Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of circuit board exposure, and provides a control method of a vertical exposure machine and related equipment, which comprises the following steps: controlling a mechanical arm to adsorb a workpiece, controlling the mechanical arm to move the workpiece to the position between a first frame part and a second frame part of a double-frame assembly after adsorption is completed; wherein the first frame part and the second frame part are both in a vertical state; controlling the mechanical arm to make the workpiece butt joint with the first frame part and be fixed; controlling the second frame part to move close to the first frame part and butt joint with the first frame part to flatten the workpiece; controlling the double-frame assembly to move to an exposure position, and controlling the exposure mechanisms on both sides to expose the workpiece from both sides. According to the application, the workpiece is moved to the position between the first frame part and the second frame part of the double-frame assembly, then the second frame part is butt jointed with the first frame part to flatten the workpiece, the flattening mode of the workpiece is changed from linear / punctiform stress to planar stress, and the flatness of the workpiece and the subsequent exposure effect of the vertical exposure machine are improved.
