A supply chain business data driven decision revision method

Abstract

The application discloses a supply chain business data driven decision correction method, and relates to the field of business management, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a target business object and constructing a cross-system business state chain, and identifying a conflict node with data deviation; acquiring a business event associated with the conflict node and having completed state transition, determining a data change amount, and separating an explainable part from the data deviation to obtain an unexplained data amount; tracking the transmission result of the unexplained data amount in the subsequent business node, and determining the data credibility of the conflict node and the credible business records in the adjacent business nodes according to the transmission result; when the data credibility meets a preset correction condition, determining an allowed adjustment range based on the credible business records, correcting the business data of the conflict node, and updating the supply chain decision result based on the corrected business data. The application can distinguish the data change that can be explained by the business event from the unexplained data, and improve the consistency of data correction and supply chain decision in combination with the subsequent business state.
