Rather, these embodiments are provided to provide a more thorough and complete understanding of this disclosure. It should be understood that the accompanying drawings and embodiments of this disclosure are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of this disclosure.

[0015] It should be understood that the steps described in the method embodiments of this disclosure may be performed in different orders and / or in parallel. Furthermore, the method embodiments may include additional steps and / or omit the steps shown. The scope of this disclosure is not limited in this respect.

[0016] The term "comprising" and its variations as used herein are open-ended inclusions, meaning "including but not limited to". The term "based on" means "at least partially based on". The term "one embodiment" means "at least one embodiment"; the term "another embodiment" means "at least one additional embodiment"; the term "some embodiments" means "at least some embodiments". Definitions of other terms will be given in the description below.

[0017] It should be noted that the concepts of "first" and "second" mentioned in this disclosure are used only to distinguish different devices, modules or units, and are not used to limit the order of functions performed by these devices, modules or units or their interdependencies.

[0018] It should be noted that the terms "a" and "a plurality of" used in this disclosure are illustrative rather than restrictive, and those skilled in the art should understand that, unless otherwise expressly indicated in the context, they should be understood as "one or more".

[0019] The names of messages or information exchanged between multiple devices in the embodiments of this disclosure are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of such messages or information.

[0020] In one or more embodiments of this disclosure, an automated replenishment system is provided. This system is integrated with content e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems, supplier systems, etc., to automate the replenishment process. When replenishment is needed, the system automatically sends orders to suppliers, tracks order status, and updates inventory information.

[0021] For example, an automated replenishment system should be able to connect to the inventory management system in real time to obtain accurate inventory information; when the inventory level is lower than the preset safety stock, the system should immediately trigger a replenishment reminder; for example, when the replenishment system detects that a product needs to be replenished, it automatically generates an electronic order and sends it to the supplier. After the supplier receives the order, the system automatically updates the order processing progress, and automatically updates the inventory quantity after the goods are put into storage.

[0022] In some embodiments, after a replenishment plan is generated based on replenishment recommendations, the replenishment recommendations are automatically adopted according to the automatic replenishment strategy configured on the business side. The plan is automatically confirmed, automatically issued and executed, and automatic blocking of unexpected replenishment is supported, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.

[0023] In one or more embodiments of this disclosure, compared to single online sales, the addition of content formats such as live streaming amplifies the contradictions in sales speed and explosiveness across different channels, increasing the complexity of replenishment management. This demand forecasting based on different channels will change the traditional single-channel replenishment strategy. At the same time, the product category characteristics of different channels correspond to vastly different requirements for supply chain inventory preparation strategies.

[0024] Please refer to Figure 1 This illustrates the flow of one embodiment of the automatic replenishment method according to this disclosure. Figure 1 The automatic replenishment method shown includes the following steps:

[0025] Step 101: Generate a replenishment plan for the target goods.

[0026] In this embodiment, the entity executing the automatic replenishment method (e.g., a server and / or terminal device) can automatically generate a replenishment plan for the target goods.

[0027] Here, the replenishment plan includes replenishment recommendations for the target products.

[0028] Here, the target product can be any product. Replenishment suggestions can include the replenishment quantity.

[0029] Here, a replenishment plan can be an information carrier containing replenishment recommendations and other information. This other information may include, for example, the replenishment warehouse identifier.

[0030] Step 102: Based on the replenishment strategy information, generate an execution method identifier for the replenishment plan.

[0031] Here, the execution method identifier indicates how the replenishment plan will be executed.

[0032] Here, adding a label (or tagging) to the automatic replenishment process can be done during the replenishment plan generation process. Replenishment plans tagged with the automatic replenishment label then enter the automatic replenishment workflow.

[0033] Step 103: Perform the confirmation step for the replenishment plan.

[0034] Here, the confirmation step includes: responding to the execution mode identifier indication for automatic confirmation, and determining whether to generate a confirmation command according to preset blocking rules.

[0035] Here, blocking rules are used to block unexpected automatic replenishment processes.

[0036] Step 104: In response to the confirmation instruction, execute the issuance judgment step of the replenishment plan.

[0037] Here, the delivery judgment step includes: responding to the execution mode identifier indication for automatic delivery, and determining whether to generate a delivery instruction according to preset delivery rules.

[0038] Step 105: In response to the issued instruction, generate replenishment information according to the replenishment plan.

[0039] It should be noted that the automatic replenishment method provided in this embodiment generates a replenishment plan based on replenishment suggestions, and then automatically confirms and executes the plan according to the automatic replenishment strategy, and supports automatic blocking of unexpected replenishment; thus, by monitoring the inventory level, when the inventory level has a risk of stockout, an automatic replenishment instruction is triggered to achieve automatic replenishment, ensuring uninterrupted supply of goods and improving the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.

