Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention belongs to the field of electromagnetic valve assembly technology, and in particular relates to an electromagnetic valve assembly device. Background Technology

[0002] Solenoid valves are electromagnetically controlled industrial devices. They are basic automated components used to control fluids and belong to the actuator category, not limited to hydraulic or pneumatic systems. In the production of solenoid valves, various components need to be assembled together and then undergo various tests before they can be used.

[0003] When assembling the solenoid valve's core and spring components into the valve head, the fit between the core and head directly affects the valve's opening and closing response, sealing performance, and flow rate. Furthermore, the depth of the valve head bore can have some inherent errors during manufacturing.

[0004] If existing assembly equipment is used to directly assemble the iron core components, the depth of the valve head hole will not be checked before assembly. If iron cores of the same specification are used for assembly, the stroke of the iron core components will be too large or too small. This will not only require subsequent debugging, but also easily cause the solenoid valve to act insensitively, which will affect the consistency of the solenoid valve's operation. [0015] The present invention has the following beneficial effects: This invention utilizes the coordinated operation of multiple mechanisms, including a valve head feeding mechanism, a hole depth detection mechanism, and a core selection mechanism, arranged on the outer side of a rotating turntable. These mechanisms allow for the initial clamping and positioning of the valve head component onto the turntable. The hole depth detection mechanism measures the valve head hole depth before core assembly, while the core selection mechanism automatically selects core components of different specifications based on the hole depth. The selected core components are then assembled into the valve head hole of the valve head component by the core assembly mechanism, achieving a matching assembly. This effectively compensates for machining errors in the valve head hole depth, ensuring that the actual stroke after core assembly is closer to the design value. This improves the solenoid valve's operating performance, sealing performance, and product consistency. Compared to traditional uniform assembly methods, this solution reduces subsequent rework and debugging, increasing production yield.

[0016] Furthermore, this invention integrates hole depth detection, spring assembly, core assembly, and re-inspection into one unit. By controlling the core stroke through data-driven methods, it not only improves the consistency of solenoid valve operation but also enables automatic separation of qualified and unqualified products.

[0017] Of course, any product implementing this invention does not necessarily need to achieve all of the advantages described above at the same time. Attached Figure Description

