[0034] Figure 2 This is a reference diagram used to describe a terminal installed in a vehicle and a mobile device held by each user in the vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

[0035] Reference Figure 2 Terminal 101 can be installed in a vehicle. When the user is in the vehicle, terminal 101 can access the conversation history and output travel information to the user.

[0036] Each user inside the vehicle can possess an individual mobile device. Based on each user's location within the vehicle, mobile devices 103 can be categorized as a first mobile device 21, a second mobile device 22, a third mobile device 23, a fourth mobile device 24, and a fifth mobile device 25. In other words, mobile devices 103 can include the first mobile device 21, the second mobile device 22, the third mobile device 23, the fourth mobile device 24, and the fifth mobile device 25. Furthermore, the first mobile device 21, the second mobile device 22, the third mobile device 23, the fourth mobile device 24, and the fifth mobile device 25 can be collectively referred to as mobile device 103.

[0037] Users can take the mobile device 103 outside the vehicle. In other words, the mobile device 103, unlike the terminal 101, can be detached from the vehicle.

[0038] Mobile device 103 can access the conversation history when the user is in the vehicle, and it can also access the conversation history when the user is not in the vehicle. Mobile device 103 can output travel information to users who are in the vehicle or users who are not in the vehicle.

[0039] Conversation history can include at least one of public conversation history or personal conversation history. Public conversation history can be the conversation history obtained when the user is in the vehicle. Personal conversation history can be the conversation history obtained when the user is not in the vehicle. Terminal 101 can access public conversation history. Mobile device 103 can access both public and personal conversation history. In other words, public conversation history can be accessed using either terminal 101 or mobile device 103, while personal conversation history can only be accessed using mobile device 103.

[0040] Figure 3 This is a flowchart schematically illustrating a method for providing travel information by utilizing an in-vehicle terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

[0041] Reference Figure 3 Terminal 101 can access the conversation history (step S310). The conversation history can be public conversation history. The user can be located inside the vehicle.

[0042] Terminal 101 can send the dialogue history to server 105 (step S320). The dialogue history can be public dialogue history.

[0043] Server 105 can store dialogue history (step S330). Server 105 can store dialogue history in dialogue history database 109. Dialogue history can be public dialogue history. Server 105 can store dialogue history by classifying it according to each user's dialogue history. Server 105 can store public dialogue history in the same way in the respective storage space allocated to each user.

[0044] Table 1 Table 1 shows an example of how public conversation history is stored categorized by user in the conversation history database 109. Referring to Table 1, a unique identifier for each user is listed. Each user's unique identifier can be the sum of their vehicle ID and user ID. The vehicle ID can be a vehicle identification number (VIN). The user ID can be determined based on the user's seating position in the vehicle. For example, in... Figure 2 In this embodiment, the unique identifier of the first user holding the first mobile device 21 can be "1001" obtained by adding the vehicle identifier 1000 to the user identifier 1. As an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in... Figure 2 In this context, the unique number of the second user holding the second mobile device 22 can be "1002", which is obtained by adding the vehicle number 1000 to the user number 2.

[0045] Referring to Table 1, all dialogue histories are uniformly represented as "Data 1". "Data 1" can be a public dialogue history. Server 105 can store "Data 1" as public dialogue history in an independent storage space corresponding to a unique number for each user. Server 105 can uniformly store the public dialogue history for each of the following users: first user (unique number 1001), second user (unique number 1002), third user (unique number 1003), fourth user (unique number 1004), and fifth user (unique number 1005). In other words, the public dialogue history can be uniformly stored in the respective storage space allocated to each user.

[0046] Server 105 can request travel information from language model 107 (step S340). The dialogue history can include keywords related to the travel information request. For example, when the dialogue history includes "What attractions are around the Highwich Hotel?", server 105 can identify "Highwich Hotel" as a keyword and can request travel information from language model 107.

[0047] Language model 107 can retrieve dialogue history (step S350). Language model 107 can retrieve dialogue history stored in dialogue history database 109. Dialogue history can be public dialogue history.

