Abstract

The application provides a queuing waiting time prediction method, device and storage medium, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a monitoring video in a restaurant, order information and a queuing queue at a current time; performing frame-by-frame analysis on the monitoring video to determine the use state of each table in the restaurant and the multi-dimensional features of customers in the restaurant; determining the relationship type between multi-table customers belonging to the same group in the restaurant according to the multi-dimensional features and the use state of each table in the restaurant, and determining the first synchronous leaving probability of the multi-table customers belonging to the same group in the restaurant according to the relationship type; determining the expected dining time of each table customer according to the order information of each table customer in the restaurant; and predicting the waiting time of the queuing customers in the queuing queue at the current time according to the first synchronous leaving probability and the expected dining time of each table customer in the restaurant. The technical scheme of the application can avoid blind waiting of customers.
