Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to the field of power supply technology, and in particular to a power supply for an artificial intelligence robot. Background Technology
[0002] The power supply for AI robots is a core component that provides stable power for the robot's operation, driving, sensor perception, intelligent control, and computing modules. It is suitable for the working conditions of various AI robots, both mobile and stationary, and features voltage and current regulation output, overload and short circuit protection, high and low temperature adaptability, controllable battery life, compact size, and high energy efficiency. It can adopt designs such as lithium battery energy storage, AC / DC compatibility, and intelligent charge and discharge management, which can not only ensure the power supply for continuous operation and instantaneous high-power loads of robots, but also achieve energy consumption optimization, safety protection, and long-term reliable operation.
[0003] With the rapid iteration and widespread adoption of smart grid technology, AI-powered robots are being deployed extensively in scenarios such as grid operation and maintenance, equipment inspection, and power grid monitoring. This has significantly increased the industry's requirements for the intelligence, unmanned operation, and grid adaptability of robot power supply systems. Under the smart grid framework, robots need to rely on stable charging and distribution systems to achieve autonomous power replenishment, energy consumption adaptation, and coordinated power supply with the grid, adapting to the operational needs of dynamic grid power supply, off-peak charging, and uninterrupted operation and maintenance.
[0004] When charging, existing power supplies require manual insertion of the plug into the charging port. However, when manually plugging and unplugging, people tend to shake and pry the plug to pull it out, which can cause the charging port terminals to deform and loosen due to stress. At the same time, shaking and plugging can also generate electric arcs that impact the power supply and battery management circuits inside the power supply, resulting in low safety and automation of the power supply.

[0016] Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
[0017] 1. By setting up a movable base and plug insertion / removal assembly, the power supply can clamp and position the plug when plugging and unplugging it. At the same time, driven by the transmission assembly, it can automatically move the movable base smoothly and autonomously complete the precise alignment and automatic plugging and unplugging of the plug without manual operation. This completely avoids the behavior of shaking and prying the plug from side to side when plugging and unplugging, effectively prevents the conductive terminals of the charging port from being deformed and loosened by lateral force, reduces the probability of wear and aging of the charging port and plug, and improves the safety and service life of the power supply.
[0018] 2. By setting a plug limiting component on the moving base, when the plug is manually placed between the two plug clamps, the plug limiting component can limit the plug and ensure that the two plug clamps are accurately clamped. At the same time, while the plug clamps are clamping the plug, the plug limiting component can be automatically driven to reset, which will not hinder the subsequent insertion and connection of the plug, further improving the operational reliability and adaptability of the automatic plugging and unplugging structure.
[0019] 3. By setting up a compressed air box and a charging port air blowing pipe, when the transmission component drives the plug to approach the charging port, it can drive the piston plate in the compressed air box to move back and forth quickly. This allows the charging port air blowing pipe to blow high-speed air into the charging port, which can promptly blow away the dust inside the charging port before the plug is automatically connected. This avoids the residual impurities causing poor contact during connection, ensures a tight fit between the charging terminals, effectively improves the reliability and safety of charging connection, and extends the service life of the charging port and plug. Detailed Implementation
[0029] The following description is intended to disclose the invention and enable those skilled in the art to implement it. The preferred embodiments described below are merely examples, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art.
[0030] like Figures 1-8The power supply for an artificial intelligence robot shown includes a power housing 1, a charging panel 2 fixedly connected to one side of the power housing 1, a movable base 3 provided on one side of the charging panel 2, a plug plugging and unplugging assembly 4 provided on the movable base 3, a plug limiting assembly 5 provided on one side of the plug plugging and unplugging assembly 4, a transmission assembly 6 rotatably connected to the bottom end of the movable base 3, an air compressor 7 provided on one side of the transmission assembly 6, and a charging port air blowing pipe 8 provided on one side of the air compressor 7.
[0031] like Figure 3 As shown, guide frames 301 are fixedly connected to both sides of the movable seat 3, and the other end of the guide frame 301 is slidably connected to the inner wall of the charging panel 2.
