Abstract

The present application provides a continuous automatic peeling machine for Pteroceltis, which can realize continuous automatic peeling operation of Pteroceltis under the premise of keeping the Pteroceltis skin integrity as much as possible. It comprises a first conveying module, a rotary friction module, a skin collecting module and a second conveying module. The first conveying module is used to drive the Pteroceltis to be stably conveyed in the axial direction, and a cutter structure is arranged on the conveying roller of the first conveying module to cut the Pteroceltis skin in the axial feeding process, so that a plurality of pre-cracking slits parallel to the axial direction are formed. The rotary friction module is arranged to rotate and rub the Pteroceltis surface, and the skin is continuously peeled off under the guidance of the slits to realize the separation of the Pteroceltis skin and the wooden body. The peeled Pteroceltis skin enters the skin collecting module to be gathered, collected and arranged. The Pteroceltis trunk after peeling is continuously conveyed by the second conveying module to realize automatic discharge, so as to complete the continuous operation of the whole peeling process.
