A spindle of the motor is connected with one end of the worm through the coupler, the driving shaft is rotatably arranged in the shell, one end of the driving shaft extends out of the shell, the worm gear is connected with the driving shaft, the worm is meshed with the worm gear, and the end, extending out of the shell, of the driving shaft is connected with an external valve to open or close the external valve. The valve has the advantages that the motor transmits power to the driving shaft through the coupler, the worm and the worm gear, the end, extending out of the shell, of the driving shaft is connected with the external valve and used for opening or closing the external valve, and when the motor rotates in one direction, the driving shaft is driven to rotate in one direction to open the external valve; when the motor rotates in the other direction, the driving shaft rotates in the other direction, and an external valve is driven to be closed. The worm gear and worm meshing transmission structure is high in precision, large in load bearing capacity and suitable for various medium and large valves.
