Abstract

A homogenizing device for refractory material powder relates to the technical field of refractory materials and is characterized in that a powder homogenizing bin is fixed in a frame, an upper cover is rotatably arranged at an upper opening of the powder homogenizing bin, the upper opening of the powder homogenizing bin is connected with the fastening position of the upper cover through a rotating bearing, a motor is fixed at the top of the frame, and a stirring rod is fixed on an output shaft of the motor. A plurality of stirring blades are uniformly distributed on the upper part and the lower part of the stirring rod, the lower part of the stirring rod vertically penetrates through a middle hole of the upper cover and is arranged at the center of an inner cavity of the powder homogenizing bin, and the stirring rod is fixedly connected with the middle hole of the upper cover; spiral stirrers are fixed to the two sides of an upper cover of the powder homogenizing bin, driving motors of the spiral stirrers are fixed to upper arms on the two sides of the upper cover respectively, spiral stirring rods of the spiral stirrers are arranged in an inverted-splayed shape, and the spiral stirring rods and stirring blades on the stirring rods do not interfere with each other; the powder homogenizing and packaging device is simple in structure and convenient to use, automatic operation in the powder homogenizing and packaging process is achieved, production efficiency is improved, and labor intensity of workers is reduced.