[0040] For example, please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 2 An exemplary process for the coordination of automatic replenishment plans in this disclosure is shown.

[0041] First, replenishment suggestions can be calculated periodically. Based on replenishment parameters, these suggestions are calculated. These parameters are configured by the inventory control operations team, such as the order date and safety stock (e.g., minimum item quantity). The order date is one of the conditions for periodic automatic replenishment; the automatic replenishment process will only begin on the order date.

[0042] Here, replenishment suggestions can provide recommended information, such as the target replenishment quantity for the product.

[0043] Then, replenishment suggestions can be integrated to generate a replenishment plan.

[0044] A replenishment plan may include information beyond replenishment recommendations. Optionally, a replenishment plan may include one or more of the following: identification, order number, product information, supplier information, warehouse information (including destination and source warehouse information), sales information (forecasted and planned sales), inventory information, performance indicators, replenishment parameters, replenishment strategy, and replenishment quantity (including recommended quantity, recommended details, planned quantity, and planned details); used to support the display of plan information and the operation of collaborative processes.

[0045] Next, replenishment plans can be automatically tagged (labeled) according to the replenishment strategy. Depending on the label, the replenishment plan will enter different processing flows. If the label indicates automatic confirmation of the replenishment plan and / or automatic order placement, it will enter the automatic processing flow.

[0046] It should be noted that staff can perform operations on replenishment plans at multiple stages, such as viewing, modifying, confirming, issuing, recalculating, manually creating, and closing them.

[0047] Then, during the automatic confirmation of the replenishment plan, blocking rules can be obtained, and the rules can be automatically confirmed, executed, and marked (add pass or block mark) and the blocking reason can be recorded.

[0048] During the automatic replenishment plan issuance process, eligible replenishment plans can be obtained, an automatic issuance flag can be added, and automatic issuance and execution can be performed.

[0049] Finally, the replenishment information generated based on the replenishment plan will be sent to all parties (the replenishment implementers, such as suppliers and warehouses).

[0050] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the creation of a plan order is completed by combining identity information such as tenant, scenario, and channel. This includes generating basic document information, integrating suggested information, integrating product information, warehouse information, and supplier information, making status decisions, calculating indicators, and saving data.

[0051] In some embodiments, step 101 may include: generating a replenishment plan for the target goods, which includes: obtaining the predicted sales volume of goods corresponding to multi-dimensional goods distribution channels; and generating replenishment suggestion information based on the predicted sales volume and inventory.

[0052] Optionally, the predicted sales volume of the above-mentioned goods can be determined based on multiple goods distribution channels. The multi-dimensional goods distribution channels include at least two of the following: online store display, pre-recorded videos, and live streaming.

[0053] It should be noted that by generating sales forecasts for goods through multi-dimensional distribution channels, the traditional single-channel replenishment strategy can be changed, and the sales and inventory of target goods can be managed in a unified manner, improving the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.

[0054] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the replenishment strategy may include: the product range (determining the scope of the automatic replenishment pool, i.e., which warehouse plans will be included in the automatic replenishment range, including whether to automatically confirm and whether to automatically issue) and the corresponding execution method.

[0055] In some embodiments, generating an execution method identifier for a replenishment plan based on replenishment strategy information includes: determining whether the target product belongs to the product range.

[0056] In some embodiments of this disclosure, step 102 above may include: in response to the target goods belonging to the goods range, determining the execution method identifier according to the execution method corresponding to the goods range.

[0057] As an example, for the target product, a green sweater of style Y from brand X, you can check whether the target product falls within the replenishment scope; if brand X is included in the replenishment scope of the replenishment strategy, then it falls within that replenishment scope.

[0058] The product range supports multi-dimensional configuration, with decisions made based on the highest priority. Examples include product tiers, product tiers + supplier tiers, product tiers + primary category + supplier + brand + warehouse tiers, and supplier + product + warehouse tiers.

[0059] The product range supports multi-dimensional configuration, which can improve the accuracy of configuration. For example, the replenishment strategy configured for products with long shelf lives will be very different from that for products with short shelf lives.

[0060] In some embodiments, a replenishment strategy may include an execution method corresponding to the goods.

[0061] For each dimension of the product range, you can configure the corresponding automatic execution method. For example, you can configure automatic confirmation and / or automatic distribution.

[0062] This improves the flexibility and accuracy of the process. Different levels of automation are used for replenishment processes based on the characteristics of the goods, thus enhancing the accuracy of replenishment.

