Abstract

The present application relates to the field of needle valve, and discloses a high-precision micro-flow electric regulating needle valve, comprising: a lower valve body assembly, an upper valve body assembly fixedly installed on the top of the lower valve body assembly, and a control panel installed on the front of the upper valve body assembly, wherein the lower valve body assembly comprises a lower valve shell, a V-shaped groove is formed in the inside of the lower valve shell, and the V-shaped groove is composed of an upper cylindrical groove and a lower conical groove; the upper valve body assembly comprises an upper valve shell fixedly installed on the top of the lower valve shell, an active groove is formed in the inside of the upper valve shell, a needle valve spool is arranged in the inside of the active groove, and the bottom end of the active groove is communicated with the cylindrical groove of the V-shaped groove, the present application can complete the functions of air pressure pushing needle valve spool displacement adjustment and negative pressure adsorption locking needle valve spool in sequence by valve path switching of an air inlet and exhaust control assembly, only one electric air pump is needed, two sets of independent power sources are not needed, the number of parts is reduced, the structure of the whole machine is simplified, and the cost and size of the equipment are reduced.
