Preparation method and application of a growth regulator for dendrobium officinale

Abstract

The application relates to a preparation method and application of a dendrobium candidum growth regulator, and belongs to the field of plant growth regulator preparation. In order to solve the problem of low survival rate of existing dendrobium candidum tissue culture seedlings in epiphytic cultivation, the dendrobium candidum growth regulator is prepared by extracting dendrobium candidum tissue fluid, and is applied to dendrobium candidum callus incision cultivation. The dendrobium candidum growth regulator provides a protoplasmic fluid environment required by growth and metabolism of the tissue culture seedlings, reduces the influence of environmental mutation on the nutrient absorption capacity of the root system of the tissue culture seedlings, guarantees the water absorption and nutrient absorption capacity, improves the survival rate of the tissue culture seedlings, directly transplants the tissue culture seedlings without seedling raising, reduces the seedling raising period, reduces the planting cost, is favorable for wild-like planting popularization of the dendrobium candidum, and is not prone to root rot, has less disease and pest hazards, and is very favorable for wild-like cultivation of the dendrobium candidum.