[0022] Please see Figures 1-12 As shown, this invention is a solenoid valve assembly device, including a frame 1, a hopper mounted on one side of the frame 1, and multiple sets of vibrating discs mounted inside the hopper. It also includes: a turntable 3, driven by a power unit and mounted on a platform 2 of the frame 1, with multiple sets of positioning clamps 31 mounted on the turntable 3; a valve head conveying mechanism 4, mounted on the frame 1, conveying the valve head components to be assembled to the turntable 3; a valve head feeding mechanism 5, mounted inside the frame 1 and near the tail of the valve head conveying mechanism 4, gripping the valve head components conveyed by the valve head conveying mechanism 4 and placing them onto the positioning clamps 31; a hole depth detection mechanism 6, mounted inside the frame 1, measuring the valve head hole of the valve head component; and a spring positioning mechanism 7, mounted inside the frame 1 and connected to the discharge chute of one set of vibrating discs, positioning the spring components discharged from the discharge chute. Support; Spring assembly mechanism 8, installed inside the frame 1, cooperates with spring positioning mechanism 7 to automatically assemble spring components into the valve head hole of valve head component; Iron core selection mechanism 9, installed inside the frame 1, connects with the discharge troughs of several other sets of vibratory feeders, and automatically selects iron cores of different specifications according to the hole depth detected by hole depth detection mechanism 6; Iron core assembly mechanism, installed inside the frame 1, cooperates with iron core selection mechanism 9 to automatically assemble the selected iron core components into the valve head hole of valve head component; Re-inspection mechanism, installed inside the frame 1, inspects the assembled valve head assembly; and unloading mechanism 10, installed inside the frame 1, conveys qualified products to the unloading box or directly enters the next production line through the output mechanism installed inside the frame 1; or diverts unqualified products to the waste box. It should be noted that the frame 1 is surrounded by transparent glass doors, and an operation panel and start / stop button are also installed on one side of the bottom of the frame 1. Four sets of vibratory feeders capable of automatic material feeding are installed in the hopper. One set of vibratory feeders is used for automatic material feeding of spring parts, while the other three sets of vibratory feeders are used for automatic material feeding of iron core parts of different sizes. At least six sets of positioning clamps 31 are installed on the upper surface of the turntable 3 in a circumferential array. The power unit is composed of a drive motor and a reducer, which can drive the turntable 3 to rotate above the platform 2 of the frame 1. The valve head feeding mechanism 5, valve head conveying mechanism 4, hole depth detection mechanism 6, spring assembly mechanism 8, spring positioning mechanism 7, iron core selection mechanism 9, iron core assembly mechanism, re-inspection mechanism, and unloading mechanism 10 are all arranged circumferentially around the rotation direction of the turntable 3, while the spring positioning mechanism 7 and the spring assembly mechanism 8 are located on the same horizontal line. The structure of the re-inspection mechanism is similar to that of the hole depth detection mechanism 6, and a vision industrial camera is installed on the re-inspection mechanism. Specifically, the specific workflow of the solenoid valve assembly equipment of the present invention is as follows: The first step is to stack the valve head components to be assembled onto the valve body conveying mechanism in sequence using a robotic arm or other structures. The valve head conveying mechanism 4 will transport the valve head components to one side of the turntable 3. Then, the valve head feeding mechanism 5 will place the valve head components transported on the valve head conveying mechanism 4 onto the positioning fixture 31 by clamping and transferring them. The positioning fixture 31 can position the outer circle, end face, or valve head hole of the valve head component to ensure that the hole depth detection benchmark is consistent. In the second step, the turntable 3, driven by the bottom power unit, will rotate the positioned valve head component clockwise to the hole depth detection mechanism 6. At this time, the hole depth detection mechanism 6 will insert the probe 692 into the valve head hole of the valve head component to obtain the bottom position of the hole, and calculate the hole depth value in combination with the end face reference of the valve head component. The control system of the assembly equipment will compare the hole depth value with the preset standard range to determine whether there is a machining error in the valve head hole. Thirdly, when the valve head is being tested for hole depth, the vibratory feeder containing the springs will transport the neatly arranged springs through the feeder's discharge chute to the spring positioning mechanism 7. At this time, the spring positioning mechanism 7 will adjust the horizontal springs to a vertical position. Then, as the turntable 3 continues to rotate slowly, the tested valve head is transferred to the spring assembly station. At this time, the spring assembly mechanism 8 will automatically pick up the vertically positioned springs and place them into the valve head hole of the valve head. At this time, the spring assembly mechanism 8 must ensure that the placement direction, position, and quantity of the springs are correct. In the fourth step, before the hole depth detection mechanism 6 completes the hole depth detection, the iron cores of different sizes in the three sets of vibratory feeders will be sent to the iron core selection mechanism 9 in sequence. After the hole depth detection mechanism 6 completes the detection, the iron core selection mechanism 9 will transfer the iron core of the appropriate size to a vertical position. Then the iron core assembly mechanism will work to automatically grab and place the selected iron core into the valve head hole of the valve head. Since the iron core is selected after the hole depth detection, the hole depth error can be compensated, and the working stroke of the iron core will be kept within the target range. When one of the iron cores is selected and used, the corresponding vibratory feeder continues to work, and the iron core of that size will continue to be arranged and transported to the iron core selection mechanism 9 for selection and use. Fifth, turntable 3 continues to rotate, driving the assembled valve head assembly to the re-inspection mechanism. The re-inspection mechanism inspects the assembled valve head assembly. The re-inspection can be carried out by a combination of displacement detection or visual inspection to re-inspect key issues such as the assembly height of the iron core, whether the spring is missing, and whether the iron core is stuck. In the sixth step, as the turntable 3 continues to rotate, it will transport the valve head assembly that has completed the inspection to the unloading station. At this time, the unloading mechanism 10 will pick up the valve head assembly from the positioning fixture 31. Qualified products will be placed in the unloading box or directly enter the next production line through the output mechanism installed at the unloading mechanism 10. The output mechanism can adopt the same structure as the valve head unloading mechanism 5. Unqualified products will be diverted and fall into the waste box for collection.