[0032] The guide frame 301 forms a precise sliding limit with the inner wall of the charging panel 2, which can guide and limit the horizontal reciprocating movement of the moving seat 3 in both directions, effectively limiting the offset of the moving seat 3, so that the plug insertion and removal process is evenly stressed and accurately aligned, improving the stability and accuracy of automatic insertion and removal operation.
[0033] like Figure 4 As shown, the plug-in / plug-out assembly 4 includes an electric push rod 401, which is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the movable base 3. A hinge 402 is fixedly connected to the output end of the electric push rod 401. Connecting rods 403 are rotatably connected to both sides of the bottom end of the hinge 402. A plug clamp 404 is rotatably connected to the other end of the connecting rods 403. The top end of the plug clamp 404 extends through the inner wall of the movable base 3 to the upper side. A guide rod 405 is slidably fitted through the plug clamp 404 near the bottom end. One end of the guide rod 405 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the movable base 3. Two push rods 406 are fixedly connected to one side of the hinge 402 in a symmetrical structure. When the electric push rod 401 extends, it drives the two plug clamps 404 to move closer together for clamping.
[0034] By setting up the movable base 3 and the plug insertion / removal assembly 4, the power supply can clamp and position the plug when plugging or unplugging it. At the same time, driven by the transmission assembly 6, it can automatically move the movable base 3 smoothly, autonomously completing the precise alignment and automatic plugging / removal of the plug without manual operation. This completely avoids the behavior of shaking and prying the plug from side to side when manually plugging or unplugging, effectively preventing the conductive terminals of the charging port from deforming and loosening due to lateral forces, reducing the probability of wear and aging of the charging port and plug, and improving the safety and service life of the power supply.
[0035] like Figure 5 As shown, the plug limiting assembly 5 includes two limiting plates 501 arranged in a symmetrical structure. A rotating shaft 502 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the limiting plate 501. The bottom end of the rotating shaft 502 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the movable seat 3. A gear 503 is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft 502 located inside the movable seat 3. A rack 504 is provided on one side of the gear 503 for meshing and transmission.
[0036] One end of the rack 504 is fixedly connected to an adjusting plate 505. An adjusting groove 506 is provided through the adjusting plate 505. The adjusting groove 506 consists of two parts: a straight line and an inclined line. The inner wall of the adjusting groove 506 is slidably fitted with the outer wall of the push rod 406. A guide rod 507 is slidably fitted through the bottom end of the adjusting plate 505. One end of the guide rod 507 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the movable seat 3.
[0037] When the push rod 406 moves from the straight part of the adjustment groove 506 to the inclined part, the limit plate 501 can be rotated and retracted without affecting the insertion.
[0038] like Figure 6 As shown, the transmission assembly 6 includes a motor 601, which is fixedly connected to the bottom of the movable seat 3. A threaded rod 602 is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor 601. The other end of the threaded rod 602 passes through the bottom of the movable seat 3 and is threadedly connected to the inner wall of the charging panel 2. A drive wheel 603 is fixedly connected to the end of the threaded rod 602 near the motor 601.
[0039] A driven wheel 604 is engaged with one side of the driving wheel 603. The driven wheel 604 is rotatably connected to the bottom outer wall of the movable seat 3. A lever 605 is fixedly connected to the other end of the driven wheel 604.
[0040] like Figure 7 As shown, a piston plate 701 is slidably fitted on the inner wall of the air compressor 7. A spring 702 is fixedly connected to one side of the piston plate 701, and the other end of the spring 702 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the air compressor 7. An L-shaped contact rod 703 is fixedly connected to the other end of the piston plate 701. The other end of the L-shaped contact rod 703 is slidably fitted through the inner wall of the air compressor 7. The outer end of the L-shaped contact rod 703 is in movable contact with one end of the actuating rod 605. An air inlet pipe is fixedly connected through one side of the bottom of the air compressor 7, and an exhaust pipe 704 is fixedly connected through the other side of the bottom of the air compressor 7.
