on the conveying track 202, and then be discharged and recovered through the discharge port 907.

For small precision welded parts that require deep cleaning, they are placed in a supercritical carbon dioxide sealed cleaning chamber (6) and the sliding door (611) is closed. The carbon dioxide is pressurized and heated by a high-pressure pump and heat exchange module (602) to become a supercritical fluid, and is sent to the cleaning head (604) for spray cleaning along the support pipe (603). The overpressure relief device (601) monitors the pressure inside the chamber in real time. After the workpiece enters the reciprocating machine automated powder chamber (207), the cylinder (8) drives the mechanical claw (801) to clamp the workpiece and adjust its posture. The powder in the storage box (802) is sent to the ring pipe (804) through the output pipe (803). The workpiece is sprayed with the spray nozzle (805) for full-area coating. The powder recovery hood (9) at the bottom of each functional room is equipped with two-stage filter screens (901).
