A method of screening edible fresh pea pod varieties

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of germplasm resource investigation and research, and particularly relates to a method for screening edible fresh pea pod varieties. The application first determines 8 kinds of agronomic trait data and 8 kinds of nutritional quality trait data of different pea varieties, then processes the data to obtain the average value, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation and variation coefficient of each trait; uses SPSS 26.0 to perform genetic diversity analysis, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis on each trait; uses the forward membership function method to comprehensively evaluate the 8 kinds of agronomic traits and the 8 kinds of nutritional quality traits of different pea varieties, and establishes a multi-index quantitative comprehensive evaluation system, so as to screen edible fresh pea pod varieties. The application provides a theoretical basis and material basis for the classified utilization of pea pod germplasm resources and the breeding of high-yield and high-quality varieties.