[0023] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, see [reference]. Figure 2 and Figure 4 As shown, the valve head conveying mechanism 4 includes a first base 41, an extension support plate 42, a support frame 43, an end support plate 44, a conveyor belt assembly 45, and a valve head support 46. The first base 41 is installed on the platform 2 near the glass door, and an extension support plate 42 in a vertical position is fixedly installed on the first base 41 by a right-angle block. The extension of the extension support plate 42 extends to the outside of the frame 1 through a notch in the glass door. A support frame 43 is fixedly installed on the extension support plate 42, and an end support plate 44 is installed at the end of the support frame 43 that extends out of the frame 1. The pulleys of the conveyor belt assembly 45 are rotatably installed on the extension support plate 42 and the end support plate 44 through bearings. The two pulleys are connected by the conveyor belt body of the conveyor belt assembly 45. Several valve head supports 46 are installed on the conveyor belt body, and each valve head support 46 has a positioning support hole for supporting the valve head. It should be noted that the two right-angled blocks symmetrically fix the extension support plate 42 vertically on the first base 41. The support frame 43 is an alloy frame located between the annular conveyor belt body of the conveyor belt assembly 45, and the two ends of the support frame 43 are close to the two pulleys. This allows the support frame 43 to connect the end support plate 44 to the extension support plate 42, while also providing operational support for the annular conveyor belt body. This prevents the conveyor belt body above from denting due to the large number of valve heads placed on it. The positioning support hole adopts a countersunk hole structure, and the depth of the countersunk hole is less than the length of the lower tube of the valve head. Specifically, the operator can use a robotic arm or mechanical gripper to sequentially stack the processed valve head parts onto the valve head support 46, inserting the lower tube of the valve head part into the positioning support hole, and ensuring that the valve seat of the valve head part is higher than the upper surface of the valve head support 46. Then, through the continuous operation of the conveyor belt assembly 45, the valve head parts to be assembled can be sequentially transported to one side of the turntable 3. Then, the valve head feeding mechanism 5 clamps and places the transported valve head parts onto the positioning fixture 31. Since there is a certain distance between the multiple valve head supports 46 installed on the conveyor belt assembly 45, it will not interfere with the normal operation of the valve head supports 46 driven by the conveyor belt assembly 45.

[0024] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, see [reference]. Figure 2 and Figure 5 As shown, the valve head feeding mechanism 5 includes a first upright rod 51, a first rodless cylinder 52, a first telescopic rod 53, a first guide rail slider 54, a first L-shaped seat 55, a first pneumatic finger 56, and a first clamping block 57. The first upright rod 51 is installed vertically on the platform 2 and is located on one side of the valve head conveying mechanism 4. The top of the first upright rod 51 is equipped with a first rodless cylinder 52, and the slider of the first rodless cylinder 52 is equipped with a first telescopic rod 53 with the output shaft facing downward. The first telescopic rod 53 is equipped with a first guide rail slider 54, and the bottom of the guide rail plate of the first guide rail slider 54 is connected to the output shaft of the first telescopic rod 53 through a connecting block. The outer side of the guide rail plate is connected to the vertical block of the first L-shaped seat 55. The horizontal seat of the first L-shaped seat 55 is equipped with a first pneumatic finger 56 with the fingers facing downward. The two fingers of the first pneumatic finger 56 are each equipped with a first clamping block 57, and the first clamping block 57 is provided with a clamping notch 58 that cooperates with the valve head component. Specifically, when the conveyor belt assembly 45 operates and transports the positioned valve head to one side of the turntable 3, the control system first controls the first rodless cylinder 52 to operate, causing it to drive the first pneumatic finger 56 to move towards the end of the conveyor belt assembly 45. When the symmetrical first clamping block 57 moves directly above the valve head, the output shaft of the first telescopic rod 53 extends, causing it to drive the first pneumatic finger 56 to descend vertically via the first L-shaped seat 55. At this time, the symmetrical first clamping block 57 opens to its maximum state, and the vertically descending first pneumatic finger 56 drives the first clamping block 57 to move closer to each other, thereby clamping the valve seat of the valve head. Then, the output shaft of the first telescopic rod 53 retracts, making it easier to remove the valve head from the valve head support 46. At this time, the synchronous operation of the first rodless cylinder 52 will move the clamped valve head above the turntable 3 and above the corresponding positioning fixture 31. Then, the output shaft of the first telescopic rod 53 continues to extend, and the clamping notch 58 on the first clamping block 57 cooperates with the positioning fixture 31 to insert the valve head tube into the positioning fixture 31. Then, the output shaft of the first telescopic rod 53 retracts, which can raise the first clamping block 57 that has been clamped, so that the turntable 3 can rotate to transport the valve head to the hole depth detection station for detection.