[0048] Language model 107 can be configured to generate travel information (step S355). Language model 107 can be configured to generate travel information based on dialogue history. Dialogue history can be public dialogue history. For example, when public dialogue history includes "What attractions are around the Haevik Hotel?", language model 107 can be configured to generate travel information that includes information about one or more of Jeju Folk Village, Seopji Cape, Jeju Herb Garden, Jeju Water Planet, and Pyoseon Beach.

[0049] Language model 107 can send travel information to server 105 (step S360). Server 105 can send travel information to terminal 101 (step S365). Travel information can be generated based on public dialogue history.

[0050] Terminal 101 can output travel information (step S370). Terminal 101 can output travel information to the user using a display or audio system. The user can be inside the vehicle. For example, terminal 101 can output voice information using an audio system, such as, "Jeju Folk Village is within walking distance of Haevicie Hotel & Resort, Seopjikoji and Jeju Herb Garden are within a 15-minute drive. Jeju Water Planet is a popular destination for family trips. Pyoseon Beach is also a popular summer destination, but it is not recommended to go to Pyoseon Beach today due to the windy and cold weather." The user can obtain travel information output from terminal 101 in voice form. The same travel information can be provided to all users, and each user can obtain travel information by using public facilities. In this way, the device for providing travel information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention can output travel information generated based on public conversation history obtained from users inside the vehicle to users by using a terminal installed in the vehicle, thereby providing users with customized travel guidance.

[0051] Figure 4 This is a flowchart schematically illustrating a method for providing travel information by utilizing a mobile device within a vehicle, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

[0052] Reference Figure 4 Compared to Figure 3 The process from steps S410 to S425 has been expanded. Figure 4 The process of steps S310 to S365 in the middle is similar to Figure 3 Steps S310 to S365 are the same, the difference being that some or all of the processes that can be executed by server 105 can be executed by VR server 301. Therefore, the following will omit steps including... Figure 3 The process of repeating the configuration steps S310 to S365.

Jeju Water Planet is a popular destination for family trips. Pyoseon Beach is also a popular summer destination, but it is not recommended to visit Pyoseon Beach today due to the windy and cold weather." Each user can obtain travel information output in voice form from their respective mobile devices. The same travel information can be provided to each user, and each user can obtain the travel information using a separate device. For example, users can listen to the travel information using headphones connected to their respective mobile devices. In this way, the device for providing travel information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention can continue to provide travel guidance to users even after they have left the vehicle by using their respective mobile devices to output travel information generated based on the public conversation history obtained from users in the vehicle. In this way, the device for providing travel information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention enables a natural transition from in-vehicle services to mobile services by continuing to provide users with travel information that is available to users inside the vehicle, even when the user is outside the vehicle.

[0056] Figure 5A This is a flowchart schematically illustrating a method for providing travel information by utilizing an external mobile device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

[0057] Figure 5B This is a flowchart schematically illustrating a method for providing travel information by utilizing an external mobile device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

[0058] Reference Figure 5A and Figure 5B Compared to Figure 3The processes from steps S340 to S370 were removed, and the processes from steps S511 to S595 were added. Figure 5A The process of steps S310 to S330 in the middle is similar to Figure 3 The processes of steps S310 to S330 are the same, the difference being that some or all of the processes that can be executed by server 105 can be executed by VR server 301. Therefore, the following will omit steps including... Figure 3 The process of repeating the configuration steps S310 to S330.

[0059] During the execution of steps S310 to S330, the user can remain inside the vehicle. The dialogue history stored in the dialogue history database 109 during step S330 can be public dialogue history.

[0060] Reference Figure 5A Each mobile device 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 can access the conversation history. The first mobile device 21 can access the conversation history (step S511). The second mobile device 22 can access the conversation history (step S512). The third mobile device 23 can access the conversation history (step S513). The fourth mobile device 24 can access the conversation history (step S514). The fifth mobile device 25 can access the conversation history (step S515). The conversation history can be a personal conversation history. The user can be outside the vehicle.