[0063] In one or more embodiments of this disclosure, if the execution mode identifier indicates manual confirmation, the confirmation step includes generating a confirmation instruction based on the user's confirmation operation. Of course, the user may also choose not to confirm the replenishment plan.

[0064] During the manual verification process, staff can edit the replenishment plan.

[0065] In some embodiments, the step of generating a confirmation instruction in response to a manual determination indicated by an execution mode identifier, based on a user confirmation operation, includes: updating the replenishment plan based on an editing operation on the replenishment plan; and generating a confirmation instruction for the updated replenishment plan in response to the user confirmation instruction.

[0066] Therefore, the appropriate confirmation method for the goods can be flexibly selected between automatic confirmation steps and manual confirmation steps.

[0067] In one or more embodiments of this disclosure, the automatic confirmation process includes: automatically confirming the order that has entered the automatic replenishment process, adding a blocking flag and recording the blocking reason if the blocking rule is hit, and automatically performing a confirmation operation if the rule is not hit.

[0068] Optionally, batch confirmation of replenishment plans can be implemented. The automatic batch confirmation execution dimension can be based on distributing plan order numbers at the document level, with concurrent execution.

[0069] Here, blocking rules can be used to block unexpected replenishments during the automatic replenishment process. Blocking rules can be pre-configured according to actual needs.

[0070] Sub-rules corresponding to the method of goods distribution can include sub-rules corresponding to goods sales (such as distribution or direct sales). Sub-rules corresponding to the type of goods can include sub-rules corresponding to goods with high or low turnover rates. Sub-rules corresponding to warehouses can be pre-configured according to the characteristics of the warehouse.

[0071] Optionally, a blocking rule can include multiple sub-rules and corresponding switches for each sub-rule. Examples include sub-rules corresponding to the goods distribution method, sub-rules corresponding to the goods type, and sub-rules corresponding to the warehouse, each with its own corresponding switch.

[0072] In other words, it can provide the content of each sub-blocking rule and configure switches, allowing users to completely block the rules with simple toggling.

[0073] In one or more embodiments of this disclosure, multi-dimensional configuration of blocking rules is supported, with the highest priority rule being used. Examples include product tiering, product tiering + supplier tiering, product tiering + primary category + supplier + brand + warehouse tiering, and supplier + product + warehouse tiering.

[0074] For example, blocking rules can be configured at the product tier level for different products; for instance, a blocking rule can be configured for sweaters from various brands. Blocking rules can also be configured at the product tier + supplier level; for example, blocking rule A can be configured for sweaters from brand A, and blocking rule B can be configured for sweaters from brand B.

[0075] Therefore, by setting blocking rules, replenishment plans can be automatically confirmed, thus preventing replenishment plans from not matching actual replenishment needs.

[0076] In some embodiments, the method further includes: recording the reason for blocking a replenishment plan order in response to blocking the order based on a blocking rule. This facilitates viewing the reason for closing the replenishment plan order and avoids stockout losses caused by erroneous closure of the replenishment plan order.

[0077] In one or more embodiments of this disclosure, the delivery determination step includes: in response to an execution mode identifier indicating manual delivery, generating a delivery instruction based on the user's delivery operation.

[0078] Therefore, a manual verification step can be set up before distribution to avoid incorrect replenishment.

[0079] In one or more embodiments of this disclosure, the automatic distribution process is as follows: for the corresponding automatically distributed plan, an automatic distribution batch determination is performed; if the distribution conditions are not met, a blocking flag is added and the reason is recorded; if the conditions are met, the distribution operation is automatically executed.

[0080] Optionally, the automatic batch execution dimension can be the supplier and the warehouse control dimension to distribute the plan order number list and execute concurrently.

[0081] Optional automatic delivery conditions include: pending delivery status, automatic delivery configuration is set to yes, system automatically confirms the target, and no manual intervention.

[0082] In one or more embodiments of this disclosure, the method further includes one or more of the following: in response to determining that no instruction is generated, recording the reason for not issuing the instruction.

[0083] In one or more embodiments of this disclosure, the method further includes: sending the generated replenishment information to the corresponding replenishment execution object (e.g., supplier or warehouse).

[0084] Optionally, the method further includes: sending the generated purchase order to the corresponding supplier.

[0085] Optionally, the method may further include one or more of the following: sending the generated transfer order to the corresponding warehouse.

[0086] Therefore, it can automatically generate purchase orders or transfer orders for the corresponding entities, and promptly replenish goods to specific warehouses for the target products, avoiding warehouse shortages.

[0087] Further reference Figure 3 As an implementation of the methods shown in the above figures, this disclosure provides an embodiment of an automatic replenishment device, which is similar to...