[0025] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, see [reference]. Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 6 As shown, the hole depth detection mechanism 6 includes a second upright 61, a top support block 62, a second telescopic rod 63, a second guide rail slider 64, a second L-shaped seat 65, a contact displacement sensor 66, a vertical support rod 67, a bottom support block 68, a guide assembly 69, a mounting sleeve 691, and a probe 692. The second upright 61 is vertically installed on the platform 2, and a top support block 62 is installed on the top of the second upright 61. A second telescopic rod 63 with its output shaft facing downwards is installed on the side of the top support block 62. A second guide rail slider 64 is installed on the body of the second telescopic rod 63, and the bottom of the guide rail plate of the second guide rail slider 64 is also connected to the output shaft of the second telescopic rod 63 through a connecting block. A second L-shaped seat 65 is installed on the outer side of the guide rail plate, and a contact type with the pull rod facing downwards is installed on the horizontal block of the second L-shaped seat 65. The displacement sensor 66 is mounted on a horizontal block with at least two vertical support rods 67. A bottom support block 68 is mounted on the bottom end of the vertical support rods 67. A guide sleeve 69 is mounted on the lower surface of the bottom support block 68. A downwardly inserted mounting sleeve 691 is mounted at the center of the bottom support block 68. The probe 692 is mounted on the bottom support block 68 through the mounting sleeve 691. The bottom end of the probe 692 extends outside the guide sleeve 69, and the top of the probe 692 abuts against the pull rod contact of the contact displacement sensor 66. It should be noted that the contact displacement sensor 66 with spring telescopic needle is installed in an inverted state on the horizontal block of the second L-shaped seat 65. The guide assembly 69 is installed on the lower surface of the bottom support block 68 by screws. The bottom of the guide assembly 69 has a conical structure and an internal lifting hole for the probe needle 692 to pass through. The mounting sleeve 691 is installed on the upper surface of the bottom support block 68 by screws to install the probe needle 692 on the bottom support block 68. The top of the probe needle 692 abuts against the contact of the pull rod. The diameter of the probe needle 692 is much smaller than the inner diameter of the valve head hole to be detected. Specifically, when the turntable 3 drives the valve head to rotate to the detection station, the output shaft of the second telescopic rod 63 extends, driving the contact displacement sensor 66 and the probe 692 to descend synchronously via the second L-shaped seat 65. At this time, the tip of the probe 692 first contacts the reference end face of the valve head hole of the valve head component, recording the reference plane Z coordinate (reference position). Then, the turntable 3 slowly rotates, aligning the valve head hole of the valve head component with the probe body of the probe 692. Then, the output shaft of the second telescopic rod 63 continues to extend, allowing the probe 692 to penetrate into the valve head hole and contact the bottom of the hole. At this moment, the contact displacement sensor 66 detects the change in the compression state of the probe, capturing the instant of contact at the bottom of the hole and reading the Z coordinate of the bottom surface of the hole. Therefore, the depth of the valve head hole is detected as: After the control system records the detected hole depth data, the output shaft of the second telescopic rod 63 is retracted, so that it drives the probe 692 out of the valve head hole through the second L-shaped seat 65 and other structures, so that the turntable 3 can continue to rotate and move the valve head part that has been detected to the spring assembly mechanism 8 for spring assembly. It should be further explained that the re-inspection mechanism has the same structure as the hole depth detection mechanism 6. The contact displacement sensor 66 can detect the assembly height of the iron core component. However, the re-inspection mechanism needs to install a small vision industrial camera on the bottom support block 68 or guide assembly 69 to detect whether the assembled valve head assembly has missing spring components and whether the iron core is stuck.