[0061] Each mobile device 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 can send the conversation history to the application server 303. The first mobile device 21 can send the conversation history (step S521). The second mobile device 22 can send the conversation history (step S522). The third mobile device 23 can send the conversation history (step S523). The fourth mobile device 24 can send the conversation history (step S524). The fifth mobile device 25 can send the conversation history (step S525). The conversation history can be a personal conversation history.

[0062] Application server 303 can send the conversation history to VR server 301 (step S530). The conversation history can be the personal conversation history obtained from each mobile device 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25.

[0063] Reference Figure 5BVR server 301 can store dialogue history (step S540). VR server 301 can store dialogue history in dialogue history database 109. The dialogue history stored in dialogue history database 109 can be personal dialogue history. VR server 301 can store dialogue history by classifying the dialogue history of each user. VR server 301 can store personal dialogue history only in the storage space allocated to the user who generated that personal dialogue history.

[0064] Table 2 Table 2 shows an example of how personal conversation history is stored categorized by user in the conversation history database 109. Referring to Table 2, a unique identifier for each user is listed. Each user's unique identifier can be the sum of their vehicle ID and user ID. Vehicle IDs and user IDs have already been described in detail in Table 1. Therefore, a repeating description is omitted here.

[0065] Referring to Table 2, different dialogue histories are displayed for each user, such as "Data 11", "Data 12", "Data 13", "Data 14", and "Data 15". Each of "Data 11", "Data 12", "Data 13", "Data 14", and "Data 15" can be a personal dialogue history. VR server 301 can store personal dialogue histories (such as "Data 11", "Data 12", "Data 13", "Data 14", and "Data 15") in independent storage spaces corresponding to each user's unique ID. VR server 301 can also store each segment of personal dialogue history only in the storage space corresponding to the unique ID of the user who generated that personal dialogue history. VR server 301 can store the personal dialogue history "Data 11" only in the storage space allocated to the first user (unique ID 1001). VR server 301 can store the personal dialogue history "Data 12" only in the storage space allocated to the second user (unique ID 1002). VR server 301 can store the personal dialogue history "Data 13" only in the storage space allocated to the third user (unique ID 1003). VR server 301 can store the personal dialogue history "data 14" only in the storage space allocated to the fourth user (unique number 1004). VR server 301 can store the personal dialogue history "data 15" only in the storage space allocated to the fifth user (unique number 1005). In other words, the personal dialogue history can be stored separately in the storage space allocated to each user, only in the storage space allocated to the user who generated the personal dialogue history. In other words, the personal dialogue history can be stored differently for each user.

[0066] Table 3 Table 3 shows an example of storing public and personal conversation history by user in the conversation history database 109. By executing steps S330 and S540, conversation history can be stored in the conversation history database 109 as shown in Table 3. For example, public conversation history “Data 1” and personal conversation history “Data 11” can be stored in the storage space allocated to the first user (unique number 1001).

[0067] VR server 301 can request travel information from language model 107 (step S550). Dialogue history can include keywords related to the travel information request. Public dialogue history and / or personal dialogue history can include keywords related to the travel information request. For example, when public dialogue history includes "What attractions are around the Haiwich Hotel?", VR server 301 can identify "Hawich Hotel" as a keyword and request travel information from language model 107. Similarly, when personal dialogue history includes "How is Water Planet?", VR server 301 can identify "Water Planet" as a keyword and request travel information from language model 107.

[0068] Language model 107 can retrieve dialogue history (step S560). Language model 107 can retrieve dialogue history stored in dialogue history database 109. Language model 107 can retrieve dialogue history stored in dialogue history database 109 for each user. Dialogue history can be public dialogue history and personal dialogue history. For example, language model 107 can retrieve public dialogue history "Data 1" and personal dialogue history "Data 11" for a first user. As an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, language model 107 can retrieve public dialogue history "Data 1" and personal dialogue history "Data 12" for a second user.

[0069] Language model 107 can be configured to generate travel information (step S565). Language model 107 can be configured to generate travel information based on dialogue history.
