Resinoid grinding wheel and method for manufacturing the same

Abstract

The application provides a resin grinding wheel and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials of the resin grinding wheel include brown corundum, white corundum, a resin premixed powder composed of phenolic resin powder and hexamethylenetetramine, phenolic resin solution, electrolytic copper powder, pyrite coarse powder, pyrite fine powder, green silicon carbide and ice crystal. In the preparation process of the resin grinding wheel, the raw materials are premixed and mixed step by step, the synergistic effect among fillers is realized, and the prepared resin grinding wheel has good heat resistance.