[0026] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, see [reference]. Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 7 As shown, the spring positioning mechanism 7 includes a first support 71, a first corner block 72, a first positioning disk 73, and a first guide block 74; The first support 71 is mounted on the platform 2 and located on one side of the spring assembly mechanism 8. An L-shaped first corner block 72 is mounted on the top of the first support 71, and a motor is mounted on the back of the first corner block 72. The output shaft of the motor passes through the first corner block 72 and is connected to the first positioning plate 73. The outer ring surface of the first positioning plate 73 is provided with multiple spring insertion holes 75. The first guide block 74 is mounted on the first support 71 which is offset from the first corner block 72. The first guide block 74 is provided with an arc-shaped support groove 76 that mates with the outer ring surface of the first positioning plate 73. The top of the first guide block 74 is provided with a docking groove 77 that mates with the spring insertion holes 75 and the discharge groove of the vibrating plate. It should be noted that both the first support 71 and the second support 95 are I-shaped. The spring insertion holes 75 are arranged in a circumferential array on the outer ring surface of the first positioning plate 73, and the first positioning plate 73 rotates and fits into the arc-shaped support groove 76. The discharge groove of the vibratory feeder is connected to the groove opening of the docking groove 77. Multiple sensors are installed on the first support 71 through the bracket to monitor whether the spring component conveyed by the vibratory feeder through the discharge groove is horizontally inserted into the spring insertion hole 75 through the docking groove 77; and the total length of the docking groove 77 and the spring insertion hole 75 is the same as the length of the spring component. Specifically, as the vibratory feeder continuously transports the spring components to the outlet of the discharge trough, the translating spring components enter the spring insertion holes 75 through the docking grooves 77. Since the depth of the spring insertion holes 75 is less than the length of the spring components, the operation of the motor fixedly mounted on the first corner block 72 causes the first positioning plate 73 to rotate clockwise, adjusting the horizontal spring components to a vertical state. This facilitates the spring assembly mechanism 8 in clamping and installing the spring components into the valve head holes of the valve head components. As the turntable 3 continues to rotate, the valve head components move to the spring assembly station. The continuous rotation of the first positioning plate 73 will sequentially pass through multiple spring insertion holes. 75 adjusts the spring component, which continuously enters the mating groove 77, to a vertical position, thereby facilitating the spring assembly mechanism 8 to automatically and quickly install the spring component into the valve head hole. Since the first positioning plate 73 rotates and fits into the arc-shaped support groove 76, the first guide block 74 can provide gravity support for the rotating first positioning plate 73, and the mating groove 77 on the first guide block 74 can also guide and support the spring component, so that the continuously moving spring component can be accurately transferred to the aligned spring insertion hole 75. Thus, when the first positioning plate 73 rotates to adjust the spring component to a vertical position, the spring component will not detach from the spring insertion hole 75.

[0027] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, see [reference]. Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 8As shown, the spring assembly mechanism 8 and the iron core assembly mechanism adopt the same structure, including a third upright rod 81, a second rodless cylinder 82, a third telescopic rod 83, a third guide rail slider 84, a third L-shaped seat 85, a second pneumatic finger 86, and a second clamping block 87. Two third uprights 81 are respectively installed on platform 2. A second rodless cylinder 82 is installed on the top of each third upright 81. A third telescopic rod 83 with the output shaft facing down is installed on the slider of the second rodless cylinder 82 through a pad. A third guide rail slider 84 is installed on the rod body of the third telescopic rod 83. The bottom of the guide rail plate of the third guide rail slider 84 is connected to the output shaft of the third telescopic rod 83 through a connecting block. The outer side of the guide rail plate is connected to the vertical block of the third L-shaped seat 85. A second pneumatic finger 86 with the fingers facing down is installed on the horizontal seat of the third L-shaped seat 85. A second clamping block 87 is installed on each of the two fingers of the second pneumatic finger 86. A bent clamping block is formed at the bottom of the symmetrical second clamping block 87. It should be noted that the installation positions of the spring assembly mechanism 8 and the iron core assembly mechanism on the platform 2 need to be determined according to the positions of the spring positioning mechanism 7 and the iron core selection mechanism 9, so that the two have the same structure and do not interfere with each other in operation; the lateral stroke of the second rodless cylinder 82 can extend to the top of the first positioning plate 73 and the turntable 3. Specifically, when the first positioning plate 73 adjusts the spring to be assembled to a vertical position, the second rodless cylinder 82 needs to operate, causing its slider to move the vertically positioned third telescopic rod 83 and second pneumatic finger 86 onto the first positioning plate 73. Then, the output shaft of the third telescopic rod 83 extends, causing it to drive the second pneumatic finger 86 to descend vertically via the guide rail plate and the third L-shaped seat 85. At this time, since the symmetrical second clamping block 87 is in an open state, the vertical descent of the second pneumatic finger 86 will cause the open second clamping block 87 to be located on both sides of the vertical spring. Then, the second pneumatic finger 86 operates, causing the second clamping block 87 to... 7. The springs are brought closer together and then clamped and fixed by the bending clamping block. At this time, the output shaft of the third telescopic rod 83 is retracted, and the spring held by the second clamping block 87 will disengage from the spring insertion hole 75. Then, the second rodless cylinder 82 drives the third telescopic rod 83 and the second pneumatic finger 86 to move in opposite directions, so that they move the clamped spring to the top of the valve head. Then, the output shaft of the third telescopic rod 83 extends. When the spring is inserted into the valve head hole, the second pneumatic finger 86 drives the second clamping block 87 to open, so that the clamped spring can be vertically placed into the valve head hole, thus facilitating the quick assembly of the spring into the valve head.