[0041] Spring 702 drives piston plate 701 to reset and draws external air into air chamber 7. One-way valves are installed in both air intake pipe and exhaust pipe 704.
[0042] like Figure 8As shown, the air outlet at the top of the air blowing pipe 8 is aligned with the charging port of the charging panel 2. The bottom end of the air blowing pipe 8 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the movable base 3 via a pin. An air guide pipe 801 is fixedly connected to the air inlet at the bottom end of the air blowing pipe 8. A spiral groove 802 is provided on the outer wall of the air guide pipe 801. An adjusting frame 803 is slidably fitted on the outer wall of the air guide pipe 801. A protrusion on the inner wall of one end of the adjusting frame 803 is slidably fitted with the inner wall of the spiral groove 802. A limit rod 804 is slidably fitted through the end of the adjusting frame 803 near the air chamber 7. One end of the limit rod 804 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the air chamber 7. A transmission groove 805 is slidably fitted through the outer wall of the adjusting frame 803. The transmission groove 805 has a structure with straight ends and a bend in the middle. A guide shaft 806 is slidably fitted on the inner wall of the transmission groove 805. The other end of the adjusting frame 803 is slidably fitted through the charging panel 2. Both ends of the guide shaft 806 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the charging panel 2.
[0043] Before the plug is inserted, the air outlet at the top of the air tube 8 is aligned with the charging port. During the plug insertion process, the guide shaft 806 moves from the upper straight end of the transmission groove 805 through the bend to the lower straight end, thereby pushing the adjustment frame 803 to move upward. This causes the adjustment frame 803 to rotate and move the air tube 8 of the charging port away, ensuring that the plug is inserted smoothly.
[0044] Working principle: Before charging the power supply, the external charging plug is manually placed between the two sets of limiting plates 501 above the movable base 3, and the plug is inserted between the two limiting plates 501 to limit the plug to the left and right. Then, the electric push rod 401 extends to push the hinge 402 to move. Through the transmission of the connecting rods 403 on both sides, the two sets of plug clamping plates 404 move towards each other along the guide rod 1 405 to achieve a stable clamping of the plug. At the same time, the hinge 402 drives the push rods 406 on both sides to move synchronously. The push rods 406 slide from the straight section of the adjustment groove 506 into the inclined section, pushing the adjustment plate 505 to move horizontally along the guide rod 2 507, driving the rack 504 to move and the gear 503 to rotate. This drives the rotating shaft 502 to rotate the limiting plate 501 outward to retract, without affecting the plug insertion.
[0045] Then, the motor 601 starts the drive threaded rod 602 to rotate, which in turn drives the moving seat 3 to move smoothly forward along the guide frames 301 on both sides, causing the clamped plug to move towards the charging port at a constant speed. On the other hand, the threaded rod 602 drives the drive wheel 603 to rotate, meshing with the driven wheel 604 and the actuating rod 605 to rotate continuously. The actuating rod 605 periodically pushes the L-shaped contact rod 703, pushing the piston plate 701 to compress and exhaust air. When the actuating rod 605 disengages from the L-shaped contact rod 703, the spring 702 rebounds and drives the piston plate 701 to reset and draw in air. With the cooperation of the one-way valve, a continuous high-pressure airflow is formed. The airflow is delivered to the charging port blowing pipe 8 through the exhaust pipe 704 and the air guide pipe 801, which blows and cleans the dust and impurities inside the charging port at high speed, realizing automatic dust removal before plugging in.
[0046] During the continuous movement and insertion process of the movable seat 3, the fixed guide shaft 806 slides from the upper straight end through the bend section to the lower straight end along the transmission groove 805, driving the adjustment frame 803 to move upward along the limit rod 804, so that the protrusion on the inner wall of the adjustment frame 803 will slide in the spiral groove 802, thereby driving the air guide tube 801 and the charging port air blowing tube 8 to rotate and move apart as a whole, ensuring that the plug is inserted smoothly, accurately, and coaxially into the charging port, and completing the automatic charging docking.