[0028] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, see [reference]. Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 9As shown, the core selection mechanism 9 includes a feeding channel 91, a linear module 92, an L-shaped support plate 93, a diversion channel 94, a second support 95, a second corner block 96, a second positioning plate 97, and a second guide block 98. At least three sets of feeding channels 91 are movably installed on one side baffle of the frame 1, and each set of feeding channels 91 is connected to the discharge slots on several other sets of vibrating plates. The linear module 92 is installed on the platform 2 below the feeding channels 91, and an L-shaped support plate 93 is installed on the slide of the linear module 92. A diversion channel 94 is installed on the vertical plate of the L-shaped support plate 93, and at least three through holes 941 are opened on the diversion channel 94, each of which is connected to each set of feeding channels 91. The second support 95 is installed on the platform 2 between the turntable 3 and the linear module 92. The second support 95 has an L-shaped second corner block 96 installed on its top, and a motor is installed on the back of the second corner block 96. The output shaft of the motor passes through the second corner block 96 and is connected to the second positioning disk 97. The outer ring surface of the second positioning disk 97 has a plurality of iron core insertion holes 99. The second guide block 98 is installed on the second support 95 which is offset from the second corner block 96. The second guide block 98 has an arc-shaped support groove 76 that matches the outer ring surface of the second positioning disk 97. The top of the second guide block 98 has a mating groove 77 that mates with the iron core insertion hole 99 and the through hole 941. It should be noted that, preferably, one end of the three sets of feeding channels 91 is softly connected to the opening of the three sets of discharge slots, while the other end is connected to the diversion channel 94 to the three through holes 941. The linear module 92 can be a linear motor module and a ball screw linear slide, and the linear module 92 of the present invention is preferably a ball screw linear slide. The diversion channel 94 is detachably installed to the top of the vertical plate of the L-shaped support plate 93 by screws, and the other side of the diversion channel 94 slides against the outer side of the second guide block 98. The second positioning plate 97 and the second guide block 98 have the same structure and function as the first positioning plate 73 and the first guide block 74. It should be noted that when the hole depth test is completed and the required core size is determined, for example, when the core component stored in the intermediate through-hole 941 of the distribution channel 94 needs to be selected, the linear module 92 needs to be activated first. Its slide will move the distribution channel 94 slowly in a straight line via the L-shaped support plate 93, aligning the through-hole 941 in the distribution channel 94 with the mating groove 77 on the second guide block 98. Then, the feeding channel 91 and vibratory feeder, which are connected to the intermediate through-hole 941, will be activated. At this time, the discharge chute of the vibratory feeder will feed the core component through the feeding channel 91. The core component is pushed into the through hole 941 in the middle of the diversion channel 94. The core component located in the middle through hole 941 is pushed into the docking groove 77 and the core insertion hole 99. Since the total length of the docking groove 77 and the core insertion hole 99 matches the length of the core component to be inserted, but the depth of the core insertion hole 99 is less than the length of the core component, when the pushed core component is inserted into the core insertion hole 99, part of the core component will be in the docking groove 77. Then the vibratory plate stops working. At this time, the core component of the same specification will continue to be stored in the middle through hole 941 of the diversion channel 94. Then control the motor on the second corner block 96 to drive the second positioning disk 97 to rotate, so that the horizontally inserted iron core will rotate to a vertical state. Then, the selected iron core is assembled into the valve head hole of the valve head component that has been transported there by the iron core assembly mechanism. When the iron core components in other through holes 941 of the diversion channel 94 are selected for use, the linear module 92 can drive the other through holes 941 of the diversion channel 94 to align with the docking groove 77. Then, through the operation of other sets of vibrating plates, iron core components of other sizes can be pushed onto the second positioning plate 97. Since the multiple feeding channels 91 connected to the multiple through holes 941 on the diversion channel 94 and the discharge trough are connected by a soft connection of rubber material guide groove, and since the sliding distance of the diversion channel 94 is short, even if the feeding channel 91 moves synchronously with the diversion channel 94, the soft connection between the feeding channel 91 and the discharge trough will not be excessively bent or folded. Therefore, it will not affect the iron core components discharged from the discharge trough from smoothly entering the feeding channel 91 and then entering the through hole 941.

[0029] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, see [reference]. Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 10 As shown, the unloading mechanism 10 includes a vertical pole 101, a frame body 102, a synchronous belt assembly 103, a belt connecting block 104, a slide module 105, an L-shaped suspension block 106, a fourth telescopic rod 107, a fourth guide rail slider 108, a rotating module 109, a third pneumatic finger 110, and a third clamping block 111. At least four vertical posts 101 are installed on the platform 2, and a frame body 102 is installed on the top of each vertical post 101. A timing belt assembly 103 is installed on the frame body 102, and the timing belt of the timing belt assembly 103 is connected to the slide module 105 through a belt connecting block 104. The two ends of the slide module 105 are movably connected to the bottom of the frame body 102 through linear guide rails. The connecting slider of the slide module 105 is connected to the horizontal block of the L-shaped suspension block 106, and a fourth telescopic rod 107 is installed on the vertical block of the L-shaped suspension block 106. A fourth guide rail slider 108 is installed on the rod body, and the output shaft of the fourth telescopic rod 107 is connected to the guide rail plate of the fourth guide rail slider 108 through a connecting block. A rotating module 109 is installed at the bottom of the connecting block through a pad. A third pneumatic finger 110 is installed at the output end of the rotating module 109. A third clamping block 111 is installed on each of the two fingers of the third pneumatic finger 110. A clamping notch 58 that mates with the valve head is provided on the third clamping block 111. The clamping notch 58 on the third clamping block 111 has the same shape as the clamping notch 58 on the first clamping block 57. It should be noted that there are four vertical support poles 101, and their bottom sleeves and screws are used to fix them on the platform 2. The frame body 102 is a quadrilateral aluminum alloy frame, and the synchronous belt assembly 103 is arranged along the length of the frame body 102. The slide module 105 is either a linear motor module or a lead screw slide module 105, and is arranged along the width of the frame body 102. The rotary module 109 is either a motor or a rotary cylinder. The material box and the waste box are placed directly below the frame body 102. It should be noted that when the valve head assembly that has been re-inspected moves to the unloading mechanism 10, the slide module 105 works. It will drive the open third clamping block 111 to move directly above the positioning fixture 31 through the L-shaped suspension block 106, the fourth telescopic rod 107, the fourth guide rail slider 108, the rotating module 109 and the third pneumatic finger 110. Then the output shaft of the fourth telescopic rod 107 extends, which can drive the open third clamping block 111 to descend to the valve head assembly. At this time, the rotating module 109 can adjust the angle of the open third clamping block 111. Then, through the drive of the third pneumatic finger 110, it can accurately clamp the assembled valve head assembly from the positioning fixture 31. Then the output shaft of the fourth telescopic rod 107 retracts, which drives the valve head assembly to disengage from the positioning fixture 31. Then the slide module 105 runs in the opposite direction, which drives the clamped valve head assembly from above the turntable 3 to below the frame body 102. If the clamped component is a defective valve head assembly, the synchronous belt assembly 103 will drive the slide module 105 to move along the length of the frame 102, so that the clamped defective valve head assembly is moved to the waste box. Then, through the extension of the output shaft of the fourth telescopic rod 107 and the opening of the third pneumatic finger 110, the defective valve head assembly can be put into the waste box. If a qualified valve head assembly is being held, the third pneumatic finger 110 will move above the discharge box. Then, through the extension of the output shaft of the fourth telescopic rod 107 and the opening of the third pneumatic finger 110, the qualified valve head assembly can be placed into the discharge box.

[0030] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, see [reference]. Figure 2 , Figure 11 and Figure 12 As shown, the positioning fixture 31 includes positioning blocks 32 and limiting blocks 33; several positioning blocks 32 are mounted on the turntable 3 in a circumferential array, and each positioning block 32 has a downward through circular hole. At least four limiting blocks 33 are mounted in a circumferential array on the top of the positioning blocks 32 and outside the circular hole, and one of the limiting blocks 33 is an open split structure. The clamping notch 58 includes a vertical notch 581 that cooperates with two of the limiting blocks 33 and a V-shaped notch 582 located inside the clamping notch 58 that cooperates with the valve seat of the valve head. It should be noted that there are at least six sets of positioning blocks 32; two limiting blocks 33 are symmetrically located on top of the positioning blocks 32, and a support surface is left between the inner side of the limiting blocks 33 and the round hole; the groove width of the V-shaped notch 582 is slightly larger than the valve seat thickness of the valve head. Specifically, the present invention utilizes the circular hole on the positioning block 32 and the cooperation of four limiting blocks 33 to allow the valve head component to be inserted into the circular hole, while the valve seat of the valve head component is supported on the support surface. The four limiting blocks 33 also limit the four sides of the valve seat, preventing the valve head component from shifting or tilting on the positioning block 32 when the valve head component is moved by the turntable 3 and when the spring component or iron core component is assembled. This would affect the accuracy and efficiency of the spring component or iron core component assembly, and would also affect the re-inspection work of the re-inspection mechanism on the assembled valve head assembly. When the first clamping block 57 lowers the valve head and places it onto the positioning block 32, the vertical notch 581 on the clamping notch 58 will avoid the vertical limiting block 33, so that the blocks on both sides of the clamping notch 58 will be located at the notch on the side of the limiting block 33. This ensures that the limiting block 33 will not interfere with the first clamping block 57 inserting the valve head tube into the round hole, and the valve seat will be placed against the support surface. This allows the positioning block 32 and the limiting block 33 to cooperate in positioning and clamping the valve head. When the symmetrical third clamping block 111 descends to the assembled valve head assembly, the vertical notch 581 on the third clamping block 111 will also avoid the limiting block 33, so that the V-shaped notch 582 of the third clamping block, which continues to move closer to each other, can clamp and fix the valve seat of the valve head component, thereby facilitating the removal of the assembled valve head assembly from the positioning block 32.

[0031] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, see [reference]. Figure 11 and Figure 12 As shown, a push-pull telescopic rod 34 is installed on the platform 2 located below the turntable 3, and a push rod 35 in a vertical state is also installed on the top of the output shaft of the push-pull telescopic rod 34 through a connecting block. A through push-pull guide sleeve 36 is installed on the turntable 3 and located at the positioning block 32, and the center of the guide hole of the push-pull guide sleeve 36 is aligned with the center of the circular hole. Specifically, when the turntable 3 rotates the assembled valve head assembly to the unloading station, the through hole in the positioning block 32 aligns with the output shaft of the push-pull rod 34 at that position. Therefore, when the output shaft of the push-pull rod 34 extends, the connecting block drives the vertical push rod 35 to pass through the push-pull guide sleeve 36 and insert into the through hole. As the push rod 35 continues to extend, it pushes the valve head assembly upwards a certain distance within the through hole, and the valve seat detaches from the support surface, thus facilitating opening and closing. The V-shaped notch 582 of the third clamping block 111 can clamp onto the valve seat of the valve head component, so that the rising third clamping block 111 can quickly and stably remove the valve head assembly from the positioning fixture 31. After the valve head assembly is removed from the positioning fixture 31, the output shaft of the push telescopic rod 34 is retracted, so that the push rod 35 is completely removed from the positioning block 32 and the push guide sleeve 36. The top of the push rod 35 is lower than the lower surface of the turntable 3, so as not to interfere with the turntable 3 continuing to drive the positioning fixture 31 to the loading station.

[0032] It should be noted that the first upright 51, the second upright 61, and the third upright 81 are all fixedly installed on the platform 2 by the cooperation of the bottom sleeve and screws. The first rodless cylinder 52 and the second rodless cylinder 82 are both double-guide rod type magnetic coupling rodless cylinders, and they extend radially to the top of the turntable 3, and limit rings are sleeved on their cylinder bodies; the first telescopic rod 53, the second telescopic rod 63, the third telescopic rod 83, the fourth telescopic rod 107, and the push telescopic rod 34 can be electric telescopic rods, pneumatic telescopic rods, etc. The cylinder can be any type of cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, but this application preferably uses a dual-axis cylinder, with the output shaft facing downwards; the first guide rail slider 54, the second guide rail slider 64, the third guide rail slider 84 and the fourth guide rail slider 108 all adopt a linear slide rail structure, and the rail strip is fixed on the cylinder body of the dual-axis cylinder, and the guide rail plate can slide on the guide rail strip; the first L-shaped seat 55, the second L-shaped seat 65 and the third L-shaped seat 85 have the same structure, and their long vertical blocks are all installed on the guide rail plate by screw connection.
